I had a discussion with a few planners (my way of interviewing them for the job) and decided to go with Shane’a. Great decision! She did not disappoint in any way.
Shane’s is THE BEST at what she does! For a worry free professional experience HIRE HER! We are so appreciative of her attention to all the details, large and small. She makes your event all about you and puts every effort into making it come together just as you envision it. Her ability to keep the process flowing comes across as effortless because of her pleasant and calming demeanor. She has your back every step along the way providing guidance and connecting you with vendors, if needed, who deliver the same level of excellence as she delivers.
Day of event she wants to make sure you have no worries. Not just from beginning to end but Shane’a was there before the bride arrived and she was there after the bride and groom made their exit, making sure everything was in order and nothing was missed in the wrap up of the event. She saw to it that the ending went just as smoothly as every other aspect of the event. To sum it up, Shane’a is AWESOME and provides AWESOME service.

If I could give a GREATER THAN 5-STAR rating, I absolutely would!! Shane’a and her Luxe Venue team made my daughter Lindsey and son-in-law Jackson’s wedding day a day that they will remember and cherish FOREVER. From our first meeting last year to this very moment, Shane’a has shown her professionalism and ability to “get the job done” while simultaneously becoming a part of our family. The planning and preparation was meticulously organized and Shane’a was there every step of the way, offering wise advice and keeping track of our budget.
The wedding was a SPECTACULAR affair and all of our family & friends had a fantastic time! Thank you SO MUCH Shane’a for being the wonderful person you are—truly you are a CLASS ACT!

We booked Shanea to help us with “day of” planning help, since we essentially had planned the wedding ourselves (regarding vendors, venue, etc).
I did not expect her to be as involved as she was, since we had only really booked the minimum service. We had a handful of meetings with her in the 5 months leading up to the wedding and in the final month, she was with us every step of the way. She responds promptly to emails/calls/texts, I never stressed about anything once she was on board. She was professional and it was clear she knew what she was doing; we were able to relax. We gave her our vendors names and contact numbers and she took it from there. She paid attention to the details and just did a fabulous job. Extremely professional, qualified, and she delivers!

Shanea and her team did a great job coordinating our wedding. We reached out last minute (2 weeks before our wedding) as our previous coordinator did not work out and she stepped up to help! She is very organized and relieved my wedding stress day of, I highly recommend!

We held our post-wedding reception three months after our micro wedding, with less than a month to plan the event. Our planner worked hard to pull everything together and ensured that both my husband and I, along with our guests, were well taken care of during the reception.
While there were some challenges with certain vendors, our planner managed these professionally and did her best to keep them from impacting the event. Her quick thinking allowed our guests to enjoy the celebration without noticing the behind-the-scenes issues.
Given the short planning timeline, a more structured agenda and budget tracker would have helped reduce stress and prevent things from slipping through the cracks. Although the day itself was handled well, some delays and miscommunications leading up to the event caused unnecessary frustration.
Overall, we appreciated her dedication and efforts to make our day special. Despite a few bumps in the road, she worked hard to ensure our post-wedding celebration was a success.

Shane’a was the best wedding planner we could have asked her! On the wedding day, she brought an assistant to help make things go smoothly, and her assistant was so sweet and helpful. Those two really made my husband and I feel very special on our wedding day. They put together an incredible altar for us and made the wedding go smoothly. We chose a venue which had very poor communication. And, Shane’a was able to help us overcome the bad communication with the venue! We love her!!!

Shane'a is simply amazing at her job. We were not planning on hiring a wedding planner, we thought we could DIY the whole thing. We could not, and Shane'a and her lovely assistant made our lives feel organized. She was extremely on top of every part of the wedding, asked us questions we didn't even know we should have thought about, and on the day of the wedding, she was assertive (kindly) with the wedding party and really helped to get the show on the road. Without her, the wedding might have been a disaster. She helped with difficult communications with the venue, organized shots with the photographer, worked closely with the DJ to make our day feel special and organized. Additionally, she was a really fun part of the wedding and everyone loved her. If I was to repeat this wedding, I would hire Shane'a again 1000x over without thinking twice.

I am so blessed to have found Shanea for our wedding day coordinator. We planned our wedding in 4 months so I hired Shanea not long before wedding day but she was on point every step of the way and you can tell she loves what she does. She was always very organized , professional, personable, and calm which is sooo important. Also her day of assistant was amazing and took great care of us. Despite groom and I running late on rehearsal and wedding day, I had full confidence that Shanea had my back and had everything under control. She also did a wonderful job at keeping the flow on wedding day, explaining and guiding us thru every step. She always had our best interest at heart and alleviated so much stress. My only regret is not finding Luxe Venue sooner and having Shanea as my complete wedding planner. Thanks again for everything ❤️

Shane’a and her staff were great. They had a great attitude and made the wedding come to life. They kept us on schedule and anything we asked for, they helped with/provided. As my “day of” coordinator, she was my eyes and I trusted her opinion and lead. It was an amazing day.

Without Shanea and her team my dream wedding would not have been possible. They are outstanding, reliable, and extremely professional.
Shanea was always responsive and helped ease my nerves throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond with their services and had a plan for even the smallest details. They were very flexible with my wedding and were able to accommodate for every need I had. They were willing to help with everything from music coordination, cake cutting, packing us a meal to take home after the wedding and so much more! I will always cherish the great service Shanea and her team provided on such a special day for me! Do not hesitate in working with Luxe Venue, I highly recommend them!!

Shanea is not only an EXCELLENT wedding coordinator but also a fantastic human. She listened to everything I said (and I said a lot) and was able to advocate and speak for me during every question that was asked. She timed our ceremony PERFECTLY. She was able to manage the big things and perfect the small details. She was so kind to our people, it felt like she was also in the wedding and it was the BEST day, totally enhanced by her and her amazing assistant Ceecee. We already miss you both and can't thank you enough for making our wedding day stress-free and AMAZING! Hire Luxe Venue immediately, trust me.

We hired Shane'a as our day-of coordinator! She did an amazing job! Not only did she keep everything organized on our wedding day, but she also made my beautiful bouquet and did all our the reception/ceremony décor. It was absolutely stunning! She was extremely easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions..and I had several!!
There was never any hesitation to answer my calls, texts or emails either. Her team was also very nice and easy to work with. They kept everyone in line and make sure we stayed on schedule. They also were a major help when they picked up our lunches from Publix!!
No doubt I would hire this team again for future events!

The whole planning process, I did not think that we needed a day of coordinator, and the first thing I said when I got home was thank god for Shanea. She was super helpful, very responsive and made our day flow easily. She is easy to work with and will do a great job with your wedding! Anytime we turned around and needed her, she was there. She handled family dynamics well and was a big advocate for we wanted with the wedding. Could not recommend her more!

Shanea caught our attention when we were scrolling through ThumbTack for a last-minute day of wedding coordinator. (Our previous wedding coordinator withdrew two weeks prior to the wedding due to medical issues.) What caught our attention in Shanea’s reviews was how everyone commented on her professionalism and kind demeanor. And that’s exactly what we found to be the case with our wedding as well. Shanea and her assistant(s) did an excellent job setting everything up exactly as we asked her to the day before the wedding and ensuring that everything at the wedding went as smoothly as possible. Even when our serving team left early and refused to clean up, Shanea helped make sure everything else at the wedding continued to run uninterruptedly and later calmly informed us not to tip them. Altogether, Shanea was organized, professional, and kindhearted, and we couldn’t recommend her and Luxe Venue enough.

Our wedding planner, Shanea, was absolutely amazing! From our first consultation, she was attentive, organized, and made us feel completely at ease. She helped us to plan our wedding day timeline and worked closely with all of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. Shanea was able to provide us with great recommendations for vendors, which helped to make our wedding day even more special. Shane'a, was absolutely incredible! I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Shane'a was always patient and thoughtful and I truly believe that if she was not there, the day would not have been as memorable! Shane'a was able to bring our wedding vision to life and she had the most calming, stress free presence that just made me feel so relaxed! Shanea Lewis with The Luxe Venue did an amazing job with our daughter's wedding. They were punctual, professional and they services exceeded our expectations. There is no job too big or too small for their services. They were extremely helpful with all areas of my daughter's wedding. They connected very well with all of our vendors and we did not have to worry about anything. They were extremely friendly and very customer focused. I enjoyed working with them and would absolutely hire them again in the future. I am so glad we decided to hire a wedding planner and specifically the fact that i hired Shanea and her assistance.
