Born into an enormous family, Amy’s love for large gatherings was introduced at an early age where a simple barbecue was an elaborate affair. Beginning her career in the service industry, Amy quickly developed a passion for creating entertainment. Amy is skilled in coordinating various-sized events including fundraisers, corporate parties, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties and weddings. These special events have ranged from 2 to 30,000 attendees. There is no event too big or too small for Amy and her fearless team to handle.
Having recently been asked what her passion is, Amy knew it was time to bring her knowledge and experience to the people of Hot Springs, Arkansas and the surrounding area.
Amy relocated to Hot Springs in July of 2010 and has never been more at home. During her free time, she loves to spend time on the lake with her family.

Amy and her team were great to work with for our wedding! Everywhere we went other vendors talked about how great Amy was and what a good planner she was. They weren’t wrong! Her reputation speaks for itself and the vendors she connected us with helped to make our wedding everything we wanted it to be. Her knowledge of Hot Springs was especially useful to us as we were coming from out of state. Thank you Amy and LuLu’s!

We had the pleasure of working with Amy & her team at Lulu’s Events for my daughter’s destination wedding at the beautiful Anthony Chapel in Garvan Woodland Gardens, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the moment we connected, Amy proved to be an invaluable asset in bringing our vision to life.
Planning a wedding from 8 hours away (New Orleans) could have been overwhelming, but Amy's expertise & attention to detail made the process seamless. She not only assisted with every aspect of the wedding, from venue recommendations to coordinating & communicating with vendors (including caterer, transportation, florist, photographer, videographer, DJ, ceremony string quartet, hair and makeup, hotel blocks) but she also went above & beyond by arranging last-minute manicures, pedicures, & mobile spray tans for the wedding party and even providing excellent dining suggestions for our time in Hot Springs.
Amy's professionalism, friendliness, & responsiveness were truly remarkable. She quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had, making us feel confident and at ease throughout the entire planning process. Her extensive network of reputable vendors ensured that every recommendation was perfectly tailored to our needs, resulting in a wedding day that exceeded all expectations.
Thanks to Amy and her team, my daughter's wedding was a flawless and unforgettable celebration. The compliments from our guests poured in, and it was clear that Amy's dedication and expertise had made a significant impact.

I can’t say enough how amazing Lulu’s Events was preparing the rehearsal dinner for my son & his now bride. Amy & her whole team were very quick to respond to all my questions & welcomed
my ideas for a romantic & cozy dinner. I did not live in the same city & Amy walked me through every step. I received tons of compliments on the night from everyone who attended. I had never hosted an event this size & I was lost on how to start. Amy was so kind & friendly & made it so easy. It was perfect! Exactly like had imagined!!!

Amy and her team at Lulu’s Events are unmatched. Their sheer ability to understand my vision and execute was an incredible experience of its own. Amy knows exactly how to get things done. Every single recommendation she gave was a perfect match for my wedding day. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner to be a part of my special day. Timeliness, kindness, professionalism, and FUN is the best way I know how to describe Amy and her team. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Lulu’s Events over and over.

Literally can not say enough great things about Amy, Alyssa & Addison. They were my day of coordinators and literally took all my stress away, they were ON TOP of it! Amy also gave me a great hair dresser recommendation, and was so responsive leading up to the wedding. I love these ladies!!!

As a parent, you want your daughter’s wedding to be perfect. That’s exactly what Amy (lulu’s events) delivered. Definitely worth the investment. Would recommend Lulu’s for all special occasions.

Everybody was so friendly and absolutely amazing! The venue was decorated exactly like the bride pictures. If there was a problem it was taken care of quickly! Amy was so sweet and we couldn’t have asked for a better planner!

Lulu's events coordinated my son's wedding rehearsal dinner and big day on May 29, 2022. Amy is absolutely amazing! I do not know what I would have done without her and Alyssa. Worth every penny! If you don't have a coordinator, hire Amy now. You will not regret it.

If I could give them more than five stars, I would!! They were all so attentive and sweet. My dress broke TWICE in one night and they easily put aside whatever they were doing to help me! Great service and even better people.

Amy & her staff were absolutely amazing! I live in West Texas and they made this destination wedding absolutely stress free! Amy literally did everything from setting up vendor appointments to decorating the reception ( which was beyond what I could ever imagine! It was BEAUTIFUL!) and most importantly the wedding & planning was smooth & worry free. Everything was absolutely PERFECT! I couldn’t have done it without Amy & her staff!! I would highly recommend for any of your planning needs!

It's a rarity when someone you "hire" feels like a friend. Amy, Jason and Addison took such amazing care of us throughout the entire wedding weekend, it felt like they'd known us forever. Admittedly, I didn't know what to expect regarding how thorough their help would be going into the planning of our wedding, but after meeting them the first time, I knew we couldn't do it without them. Amy and Jason have such a calm and supportive demeanor, they would put even the most anxious of brides at ease. Moreover, they were flexible while having and clear vision that helped to make our wedding spectacular the entire weekend. They are well-connected to vendors in the area, and help to ensure that every detail is accounted for and taken care of. Amy even showed up in the days before our wedding and two days after to help tie up loose ends at the venue we stayed at over the weekend. More importantly than that, they felt like family and I was sad when they left for the evening. 10/10 I would marry the love of my life again, and wouldn't do it without their support.

I cannot brag enough about how absolutely stress free and fun Amy made my wedding planning experience. I was an out-of-town bride so I had no idea where to start! Amy led me towards all of the best vendors and made communication and vision planning with all of the different people so easy. My wedding day went without a hitch and if anything went wrong I had no idea because Amy, Alyssa, and Addison made the day go so flawlessly and made sure I ate and was just so sweet about making sure I was okay during such a hectic day! You can’t go wrong using LuLu’s Events to fully plan your wedding or just coordinating day of. Thank y’all so much!!

Amy and her team at Lulu's Events put together the perfect wedding for my best friend. I was the best man in his wedding and everything from the rehearsal to the sparkler send-off was perfect. Will definitely recommend Lulu's Events to any friends or family needing a wedding or event planner.

Amy and her team were amazing to work with! She helped me plan my rehearsal dinner and wedding in Asheville, NC (I live in TX) and I could not have done it without her! Amy was there every step of the way to guide me through the process. She has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and was able to help me with logistics, contracts and design. Amy provided all of the decor (frames, candles and vases) for my rehearsal dinner and I got many compliments on how wonderful they looked! This was especially helpful since the venue did not allow flame candles and she had LED candles. Amy helped me ask the right questions and use the correct pictures and phrases when speaking with my venue and florist in order to achieve the look that I wanted for my wedding. There are so many more examples that I could give of how much she helped me! Amy and her team are hard-working, efficient and creative. She will do everything in her power to give you the event of your dreams and she passion shows in her work! I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for help planning their wedding!

LuLus Events was awesome to work with. I lived 8 hrs away from where our wedding was so she was able to meet with local vendors when we weren't able to and was there for us when we were in town and set up all our meetings that was convenient for us. She planned all the details within our budget and made our day the very best it could be, ran extra trips for extra purchases and last minute details she was allll over.
I'd hire her again and again- communication was always there and Amy was the kindest to work with.

This was my daughters wedding that was actually was a May wedding but rescheduled due to COVID. There were a lot of changes that we didn't anticipate due to the pandemic and Amy at Lulu's Events was amazing to work with. She went over and above for us and we could hv been more grateful!
