efore my wedding, but I was the one in contact with the vendors up to the day before my wedding. I am pretty sure she didn't even have a list of my vendors on the day of my wedding. The lighting and rental umbrellas were not setup properly at my wedding. We also, paid extra to have her set up and break down tables and chairs. At the end of the night she was trying to get my groom and wedding party to clean up. Despite having Kasey as my wedding coordinator, I still had an amazing wedding. I would highly recommend that you do not choose to work with Luminary Event Co!!!

lowing our wedding that has left me extremely disappointed in my choice of hiring Kasey. The week of the wedding I was having to reach out to her with questions of how guests would get water, how would drinks stay cold behind the bar, etc. Resulting in my having to rent additional things for the wedding days before the wedding. Having worked this venue a month before I would have thought she would have brought this to my attention. The day of the wedding while getting ready she had informed me that they lost the table numbers which I kept insisting they were in a box that had its contents labeled including "Table Numbers". Eventually they were found after the stress of trying to figure out what to do instead. During the reception I had many family members tell me they thought the placement of the table numbers were not in a good place because many people did not know where they were- I informed Kasey of this and she did nothing about it. She overstepped her boundaries of being a planner instead of a friend by insisting to do the MOH duties of bustling my dress which I found to be a little frustrating. At one point I had to pump behind a curtain and she barged in while I was undressed to ask me about some cards. I felt very uncomfortable. After the wedding she did not clean the venue which left me to not receive my $250 deposit back. The venue sent me pictures of the mess including the 3 kegs that were left. She insisted we leave that night and she would take care of everything- however the kegs were left and stolen. I was never informed that she did not take care of them until I tried to return he remaining alcohol and the store informed me they were not returned. I contacted her and she informed she did not have enough room in her car and that she found it "odd they didn't pick them up". So I did not get the $300 keg deposit back either. I have been battling it out for over 2 months to get my money back that I had lost from her mistake. I will add that Kasey did do a good job in other ways but its the lack of professionalism and loss of money that has truly made me regret hiring her.

She made me feel like our wedding was the only thing that mattered and I am so very thankful that she was there on such a wonderful day of my life.
