PLEASE BEWARE...I really should have believed the reviews. I went against my better judgement, I even called this horrible business to make sure they would have enough time from their day booking to our evening booking at 6:45pm. We had 80 out of town guests staying between two hotels. At 7:15pm the shuttle still had not shown up to our first hotel...I noticed I had a missed call from an unknown number (around 6:45pm), the driver. I called immediately and he proceeded to tell me he was in Ohio and would not be able to pick up my guests till after 9:30pm. As you can imagine, I was SHOCKED and began panicking considering our party started at 7pm and 80 guests were missing. I asked to speak to the manager/owner immediately...basically he told me there was nothing they could do and that they double booked. I ended up having to find 30 different ubers/lyfts on a Saturday evening at 7:30pm...next to impossible. Thankfully after about 1.5hrs of scrambling all 80 guests arrived. I told the owner they needed to get to my home regardless because we booked the shuttle till 2am and needed to transport everyone back to their hotels after the party concluded. We used the shuttle from 9:30pm till 2:30am but I also ended up paying an additional $800 in uber costs. I expected to be refunded at least $800 to cover the extra I incurred from Luxury Limousine's blatant disregard to our contract. However, I was first offered $300 and I said that is not enough for the damages your company caused me nor does it cover the $800 out of pocket I paid in addition. I went from paying $1280 total to paying over $2000 all due to their lack of professionalism and disregard for a client. The owner told me to f**k off and that I would never hear from him again. This is after he tried to use the mechanical breakdown as an excuse. I told him to stop bullsh***ing with me and own his lies. At this point, I don't want this to ruin what was otherwise an amazing evening for my partner and I. I just want other potential folks to read this and NEVER HIRE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I am reaching out to the BBB and considering small claims court because this company is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS. Everyone single one of them from Nadar & Tony to whoever else I spoke to. I was hoping they would have at least done the minimum to make this horrific situation better. In the end, they have to live with their own karma...it will catch up to them eventually.
My brother had a wedding on August 14th 2019. We booked two limousines for 4:30pm and paid in advance. At 12pm on wedding day, they called and said one of the car’s A/C wasn’t working. We told them as long as a car for the bride and groom is working, we won’t mind just one car. Two hours later, they said other car also broke down. We asked to connect us with another limo company they know but no help. We had to scramble two hours before the wedding while everyone was at our housing waiting and the photographer getting annoyed till we found another company for a last minute reservation. They said they’ll give us the refund. Went back two days later and they promised a check will be mailed. A week later no check. Made excuses and said tomorrow they’ll have the cash. Went and Lenny kept going in loops; he doesn’t work for the company and only helped them that day. He needs time to find the accounting department. Few days later, more excuses so I told him to give me there their number and went to Dearborn office but diamond limo said they moved 10 years ago!!! He lied. Went back to Southfield and Lenny said they now they have a manager but Ali said he is just helping out his friend. Ali wasn’t helpful promised me three times to come and get the refund but more excuses. Sam, one the owners who was recently in jail for fraud said he’ll have the refund. Few days later I went and today he is saying he will not give me a refund. He threatened me but I didn’t take him seriously and cussed him out. He called the police and I had to leave because the cops can’t do anything about it only option is thru the court. I’m going to have to sue “Sam”, luxury limousine and the driver. I only need my refund back because of breach of contract.
HORRIBLE. Ruined my wedding day. If you are a bride stay far away from this company. My (now) husband and I thought we were getting a great deal because we only needed them for 4 hours and 2 stops and they were the best deal in town. WRONG. They were AN HOUR late to pick me up for my ceremony causing everything to be delayed. I had to call the company five times before they would tell me when the driver was getting there. He showed up with the wrong bus. It was dirty inside and outside. I had to put towels down so my dress didn’t get ruined, the tile was chipped, the doors were broken, they didn’t give us the red carpet or decor promised. The aux system was broken. Someone hung up a riped sign made by a child, it smelled and there was barely any AC working. Then the driver had the nerve to ask my husband about his tip. So unprofessional and a total scam. Pay more for a good company.
Very unprofessional. 1.5 hours late and never showed up to the first location at all. Once on board the party bus, the driver did not use gps/his phone for navigating, and was making wrong turns. This lead to a member of the wedding party having to constantly be up at the front of the bus giving him turn by turn navigation instructions. Also very hard to get ahold of- untimely responses and non professional conduct throughout the booking process and on the day of. After the wedding when I called to notify them, the person I talked to was VERY rude and was actually yelling at me. For your wedding (or any event) I would not recommend you book them. It is not worth the headache, hassle and unprofessionalism, especially on your wedding day. By far, the worst company I’ve ever experienced.
After booking this company, we soon learned that they had a horrible reputation for broken promises and poor service. We booked a beautiful limo bus for 12 hours as seen at a bridal show, and we over the moon on the deal we got. The day of, they tried to scam us out of 6 hours of service, claimed the limo bus was smoking and could not be used (an excuse apparently used by them often according to other fb reviews), and got a limo with no air conditioning, a broken taillight, blown out speakers and was trashed from the party before us. The tires were so bald one of the tires went flat and left the bridal party stranded on the road a half hour from our church!!!! Horrible experience, we were so disappointed. Please go to a different company- the driver told my mother -in-law that they "hook people in" with the promise of the limo bus, food and a champagne toast- none of which we got.
Awful. I used this company for my bachelorette party and they were 15 minutes late to my house and then it took another 15 minutes for my fiance to help the man fix a headlight- LOL. So we were obviously late to our dinner reservation. He also requested his tip before we even left and never introduced himself. So unprofessional. The limo was old and crappy. Spend the extra money for a more reputable company, I learned transportation is not something you want to go cheap on!
This was the one part of my day I was not thrilled with. The car said for 10 to 12 ppl and we couldn't comfortably fit 10 in the car. A bottle of champagne was to be included in the cost and was not provided, and the car itself shook pretty bad everytime the driver it the breaks. The driver was perfectly polite but it was nothing special.
Absolutely awful!!!! Our driver was kind and apologetic however let me tell you what an awful company with trashy cars this is. My stretch escalade showed up on time, however when my bridesmaids went to put the flowers and our things inside it was soaking wet. They had to get towels from my mom to dry off the inside. They tried to hide it from me and my cousin called the company to send a replacement vehicle. The sun roof was leaking and it was pouring down rain on my wedding day. My cousin told them that we would be in church for an hour and expect someone to come fix it or better yet replace the window. When we got out of church, someone came to fix it alright, they used packing tape to seal the window closed. Once we were all in the limo, we found that the air conditioning didn't work (it was September and 80 degrees) the radio also did not work. The driver said we could Bluetooth our phone which didn't work and it sounded like the speakers were blown. I had a charger so we tried to plug into the USB which also did not work. We played music from only a phone speaker, that was easy for all 18 people to hear. When getting out of the limo to take pictures we found that the backs of the seat were falling apart and the speaker in the door was disgusting . Of course the sun came out after the rain it was hot a humid now we had no windows and no air. When my husband called to complain they said their customer service would call back in 24-48 hours, we are still waiting and it's been a week and a half. DO NOT USE THEM. We read a million reviews prior to booking and everyone has good and bad, however since Luxury does not feel the need to even return a phone call, I have to question their professionalism . Don't ruin your day by using this business. They only get one star because the Knot won't allow me to post a review with less.
We came here to book a party bus for our wedding party from the hotel to the ceremony and back. We were booking it for a total of 4 1/2 hours, about an hour total time actually driving. Booking was easy and we feel that the price was reasonable. We got to look at the bus that day, and everything seemed to check out. The day of, the drive arrived on time, the bus was nice and clean, and we got to the ceremony without a hitch. After the ceremony, our wedding planner came up to us to let us know more about the driver. She said the minute he got to the hotel to pick us up, he was asking about his tip. She told him that he would get his tip when he was done providing his service (which I feel is pretty common sense). At the church, he came inside just before we started lining up and again asked our wedding planner where his tip was. He never bothered us about his tip, but if we had not had a wedding planner I can only imagine how bad it could have been! When we left the church to go back to the hotel, he started going the wrong way and we had to direct him which way to go. We ended up not tipping him, because we felt he didn't deserve it. When checking our credit card statement the next Monday, we saw that the limo company had automatically taken $90 for tip for the driver! My husband called the company and the guy he spoke to said that the driver was not paid at all by the company and is only paid in tips. We did not believe that was true, and are currently disputing the charge. Again, the party bus was clean and very nice, but the driver almost ruined the whole experience for us.
I only gave them 1 star because 0 stars was not an option! The service was good in the beginning but once I booked the limo for our wedding, things went downhill from there. It took my coordinator a few calls just to confirm for our wedding. Once the driver arrived on our wedding day I was upset. The limo was not clean, the radio did not work, the driver did not know hoe to work it. His level of service was horrible. There was no red carpet and champagne as promised. They provided cheap plastic cups. The driver hit something 2 separate times and made us late for the reception. It was a horrific experience! I would NEVER recommend this company. At the end of the night, we were supposed to get picked up in a luxury sedan. My wedding coordinator kept calling and no one answered. Needless to say, no one every showed up and we were stranded with no ride after the reception. After the wedding was over, I called to tell the manager and owner about my experience and they basically aCcused me of lying. They refused to give me any money back. I got the run around from everyone at this company. They do not handle business well and they are VERY RUDE. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! I would rather walk anywhere than to use this company. Someone warned me about them but I did not listen. I surely wish that I had. We paid $1200 for this horrible experience. They only offered (after so many attempts) to give us $200 back, which took over 2 months to receive!

i took it upon myself as the groom to complete this part of the wedding. Shopping around was fun, but the reviews made it hard. i almost turned away from this company because what i have read, but i took a chance because after all their vehicles are the most updated ones. Spoke to Mona and she assured that all would go well and was willing to work with my budget. what made them so different is that they where willing to help where as other companies couldnt wait to get me off the phone. i went to their showroom which they had the the cars lined up and ready to view. i ended up with their Maserati limo. crazy thing is they charged me what another company was charging for a older body style escalade. What a win, right? anyways the car showed up the day of my wedding ony 10 mins late but that was forgotten because how beautiful it look. Honestly you have to check them out for yourself. Luxury limo was great. i have to admit i was worried at first but everything went smooth. the rangerover limo was clean and there was a bottle of champagne in there as well
The wedding bus we had for our bridal party was very nice, and the company was accommodating. Everything went very smoothly.
I was a member of a wedding party and the quality of the limo was awful it was a range rover that was falling apart. The speakers did not work for the radio we did not have glasses we had plastic cups. At the end of the night the bride and groom were supposed to be picked up and they were not they were left stranded at their reception. When the issue was addressed with the company they acted as if they didn't care. They did not return phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I used luxury limousine for my wedding and I would not recommend them or use then again. They were 25 minutes late picking me up which caused everything else to be late including my ceremony! The driver was friendly and so nice but the owners, managers and office people are not. I called for a refund because in their site it said if they were late you get a full refund and they refused. They would only give me $100 and I paid over $1200 for the limo. Never again will I use them

We attempted to contact this company numerous times with no return call or email. Instead we now continue to get their spam emails. Completely worthless company. Do not even attempt to contact them! Terrible! I doubt they are in business and now just annoy us with pointless emails about their specials... don't try to book a "special" no one picks up the phone or emails you back!
Our limo was to pick the girls up at 7:30am to take us to the hair salon, they called 8 mins before to tell us they have a flat tire. They got to the house to pick up the boys a few minutes late in the wrong the limo! The driver was good on timing with everything and the sandwhiches were good but we never got champagne that was to be in the package we got. The limo that picked us up at the end of the night was much better then the first limo we had? how did we not get that one from the start. We called up a few days later to tell them what happened and to see if we could get a discount or something and they won't do anything for us. we also asked about a coat that was left in there and they kept telling us they can't find it.
We rented a stretch hummer limo to take us and our bridal party out to bars for the remaining hours of the night. The vehicle itself was not in "luxurious" condition- my window could not roll down because the button was missing (just a hole where it should have been). Some of the lights didn't work. The radio was VERY static-y...couldn't find a station where you could actually hear the music. And to top it off, he took the longest, most absurd route to the bar we asked to be taken to. We thought it was his first night or that he was new to the area, but he was not, according to him. We had less than two hours to enjoy the bar, and this crazy route stole away from that time. Also, for only having the limo for 3 hours, we paid $500 plus an automatically included tip of $130 and some change. I would definitely had not tipped him that much if I were in control...this as over the 20% standard, AND the experience was not even worthy of 20%, let alone the 26% I was forced to tip. Plus, we were not told that the tip as automatically included when we booked the limo. We booked them last minute (within the month of the wedding) and were one of the few places we called that would do only 3 hours (most were 5 hour minimums), so we just went with them without doing much research. It didn't make or break my night, but it was definitely not worth what we spent, and I would most likely never use them again.
Never showed up on my wedding day. Was very rude to us on phone when asked where they were. And still giving us a hard time about our refund.
This company is appently known for screwing people over, I wish I would have known before booking them. I ordered a lincoln town car limo that seated 12-14 people for my wedding. I had a told of 11 people but I wanted to make sure we had plenty of room. The limo I reserved was suppose to come with ice and bottles of water and crystal champange glasses, it was also suppose to have tv's and a stereo system. The limo they sent was horrible!! It was a cadillac deville, I know its sounds nice being a cadillac but it wasn't. The limo only sat 8-10 so all 11 of us had to squeeze in to the back of this tiny limo which was ugly and old on the inside. My photographer had to sit up front with the driver. It didn't have any of the stuff inside that the other one was suppose to have. No ice, plastic cups, no tvs, stereo sucked, and we had hot water. And then to top it off the a/c wouldn't work. We tryed to roll the windows down but only 1 of them would work, and we couldn't even leave it down because it was messing up everyones hair. Its now 2-3weeks later and Im still fighting to get some of my money back.

Drivers were rude and late. Left bridal party members at several locations. Went missing for hours at a time and even left the bride and groom at the venue at the end of the night. Also entered wedding venue and tried to put tacky brochures on the cocktail tables for some very unclassy bridal shop. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I guess you get what you pay for! PAY MORE FOR SOMETHING BETTER!
We got the all day wedding package and had the big huge bus. It fit 25-30 people. The price was good, and the subs were good. The driver was friendly and professional. But we did have a few problems. First of all, the bathroom on the bus was "out of order." And secondly...it down poured on the day-of as we were driving to the reception site. When we got there and the bus stopped, it was like a waterfall coming from the ceiling...got the back of me all wet. I was not happy about that, and Luxury didn't even apologize.
We had an all day package and it was well worth it! The drivers were so accomodating and helpful. The party bus was clean, well kept, and a smooth ride. It was a great time!
Driver was uninterested and forgot wedding package items (champagne, toasting flutes, Just Married Sign, etc)I would not recommend this company. More expensive than other vendors
This company was recommended by a nice hotel in the area but we were unfortunately not impressed. They were sometimes hard to get ahold of by phone -- putting you on hold, then sort of fast-talking once you got them, saying they're giving you a special deal right off the bat when it was pretty obvious they were just marking up the price and then coming down to a "special" that was still a bit outsized. Our driver was smoking outside the vehicle while he waited for us to take pics outside my parents' house and for whatever reason could not seem to pull up in the right spot at the church. We said the "second door on the left," "this is fine right here," "thank you," then finally "please stop" and he kept backing up, pulling forward, moving to the other side of the street. Just not what we hoped for.
We had booked Luxury Limousine for our wedding. We were suppose to have the Hummer limo all day with a town car pick up at the end of the night. (My only request to my husband was to not have a party bus for the wedding) On the Tuesday before our wedding, he got a phone call that the limo we were suppose to have was in an accident. The only thing they offered in return was a party bus and they are still refusing to refund our money. After this happened, we were directed to channel 4's (I believe) website which showed a news story of a wedding that had a limo show up from them that was falling apart with no air conditioning and the sunroof window missing. I would not recommend this company at all.
We booked luxury limo through a bridal expo and received an awesome deal on a cadillac esclade that could hold 20-22 people for $460 for 3 hours (including tax and gratuity). However, on the day of the wedding, the cadillac did not show up, rather a range rover. This limo was an upgrade from our cadillac and was because the cadillac was totalled the night before. While it was awesome they gave us an ugrade, the driver was polite, but not super helpful for the girls to get in and out of the car. He should have assisted them and me more. Also, we had a wedding coordinator and they were instructed to contact the coordinator if there were any problems. Instead they tried to contact the groom and I regarding the change in limo, of which we did not have our phones on us. Therefore when we saw the wrong limo it caused a little bit of unnecessary panic. Overall the service was fair for the price. And the upgrade appreciated.
