d of the night we were all at the front of the venue and we managed to have a small exchange. She was so patient about letting us say goodbye to the guests and she got them all there right on time as well. I remember one of my friends telling me that he was very impressed with the driver too. In terms of booking, we talked to Jerry, who was a little bit difficult to communicate with sometimes because it felt like he wasn't fully reading our emails, since we had to repeat information. But, he did give us a good price and for the most part was quick to respond, though I feel that his emails could probably be a little more professional.

punctual, understanding of a 10 min time difference, and achieved the goal of getting us to ybor and back to our venue in a timely manner. Beautiful rolls royce and it was a show stopper! I couldn't have asked for a better car, company, and customer service. I promise you won't regret using Jerry's company!

bride and bridesmaids and take them to the church, then wait for the bridal party and take everyone to the reception. I confirmed this with Jerry and my wedding planner confirmed this and we both provided detailed timelines for Jerry and the limo driver. However, somehow they got confused and the limo driver never came to get the bride and bridesmaids. This resulted in us being late to the church, guests seeing the bride before the ceremony (since we had to drive ourselves!). Obviously we were extremely disappointed. I had already provided my credit card at the time I booked it and was expecting the charge to be waived since they really messed up. Instead, on my honeymoon, I got a call from Jerry that he needed my credit card to charge me for the limo. He offered me an hour free for the inconvenience. I was unhappy with that and tried to explain what a problem this had caused on an otherwise perfect day. Jerry then threatened to take us to court if we wouldn't pay. We ended up settling on paying 2 hours (mostly I wanted to forget all about this terrible company and enjoy my honeymoon!) *Jerry later called and said he waived all fees, that he understood the mixup was his fault. I would still never recommend this company, our experience was beyond terrible and unprofessional.
