er wedding day — the dress, the flowers, the moment walking down the aisle. And when the day finally came, my number one priority was to actually enjoy it. I didn’t want to be stressed, running around, or worrying about details. That’s exactly why I booked Shane’a as my day-of coordinator — and she gave me everything I hoped for and more.
She was everywhere I needed her to be, without me even realizing it at the time. Handling vendors? Done. Tiny problems I’ll never even know about? Fixed. She kept everything moving so smoothly that I truly got to just show up, look pretty, and live in the moment. Not a single bead of sweat on my forehead that day — and that’s all her.
Because of Shane’a, I got to laugh, cry, dance, and soak in every second with my husband and our people. She made sure my only job was to feel every ounce of joy. That’s a gift I’ll never stop being grateful for.

Day of event she wants to make sure you have no worries. Not just from beginning to end but Shane’a was there before the bride arrived and she was there after the bride and groom made their exit, making sure everything was in order and nothing was missed in the wrap up of the event. We had a handful of meetings with her in the 5 months leading up to the wedding and in the final month, she was with us every step of the way. She responds promptly to emails/calls/texts, I never stressed about anything once she was on board. She was professional and it was clear she knew what she was doing; we were able to relax. While there were some challenges with certain vendors, our planner managed these professionally and did her best to keep them from impacting the event. Her quick thinking allowed our guests to enjoy the celebration without noticing the behind-the-scenes issues.
Given the short planning timeline, a more structured agenda and budget tracker would have helped reduce stress and prevent things from slipping through the cracks. Although the day itself was handled well, some delays and miscommunications leading up to the event caused unnecessary frustration.
Overall, we appreciated her dedication and efforts to make our day special. Despite a few bumps in the road, she worked hard to ensure our post-wedding celebration was a success.

Shanea and her assistant(s) did an excellent job setting everything up exactly as we asked her to the day before the wedding and ensuring that everything at the wedding went as smoothly as possible. Even when our serving team left early and refused to clean up, Shanea helped make sure everything else at the wedding continued to run uninterruptedly and later calmly informed us not to tip them.
