Where do I even begin…Rebecca is incredible. We spent two years planning our wedding due to Covid, and ended up doing a micro wedding in 2021 and a postponed ceremony/reception this past weekend. Rebecca was always available and ready to help in any way she could. The wedding was absolutely flawless from start to finish due to her incredible skills and effort. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough— she really is a special person and planner, and we are lucky to count her as a friend!
Rebecca helped me plan my wedding for almost two years. Every step of the way, I felt like she had my (the bride's) back 100%. After my wedding was postponed due to COVID in 2020, she was patient and gracious with us, and ready to rumble when we set our new date for 2021.
She is very familiar with the wedding industry in South Florida, and knows all the little details needed to make a wedding perfect. She was always willing to do whatever it took to make our vision a reality. I had my dream wedding, enjoyed it the whole night through, and I owe it all to her! I am so immensely grateful. I'd recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the South FL area.
Rebecca was amazing! We used her for day of coordinator services and she went above and beyond for us from our first consultation. She is so friendly, approachable, honest, and professional. Even though we cancelled our wedding and decided to elope instead, I would still recommend her to anyone, she was by far the best vendor we had hired. Hire her for your wedding planning services you definitely will not regret it!
As I was the bride's go-to bridesmaid for all decision-making and details, I saw first-hand all of the work that Rebecca put in day in and day out to make Ariel and Josh's wedding absolutely perfect. She was always available and responsive, provided plenty of great recommendations for other vendors, and meticulously detailed and on-time. Rebecca knows how to balance it all - from corralling the groomsmen to ensuring the bride had an effortless morning of getting ready to overseeing the entire setup and breakdown of the wedding ceremony and reception. I don't know how she truly does it all! Rebecca made sure that every detail was taken care of and perfected - wiping down the acrylic chuppah so no fingerprints were shown on wedding photos, providing custom masks to all of the guests so everyone would feel comfortable, ensuring the bridesmaids' belongings were safe and locked up throughout the day/night, and communicating with vendors to ensure the wedding day ran on-time. Even post-wedding, I have stayed in communication with Rebecca on some items I've needed in order to purchase a custom gift for the bride and groom (and she is still just as communicative and helpful as before the wedding!) I promise you, you will not regret hiring Luna Events! Rebecca and her assistant are by far the sweetest, most professional, and get-it-done type of women! Will definitely recommend all of my South Florida friends to Luna Events for any event coordinator needs!!
Rebecca was communicative, professional, detail oriented, and all around awesome. She was so helpful with every step leading up to and during the event. She was ahead of details that I didn’t even think of, and where she really added value in addition to planning was in the execution. She maintained my husband’s guys on schedule (which is not an easy feat) at the same time as making sure the bridesmaids were staying focused and getting the photographers and videographers to capture all of it.
A short story that cemented our love for Rebecca was when we arrived at our first look location, the venue LOST THE RESERVATION. Kid you not, the worst possible situation occurred. Also, they reserved another party for the same time.
Rebecca went to the coordinator at The Spanish Monastery and let her have it (professionally), showed her the emails that the woman sent confirming, and basically saved the day. That first look is our favorite memory of the wedding and it’s all thanks to Rebecca.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe Rebecca. Thanks to the Pandemic, our daughter's July 5th California wedding became a July 5th outdoor Florida wedding with barely a month to prepare. It was beyond the wonderful organizing on such short notice--it was how Rebecca met every challenge, from thunderstorms to the Pandemic's restrictions. We're so happy that we trusted Rebecca and her team, especially Kelley, to help make our daughter's wedding a magical memory we'll always treasure.
From the first moment we met Rebecca we knew we’d be friends forever! Her professionalism, punctuality, ideas, and thorough thought process granted us the best day of our lives! Her team, along with her vendors were superb and accommodated all our requests and more. We felt they cared for our day like it was their own special event! From day one we felt like VIP’s! We had our honeymoon flight after the reception and she ensured everything was handled, even in our absence and followed up during our honeymoon and upon our return. Truly a gem to work with!!
There are no words to accurately articulate how great Rebecca is. She helped me with every single aspect of my wedding, including dealing with the venue - who was originally unresponsive to me. I was able to actually relax on my wedding weekend because I trusted Rebecca entirely. If something went wrong, like the original Rabbi and Pastor canceling, she already had another option for me before I even knew there was a problem. She is super easy to work with and I wouldn't trust anyone else to plan my wedding. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her and her company.
Rebeca was super, became one of the family as we went through a year of preparations. She coordinated every detail between the vendors and our family never missing a beat. Never lost her cool even as the countdown began. She would never hesitate to come over or arrange meetings at a moments notice. She provided us with online spread sheets for everything (especially the breakout of financial responsibilities which as the father of the bride I was watching like a hawk) updating on a daily basis. She always took my calls and dealt with our concerns and meltdowns as they popped up. That's what you want in a wedding planer and she came through with flying colors. She always made the time to speak to me, even if it was past work hours. She attended every vendor meeting and made sure to have every detail about my day explained and finalized with multiple walk throughs.

Rebecca made my daughter's vision come to life. I truly don't think we would have pulled it off without her and her team. Being that we live out of state I was nervous about having to fly in on multiple occasions for meetings with vendors but Rebecca took care of it all. We decided to go with her full service package and it was by far the best decision we could've made. Rebecca sent us organized spreadsheets, a flawless timeline, kept us up to date with all the meetings she went to and really took the time and effort to make sure we were in the loop for every step of the way. Rebecca was the perfect fit for us. She did everything you would want a planner to do. She was responsive, attentive to detail, remedied any problems before we knew about it, worked with our budget and overall made our dream wedding a reality! There is NO WAY I could have done it without Rebecca - she was incredible. Punctual, efficient, and always got back to me. I trusted she would take care of everything and she did. My sister/maid of honor loved her and said she felt like she was a "partner" and very involved. If I could, I would have used her for the entire process from start to finish, but even if you only can do only day of planning services - please do, you will not regret it.

Look no further!!! Rebecca is amazing! From the moment I first spoke to Rebecca on the phone, I knew she was the right planner for me. She went above and beyond! She attended vendor meetings with me, dealt with vendors during difficult scenarios and was incredibly organized! She always gets back to you within a few hours even when she is busy with other clients. She is honest, kind and I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off our wedding without her. On the day of the wedding she was on time, made sure all of the vendors were on time and did everything they were supposed to do. I did not have to worry about a single thing during my wedding weekend. She did everything she could to make our wedding perfect. I even had several wedding guests tell me how impressed they were with her! She even worked with me after the wedding when we had a few vendor issues. Do not hesitate to hire her! Rebecca was a dream to work with. We hired her as our wedding weekend coordinator, but she truly went above and beyond that role. She is a proactive planner and so responsive - every question is answered within a day, every vendor recommendation is on point, and even months after our wedding, she has helped us tie up loose ends. I was an out of town bride, and Rebecca was so gracious about checking out venues for us, letting us ship her so many supplies in the months leading up to the wedding, and making sure that every detail was perfect. My whole family raved about Rebecca's kindness and composure. She allowed us to be truly stress-free all weekend. If we forgot something, she brought it; if we had a question, she had the answer; if there was a problem, she found a solution before anyone else even noticed. I do not know how we would have gotten through our wedding weekend without her. Hiring Rebecca was the best decision we made!
My daughter used Rebecca for the weekend wedding events and she went over, above and beyond months before the wedding. It was a destination wedding and Rebecca must have received dozens of Amazon boxes. She was with us at the three events and I actually could just enjoy myself and be with my friends and didn’t worry about anything because I knew Rebecca was there. A million thanks to Rebecca for the perfect wedding weekend! We started working with Rebecca early in the wedding planning process and she made it incredibly easy and actually fun! She is always thinking two steps ahead for everything. She was able to juggle communicating with me, my fiance, and my mom. It was a destination wedding for us and she would visit the venue and send us pictures and videos. She communicated with all of my vendors and provided detailed timelines. Rebecca was AWESOME- she saved our wedding! She is SO responsive, never taking more than one day to get back to an email or text. Planning a wedding can be so stressful . It is the day every girl dreams about and just wants to be perfect . I searched for weeks for the best wedding planner and I came across Luna Events . After having a meeting with Rebecca, the owner, I knew she was the one to make my dream wedding come true ! And I was right ! Rebecca went above an beyond my expectations! I hired her services for the day of only, however, she was on top of everything months before. The wedding, ensured all vendors were alined, she prepared a perfect timeline and made sure everyone obeyed by it on the wedding day. We met multiple times before the wedding, stayed in touch frequently, and she even went with me to the bridal shop and learned how to do the bustle, since my family lives out of the country and I had no one to go with me on the last fitting to learn how to do it. On the wedding day she grabbed me before I headed to the dancefloor, as I was going dragging my long dress tail, got the bustle done and I was free to dance all night!

I hired Rebecca a month before the wedding and I wish I did it sooner. She was such a big help with the final stages of planning and especially the day of. Rebecca was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful. She communicated with every vendor, coordinated every step of the day and night, talked with and directed all my family members, told me what to do and where to go every step of the way. From our very first phone call it was obvious that she was organized and thorough and very professional. At the same time, she was calm and laid back and kind. She thought of SO MANY things that I would never have even thought about planning for.
