We used Luxe for our wedding day rentals. We rented chairs, napkins, chargers and linens. Everyone at Luxe was so easy to work with and had so many great ideas to help make our wedding perfect!
The process of picking out the linens and seeing them the day of was great! The staff was friendly and they took care of the details that were laid out. However the week of the wedding they had the wrong count multiple times, and with only a few days to spare before the wedding, they told us we could not write a check because it was too soon before the wedding even though they were the ones who were messing up the count and taking awhile to get back to us. And then they accused us of not paying the right amount in the beginning which later on they came back and said we did. It was messy but the end product was beautiful.
Amazing! I emailed Luxe about 11 months before our wedding and scheduled an appointment to go in-person to look at options. My mom and I met with Colleen, she showed us all the different options, gave us multiple "mock-up's" and various quotes so we can determine what would work best for us. I ended up using their gold-beaded chargers and a black velvet linen for our cake table. I worked with Colleen the whole time and she was always very responsive and helpful!
Luxe Linen was an amazing company to work with for my linens and chairs! From the first email I sent to them, they were responsive and ready to help with any questions I had. Going to their showroom and experimenting with different linens, they were kind and patient as I was trying different combinations. Even when I second guessed my decor, and asked to come in again to change my choices, they welcomed me back and were there to listen and help. I highly recommend Luxe, and would hire them again and again for any events.
So easy to work with and they had such a huge selection! I really loved that I was able pick up and drop off the linens myself, this way I could save a little bit of money and avoid the delivery charges that other companies wanted. Quick responses and they were able to modify my order easily. Highly recommend!
Luxe Linen was recommended to us through our reception venue. They knew our venue like the back of their hand and were able to help us plan and get the perfect look we wanted. They also have a showroom you can go to and they will lay out different options. I am a visual person and this helped tremendously! They also work closely with Detroit Chiavari (where we rented tables and chairs) which was super helpful. All the people that work there were helpful and sweet, despite going through a crazy busy season due to all the weddings and the pandemic.
We used LUXE Event Linen for our table linens and napkins on our wedding day. We were so pleased with the selection, service provided and fair pricing we received. Pick up and drop off was easy - we got married over a holiday weekend and ended up working with our venue to put the linens on ourselves which was easy for us. We paid for the napkins to be pre-folded; their rates are fair for this and it was a massive help when setting up for a 210 person wedding. We received lots of compliments on our table set up. We had a variety of table sizes including 10 ft rounds, 8 ft long tables, cocktail high-tops, and a small table for our cake. They have plenty of inventory and selection that accommodated all of our needs. We would definitely work with LUXE again and absolutely recommend them for all southeast Michigan brides and grooms!
LUXE Event Linen had the best selection of linens to choose from. My husband and I really enjoyed picking out the exact colors and textures of linens and napkins for our wedding. They even helped us select the napkin fold that would look best for our table set up based on the linens we liked. They pre-folded the napkins and took care of pickup before and after our wedding as well!
My experience working with Luxe Event Linen was great, overall. The final product of our wedding was so beautiful and we were so happy with the service we received.
We had to postpone our wedding from 2021 to April 2022, and we understood the reasoning for some of the increased fees. I was able to go back to the showrooms to review my initial choices, which was great bc I ended up changing a couple of selections. We weren’t informed that the chair rental had been outsourced to Detroit Chivari, a change that occurred somewhere during the pandemic, but it was a total nonissue. Everything was delivered and ready to go for our wedding.
Our day ended up so beautiful, we would certainly recommend Luxe Event Linens (and Detroit Chivari) to anyone looking to host an event.
Luxe Event Linens provided the underlays and overlays for all of the guest and display tables at our wedding, and they couldn't have looked more beautiful! The staff at Luxe were all very friendly and great to work with, and they made the pick up and drop off process super simple. Can't recommend enough if you want to add that extra special touch to your wedding!

They had a beautiful collection of linens, chairs, and other decorative details to choose from which was so helpful as we were looking to create a less traditional look & feel for our big day. We were able to choose linens and chairs along with our floral choices and add or remove details from our order through our catering contact - very convenient!
I rented table linens and napkins for my nieces wedding shower. The options were endless, and the women there made the whole process so easy. They set the linens up in their showroom for me to see how everything would look. On the day of the shower the room looked breathtaking! The return was quick and easy. We used Luxe Event Linen for our wedding on June 19th, 2021. Oh. My. Gosh. Talk about show stopping! The table numbers, chargers, linens, chairs, and farmhouse tables made our wedding aesthetic dreams come true! The quality of all of their items was amazing. Everything was delivered on time and quickly set up by their staff. Colleen was absolutely amazing to work with and helped to make sure everything looked PERFECT! Highly recommend!
I’ll start this off by saying that our wedding day turned out absolutely beautifully thanks to Luxe, if this was based on looks alone they would be a full 5 stars, however the process leading up to the wedding day was a bit more stressful than I would like. First of all, you cannot call them. All contact has to be through email. Even when you do bypass the phone line that says to email them, their answering machine is full. What would have been a 5 minute phone conversation turned into multiple emails over a few days. I did not know the time they were coming to set up until less than 24 hours before the wedding which caused a lot of stress as we had to figure out the time for the linens before we could figure out timing with the florist for the centerpieces. I can appreciate that this time of year is super busy, especially with covid and probably double the amount of weddings this year. Because of this, I tried to get ahead of the game and contact them early since I had my final count early. I was told to wait until two weeks before, likely because of the volume of clients they have. They were able to accommodate rebooking due to covid to an extent which was nice, I just wish the communication was a little bit better. But like I said, if I were to rate the services based on how the reception hall looked once they were finished, they would get a 10/5. It truly was absolutely beautiful and magical!
My review is long. In summary, Crystal and Colleen said they are not legally obligated to move our $850 deposit to a new date just because of the pandemic. Ultimately, we want to have the reception we dreamed of, safely.
When I first booked with Luxe, I was really excited and thought their product was beautiful. It was exactly what I pictured for my reception. However, due to the pandemic, continuing with our original date would put our family, friends, and vendors at risk. We made the decision to push our date back to 2022. My venue, DJ, photographer, and florist moved our date without any issues or fees. Luxe informed us that they were not legally obligated to move our $850 deposit if we moved it another year, so we would be losing our deposit if we went through with moving it. We heavily considered not changing our date because of this, but ultimately, we want to safely have the reception we dreamed about. When I emailed Crystal and Colleen to let them know our date had officially changed to 2022, they never even bothered responding to me. I would rather give my money to a company that runs on high ethical and moral standards instead of a company worried about the bare minimum they're legally allowed to do.
LOVE THESE LADIES!!!!! Our 250 person wedding last year went down to 30 and the girls at luxe were absolutely amazing to work with! They helped provide some beautiful farmhouse tables for our intimate event. Being in the industry I use Luxe very often! They are so great to work with and love their product! If your looking for some beautiful rentals make sure you check them out!
We could not have been happier with LUXE Event Linen for our backyard wedding last month! Even with having to order rentals on short notice, they could not have been more understanding & accommodating. The farm chairs & linens were so beautiful, high quality & absolutely perfect for our outdoor wedding. We will definitely consider using LUXE again for any other future events & would highly recommend to anyone else looking for their wedding!
Luxe was so awesome to work with throughout our whole wedding planning experience! We worked closely with Shelby and she was very responsive even with all of my crazy emails and changes and requests. She made us feel confident that our reception would look beautiful and all of our guests agreed!
We used LUXE for the Packard Proving Grounds in Shelby Township, MI. We changed our minds a few times on table sizes and linens, and they were very patient and professional. The final product was perfect! They were able to handle set up and cleanup same day without a hitch. Thank you LUXE!!
I was torn on between a 3 and a 4 for luxe. We rented chairs from them for our wedding and the chairs looked beautiful and the delivery and pick up was smooth. That being said, communication was a major issue.
I live in California so I couldn't come in to the showroom. I had to remind them this multiple times over the same email thread, when they kept asking me to come in. On top of this, I had originally ordered an overlay for the cake table and head table in order for our price to meet their minimum. My venue provided nice linens so we really only needed the chairs, but to meet the minimum I decided to add some extras on. Multiple times, in the same email thread, the person I was working with completely forgot that these overlays were ever discussed (even though they were part of the original quote that I had in email and had obtained over the phone). I ended up just paying for extra chairs and NOT getting the overlays because I didn't want to have to tell them again.
I understand that being far away may be inconvenient for vendors, but no other vendor had actually removed items I had ordered from my quotes, and I only had to tell others once that I could not meet in person.
We used LUXE Event Linen for our table linen's, napkins, and chargers. They are a little on the expensive side but worth it. They have an amazing showroom where you can go and switch out table linen upon table linen to see what looks just right! They also work with your venue on time to show up and a floor plan to make sure it's just right. Again a little pricey but worth it! The table cloths make the room complete!
The team at LUXE Event Linen is so WONDERFUL! We worked with Shelby who helped us make our wedding day vision come to life. LUXE’s farm back chairs and farm tables are gorgeous and really helped create the feel for our space. Shelby was very quick to respond and so helpful with any questions that we had. She made it simple when we needed to make any changes or add on to our order. I can’t thank her enough for making the planning process so so so much easier. On the day of, the team did such an amazing job with set up and tear down. They were quick and very timely. We used Luxe for our wedding and we rented over lays for our tables. The staff is very friendly. It was easy to set up an appointment to come to their location to view the linen. Shelby worked with us. She was extremely helpful in listening to what my vision was and what I had in mind and from there she pulled samples of what she thought I would like. She provided her insight and made my wedding vision come to life. They had a large selection of table cloths and over lays to choose from! The linens were ready to go when we came to pick them up and dropping them off after the wedding was easy and hassle free. Each staff member we encountered was extremely nice and friendly. Luxe was great from start to finish. I rented table cloths, napkins, and chairs for my wedding (which looked beautiful the day-of). Their showroom is so awesome in helping you look at different combinations of linens and chairs to determine the look you like before you make a final decision. Luxe linen was recommended to me by a friend who used their services the year before we got married. Their prices are competitive and they have a show room to allow you to fully express your vision before deciding on colors/styles. The only thing I would recommend is ordering more napkins than needed, as we discovered some were fringed or unraveled and could not be set at the table (luckily we had a lesser head count than our original commitment so everything worked out!) Overall, a wonderful vendor to work with!
Luxe did an outstanding job at my wedding this past Friday. Everything was perfect and everyone was so nice! I loved all of it, especially the chairs. So gorgeous. I can’t say enough kind things about the company and the staff. They helped make my husband and I’s night perfect. If you need linens this is the place to get them from!

Shelby was a pleasure to work with! My only issue with Luxe was over a week before the wedding I made final payment and then had to add a family member to my guest list so I needed one more chiavari chair and table linen the day after I paid Luxe in full. They charged me an additional $50 fee to add more items that I had to purchase from them. Since the fee was under $100 it had to be paid in cash so I had to drive 20 miles to pay for one chair and table linen with their $50 fee.
Absolutely beautiful linens as well as chairs. It pulled everything together to make a unique yet romantic wedding reception. It was perfect.
Used Luxe Linen for linens for my wedding. The first meeting was great, and the linen price stayed within my budget. Used crushed gold floor length linens. The company/staff were very easy to work with and allowed me to take samples of the linens for my florist mock-up. The linens were great and easy pick-up and return instructions. 100% recommend.
Overall, Luxe delivered and everything looked beautiful and for that I am thankful. It is the leading up to the big day part I was not so pleased with. My advice is to make sure you ask a ton of questions prior to committing to them, otherwise, there will for sure be some surprises.
We had a large Indian wedding, spanning multiple days, and LUXE provided the Chiavari chairs, napkins and linens for the fancier dinner events (the sangeet and reception)...and the room looked spectacular! The price point is affordable and the designs were perfect for an Indian wedding/the theme that we had selected! Both Christine and Shelby (and the entire staff) were so helpful in ensuring that every detail was taken care off and that all color shades matched, etc. Our wedding wouldn't have looked as beautiful without their help! We were so thrilled with the way things turned out with the Luxe Linen rentals! They have a very large selection with many different colors. They are willing to match other quotes if the products are the exact same - there's a tip for you. Look on their website for different deals they have going on. We got a great deal because they had specials going on the time we booked so they were affordable. Everyone was nice and overall we were very happy with them.
Luxe was fantastic. They had a selection of linens none of the other vendors carried and the prices were very competitive for how responsive they are to email and phone calls. They really make planning stress-free.
I have had rave reviews about how gorgeous my tables and chairs were. They have great Instagram specials on packages, don't let them being a little pricier than a few places deter you. You can't put a price on quality or ease of communication.
