When choosing a wedding planner, I had no idea what I was doing. I picked from a list that my amazing venue provided and Luna sounded pretty, so I called. From the minute I spoke to Kaeli on the phone, I felt something in my gut that I was in good hands. Her energy was so positive and welcoming. When we started working together, from day one I recognized she had my back. She always made me feel important, heard, and supported. When I was lost, she found the path for me. She created a safe space for me. She always kept it honest and real, and she was able to keep me focused and create my vision. She is extraordinary! We feel incredibly lucky to have been able to work with Kaeli for our wedding. We certainly could not have pulled off such a wonderful event without her! Kaeli was lovely to work with and so kind and supportive. She calmed my nerves and took care of things I had not even thought of. Our event certainly wasn't as big or complicated as some of the other events she does - but she made us feel special and important - and put so much energy in making sure things would go smoothly (she amazingly solved some dilemmas that popped up with such calm and ease!) Our daughter and her now husband live in Chicago. We were all so excited about their winter wedding earlier this year. They both grew up near Ann Arbor, Michigan and wanted their “dream wedding” to be in this area since most of their friends and relatives were from this area as well. They wanted a unique, over-the-top with florals wedding--which is not easy to do in the middle of winter in Michigan. And obviously, planning a wedding from a distant city is not an easy thing to do. After interviewing a number of wedding planners, they selected Kaeli and Luna Soiree Events after hearing Kaeli's name recommended from multiple friends and vendors--including the designers at Planterra, the venue they selected. Kaeli’s skill in coordinating and leading wedding efforts was impeccable and it allowed them to continue focusing on their busy careers, knowing the wedding planning was in good hands. Kaeli and her team helped select, coordinate, and design the guest hotels, transportation, rehearsal dinner, rehearsal, photo locations, ceremony, reception, Sunday brunch, and probably more that I'm forgetting! With Kaeli leading the way, they planned a wedding weekend that was creative, incredibly beautiful and meaningful to my daughter, son-in-law, and all of us. My wife and I provided feedback when asked, but mostly were able to sit back and enjoy the planning process and the weekend itself because Kaeli and her team were on top of everything and made it run smoothly. Kaeli provided a comprehensive timeline, planning out the entire weekend down to the minute, which was so helpful to a detail-oriented person like me. And more importantly than that, the wedding was stunningly beautiful. Kaeli really brought the beauty and creativity to the rehearsal dinner at Vinology and the wedding at Planterra. She designed and created the entire rehearsal dinner from start to finish and worked seamlessly and tirelessly with Planterra's design team on the ceremony area, the reception area, the dance area, and the dinner area. This was my first of my children to get married and I was really nervous about how everything would turn out. I shouldn't have been. I was blown away! Everyone I talked to expressed how much they enjoyed the whole wedding weekend and were quick to point out that it was hands down the best wedding they had ever attended. The credit for this wonderful wedding belongs to Kaeli Garcia and the Luna Soiree team. I recommend Kaeli so highly as a person, as an extremely competent wedding designer, who creates and brings beauty and uniqueness to each of her events, and as someone who will end up feeling like a friend to the bride, groom, and their families by the time the weekend is over.

Our wedding presented significant challenges, and Kaeli/Luna Soiree Events totally rose to the occasion to pull off a beautifully executed weekend of events. We hired Kaeli to help literally build our wedding venue. I always wanted my wedding to be held at my family's summer home, but to accommodate over 200 guests, this meant creating a venue in a field with no electricity, running water, or cell phone service on a historical property 3 hours from Ann Arbor. Saying this presented challenging logistics is putting it mildly! Despite the daunting task, Kaeli worked with us and our families to combine our designs and keep us on time in planning a beachside welcome dinner for all guests, the wedding ceremony and reception, and brunch the next day. She connected us with some of our most significant vendors (band, photographer, rentals) in addition to working with local vendors we hired ourselves (caterers, florists, bathrooms, transportation). Kaeli and her team really impressed us in the weeks prior to and weekend of the wedding. She gave us detailed itineraries to make sure there was a plan for all deliveries, set-ups, and events. This helped coordinate deliveries from all over the state of Michigan. When hiccups occurred, even major ones like a storm delaying installation or the tent company bringing the wrong tents 2 days before the wedding, she worked with us and the vendors to troubleshoot and managed many issues without even bothering us; she always maintained her calm professionalism and sense of humor. She worked through the night and did so the general exuberance she brings to all activities. By the time of our welcome dinner, everything looked perfect and we knew that the wedding would be equally gorgeous the next day. I couldn't believe how beautiful our reception tent and ceremony site looked! Kaeli also succeeded in making the wedding a great experience for guests, too, who had no clue of any of the challenges we faced, and a year later describe the wedding as "legendary." I'm really not sure how we would have accomplished this event without her. My advice to others is to be realistic about how much help you will need (in our case a lot!), and if you are looking for a beautiful event, a planner who will stand up for you if a challenge occurs, and a great experience for you and your guests, then hire Luna Soiree Events.

Kaeli is hands down one of the most talented and professional people I've ever met. I started the wedding planning process without a very clear vision. I had a sense of what I wanted, but had the hardest time articulating it. Kaeli is truly an expert at her craft; she pinpointed my EXACT style and brought my blurry ideas to life. Kaeli has the most incredible connections in the wedding industry (I swear, she knows everyone!) and I found her advice to be incredibly helpful. She approaches her work with kindness, honesty, and a touch of humor (which is perfect on what could be a very stressful day!). From selecting the floral arrangements, to finding the perfect photographer, Kaeli was there for every meeting. Everything about the day and the planning process, from start to finish, was absolutely perfect. A year later, our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful the ceremony and reception were! My husband and I can't thank Kaeli and the Luna Soiree team enough for making our wedding dreams come true. I highly recommend Luna Soiree for your wedding and event planning needs!

Kaeli planned our son's wedding and she was outstanding. She was a delight to work with and everything ran perfectly. She pays attention to every detail and truly becomes friends with those she works with, I highly highly recommend her. Kaeli is a real expert at her trade.

I had very high hopes working with Kaeli, but I unfortunately would not recommend her based on our day-of experience. She sent us an invoice the day before the wedding and charged us 30% over our initial contract and said the payment needed to be completed before wedding day setup. During the wedding, she handled and broke one of our décor items (worth $300) and did not tell us about it until I inquired about it the day after the wedding – she also refused to compensate us for the item. She was responsible for coordinating with our venue for setup and there were not enough chairs for our guests during the ceremony and our head table was also one seat short. Finally, after giving her feedback about our experience, she stated extra charges and labor were on the invoice due to my “indecision” and she asked us not to post a negative review in exchange for her refunding us $300 (less than a 1/3 of her additional, day-before invoice). She was never asked to put in additional hours and took it upon herself to draft a seating chart two months before the wedding when we had no idea what our actual guest count would be. While there were pieces of the wedding that went smoothly, Kaeli lacked the professionalism and communication needed to make this a positive experience. Needless to say, we did not accept her offer and wanted to post this in hopes of preventing anything like this from happening again – we would never want anyone to go through what we went through.

Erika and I hired Kaeli as our Day Of Coordinator for our March Planterra wedding. As well as Day of, Kaeli also coordinated all of our transportation. We had an uncle performing our ceremony for his first time as minister and she coached him through that perfectly. Kaeli’s work was definitely integral to us having a smooth, enjoyable, and successful wedding day. It was perfect! We had met with Kaeli a few times before our wedding as well as had a few phone calls. From these, Kaeli worked up a detailed day of plan that had every possible contingency scheduled for our wedding day. Both our bridal party and vendors were perfectly coordinated and we had zero issues. We had used multiple transportation companies to get the bridal party and guests back-and-forth from the hotel and we also had zero issues there. Throughout the day if any small thing popped up, we had a single point of contact and Kaeli could handle it instantly. At the end of the evening Kaeli’s staff was able to take care of closing everything out helping us with vendor tips and grabbing any personal items for us, delivering it back to our hotel room. Kaeli was a pleasure to work with and nailed both out planning and our day of smooth and easy. Erika and I loved working with her and her team and can wholeheartedly recommend her for any other coordinating events.

I was on the fence about if I needed a wedding planner, and it turns out that I would be a little indecisive about many things while planning. We started working with Kaeli 16 months before our wedding, and while her advice during our planning period was very helpful, her team really shines the last few weeks and on the wedding day. She helped me bring into focus my idea of what I wanted, when I had no clear vision in my head when we started. A few weeks before our wedding, she sent our itinerary for the wedding and I almost started crying because of how helpful it was. Kaeli, Elaine, and Leah took a huge weight off my shoulders the wedding day. They were our go-to for any potential issues that might arise, and with our short set-up time frame and bumps in the road, I honestly can say we wouldn't have been able to have the same wedding without them. I even heard of a few issues, weeks after the wedding, because they had taken care of them immediately before anyone told me. If I can give any advice for a bride, it would be to hire Kaeli and her team. Throughout the process, she was my soundboard to bounce off ideas, told me when something would ruin our flow, and overall, my friend. People will tell you nobody will care more about your wedding than you do....but they probably didn't have Kaeli & Luna Soiree as their planner.

The folks at Luna Soiree are precisely the people you can trust to make your wedding amazing. Kaeli and her team brought experience, attention to detail, and a wealth of knowledge to our experience-- not to mention being great fun to work with! We got recommendations for various awesome vendors and their performances were coordinated masterfully on the day of the wedding. 6/5 stars.

The best advice I was given was to hire a Wedding Planner. I hired them 3 weeks before the wedding and it made me and our Wedding flow so much smoother. I enjoyed every minute of it because of Kaeli and Micayla. Even the perfect timing of the downpour just as I was about to walk down the aisle could not put a damper on a thing, They rounded everyone to the Ballroom in record time and it will be a memory we can laugh about 50 years later. I have hired Luna Soiree events twice for my children’s graduation parties. They were both professional and knowledgeable in helping me host my events. Kaeli and her staff went above and beyond to make my children’s graduation parties a wonderful for both them and the many guests in attendance. I will definitely be hiring them again to help me host my next big party!

We gave Luna Soiree the unique task of planning & coordinating the reception in an venue that was quite literally under-construction. Kaeli linked us up with floral, food, chair, and table vendors that matched our palette & vision wonderfully. She provided valuable feedback on timeline, when we should be getting invites out, when we should be booking transportation, and worked with us to ensure this all went smoothly. Her ability to secure vendor pricing on some items that we thought would be out of our budget really helped create the space we were hoping for. The week leading up to the big day we were informed by the venue, whose construction schedule had slipped, of issue after issue, the lights aren't in, the elevator can't be used for delivery, bathroom partitions did not come in correctly. Kaeli & team rolled with every punch, coordinating lighting, movers, and vendors to ready the space for the big day. In 24 hours her team had transformed the space into exactly what we were hoping for. A ton of effort went into the final days, but it was really worth it. Kaeli & her team's day-of service was also exceptional, and they really alleviated the stress of paying vendors and coordinating final details.

Overall our experience with Kaeli was great. She coordinated all of our vendors for the day of, helped us find an amazing florist, and did a great job of collecting personal items at the venue and getting them to the right hotel room after. She also coordinated the rehearsal which was very helpful as many had not been to the venue before. I would recommend her for coordinating your special day!

If I could describe Kaeli and her team in 3 words: PEACE OF MIND. Luna Soirée did a magnificent job from start to finish, making our day smooth, effortless and unforgettable. Kaeli/LSE was instrumental in helping us build a vision, bring in vendors that would fulfill that vision and facilitating delivery on everything that was promised. Her guidance on florals in particular was life-(and money) saving. I gave her my vision and budget and she negotiated to get exactly what I wanted without spending the insane floral costs that some vendors proposed...I would have been completely clueless without her. Such a relief. From her quick decision-making, to giving candid feedback on some of our whackier thoughts, to negotiating with vendors and using her contacts to fill in the blanks, Kaeli literally was the glue that held our wonderful weekend together with dazzle. Kaeli is everything you want in a wedding planner. Her patience, grace and relentless energy to pull off so many things at once (all with a smile on her face) was truly a marvel. She took charge when necessary and provided the much needed guidance to a bride who is eager to please all her guests! Knowing that she was in control the day of our wedding gave me (us) such incredible peace of mind, so I was able to enjoy the morning with much excitement and anticipation and did NOT have to be the point person for the many vendors trying to pull off a “glitch free” celebration. That stress-free morning alone was worth the value, and I encourage all brides to make the investment (for your sanity :) Looking back, it was absolutely the best hire we made, which is no small compliment considering the team Kaeli helped us assemble.

Working with Luna Soiree could have been a better experience for me. Communication and time management were subpar throughout the planning process. Kaeli wash helpful at times, but also unhelpful (and a bit abrasive) at times. In the end, the wedding operated smoothly, but I expected for a more pleasant and satisfying experience.

Kaeli and her team were so wonderful to work with! As someone who has an incredibly busy schedule, I knew I would not be able to execute the wedding of my dreams without some extra help and guidance. Kaeli listened so well to all of our requests and had even more incredible ideas that made our wedding day even better than we could have imagined. Despite the weather deciding to pour several hours before our outdoor ceremony, I was not worried in the slightest because Kaeli had everything taken care of. Kaeli and her team are absolutely amazing. As my day of coordinator she took care of me, my guests, the other vendors and the staff at the church. She came to the church at my rehearsal and immediately I felt calm, she took control of the situation with the big personalities in the room but made sure everyone was happy. The wedding day went so smoothly, I'm not sure what may have happened behind the scenes because Kaeli took care of everything! All of the little details we discussed were taken care of. A truly impressive feat considering I had 4 venues (church, ballroom 1, ballroom 2 and a rented out bar for dancing). She made sure all of the flowers, gifts, picture frames, everything was moved with precision and set up perfectly. She even arranged for a last minute groomsmen cake cutting photo op that I had forgotten about and a quick walkthrough of the dinner decorated, which was just so special to have a quiet moment with my groom. I am sure there was chaos that went behind the scenes but Kaeli was amazing, confident, she gave advice but always really listened, knew when to just do something and when to make sure to ask more questions, undoubtedly the most valuable person involved in planning and day of coordination.

I was referred to Kaeli/ Luna Soiree, by my caterer. I live in Texas, had my wedding in Michigan and was trying to make all the arrangements myself. Who was I kidding?!? I already picked out our venues, Matthaei Botanical Gardens for the ceremony and The Big House for our reception, but I had no idea what "theme" the wedding would be, or that it even needed one. I wanted a romantic look, with out being to over the top. Kaeli helped design everything from centerpieces to linens,entrance table, dessert table, etc. She communicated and worked very well with the other vendors and made sure that MY day just what I envisioned and in my budgeting . Kaeli and her team are warm, caring, organized, and know how to get things things done!

I would HIGHLY recommended hiring Luna Soiree for your wedding needs. We received the news that my father had stage 4 cancer and wasn’t given much time. We were able to book our event at the location we wanted but it was in less than 2 months. I knew we needed professional help. I reached out to Kaeli and immediately loved her energy and amazing ideas. We meet a couple of time to go over details and really felt like she and Kelsey were a part of our family. She is very responsive and good at calming a crazy bride-to-be down and has great attention to detail. When I showed up at the venue on our wedding day I couldn’t believe how beautiful her and her team made it. I am normally a very OCD person who has a hard time letting someone else take control, but I can honestly say I was absolutely relaxed the day of my wedding. She made sure everything ran smooth. Luna Soiree can execute! We had a 175 backyard wedding that went off without a hitch. The level of detail, effort and planning that Luna Soiree put into our event was above and beyond what we asked. They worked seamlessly with all of my vendors on the day of so that all I had to do was show up, relax while drinking tea in the 18th century farmhouse, and slip into my dress before the ceremony. Not only did my day run seamlessly, but the team went above and beyond to really make my day special. Kaeli came up with a last minute idea to use my father's 1965 Ford Mustang as an entrance car before he walked me down the aisle - it was so special and unique, and just made the wedding pop. Kaeli and her team stayed until the end - they cleaned up and packed away all of my items without me having to lift a finger. Throughout the entire process, I felt safe. Luna Soiree has the wedding planning down and really knows how to go that extra mile to make their brides smile on their wedding day...and for years to come thinking about the perfect memories! SO SO SO AMAZING. Did I mention they're amazing? The best decision I made during my wedding planning, besides choosing the perfect man, was booking Luna Soiree for my wedding. I booked them for day-of coordination and a little extra help with planning and they did a stellar job. I ended up moving out of state halfway through my wedding planning so I was nervous, but Emma took over and made sure everything was perfectly in place. Her communication was clear and consistent and she took so much stress off of me. She went over all of my documents the week before the wedding and confirmed/adjusted the details as needed. The rehearsal went so smoothly because of her organization and she handled the million questions from our parents calmly and confidently. Our wedding day couldn't have been anymore perfect. She kept me calm, took care of the few small issues that arose and kept everything perfectly on schedule. When it came time to tear everything down I was so impressed with how quickly and smoothly it went because it was coordinated so well. I offered to help with clean up, etc. but Emma pretty much insisted that's what she was there for and not to worry about it, which made my evening much more relaxed. I could go on and on about how pleased I was with Luna Soiree. I almost wish I could get married again just so I could work with them again!!

We absolutely loved working with Kaeli and her staff! We have said to many friends and family members that we couldn't (and wouldn't have wanted) to do the wedding planning process without her! We had already picked our date and venue along with a few other ideas prior to meeting with Kaeli, but her recommendations for vendors really made our event. We loved every single one she suggested, they were professional, creative, and executed every detail! The week and weekend of our wedding, we were so much more relaxed knowing that Kaeli and her team had everything covered. She has a great eye for design and was able to figure out what our vision was even though I didn't really have a way to express it. We were able to truly enjoy every moment of the weekend and everything went even better than we could have expected.

We loved Kaeli and her team, I wasn't sure I really needed a coordinator and was pretty far into planning when I hired Luna Soiree so at first I was nervous about the investment. It was 100% worth it. Kaeli helped in so many ways, beforehand using her knowledge to remind me of things I needed to do, using her preferred vendors, asking simple questions that I did not know (never being married).....and then the day of. I never worried about a single thing, nobody asked me silly questions throughout the event and the evening went flawless. Once everything ended my family and I did not have to worry about any of the breakdown which honestly is not something you want to deal with at the end of the night. All of our items were neatly packed up for us to pick up the next day. It was perfect in so many ways and I have a lot to owe this team. One main thing that even stood out was when I arrived to the event Kaeli even made sure to grab me a drink. Super thoughtful and just a great experience all together.

From the time I first spoke with Kaeli until our daughter's wedding was over, I was provided with the best possible service you could ask for. Our daughter and her now husband wanted an outdoor wedding at their home. Happy to do that, I needed some help! We interviewed other event planners but didn't get that confident feeling we needed. A friend put us in touch with Luna Soiree. After my initial phone conversation with Kaeli, I had the confidence that Luna Soiree would be able to do the job I was looking for. She and her team were always professional and personable. Even though we were a good distance from Ann Arbor, she always made it possible and practical for us to have face-to-face meetings. She and her team would ask pertinent questions and give us great advice without being controlling and letting us know that this was our event and what we wanted was most important. They left no stone unturned!! The day of our daughter's wedding went off without a hitch. From noon until midnight is a blur to me. Luna Soiree's team knew what we wanted, where things were, what time things needed to happen, and made the day successful beyond belief!! Many of our guests have said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. I don't know about that, but I do know that it was the wedding our daughter and son-in-law wanted and Luna Soiree made it happen!! It there is one thing I would do over again, it would be to hire the team at Luna Soiree -- the BEST money we spent!! Not only did we have a hugely successful party, but we have made some great new friends at Luna Soiree!!!

My now-husband and I work insane hours, and I knew from the moment I got engaged that I would need a full-service wedding planner. Kaeli Garcia and the Luna Soiree team assisted me in planning my wedding to perfection from day one! I can be fairly indecisive (read: paralyzed by the overwhelming number of decisions one has to make about a wedding!), and Kaeli was always present with a helpful suggestion, recommended vendor, or pro tip culled from her extensive experience in the industry. I was a bride to be planning from another state and Luna Soiree was an integral part of my planning process. Not only did they help me stay organized and on track, but they were always available for quick questions on how to execute specific things for my wedding day. They went above and beyond my expectations and on the day of they helped me stay on track with a timeline, which is super hard to do because guests will want to take pictures and talk to the bride and groom during the reception. At the end of the day I could not have had my perfect wedding without Kaeli and Randi. There were unexpected "mini fires" that happened the day before the wedding, such as the singing group who was supposed to sing canceling at the last minute and not begin able to come to the rehearsal, in addition to not calling me to confirm that they would sing for the wedding day. Before the evening was over Kaeli and Randi had a complete CD with all of the songs the group was supposed to sing burned onto a CD, in addition to providing an extra CD of wedding music for guests to be seated to. They also worked with the photographer to make sure we got this very specific wedding shot I wanted outside of Comerica Park with sparklers. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is playing a wedding and looking for someone who is dependable, organized, personable and will add a flair of elegance to your event. Anyone who attended my wedding can't stop talking about how well executed and classy the ceremony and evening was.

Luna Soiree did so much to determine the great success of my son's wedding. Kaeli Garcia's vision, resourcefulness, patience, and inventiveness were responsible for this being such an enchanting, beautiful, seamlessly executed, and completely worry-free and happy day. She oversaw not only the big things, but her attention to small details (like the brilliant addition of the pews and the Porsche bridal entrance) made all of the difference. The bride and groom had very demanding work schedules, and were able to place their complete trust in her with exceptional results. Kaeli and her fantastic team literally saved my wedding multiple times. I initially hired her as a day of coordinator because I didn’t want to be worried about running around on the big day… but soon I realized her capabilities and I understood I needed her for more. I was hesitant about spending more money on a planner, when I myself am a compulsive planner on day-to-day things. But quickly what I realized is that I am not a wedding planner. I didn’t have the resources or the knowledge despite my OCD tendencies. Luna Soiree kept things under control even when unforeseen crisis after unforeseen crisis occurred. Without a question in my mind, hiring Kaeli is the best investment you can possibly make. I have 9 months of examples on how this team is lifesaving, but here’s just one: It’s the Monday before my wedding and I am waiting for my calligraphy package to arrive (2 day shipment, expected delivery is today). I ordered escort cards, table numbers, and signs for throughout the venue. I am tracking the package and waiting anxiously for its arrival. Wednesday, I start getting more nervous, and then I am relieved to see the shipment is in a nearby city in Michigan. No delivery on Wednesday. No delivery on Thursday. I start panicking. Friday morning I see that my shipment was sent BACK to Minnesota. It’s the day of my rehearsal and I have a thousand other things to be thinking about. I was crying to hard to even call Kaeli, so my sister did on speakerphone. Kaeli said, “I will take care of it. Jenny has nothing to worry about. It’s my burden to bear. I will take care of it.” I knew she would. Kaeli called the post office trying to track down the shipment, and in case it didn’t arrive, started working on making new escort cards and table numbers. Come to find out, my calligrapher used an old box with an old sticker. The scanner recognized the old sticker and was sending the package back and forth between Michigan and Minnesota. No one was able to intercept the package in time. Kaeli’s team literally spent the next 24 hours creating new escort cards, table numbers, and signs that matched the ones missing. I can’t tell you the amount of relief I felt, knowing that this incredible team was on top of it. In addition to being a phenomenal planner and crisis manager, Kaeli is also incredibly motivating and an inspiring woman. She has grown to be a life-long friend and a life mentor. She is talented, smart, kind, strong, and has great taste. If this isn’t enough… lets talk money. I didn’t realize that I would save a TON of money by using Kaeli. I received major discounts from many vendors just for mentioning I was working with Luna Soiree. Kaeli helped me negotiate prices and contracts on just about everything, even when I didn’t think they were overpriced. I cannot be more passionate about this team. Please do yourself a favor and get her involved in your wedding. You won’t be disappointed!!

I am an extremely busy working professional and as I was trying to nail down details for my wedding, I realized there was no way I could do it alone. I was put in touch with Kaeli from Luna Soiree and from the moment we met, I had a great feeling she would do a wonderful job. I went for the full service package – and it was definitely worth it! We had already booked our venue, but there were so many other details that Kaeli and her team were able to provide referrals for. We had an amazing DJ, florist, photographer, linen rental, bakery, dress tailor, etc. – you name it! She was also able to negotiate contracts for us and get us great deals though her contacts. The best part for me, was not having to contact vendors and deal with things during business hours, when I just didn’t have the ability. I can’t even begin to include everything that her team took care of for me, but they were there every step of the way to make sure every detail was taken care of! On the day of, I didn’t have to worry about a thing – which was amazing! I didn’t want myself or any family members to feel like they had any other job the day of, besides getting themselves ready, taking pictures, and enjoying the festivities of the day. Kaeli and Randi took care of everything from set up to tear down, making sure everything went off without a hitch! And if something didn’t go as planned, I had no idea. Unfortunately our venue was not very accommodating during the process and day of, but Kaeli and her team, took it in stride and worked with them to the best of their ability. It wasn’t until after the wedding that I found out the venue wasn’t being cooperative, so it was nice to have them take care of any issues that arose…. Especially when we ran out of alcohol (we were allowed to bring in our own). Her team went right out, got more, and our guests had no idea there had ever been a shortage. Long story short, I would not hesitate to hire Kaeli and her team again if I had to do it all over! Whether you go for full service, day of, or anywhere in between – you can’t go wrong with Luna Soiree!

So, a day of coordinator for our wedding was not something we planned to have, but they were totally worth it! At our initial meeting, Kaeli worked with us to find a package that would work with what we were looking for. She was always quick to respond to emails and easy to get in contact with. Kaeli Garcia (of Luna Soiree) is an amazing, fabulous, remarkable, stunning and extremely talented woman! She and her Luna Soiree team were absolutely extraordinary and made our wedding PERFECT! Kaeli worked with us to create a contract that was specific to our wants, so we could use her services exactly where we needed them most. She helped find all of our vendors and negotiate our contracts, saving us money and time. Every vendor, from the venue to the florals to the dress tailor, etc. were all AMAZING. The day of, she took care of everything --- set up, vendor confirmations, breaking down everything, making sure our guests were enjoying themselves, and every other little detail that is involved in such an elaborate event. As a bride, all I had to worry about was saying 'I do' and not spilling anything on my dress (oops, but she helped take care of that, too). She has a great personality and worked with us to create a package that fit our needs. Our venue did not include any vendors and Kaeli gave excellent recommendations to local vendors in Ann Arbor. She also handled the rentals for linens and chairs, etc. so I didn't even have to think about those details! The day-of coordination was extremely helpful. I was actually referred to Luna Soiree by another wedding planner...so I knew Kaeli must be an amazing planner! I was not particularly interested in a full planning package--so it was nice to be able to work with Kaeli on a package that best suited our needs. Kaeli was able to provide great recommendations and guidance on everything that we needed...from caterers to photographers to the most amazing seamstress. We were building a barn for our wedding--so everything was a bit hectic--and Kaeli's experience and insight kept us on track. Having Kaeli's team on site the day of the wedding was unbelievably helpful and made my day a lot less stressful. I was not worried about the set up of anything...and there was A LOT of setup!! I was able to focus on spending time with my family and the excitement of the day. The Luna Soiree team helped make our vision a stunning reality!

My only regret I have with using Luna Soiree is that I wish I had booked them the minute I started planning my wedding. Having Kaeli and her team on my side during our wedding day and through the planning beforehand made my life so much easier. Even my mom and dad raved about how wonderful our 'wedding planners' were. A strong vendor support team on a wedding day is so important! I was planning my MI wedding from GA and I’ll be honest, I heard from multiple people that I had more vendors involved than any other bride! At that moment (and many sleepless nights thinking through wedding details) I knew I needed another vendor…it was time to bring in a coordinator to help with the organized chaos I had created! The venue we chose was very hands off and really needed someone to coordinate the endless supply of vendors arriving, the setup of every detail, and to orchestrate the flow of the reception and the guests. We worked with Kaeli to come up with a plan and she creating a customized package to fit our needs. She was a wonderful resource to have on my team when contractual questions came up and she helped to save the day when we were hit with an amendment to our venue contract less than one month from the big day! That amendment affected the hundreds of candles, the sparkler sendoff, and most of all it cut our end time by an hour. Kaeli stepped in to help come to a compromise with the venue and we definitely ended up on top! We can’t thank her enough for her support! Libbie and the Luna Soiree team were present the day of and when I arrived to the venue it brought me to tears. The girls did a phenomenal job managing the vendors and the setup of the décor, the event space (which was a 160 acre farm, barn, and massive 7,200 sq. ft. tent) was breathtaking! Libbie was my right hand that kept everything on track and I didn’t even notice the planning behind it, it was effortless! We had a ball and didn’t want the night to end, she even helped to pull off that sparkler sendoff (which made for some amazing pictures), and I even remember her helping me readjust my dress out in a field. Libbie you were a godsend that day and I thank you so very much! I can’t imagine my wedding day without the Luna Soiree team; they kept me level headed and knew how to get me to focus on the important items behind the big day.

There is not a doubt in my mind that our wedding would have been what it was without the help of Kaeli. She was a true gem, my gold star :) I met with Kaeli about a year before our wedding, thinking I was only going to need her for day of services, I was wrong. Kaeli went over her packages with me, and explained all of the things that would fall into my lap as the wedding approached. I knew we needed more help, and I'm so glad we made that choice. Hands down, Kaeli was our biggest asset during the planning process, and on the wedding day, I have no idea what we would have done without her. Kaeli has a true gift for what she does. She truly served as our voice. As the wedding grew closer, Kaeli communicated with us on a regular basis. She made sure we were on track and offered her help for anything we had looked past. It was beyond comforting those final few weeks knowing Kaeli was there and she had our backs. Our wedding day could not have gone any better. There were a couple of small hiccups, but Kaeli handled them. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, our parents didn't, our bridal party didn't. We all got to enjoy the day which is so important because it goes so fast! Bottom line, this girl knows what she is doing! If you don't think you need someone's help like I did, trust me, you do, and you want that person to be Kaeli. Even if you think a wedding coordinator isn't in your budget, cut somewhere else...seriously! Hiring Kaeli was the best choice we made. Kaeli was actually already booked for another wedding that required her to be more "hands-on", so we were fortunate to work with Libbie, another Luna Soiree associate. A few weeks before our wedding, my mom and I went to meet with the two of them and we thought we had things mostly under control. Kaeli and Libbie were asking us a lot of questions about logistics of the day that we hadn't even thought of! It stressed us out, but then we realized THANK GOODNESS we have them to think of all of these things, and to make sure they get done! After making the decision to plan a tent wedding in my parent's yard, I knew we needed outside help from a day-of coordinator. Kaeli, was the only coordinator who really seemed to grasp the services I was looking for and the needs required for our big day. Prior to the wedding, Kaeli was extremely responsive on email and made herself available for a last minute in-person meeting. This was reassuring considering I was planning our wedding from 300 miles away. Detailed timing was provided and all of our agreed day-of-duties were noted. Vendors were all contacted the week before our wedding to ensure timing commitments and expectations were aligned. Kaeli and her assistant were left on their own to complete final detail set-up (which included at least 30 tasks plus cutting flowers and minor arranging). The details execution exceeded my expectations. Execution of these details was the very reason I hired a coordinator. However, the real work was not within the details but rather vendor management which was something I didn't anticipate...at least to the extent of which it was needed. Kaeli and her assistant managed an extremely difficult and inept catering staff. Had it not been for Luna Soiree, my guests still may be waiting for their food and drinks from the bar! Kaeli and her assistant jumped in head first and served our guests to keep the flow of the evening going. I could go into the details of how they prevented endless disasters with this catering crew, but in a nutshell Luna Soiree maintained the vision we had for our day through their leadership, professionalism and dedication. They even extended their services until they felt the evening was fully under control. Additionally, I never knew there were any issues (which there were plenty), which is the best compliment I can offer Luna Soiree. Things don't ever go as planned, and Luna Soiree offered me a piece of mind, maintained my vision, fought my fires, and ensured our guests were enjoying themselves. Our event would not have been made possible if it wasn't for Luna Soiree.

When encountering the challenges of planning a wedding it is imperative to have a committed and experienced professional such as Kaeli Garcia by your side. My daughter and son-in-law encountered unexpected changes of venue and catering before their wedding. At each crisis and also with everyday decision-making, Kaeli and the Luna Soiree team were on hand and sharing their collective wisdom. Kaeli provided excellent problem solving skills, and clear, direct communication throughout the process. She is skilled at anticipating the needs of all involved and her willingness to go above and beyond is evident at every turn. As parents of the bride, we feel that the most valuable part of the team of professionals that served us that day, was indeed Kaeli Garcia. The event flowed without a hitch due to her attention and allowed us to focus on what was most important, our daughter and our guests. We won’t be “parents of the bride” again, but will not hesitate to encourage others to use Luna Soiree.

Kaeli was wonderful. She is so bubbley and made the planning process very smooth. I mainly needed day-of coordination but she offers a range of very reasonably priced planning services. She did things on the day of my wedding that I didn't realize needed to be done! And we had a massive storm during dinner and she helped keep everyone calm and collected :)
