We looked at several coordinators before deciding to go with Luminary. We were very happy with her. We just hired her for day of but she did a lot more than we even expected. The wedding was amazing and she helped keep things on track and resolved issues quickly. Thanks Kasey!

I got married 2 months ago and used Kasey for my floral. Everything was gorgeous! The proposals were always very detailed as to what I was getting and what I was paying for. Kasey met with us twice to ensure everything was perfect. When she delivered my bouquet, I started crying because it was more gorgeous than I imagined. My floral was my favorite part of the entire wedding! We also used Her for coordinating and she was truly wonderful!

I wish I hadn't chosen Kasey to be my wedding coordinator. She was terrible. She often didn't reply to my emails. She told me I wouldn't have to worry about anything the month before my wedding, but I was the one in contact with the vendors up to the day before my wedding. I am pretty sure she didn't even have a list of my vendors on the day of my wedding. The lighting and rental umbrellas were not setup properly at my wedding. We also, paid extra to have her set up and break down tables and chairs. At the end of the night she was trying to get my groom and wedding party to clean up. Despite having Kasey as my wedding coordinator, I still had an amazing wedding. I would highly recommend that you do not choose to work with Luminary Event Co!!!

Kasey was fantastic! I have her my floral budget and she came in a few hundred dollars below my budget. My floral was gorgeous, she even made an extra boutonnière for the groom! My toss bouquet was made at no extra cost. I am so thankful I booked peonies and pearls for my floral! Kasey was so easy to work with and extremely responsive!

Initially I would have had a decent review to leave regarding the wedding planning process. Kasey was very helpful during the planning process but it was the week of and months following our wedding that has left me extremely disappointed in my choice of hiring Kasey. The week of the wedding I was having to reach out to her with questions of how guests would get water, how would drinks stay cold behind the bar, etc. Resulting in my having to rent additional things for the wedding days before the wedding. Having worked this venue a month before I would have thought she would have brought this to my attention. The day of the wedding while getting ready she had informed me that they lost the table numbers which I kept insisting they were in a box that had its contents labeled including "Table Numbers". Eventually they were found after the stress of trying to figure out what to do instead. During the reception I had many family members tell me they thought the placement of the table numbers were not in a good place because many people did not know where they were- I informed Kasey of this and she did nothing about it. She overstepped her boundaries of being a planner instead of a friend by insisting to do the MOH duties of bustling my dress which I found to be a little frustrating. At one point I had to pump behind a curtain and she barged in while I was undressed to ask me about some cards. I felt very uncomfortable. After the wedding she did not clean the venue which left me to not receive my $250 deposit back. The venue sent me pictures of the mess including the 3 kegs that were left. She insisted we leave that night and she would take care of everything- however the kegs were left and stolen. I was never informed that she did not take care of them until I tried to return he remaining alcohol and the store informed me they were not returned. I contacted her and she informed she did not have enough room in her car and that she found it "odd they didn't pick them up". So I did not get the $300 keg deposit back either. I have been battling it out for over 2 months to get my money back that I had lost from her mistake. I will add that Kasey did do a good job in other ways but its the lack of professionalism and loss of money that has truly made me regret hiring her.

I met with 5 wedding planners and ended up booking Kasey. She has the most experience and was the most helpful during the consultation. Her one hour consultation turned into 2.5 hours of laughing and bonding and the connection was formed. I couldn't imagine the planing process without the help of Luminary Event Co. These girls definitely have it together and are so sweet. Extremely responsive, very professional and knowledgeable. We also used her photobooth which was such a blast! Kasey and her team went above their duties on the day of my wedding and I was speechless when I saw my reception set up. Hurry up and hire her!

Hannah and her assistant did an amazing job on our wedding. She was so efficient and willing to do anything I needed her to. On the day of the wedding, she took care of everything and I had the most stress free day I could imagine. Kasey and her team were so sweet, attentive and went above and beyond. I didn't think I needed a planner because my venue had a coordinator. There were so many things Kasey and her team did the venue coordinator wouldn't like bustle my dress, move floral arrangements, set place cards, pack up decor and load gifts, etc. I couldn't have had a more perfect day! I don't know how anyone can get married without a planner. Luminary Event Co. has the best connections with other vendors and saved me over $2400! I met with 6 planners and Kasey was the only one with such passion and you can tell her and her girls definitely love weddings!

Kasey was amazing! Our wedding was in my parents backyard with around 75 people. We hired her to be our day of coordinator and she made the night. She was available for any questions I had through the planning process. During our meeting the month before, she offered really great advice, and day of she was a lifesaver. I thought my wedding was perfect. (I found out later it wasn't exactly the smooth party I had thought - but only she and my brother were aware) Honestly best day of my life, and it was because she was there making sure everything went off without a hitch. Our guests all had a fabulous time! She was so focused on ensuring that our day was what we wanted. She was there every second I needed her, she coordinated with our vendors and even stepped in when they dropped the ball. I cannot express how grateful I am for her. She is without a doubt an incredible wedding planner and truly an amazing person. She made me feel like our wedding was the only thing that mattered and I am so very thankful that she was there on such a wonderful day of my life.

Kasey did an amazing job! We used her for month-of planning. I have a job that causes me to travel with little notice, and she was flexible with my schedule - even doing venue walkthroughs earlier than a month out. She also provided vendor recommendations that I would have been lost without! The day-of, she and her assistant made sure everything ran smoothly, putting out little fires I didn't even learn about until afterwards. She made sure the timeline went off without a hitch and we were always where we needed to be. She was so involved I can't imagine how the wedding would have happened without her! Highly recommend!

Luminary Event Co. is the best investment I made for my wedding. I was having many issues with my venue before meeting Kasey & she got them to pull it together. I also did all of my floral with Kasey and her team and everything was so gorgeous. She really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was perfect and fit the theme of the wedding. She personalized the vases with music paper since my husband and I met in band. My wedding would have been a train wreck, but the Luminary team got it on track and it went so smoothly. Thank you for making my day perfect!

Luminary was a godsend! I was so stressed out planning my wedding and was being swallowed by magazines and ideas and Pinterest was becoming torture! I couldn't imagine my wedding coming together until I met Kasey! She was wonderful with referrals to ideas- she completed the vision I had and her staff helped with the impeccable execution of my wedding. I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding!

Where do I start! I hired Kasey for my daughter's wedding and I'm so thankful I did. As the mother of the bride, I wanted to enjoy every moment of her day as well as everything leading up to it. Wedding planning is one of the most exciting and stressful times, I wanted to lessen the stress for all of us. Although,I hired Kasey for partial package I felt we had a full service planner. Kasey helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Kasey and her team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I was like a deer in the head lights when it came to weddings. Kasey came to the rescue I thought I did not need extra help but the amount of fires she put out the month and day of that I did not even know until after the fact. She never made me worried or nervous. John, her assistant was so great and helpful for the guys and made them on time to pictures. She never let me and my husband go with out a drink every part of the day. Everything was so great because I had Kasey there. I could not have done it with out her.

I wanted to say how happy we both our with our coordinator Brittany! She was amazing and I cannot imagine how everything would have ran without her. Our wedding was smooth and ran wonderful with the help of her and her assistant Hannah. Kasey and her team are fantastic! I had issues with 2 of my vendors and Kasey got them in line. We were very concerned about the flow of the event based on our wedding being held at a private residence and she came out for not 2, but 3 walk throughs for us to ensure the day would be perfect. Timing was everything to us and she kept us on schedule and informed of what was coming up. Kasey and her team tended to any need that came up including picking up lunch for us on the way to the venue. Kasey and her team saved us so much stress and had everything flawlessly put together. She is so sweet and caring. We definitely recommend her to anyone needing a planner!

Our experience aside from working with Kasey, and the same thing we heard from other married couples, is something is bound to go wrong. This being said though, Kasey on the day of our wedding kept me informed and resolved any issue that could have come up, from my perspective the our wedding was flawless. Also, the look on her face was priceless when I asked her to extend the reception one more hour due to the amount of people still on the dance floor, what i would've given to take a picture of her face. In the end though, she made it happen and got our vendors to stay the extra hour. She is a phenomenal coordinator and she helped us a lot with several of our vendors. I would definitely recommend her to my own family and any friends planning an event or wedding.

Good - Kasey has a great team around her and really great connections that helped find a last minute hair stylist/ Makeup artist. Also very good about working within a budget. Bad- Over promise under deliver. Didn't follow through with promises made. Created more drama and anxiety for us both minutes before our actual ceremony. Seemed unorganized and stressed. After our grand exit made us come back to clean up venue as she sat on the coach and complained about working three weddings that weekend. Overall- Room for improvement. Would not recommend for couples looking to reduce stress in wedding planning process.

About six weeks before our wedding, my wife and I decided to hire a day-of coordinator, since we had already secured all of our other vendors and the phone calls started coming in asking for details. Once we met with Kasey, we knew she was the one for us. She was very professional and honest about how the industry works, and gave us a lot of tips and advice before we even signed a contract. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we worked closely with Brittany and Sarah to determine all of the specifics. Brittany put together multiple timeline options, and went out of her way to reach out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. During the ceremony and reception, we had an entire team of folks making sure things went off without a hitch. Many of our guests said that Brittany and her team did such a great job in making things run smoothly, and my new bride and I couldn't agree more. I would absolutely recommend Kasey and her team to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

Good things: When we first sat down to discuss what we were looking for in a wedding planner with Kasey we initially liked that she was decisive and appeared very familiar with the business. She offered suggestions of simple areas of where we could save money and was confident about the services she could provide. As neither of had any experience in the wedding industry she seemed to know her way around. Once we made the decision to hire her she was very responsive via text and email. That was important to me as our venue coordinator was sometimes difficult to get a hold of. This communication was one of the reasons we did decide to go forward with her. The best thing to come from Kasey was her hair and make up recommendation. I was very happy with the Bebe's professionalism. She and her assistant showed up early, had professional equipment and did a fantastic job. Bad: I wish there had been much much more professionalism. For the amount I was paying I had higher expectations. As my wedding day got closer I found myself googling the role of a month of wedding coordinators after I felt like I was not getting the services I expected. I would have wanted a detailed timeline of the event two weeks prior to the wedding date to give to the event space and vendors. Instead I found myself a week before the wedding meeting with my DJ who was very concerned when we not only did not have a timeline, but had no idea it needed to be done. We ended up working out an entire timeline (I used a templet from a wedding I had been in the year before) and sending that to Kasey. Very stressful. If that was something that should have been done independently by us I still believe that would have been her responsibility to tell us. Instead we contacted her inquiring about it and rushing to get it done at the last minute. We arranged to have Kasey do floral, table clothes and center pieces. The first day we met with her these things were discussed, but after that there was no follow up. When we did a walk through with our venue I asked her about the center pieces and she on the spur of the moment showed us vases that were in her car for another event. We really did not like the first vases she showed us. The second set would not have been our choice either, but it was all she had and so we agreed. The weed of the wedding I was stressing about the table clothes and asked to see them at our final venue walk through. Thankfully they were great and worked out well. I think we should have had a specific time to sit down and preview what would be used at the wedding. Honestly, my impression is that Kasey is new the the business and has not taken the opportunity to be organized. I fear she over books herself at the expense of her brides. She had three weddings booked the weekend of my wedding and informed me she would not be at the rehearsal, but her assistant would be. I was very stressed by that point and when the assistant showed up I asked if Kasey had filled her in. She was flustered (this was the first time I was meeting her) and she said 'No'. The rehearsal ended up being a mess of me, my officiant and the assistant taking turns trying to figure out who was in charge and what on earth was going on. Not at all what I wanted 24 hours before getting married! Kasey's prices are competitive, but I think she needs to take some time to get organized. Hopefully future brides will have a more positive experience than we did.

OMG! Hiring Kasey and her team was the best decision I could have made. My Photographer shut down his company 6 months before my wedding and I had no clue what to do. I booked KS Events for Month of and I wish I hired them at the beginning. Kasey found me a new photographer last minute and totally saved my wedding. She was so knowledgeable and easy to work with.
