Luna Rosa Events truly ensured our wedding day was memorable and were a part of our planning every step of the way. Gicell was accessible, friendly and knowledgeable and helped my fiancé (now husband) and I secure several vendors - including catering, florals, hair and make-up, etc. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful event knowing Gicell and Liz had everything under control. Would highly recommend booking Luna Rosa for any events, but definitely worth every penny (and then some) for our wedding day!

We had a great experience with Luna Rosa Events! We hired Luna Rosa for wedding day management, and I don't know what we would have done without them. Gicell was so supportive in the months leading up to the big day, providing us invaluable guidance and the peace of mind of knowing that we weren't forgetting anything. Gicell was amazing during our entire wedding process. We hired her for month of planning/day of coordination but she was there for us for months before that. We had multiple calls and lots of checklists. She asked so many great questions about things we hadn't even thought about for the wedding. In the final weeks leading up to the wedding she really took over - contacting our vendors, making am extremely thorough schedule and sharing it with everyone. She brought Chrissy to support the day of the wedding. They were both so amazing, helpful and thoughtful. We cannot say enough wonderful things about them... Luna Rosa is absolutely amazing!!! We hired Gicell and her team for day of coordination and I can't imagine how we could have had our wedding without them! My husband and I live in a different city than our wedding location and were a bit worried about trying to plan remotely. Gicell is so organized and kind and helped make our wedding day an absolute success!!! Let me just start with saying LUNA ROSA EVENTS and her team where AWESOME!!!!! We hired her for day of coordinator, but honestly she went above and beyond then just day of coordinator. Traditionally in our culture we don’t use a coordinator for our events but I am soo glad we did and that we went with Gicell and her team! Working with Luna Rosa Events was such an amazing experience! From our first meeting to my sparkler send off, they worked with me to plan the wedding of my dreams. They are Very professional and organized. Planning a wedding during a pandemic had its challenges but Luna Rosa Events definitely made the planning process much easier. My wedding day definitely had its challenges, from bad weather, to changing our ceremony site to indoors, Luna Rosa Events made all the transitions so smooth and my wedding day was still perfect! Before finding Gicell from Luna Rosa Wedding & Events we were feeling...nervous, anxious, and a bit unorganized. Let me start off by saying that from the first day Gicell was able to place comfort in us that our day, night, and wedding weekend would be memorable for our guests and us. We let Gicell know that our wedding was roughly 45 days away and we still had several details to sort out. She promised us a great night and I can confidently say that she delivered on her promise! Even dealing with a difficult external environment Gicell was fantastic. She met with us promptly after our initial phone conversation. She was prepared and got all the necessary information. She had great recommendations for vendors that we were in need of and was able to work with our venue representative closely to work out timing, floor plan, and design. When we were in a bind, Gicell was available to answer questions, give her opinion favors, music, cake, and design. The weekend of the wedding Gicell was prompt and extremely involved in scoping opportunities to make our day better. She was extremely amicable to the families and guests. She answered questions for all involved in the wedding and families. Gicell was with us before, during, and the day after our event. Gicell made us feel happy, organized and most importantly....stress free! Further, she lended an ear even in difficult times, just so we can be heard. Even COVID-19, (the "R" word) on our patio wedding did not stop Gicell from sorting out the details, transitioning to plan B quickly, and allowing us to shine on our special day. Gicell really showed her passion for what she does. She was poised, strategic, and always looked for our best interest! Overall, our experience with Gicell was phenomenal and we feel that is why we would recommend her to any couple for their wedding events.

I highly recommend Luna Rosa Events. Gicell is everything you don’t even know you need. My wedding venue canceled on us in another state 60 days out from the wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions. To add salt to the wound I’m active duty and stationed in another country. We moved the wedding to Atlanta and got to work looking for a wedding planner. When we met Gicell we knew immediately that she was the right fit for us. She jumped right in and actually saved the day. We had a truly amazing wedding weekend. We can’t wait to plan our next event (maybe a vow renewal?!?!?) just to work with her again.

Not only was Gicell able to bring our vision to life the day of the event but she was able to handle a chaotic, rainy day with so much calm and poise! Gicell was able to accommodate our last minute requests with no errors and was available to answer any of our questions via video chat, phone call, or text, way before our actual wedding date. Gicell was able to organize all of our rentals, purchased items, and decor with ease. I am still blown away by the level of service Gicell and her team were able to offer us in our backyard, rainy, COVID-19 wedding.
