Lorelei made me feel so much better about me finding my dream dress, she worked MAGIC with my long list of dont’s and a very extensive Pinterest board. Meeting her for the first time was amazing, she was so sweet and welcoming and I felt as if she really wanted to get to know me and my style to find a dress I loved :) She made me feel so comfortable and listened to all of my group feedback as well as mine to pull the right dresses. She is just a sweetheart. The atmosphere of the store is great, and the selection even better!! I said yes to the dress, a veil, and beautiful swarovski crystal headpiece & earrings set ALL ON SALE! !!!!CALLING LOW BUDGET BRIDES!!!! She helped me feel confident in all of the dresses and was able to find the absolute perfect dress for me. look! They were both so patient and listened to all our requests. I had bridal fittings scheduled for an entire month and was so stressed thinking it’d take me that long to find my special dress. I was worried when I didn’t have the cliche moment I thought all brides too and then on the very last one I had that “moment”. I just couldn’t be happier and I’m just dying waiting to wear this dress!! … We never once were pressed to make the buy but FYI since this is a designer store for less money there aren’t multiples of the dress so there is no promise that if you don’t buy it that it will be there when you decide you found the one you love. (So if you get that moment and it’s in your price range just DO IT)

the day of my appointment it felt like we already knew each other. To me though it was more than that, she was so attentive by asking questions to me and my family to get to know all of us and an idea of what my wedding dreams entailed. I wanted to prank my party by trying on what I thought was the ugliest dress and get their opinion (to make sure I had an honest crew lol) and with Lorelei’s flexibility she was on board for the crazy idea. She took the time to go over each dress I tried on and discuss what I liked about it and what I didn’t like and offered suggestions to the dresses a liked to make them a little more personal to my style. Even though I had two dresses shipped from their other locations they had a nice selection of dresses for plus size girls which really impressed me. At the end I was torn between two dresses and she knew it. She was so incredibly patient and talked me through both of the dresses. She could tell I was clearly stressed and offered me a few minutes to process and think to make my decision. She never once pressured me one way or another. She handled my crazy idea and my stressed out mess of a self at the end like a champ. Honestly there were so many laughs and Lorelei was so relatable through the whole appointment. It felt like Lorelei wasn’t just a stylist but a part of the crew!! I couldn’t imagine a more perfect day to find the perfect dress!

as my sister tried on different dresses. She’d kindly offer suggestions on the dress based on our thoughts or responses to the fit of a dress we all liked. The suggestions were practical and helpful and showed her knowledge of the industry. She never tried to sway or push my sister towards one dress or the other she reminded my sister of some of her values/things she voiced wanting in a dress. It was a great experience. My sister did pick a gorgeous dress from this shop. I personally love as a curvy sized women (my sister included) the selections were amazing in her size (basically our size haha) I was blown away with that.

elf I wouldn’t say yes to a dress until I try out a few other boutiques but Luxe Redux knocked it out of the park and I said YES with zero hesitation! My best friend was there at the appointment with me which she is also engaged and we had plans to go to other boutiques for her to try dresses on, but because my experience was so fabulous she cancelled at the other places and booked at Luxe! We came back a month later and Rose gave my best friend an experience of a lifetime and she also said YES to the dress as well!!! 10 out of 10 recommend this charming boutique! It is one of a kind just like their staff Rose!

The store was clean, shiny, well organized, and a pleasure to spend time in. When we were there, part of the store was undergoing construction, which was a tiny bit annoying for a few of my guests, but Bethany helpfully provided suggestions to a nearby yoga studio's bathroom, which ended up being just fine. My Luxe Redux Indy experience was so great, I'm going to check out the other stores in Columbus and Cleveland before making my final decision soon!

Keely. I will say that the dresses here are "as is" which is fine, but mine had some makeup smudges on the front which required about $120 in dry cleaning to remove. I still wouldn't change a thing.
