Wow she was the talk of the night and we were so pleased with her and her team! She and her second shooter were working hard to not miss a moment at our wedding and were always available for both the scheduled shots and any last minute adds or requests. They were adaptable and really kept our schedule moving and on time. I love how personable Lydia is and how comfortable she truly makes you feel in front of the lens! We had a blast working with this team and look forward to working with Lydia for other lifestyle shoots in the future. Could not have asked for a better team!

Lydia was SO helpful during our entire engagement and preparing us for our big day. My husband and I are definitely not pros in front of the camera but Lydia made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot and taught us lots of fun poses! On the wedding day, you could just tell that Lydia was in her element and took charge, making sure everything went smoothly all day and night. The bridesmaids and I were late to the venue so we didn’t have much time to take bridal party portraits beforehand, but Lydia knew EXACTLY where to go and what we should do, and all the pictures turned out amazing! My brother and future sister in law were so impressed with her, too, that they joked they would have flown her out to Arizona where they are getting married if they hadn’t already booked a photographer! We have been so happy with Lydia being our wedding photographer and look forward to working with her more for future events.

10 out of 10 recommend hiring Lydia. She was amazing to work with and her photos were gorgeous. In the beginning she worked with me over the phone to understand her process and how she stood out from other photographers. She lets you see full albums which was nice because I knew I wasn’t just making my decision to hire her based off of her top 10 photos from 10 weddings but off of her full coverage of different events in different lighting. She connects with you to make you feel comfortable with her which turned out to be so important as she was with us the whole wedding. She captured the event as it is, which brought across more real, meaningful photos rather than something that looked like a posed photo shoot AND it let my husband and I enjoy the wedding rather than being focused on photos the entire time. That being said, she did give us some prompts here and there, like inviting the groom to dip me, which I was thankful for as we don’t think of those opportunities in the moment. She went above and beyond what I expected, meeting me and my wedding coordinator at multiple walkthroughs and planning sessions. If you choose to hire Lydia I recommend listening to and following her advice as she knows what she's talking about. She was organized, helping me set a realistic timeline before and then helping us stick to it so we could enjoy each and every moment that we planned. Finally, I was blown away by how quickly we had the photos. She had a preview of the top 10 from the morning and ceremony for us to see while we ate at the reception and had the rest for us online a week after the wedding day. She also gives you all of your photos with recommended favorites rather than making you pick a certain number which I don’t believe all photographers do.

We hired Lydia for our engagement and wedding photos and she was amazing! I knew we made the right decision from the moment we spoke to her. She is extremely professional, personable and fun to work with. My husband and I are a bit camera shy but she made us laugh and feel comfortable in front of the camera. Our dog was also in our engagement photos and our wedding, and she was able to get some great shots of him (we all know how difficult it is to get a dog to look at the camera at the right moment). Lydia was also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Most importantly, on our wedding day, we were a bit behind schedule due to hair/makeup but Lydia made sure we stayed on track. We had a few other hiccups (I got bit by a mosquito on my face...) that day but that didn’t stop her :) I’ve said this many times - I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.
