After my first initial phone call with LUXE, Brooke Garbett specifically, it was a no brainer. I booked them on the spot. We had to postpone because of covid and they were there for us working with our vendors to make sure our new date was secured. In addition a lot of our chosen vendors were suggestions from LUXE. They have professional connections that can make any event the perfect one for you. Can not recommend them enough!

Brooke immediately came in with a plan, a spreadsheet, timelines, and vendor lists. My husband and I got to pick all of the details and make the day our own but Brooke kept us on track and had suggestions to make everything we wanted to do a reality. She made suggestions on where to cut costs and how to get the most value for what we wanted, and how to make everything run smooth. 

Brooke led our rehearsal with a positive energy and walked our families and wedding party through everything down to the last detail. So many things we never would have even thought about! From where we wanted family seated to a special ceremony we wanted to include, she thought of everything.

The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. 100%. Everyone talks about what went wrong on their wedding day, but we don’t have anything that didn’t turn out well and most of the credit for that goes to Luxe.

They were on-site and communicating with vendors early on, which meant my husband and I got to enjoy our day and focus on each other. They did such a good job of solving little problems without needing us, and brought only the most important issues to us for final approval.

They kept our wedding on time, managed our vendors, brought us champagne before the ceremony and made sure we got to sample all the cocktails and apps during cocktail hour alone. They nipped all problems in the bud before we ever even knew there was an issue. They passed out our payments to vendors and checked that everything was as we wanted it.

I remember watching our moms get ready to walk down the aisle and realizing they had purses in hand - in swooped the team and the purses were removed to a safe location until after the ceremony. The custom cocktail napkins were only supposed to be handed out during cocktail hour, when we spotted some passed out too early Luxe jumped in and asked the bartender to save them until later.

Table decor was too busy - Luxe had a solution, set it up for me to see and approve in seconds. It RAINED - they had an umbrella to keep me dry as I walked through the one little gap in the building before the ceremony. There was another event on-site; Luxe managed our timeline to make sure we never even noticed they were there. 

Honestly, there were probably a million and one ways they saved our event that we never even knew about. My now-husband turned to me about a thousand times between our rehearsal and wedding day and said “thank god for Luxe!”.

Lex Foster stayed with us to finish out the night on our wedding day and she was so awesome!!! She took care of everything we asked for and little issues that popped up (I’m sure even some we don’t know about)! The Luxe team is so professional and lovely to work with. If you’re planning a wedding, Luxe is a MUST! Working with them was the best decision we made!!!

xe's services in 2019 with the hope of an easier time at planning a wedding across country, and man oh man did they deliver... in ways we never would have seen coming. Every monthly planning call was seamless and straight forward, with a range of vetted vendors who were absolutely fantastic and on a scale of price ranges, so we could decide where to allocate money towards what was important to us. When our original planning timeline shifted due to the pandemic, LUXE handled the transition with grace and ease, laying out every possibility on the table so that we wouldn’t have to compromise anything unless it was a conscious decision. Drew and I decided to have an intimate ceremony followed by a larger one with family and friends in 2021, and in both instances, from start to finish, Luxe made sure that the only things on our minds on each days were each other, our family and friends, and the commitment we were making to one another. We could not have been more at ease. I can not imagine having planned a wedding without them, and when I say their full service package is worth every penny, I mean it. It is worth every cent and more. We had the wedding of our dreams (twice!!), nobody got sick, and we have memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Luxe is in the business of making dream events a reality, and we would recommend them, without hesitation, to anybody, anywhere. We LOVE Luxe!!!

In May we notified Luxe that we were going to reschedule our wedding for August 2021, and they made that whole process seem like a breeze. I am so grateful for their guidance through that challenging time. Misty was incredible during the planning. She made our visions for the weekend come to life. My husband and I wanted to have a large rehearsal dinner on my family's property with all our wedding guests. It was no easy task, and Misty helped us every step of the way. I think she ran a mile on the day of our wedding, making sure everything was perfect. She even caught my veil as it flew off as I walked down the aisle (saving it from ending up somewhere in the Gorge). :) All of our guests raved about the weekend, and that is because of Misty, so we are incredibly grateful. Misty took our visions for the whole weekend and exceeded our expectations. If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend your first gift to yourself should be to hire Misty and her team for full-service planning. You will not regret it!!

I moved to Oregon from California on March 2020, right before the pandemic put us all on lockdown. We had no idea which vendors were good, who to contact, where to go, where to even start. I was stressed out looking - and then finally I decided to give LUXE a try. And I am so happy that I did. We first worked with Allison, and right away I knew that this team was different from all the other planners I interviewed. I loved her demeanor and she just got what I wanted out of our wedding. Unfortunately, Allison moved, but then I got the honor to work with the AMAZING FIERCE HBIC (head bitch in charge) herself, Misty! She got our vision right away and created the most beautiful moody forest wedding that as my friends put it "something that should be in a wedding magazine". On our wedding day, I saw her sprinting 100 mph to make sure everything was on time, in order, and just perfect for me and my husband. I really appreciated that she would take the time to make me realize that I am getting married. Told us all to breath and just take in this time to be present in the moment. Everything was handled by Misty so gracefully so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything else except to just focus on our wedding day and each other. I cannot say enough good things about Misty and her team, but I come from a very traditional strict asian household, and if MY PARENTS who are not satisfied with anything said that she was AMAZING- that just says millions. Some people would only keep in touch with their planner up to their wedding, but I can truly say that I consider Misty my friend. Who wouldn’t want to be? SHE’S THAT AWESOME.

And after a busy weekend, it truly was a huge relief to not have to be the person thinking about that. This is the one time you can buy reduced anxiety - via a day of coordinator - even for a micro wedding! I originally chose Luxe because of their social media presence, and I have not been disappointed. These ladies truly are open to unique weddings of all sorts and will not judge your choices - from bridesmaids in pants, to gay marriage, to weed bars, to llama photo shoots. is going to be a long review because they deserve the same thought and detail that they put into our wedding. Brooke was my ‘before the wedding’ coordinator and Lex was my day of wedding coordinator. To give a little background, I am a high anxiety kind of person, and the kind of bride who was very indecisive, didn't have a clear vision and required a lot of guidance with decision making. I knew I needed full wedding planning services. Brooke and I worked together for an entire 14 months!! On our first phone call I noticed how warm, friendly and kind Brooke was. All communication with Brooke was smooth, open and she was easily accessible through email and text if I had a more urgent question/concern. The whole process was highly organized. I was provided a detailed checklist/planner that kept me on top of the many tasks that overwhelmed me. Almost every part of this wedding planning stressed me out and I had some "freak out” moments especially in regards to planning a wedding during a pandemic, but whether it'd be through email or via phone during one of our check-in meetings, Brooke always put me at ease, continued to encourage me, was patient with me, and had this confidence and grace about her that made me know that everything would be OK. I really feel like I don't have the words to describe how much of an angel she was to me for over the year we worked together. Some staffing changes resulted in Brooke having to pass the duties to Lex for the actual day. Brooke took several meetings to hand off to Lex in preparation for day-of duties, but even up to the day of, Brooke was making sure that information was getting to the right people and tying up loose ends. I met Lex at our rehearsal the day before the wedding. Lex was so personable, warm and friendly and knew how to take control of my 20 person bridal party while remaining extremely professional, patient and kind. During rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Lex would frequently check in on me and knew exactly how to handle my anxiousness. Our wedding had a lot of performances and surprises, including multiple hula dances, a surprise dance for the groom and a surprise flashmob by our guests! She was essential in planning the cueing and getting everyone in place. I don't know how I could have remained sane without her and this wedding would not have been the amazingness that it was if not for both Brooke and Lex. I cannot thank them enough. Choosing Luxe was one of the best decisions I made. I am more than happy with the outcome and I HIGHLY recommend these girls if you want a smooth running, magical wedding. They are literally the best.

We already had some vendors booked, so Brooke suggested Luxe's most modest package. Despite this, from the beginning, Brooke genuinely made me feel like our wedding was her highest priority. Her communication, both with myself and our vendors, was top notch. She worked so hard on our wedding day, always checking in with me, my husband, and our families to make sure we were happy and aware of what was happening next. (My parents still talk about her!!!!) We also ended up adding the end-of-night package which I'm so thankful for. All in all, everything Luxe provided was just completely invaluable. I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been to plan all of these details without Brooke - especially had we kept the original guest count!!! I recommend Luxe, and Brooke especially, with my highest regard!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Misty (Owner). She took my very vague vision, put it on steroids, and brought it to life. Misty knew exactly how to set up and decorate our venue, what to put on our rental order, what our timeline should look like, etc. It was the most surreal feeling to have the luxury of just walking into our venue and seeing the masterpiece Misty and our vendors put together.
