Megan was particularly helpful in pointing out the small things we missed, as well as answering the hundreds of stray questions I had throughout the almost 2-year planning process. As of our Day-of-Coordinator, she made sure the day ran smoothly and was flexible when we wanted to make changes on the spot. She set up our decor exactly as I had envisioned and provided all of our custom signage. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped to quiet our fears and reassured us that she would not let us fail, and here’s the perfect example of how: When our wedding photographer literally didn’t show up (true story, unfortunately!) Megan took control of the situation, reached out to her professional network, and brought in an even more professional/kind/organized/experienced photographer (shoutout to tPoz photography) who created the most gorgeous memories for us to keep forever. Throughout the whole day, she made sure we stuck to the timeline despite the major bump in the road at the beginning of the day. Even after the wedding was over, she helped us navigate the financial and legal aftermath of the original photographer not showing up. Overall, we are so lucky and grateful to have had Megan on our vendor team. She is a true professional and if I had to do it all over again, I would pick Megan in a heartbeat! The couple minor bumps in the road on the day of I never even knew about until after the day! Megan and Maddie were on it before I even needed to bat an eyelash! They handled some of my more complicated vendors better than I ever could have, Megan was not afraid to confront them when needed (and IT WAS needed) but was always respectful and had everyone on the same page come the day of the wedding! Not only is she amazing at wedding coordination, but she knows someone for anything your heart could desire! I wanted acrylic invitations, Megan got them and helped designed my entire invitation suite without issues! Blue velvet table cloths? not a problem! Megan had a guy! Literally, you want it, Megan's got it! This was a tremendous help for a stressed out bride that had no clue where to find anything. I could go on for several paragraphs about how amazing Megan is but bottom line is this girl is a diamond, my perfect wedding day would not have been possible without her, I wish I could plan 10 more weddings because of how seamless she made it for me!! 1000000/10, will recommend forever!

g all the craziness on the day of. Throughout the day, she would continuously check in with me to make sure I was doing ok. She was so good at keeping us on schedule that we ended up 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and had time for more photos of the two of us. And when we left that night without picking up some of the leftover food that we meant to take with us, she took time out of her day the day after the wedding to deliver it to us. That's how committed she is!

We hired her to help pull together several DIY related elements, which she did flawlessly. We had a cookie table, print outs, a ton of props. On the day before, when we tried to pull off a video element that didn't work on the first go, she had me send it to her, and said she would take care of it. And she did! None of you know me, but I am definitely the kind of person to stress out the night before my wedding and ruin my rehearsal dinner because I was trying to make a video work. She advocated on our behalf with a vendor who we had a misunderstanding with, and ensured we got drinks and appetizers from our cocktail hour while we were taking photos. She also helped to pack everything up at the end of the night, and kept me informed about what I needed to know. On a personal level, Megan is so down to earth, organized, professional and fun to work with. We really got along from our very first phone call and laughed the whole time. It felt like I was putting all of our hard work into the hands of someone who just understood what I was saying. She asked questions I hadn't even thought of (like how to serve the champagne toast!) and evaporated any worries I had. Everyone in my family loved her so much and talked about how great she was. We used the petite package and wish we could give them 6+ stars. Every little detail was thought of, from extra signage to tracking down a wayward groomsman when he almost missed the ceremony! Ludic events helped every step of the way despite the limited package, helping brainstorm decor with me, figure out how to navigate blended family dynamics, and helping make sure a surprise for the groom (a cake with our pups) was pulled off! They also helped save our flowers without being asked, so now we have a lovely keepsake for years (we used live plants and are going to plant them in our garden). I would encourage every bride to at least use the petite package to take off the stress of the big day. Thanks to Ludic Events I was able to relax and focus on seeing my groom rather than worrying about candles, family members, and glassware. They make me wish I could get married again, I had so much fun!

We were a little indecisive to say the least and she patiently walked us through every step. We booked her about a month and a half before our wedding, and ever since then, we were in constant contact with her via email, phone calls, and texts. She was there for us through every step of the process. She helped me research on specific decor I was looking for, even went shopping just to look for things for us. She also made menu signs for us. She communicated with all ours vendors when the time got close and when things got hectic finalizing last minute details, she was on top of it without hesitation. We also rented our linens through her, which was way easier than doing it through our caterer. She made a very detailed timeline and floor plan and it was sent to all vendors and myself which was very helpful. The day of our wedding, she was absolutely amazing as well! I never once had to lift my finger to do anything the day of. She set everything up and all I had to do was relax and get ready with my bridal party. She knew exactly what my vision looked like and made it happen, plus more than I could of even imagined. It's almost a week after our wedding and people are still talking about how amazing it was, and Megan had a huge part in making that happen. We ran out of beer towards then end of the night, and Megan drove to the nearest liquor store and restocked for us! That is true dedication. I never once saw her sitting down, she was always making sure everything ran smoothly which it absolutely did. Megan, thank you again for making the best night of our lives so perfect!!
