Alexandra and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding day even better than we could have imagined! We hired Luna + Co. as a day-of coordinator with some additional planning on the front end. Their team did even more than we anticipated or expected to help us plan and on the day made everything so organized that our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. We always said our goal was to not have to know what time it was or what needed to happen next on our wedding day so that we could just enjoy the moment, and Luna + Co. definitely made that happen. We could not recommend working with them enough!!!
They were our day of coordinators and did an excellent job. I didn’t have to worry about anything day of. They were super organized and help made everything go off without a hitch. Sophia and Brittany were awesome!
Alexandra & her team were incredible! She helped with planning leading up to our wedding day, attended vendor meetings with us, created our timeline and coordinated everything with vendors. She was so organized and helpful as a day-of coordinator as well, always thinking of the details and making sure everything went smooth, and everyone knew what was happening next during the day. She helped with our room switch after the ceremony, set up, and clean up so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything was flawless thanks to her. Highly recommend to all brides!!!

Genuinely could not have gotten through my wedding planning season without the ladies of Luna + Co. They executed everything we asked of them absolutely flawlessly and made our wedding day feel so fun and light and stress free. So happy we decided to go for a coordinator and even happier that coordinator was Sophia (and shoutout to Alexandra and Jazmine too, of course). We can’t recommend these ladies enough!

TL;DR Jazmin, Sophia, and Alex are incredible. They recommended the best vendors, managed my meeting schedule with said vendors, set up and tore down my wedding, relieved so much work and stress for me, advocated for me when I had problems with my venue, and took care of EVERYTHING. I couldn't recommend them enough.
I could not have had my dream wedding without Luna and Co! I hired Jazmin and her incredible partners Alex and Sophia as my planners early in my wedding planning process, and I'm so glad I did. To start, we met as frequently as I needed to discuss my vision, my needs, possible vendors, my budget, and more.
Vendors & Recommendations
They recommended trustworthy, reputable vendors that were in my budget, and managed my communications with them. My vendors were a DREAM. So easy to work with, all very professional, and all within my budget.
Timeline Creation
They created my wedding day timeline, which was SO HELPFUL. I wouldn't have know what I was doing with that, and it was such a big benefit of hiring them.
Venue Set up & Tear Down
I did not have to worry about setting up all my decor day of or taking it down, and it was a TON of stuff. They set everything up exactly the way I wanted it, and carefully packed it all back up so quickly and efficiently. I was able to relax while I was getting ready and head off with my husband after the reception, knowing everything would get done without a hitch.
Advocates for ME
I booked my venue before hiring Luna + Co, and it came with a venue coordinator. Hearing that, I was under the impression that I wouldn't need a planner, but boy was I wrong. During my first meeting with Jazmin, she said that venue coordinators are there to protect the venue and that planners are there to protect me. That couldn't have been more true. The venue came with catering, and the venue coordinator treated my serious gluten-intolerance as if it was an unreal inconvenience, like I made it up to be difficult or to bring in my own food. Jazmin made sure I wasn't charged for the second tasting after they made me sick for 4 weeks after they fed me my allergen during the first tasting. After I got sick after the second tasting, she held and led a meeting with the chefs, owner, and venue coordinator to discuss next course of action. Jazmin also made sure I wasn't overcharged by the venue for food myself and 3 of my guests weren't going to eat. They picked up gluten-free food for me, so I wouldn't have to worry about getting sick at my own wedding. For me, this was one of the biggest helps, as I hate being an inconvenience and can have trouble advocating for myself.
I LOVE Luna and Co Weddings and Events. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. They were quickly more than my planners; they're now all my friends.
We cannot say enough great things about Alexandra (Luna & Co)! My husband and I are both busy in med school, and my mom lives out of town. We thought planning our wedding would be so stressful. Thankfully, we chose Alexandra as our coordinator. We hired her ~ 10 months before the date when all we had picked out was our venue. She quickly got us organized, on a timeline, and helped us choose and book our remaining vendors. Meetings initially were via zoom and were informative and efficient. As the wedding got closer, we realized what a rockstar we hired. She had suggestions for all the details and loose-ends that we didn't even think of. She attended planning meetings with us (florist, venue, etc). Not only that, she did all the last-minute running around, obtaining the seating chart and signage, Polaroids and film for the guest book, etc. She handled all the communication with the vendors, making sure everyone was organized. The actual wedding went perfectly. She had things running so smoothly, but also she was unobtrusive and just blended in seamlessly with the guests. My mother gave the ultimate compliment when she said that she expected the day to be stressful, and instead, she felt like a guest and was able to relax and truly enjoy herself. If you are on the fence about a wedding planner, you will not regret hiring one! And specifically, you'll be happy if you book Luna &Co!

Jazmine & the Luna & Co team were amazing to work with! We hired them for month of planning with day of coordination. We had most things finalized but needed help day of and final vendor coordination. I think we would’ve lost our minds without them!
Jazmine went above and beyond and got to work for us almost immediately- which was well before the month we had contracted them for! She was an amazing sounding board to help bring our vision to life and ensured we didn’t forget anything. She created a solid timeline to make sure the day went off without a hitch!
Jazmine & Sophia were instrumental in making sure the vision and timeline were executed day of. And honestly, working with them was like working with friends!!

Hiring Luna + Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna + Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided.
The Luna + Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20+ kids at our reception, and the Luna + Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner.
On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic + Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself.
And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna + Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests.
Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna + Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna + Co to anyone and everyone!

Alexandra and her team were such a dream to work with! I cannot imagine working with anyone else. They were crucial to making the day come together! From the several calls we had prior in discussing what I wanted out of my day to the many many texts I sent Alexandra, she was always on call answering any and all questions I had as well as diligently working to get everything done in a timely and organized way. She provided me with so much information and planning tools it helped give me direction in the planning process. Not being from STL where my wedding was located I also relied on Alexandra a lot for information about vendors and locations in the city which she did a great job of giving recommendations out to me. When the day of the wedding came by I was totally able to relax (as much as I could) and live in the moment while Alexandra and her team took care of everything ensuring the event was a success! Alexandra went above and beyond what was expected of her and showed she really cared about creating a beautiful event. I had people coming up to me afterwards talking about how smooth of an event it was and this is again all due to Alexandra and her team, would highly recommend them to everyone!

Choosing to have Luna and Co to serve as our wedding planning company was hands down the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning journey. We worked with Jazmin and her assistant Hannah. We had the most beautiful wedding and everything was so stress free. She helped us to experience our day in the best way possible and thought of every detail! Our guests really enjoyed the small touches that Jazmin helped us decide from the cocktail napkins with our dog’s face, to the cocktail sign, to the Polaroid camera station. Jazmin was so essential in helping us find vendors, orchestrate meetings, create timelines. As an out of town couple she helped to put my mind at ease and I could trust that she had everything under control. Jazmin and her team were literally with us all weekend at every event just to make sure every single thing went perfectly! Her assistant Hannah was also so phenomenal and helped coordinate things at the venue while Jazmin was with our wedding party. I cannot say enough how grateful I am. I cannot say enough positive things about Luna + Co.!! We were reluctant to spend the money, but we have zero regrets and would recommend them to anyone.
We had partial planning with day-of-coordination, and it was incredibly helpful. Alexandra was very communicative both with us and with our vendors. We planned our wedding from another state, so having Alexandra helped in so many ways. She gave us recommendations for other vendors that were awesome, collaborated with us via text, email, and Zoom, and she was absolutely indispensable during the wedding weekend.
What I wanted more than anything was to have someone else to answer questions so I could enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. She gave us just that! I spent the morning of my wedding lounging in a chaise sipping on Starbucks that Alexandra grabbed for me on her way to the venue. It was so relaxing having a professional handle things while I enjoyed our wedding day.

I am the mother of the bride and want to report that Alexandra and Jazmin were absolutely amazing in their work ethic and communication skills throughout the final 6 weeks of my daughter's wedding, which is the period of time we hired them for. They are both detail-oriented yet creative, and so set-up and clean-up of the venue on wedding day was outstanding. They literally took charge of everyone and everything so the bridal party and parents could just enjoy the celebration! My husband and I highly recommend their services; we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Alexandra especially was reassuring and knowledgeable about the whole wedding planning process, and she was always accessible when we had questions or problems. They definitely made my duties and my stress level minimal, as well as the bride's, which made the wedding and reception so beautiful and enjoyable!

Alexandra was great! We were planning a wedding from out of town and she was so helpful. She came to visit our venue with us and was there to support our decisions and ask the venue all the questions that I would not have thought about! She led our rehearsal at the venue and did a great job with such a big group of people. The day of the wedding the venue was late opening for us and she handled it so well that I was not stressed at all. I would absolutely recommend her!

Alexandra is amazing! We hired Alexandra as our day of coordinator and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. I felt completely at ease knowing that Alexandra was there and handling all the details. She's incredibly organized, super responsive, easy going, and just a delight to have around. Our bridal party and parents could not stop raving about how great Alexandra was. A lot of venues will have their own coordinator on site, but let me tell you, hiring your own is worth every cent. We had monthly check-ins with Alexandra and I always felt comfortable reaching out with any questions or advice I needed. She communicated with all of our vendors, ran our rehearsal and dinner, created our day of timeline, kept everyone on schedule, set-up the venue and so much more. Any couple would be lucky to have Alexandra as their coordinator and our only regret is that we didn't hire Alexandra to plan the entire wedding.

Alexandra and Molly were indispensable. Securing them as the Wedding Event Coordinators was the best money we spent on our daughters wedding. Alexandra was so amazing! I am so glad that we chose to get a day of coordinator. She handled everything for us day of. We were working ahead of schedule and she worked to make sure we knew where we needed to go and kept everyone in the loop. She was there for me as well as the whole wedding party. Hiring Alexandra was one of the best decisions we made for my daughter’s wedding! I was looking for a day-of coordinator to help with the set-up for the ceremony and reception. She went above and beyond what was expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how much Alexandra communicated with us prior to the wedding day. She checked in with us on a regular basis, answered questions and even provided emotional support. She was our go-to person for all questions and issues. On the day of the wedding, she was indispensable. She was involved in many different aspects of the set-up, ceremony, and reception. She was extremely organized and attentive. We had an issue with a vendor and she tended to it in a confident, calm and professional manner. I was worried the issue with the vendor might prevent her from completing some of the other tasks, but she did not miss a beat. Alexandra was an incredible addition to our wedding weekend and I could not have imagined our weekend without her. There are so many moving pieces the weekend of that I never would have thought of, but also did not even have to think about because of her. She is so kind, positive, and organized!
From the beginning, Alex was so helpful in creating the timeline and gradually pulling the details together as I informed her of information. She texted to check in several times leading up to the wedding, and always helped exactly where she was needed. She took calls from my mom and sister who were both worried about different things, and really helped keep everyone on the same page.
The weekend of Alexandra oversaw both our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and full wedding day. She ran around everywhere making sure everything was taken care of so us and our families did not have to worry about a thing. After the wedding, she worked with our venue to secure everything on carts and made the night of the wedding and the next day truly a breeze.
Everyone needs an Alexandra at their wedding! (and through the sometimes overwhelming planning process!)

Alexandra was so incredibly helpful as our day-of coordinator. She was extremely organized and really did a fabulous job maintaining the schedule and checking in on odds and ends during the day so that we could enjoy our wedding. She was great at checking in with me in the weeks leading up to the wedding so that I felt more calm and supported. My only regret is not hiring her sooner! Alexandra will make you feel totally at ease. She has all the skills at the ready to make sure your day goes smoothly - from reaching out to vendors ahead of time, to making sure candles get lit at the reception tables, to helping the kiddos get down the aisle, to checking in with the maid of honor throughout the day to see if anything is needed for the bride/groom/wedding party, to liaising with vendors during the event to ensure plans come to fruition. Alexandra is a joy to work with! As a wedding photographer, I’ve seen firsthand the value of a collaborative, organized planner, and Alexandra is that in spades! I recently worked with Events By Alexandra for my wedding and I could not have been more thrilled with the support provided to us. From the moment we met Alexandra, she was warm, friendly, and eager to help us create the perfect day. She took the time to truly understand my vision and bring it to life. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the wedding was perfect in our eyes. She was always available to answer any questions.
Most importantly, her coordination day of was a game changer! On wedding day, everything ran smoothly because of her, truly. Alex is a true organizer. Her attention to detail, ability to incorporate feedback and carter to the needs of a large group were amazing. Alex took the ideas of all 9 of us and put an on amazing weekend filled with laughter, fun, and a little spice for a bachelorette party. I was impressed how she was able to plan such a robust array of activities while also considering all of the needs of the participants including budget. I highly recommend Alex for any events you may have. She also helped the bride with her wedding as well. The event was spectacular and well orchestrated. We strongly encourage working with a more established, reliable day of coordinator for your wedding. My fiancé and I had booked Alexandra for several months and started working with her for our wedding and decor. Two of the main reasons we booked with Alexandra were that she assured us that she’s never missed a wedding, and also because of the immense help she was going to provide with her decor options and inventory. We missed a red flag that her contract says she can cancel at anytime without any backup person to take her spot and it does not make clear what happens to the free items she was lending you if she suddenly cancels.
A few weeks ago, Alexandra notified us suddenly over text message only (no phone call) that she would no longer be available for our wedding because she scheduled her wedding on the same weekend. Shocked is an understatement for how disrespected we felt that Alexandra even considered herself available on our date. Making matters worse, Alexandra offered very little forethought or support to support us in our transition given the sudden stress she caused us. We got a refund on her services but we feel that Alexandra did not at all think through how heavily we were depending on her decor when she canceled on us.
At least 50% of the decor (hundreds of dollars worth) we were going to use was from Alexandra’s free inventory and she had already told us we could use it in writing. Alexandra knew we had an extremely tight budget for decor. Instead of offering us the courtesy of still lending the items she already told us we could reserve, we felt like we had to beg for Alexandra to consider it. Even then, she was still offering the items at higher prices and then she suddenly withdrew that option from us as well. To my horror about a week later, I saw Alexandra selling the items on Facebook marketplace. It speaks volumes that rather than working with a client she knew was depending on her, she sold the items instead. Alexandra even suggested that we buy items from a place like Amazon within 30 days of our wedding, open them, and then return them given how expensive it would be for us to replace her decor, which we felt was extremely unprofessional.
We felt a lack of concern or respect for us in how Alexandra handled this situation. We would have expected her to go above and beyond in helping us to find alternatives and to have a far better plan for what to do about the decor we were going to use, but instead we felt we were given the bare minimum. It has added so much stress to us how poorly we feel we were handled and that we are back at the starting line to have to find a good coordinator, even though they may not be available for our date any longer.
If we could go back, we would not book with Events by Alexandra just to save money. Actions are more important than words of "I'm sorry." We have learned you should not book a coordinator who has no management and no one to replace their services given their sudden unavailability. This situation could have been handled so so much better to support my fiancé and I. This has been by far the worst part of our wedding planning so far and a true horror story of our experience.

Hiring Alexandra was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We went back and forth for months over whether to hire a day-of coordinator. As soon as we did so we both couldn't stop saying, "Our mistake was not hiring Alexandra earlier." She went above and beyond at every step. We appreciated the check-ins which helped tremendously, especially in the final stages of planning. There were so many things Alexandra did day-of. She worked so well with our photographer and the rest of our vendors appreciated her as a central contact. We took our wedding photos in Forest Park on a unseasonably warm February day and Alexandra kept us all on schedule when half of St Louis descended upon the park and there was all sorts of traffic. We would have been totally uncoordinated and thrown off schedule without her help. Overall, I cannot recommend Alexandra highly enough!

Alex was amazing! As soon as I hired her, she immediately involved herself into my wedding planning. I originally hired her for a day-of coordinator because my venue was struggling to keep coordinators hired on and the communication was severely lacking. However, after my experience, I'd recommend Alex to anyone that wants a stress-free wedding day even if their venue has a coordinator. My first encounter with her was at my second venue visit, and she did very well with keeping notes and inserting ideas and also advocating for me when the venue's owner's mom got a bit pushy. From there on out, she checked in on me about once a month to make sure things were going okay and to see if she could help out with anything. Her communication skills were amazing and consistent throughout the whole process. On the day of my wedding, Alex showed up on time and ready to go. She worked quickly and stayed focus. I saw her bustling around all day long while the coordinator my venue offered stayed around for the first hour or two of set up and then left. I had multiple people throughout the night tell me how amazing Alex was because she helped them out with small problems they were having. I could trust her the whole day to make sure everything went smoothly, and I knew that if I needed anything, she would be there. Alex did many things outside of what I hired her for or what she was expected to do. She is the reason my wedding day was perfect and the reason why I kept my sanity. We ran into minor hiccups, but she kept her cool and sorted out the problems. I'm sure there were more problems that happened that I just never knew about because she handled them on her own. Alex also stayed until the very end and cleaned up the whole reception hall so all I had to do was load up the boxes into our truck. There are many many more instances where Alex went above and beyond that I can't fit into this review. She was worth every penny and honestly the best money I've spent for the wedding.

I was strongly encouraged by some other brides to hire a day of coordinator. If it isn’t in your budget - it’ll likely be paid back to you in wedding gifts and it will be worth it. They were correct. My husband was very grateful for Alex. She truly went above and beyond. She stayed later than expected to help with clean up at the venue. I had an issue with a vendor and was able to immediately pass it off to her. I know for a fact she did SO MANY things behind the scenes I wasn’t even aware of (preparing the dessert, etc). She will be attentive and make sure your day is stress free. No regrets from this bride!

The most organized coordinator! Alex helped plan our bachelorette party and took into account everyone’s ideas and needs. She created a weekend filled with a plethora of affordable yet still bougie events through the weekend and even twisted in fun games for us to play. She very much thought of it all and didn’t miss a step in planning (the events, schedule, games, snacks, matching t-shirts, goodie bags, and party decor!) and even helped adjust the schedule as needed.
