I’ll start by saying, “I have no words” but actually “have all the words” to say at the same time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn’t recommend Madeline Moore Events more! With their support, guidance and expertise, our wedding went off without a hitch. It truly was the best day ever and we credit so much of that to our incredible vendor team.
We came in with a big ask — planning a 350 person wedding, mixing two cultures and a whole lot of unique asks. I can’t thank you enough for rolling with the punches and handling all of our family’s odd request.
Mady and Kinzie - your calmness, organization, kindness, flexibility and vision pulled us across the finish line.
We couldn’t have done any of it without you! Between our first call to the sparkle send off, we are just beyond grateful.
Mady is amazing! We had soooooo many different vendors and requests and intricate details, and she nailed everything to the last detail! We had a lot of issues with other vendors, but Mady was always our rock. We could always rely on her to figure everything out and calm us down at the same time. Mady continuously reassured us and calmed us down, and we trusted her completely. The month before the wedding was when Mady really shined and took charge- she put our minds at ease and took on so many things behind the scenes that we had no idea how to do. On the day of the wedding, Mady truly shined- she was calm, cool, collected and fully room charge of all the complex set up and table arrangements and decor and handling all the vendors with all their set up that day. She handled all these incredibly stressful things with ease while still constantly checking on me (the bride) and even bustling my dress multiple times during the evening. Everything stayed on track and everything went so smoothly all thanks to Mady! We love her
Mady and her team are the best! Working through multiple COVID date changes she and her team were so on top of it and helpful through the stress of it all.
We are so happy we were finally able to have our wedding and Mady and her team made it so seamless, we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. Really appreciate all the work they do and how hard they work behind the scenes.
My now husband and I were introduced to Mady (via email due to COVID) by our floral person-Amy Atkinson-Barnes with Brier & Ivy, when we had to cancel our larger wedding and were trying to put together a small elopement with immediate family and just a few friends out of town near mt. Ranier National Park. I was so thankful she did because without Mady, we wouldn’t have had anything close to what she was able to create for us. She was so helpful getting our rentals, catering and overal aesthetic together for what ended up the dreamiest and most perfect outdoor space for our intimate ceremony and reception. Even more impressive since we weren’t actually able to see the space until day of and yet she was still able to plan every little detail perfectly beforehand. I would highly recommend Mady to anyone who’s looking for some help to create the elopement or wedding of their dreams! Thanks again Mady for all you did for Monte and I!
I am a wedding photographer and I worked a wedding last year with Madeline. She was absolutely fantastic! Everything was smooth and flawless. I was so impressed with how easy and calm the day felt. She was attentive with the bride + groom, made sure everything stayed on schedule, and was communicative with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her services!

She listened to what we liked and didn’t like about weddings we had attended before, asked us for inspiration photos, and helped recommend vendors in our area. She was always quick to respond to our emails, was available for phone calls and in-person meetings (she has the best coffee shop recs). She offers her clients Aisle Planning software to help you organize all aspects of your event - from budgeting, to the guest list and a to-do calendar curated to your events specific needs. Mady’s expertise in wedding planning shines in all of the beautiful details that she helped create for our wedding. And you won’t really know how much you love Mady until the day of your event, when she is organized, calm, and collected, and just pulls your event together so beautifully and effortlessly. Thank you Mady for creating the wedding of our dreams and for empowering me to find my own voice and vision through the whole process!
Madeline is an awesome coordinator and I highly recommend her! I hired her for month-of coordination for my mid-sized Santa Barbara wedding, and I am so grateful for all of her hard work. She helped with coordinating the vendors, creating the day-of timeline, building the floor plan, and so much more. The day of went very smoothly, thanks in large part to her. From the first time I met with her, I felt at ease and could see how much heart she puts into her work. Thanks Mady for everything!
