Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the beautiful setting left us and our guests speechless. One of the standout aspects of Madera Estates is its adaptability, especially when handling weather challenges! The forecast predicted rain on our wedding day, and while that could have been a major stressor, the team at Madera Estates was incredibly proactive. They quickly and efficiently adjusted plans without us having to worry about a thing. The venue’s seamless indoor/outdoor options allowed us to transition effortlessly, ensuring the beauty of our ceremony and reception wasn’t compromised by the weather. Additionally, our amazing wedding coordinator, Alexa, deserves a special mention for her incredible attention to detail and tireless dedication to making our day perfect. Alexa was with us every step of the way, ensuring every little detail was accounted for and that everything ran on time. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and kept everything running smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the moment. There was never a doubt that she genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life! If we had to do it over again, we would choose Madera Estates hands down! Madera Estates was THE BEST decision we made. Our wedding day was so amazing and everything I could asked for. The venue is beautiful and I love being there. Mason and I were very well taken care of at Madera. Everyone was so accommodating and Alexa was literally THE BEST EVER. I highly recommend Madera Estates!!

We LOVED Madera Estates! It was hands-down the best decision we made regarding our wedding. It’s family owned and operated, and it shows in everything that they do. Everything at the venue itself, from the decor to the amenities, is curated with thought and full of special details and all about making your wedding day the best it can be. Our wonderful and amazing wedding coordinator at the venue, Alexa Pereira, would meet with us regularly to hash out the details. She answered all of our questions, gave life to some of our more out-there ideas and we felt so blessed to have her involved. She was incredibly sympathetic, and by the time our wedding day came, she was so on top of everything that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Ian and Paul were also extremely sweet and helpful. We would get to talk with them in Zoom calls, and they even ended up being there the day of the wedding to ensure everything went smoothly. They were so kind and we’re so grateful! The venue itself is gorgeous! We’re still getting compliments from people about how beautiful the ceremony and reception spaces were. They had a beautiful and diverse supply of decor for us to choose from. It was also really important to us that we not see each other until I walked down the aisle, and Madera was so accommodating. I got ready in the gorgeous bridal suite, while the groomsmen got ready in their suite. Some quick final things that I have to mention: the venue took it upon themselves to curate a champagne toast in the groom’s suite following the ceremony, where there was just a moment for my husband and I to be with our closest friends and family and eat some of the appetizers that we otherwise wouldn’t have gotten to enjoy during cocktail hour. They packed up our getaway car, bustled my dress, worked closely with every vendor, etc. I cannot recommend Madera enough. I just feel so beyond blessed for everyone there and the wonderful work they did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives.

Madera Estates hosted our wedding on April 19th, and I must say, this venue is truly exceptional. The ambiance makes you feel like you're in an exotic destination, and it's perfect for hosting a wedding or any event. The staff paid incredible attention to every small detail, and when my wife and I had to reschedule our first date, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I've been to many weddings, and the experience at Madera Estates is unparalleled. Our guests have been raving about their enjoyment at the venue. The Wedding Coordinator, Alexa Pereira, was absolutely fantastic, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and attending to our every need. Ian & Paul, the owners, were also incredibly supportive throughout our journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. They really did attend to our details. Being a mother of the bride, I am all for not bringing in decorations, my own alcohol, and all the other trappings needed for a lovely wedding. I loved having all inclusive choices. And so did our daughter and son in law. A huge shout out to Paul, Ian, and our wedding coordinator Alexa. Thank you all for being so committed to your jobs and truly having a passion for what you do. It shows. Hugs to everyone. We missed you after we left!

It’s been almost a year since we got married and this review is long overdue. We can’t even begin to describe how everyone should get married here. 1) Madera Estates is effortlessly beautiful. We loved every curated corner of design and decor. This saved us not only monetarily, but also freed us to spend time adding special touches without having to worry about the grand design. 2) The team, (shout out Paul and Kaylee), made us feel like this was their wedding since day one. Paul asked about our lives and why we wanted to get married there, he welcomed our families to visit the venue so they felt comfortable. Kaylee - she is the planner you need. Everyone kept telling us we were the calmest couple planning a wedding. Our only response was - because Kaylee has it covered. She took our vendors and communicated with them, everyone was on time and in place without any worry, and in the perfect place. A button fell off a groomsman’s suit, Kaylee fixed it. Where is all your stuff going? They packed it up and placed in the correct cars so nothing was left behind. Return the vendor items? No, they did that for us too. If you want the most worry-free wedding this is the place. 3) They have a portal and vendor list that will all get organized through them. This allowed us to make payments easily in one location and not worry about the hundreds of due dates. 4) How could they make it easier? They have rentals! Hidden behind the venue is a space you can look at all the different tableware, candles, chargers, etc. You can set it all up how it’ll look and make sure you love it all together. Since it’s part of Madera, that’s it! No coordinating extra rentals! A wedding is a celebration of the couple with their favorite family and friends. Madera let us make sure that’s what we were consumed in; not the planning, not the stress, and not the day after returns.

Madera Estates is truly the most magical place to get married at, I cannot recommend it enough! We were initially sold at our tour by Ian and Paul's friendliness and professionalism. They answered any questions we had promptly and fully, and we felt very confident that we would be in good hands once we booked. Ian even reached out to churches for our ceremony for us to check that our dates were available prior to booking! I sent tons of questions over the year and a half between our booking and Ian responded quickly every time. We were assigned MaryGrace as our coordinator, and she is truly the best! She had tons of great ideas that we incorporated into the reception and I felt supported throughout the entire planning process. On our wedding day, I felt I could enjoy every moment knowing that she was taking care of everything, and I would not change a thing about our wonderful day. I truly cannot say enough good things about the folks that work at this venue, and I highly recommend it to every couple searching for a beautiful venue and stress-free planning process.

WHERE DO I BEGAN!! So when we initially looked for wedding venues, Madera Estates was our 7th/8th venue that we have looked at. Paul gave us our tour. The first thing Paul asked us was getting to know us, how we met, the engagement story, etc. NO OTHER VENUE had done this, getting to know the couple. Something as simple as that, it gave us a good vibe right from the start. Once we started walking around the venue, we were blown away. From the numerous locations to do the ceremony, to the groom suite that had so many amenities besides just a plain ole room, to the Hacienda.. everything was just stunning as is! And to top it off, they gave us MaryGrace as a wedding coordinator?!? 🤯🤯 She know what she’s doing, snaps to her! The whole team went above and beyond and I couldn’t have dreamt of a better venue. Madera Estates is the perfect wedding venue! We recently had our wedding reception here and it was a dream come true. We received so many compliments from our guest and the food was amazing! This could not have happened without our amazing wedding coordinator Kaylee! 🤍 She was so helpful throughout our wedding planning and responded to every question we had. On the day of our wedding she made sure we were okay and everything went smoothly. At the end of the night she ensured all of our items were placed in our truck and gave us two plates to take home. Very grateful for Kaylee and the Madera team! I highly recommend this venue for anyone that is looking to get married!

We got married at Madera Estates on 11/20/2022 and it was a DREAM. My now husband and I were so tired of seeing barn and country club style weddings and were looking for more wow factor once we started planning our day. Madera certainly delivered. Our guests were so complimentary of the beauty, romance, and warmth of the space. It was also such a joy working with the staff at Madera. Everyone was kind and hardworking which made the process a breeze. We were fortunate enough to have MaryGrace as our coordinator and she was just phenomenal. From fixing my dress strap when it ripped during my father daughter dance to being our biggest cheerleader throughout our planning and on the day, she kept us calm and happy throughout our wedding. I have never met a coordinator with such organization, poise, and warmth. Future brides: You are in excellent hands when you book at Madera Estates. If you want a stress-free, unique, beautiful day, then look no further.

My husband and I had a last minute venue change and called Madera Estates after finding them online. They had an appointment cancel earlier, so they were able to fit us in that same day! The second we walked in, we knew it was going to be the place we said 'I do'. Not only was it beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, but Ian gave us an amazing tour and was so kind and welcoming. We signed the contract on the spot without any hesitation. Our wedding planner was Kaylee, and we absolutely LOVED her and had the best time working with her. She made sure everything went perfectly smooth on the day of, and we are seriously going to miss seeing her at our pre-wedding meetings. She is super responsive, on top of things, and knowledgable whenever I had questions which was super important to us. She took care of so much and made our lives easier - thank you, Kaylee! I also loved how everyone at Madera was so genuine. It is a family owned business, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into every wedding. I am eternally grateful we got married here and will forever cherish my wedding day and the wonderful people at Madera who helped make it happen!

Had my wedding at Madera Estates in October and it was A DREAM!! Everything went perfectly as planned and we definitely have MaryGrace to thank for that! She was a wonderful planner and an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process! I highly recommend this venue for any bride looking for that get away feel without having to leave the greater Houston area. Their packages are all inclusive making it ridiculously easy for couples to plan the big day. Made our experience so enjoyable! Their grounds and facilities are always well kept and absolutely beautiful year round. We got extremely lucky with the weather, but honestly, I wouldn’t have cared if we got rained out because it would’ve been gorgeous no matter what. All in all- loved the venue and our experience with all of the staff from beginning to end. And make sure to ask for MaryGrace as your planner! She knows how to make your vision a reality!

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue, wedding coordinator, and overall wedding experience! The venue itself is unique and gorgeous. It has absolutely everything you need and the packages are second to none. Our coordinator, MaryGrace, is seriously a bada**, superwoman of a human! From the very first meeting up until the wedding night, she was so caring, supportive and graceful. I’m an extremely type A person and of course wanted everything to be perfect. When the weather started having a mind of its own and my panic set in, she was quick to jump into action. Without missing a beat she was able to come up with the most beautiful plan B! An ABSOLUTE dream come true!! Words don’t even begin to describe the experience we had at this venue. Everything was LITERALLY perfect. Every time I come across this venue, it brings tears to my eyes. Happy tears of course! It was the happiest moment of my life marrying my bestfriend, having family there, and just having this venue help us make our dream a reality. MaryGrace, our wedding coordinator, was the most amazing and helpful person ever. Her personality was so welcoming and genuine that she felt like family helping us plan our special day. Everything flowed the way it should and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us along the way. I got married at Madera this year and it was absolutely amazing. Mary Grace and her team did an exceptional job ensuring every detail was the way I wanted it. Mary Grace also did a great job helping me with vendor selection and advising me on what would work best for what I was trying to accomplish. On wedding day I didn’t have to stress about anything. The grounds are stunning and feels like a dream. I wish could relive that day over and over!

I had gone to 8 other venues before Madera, and after the tour I knew my daughter would fall in love with this place. She was not able to be with me for the tour because she lives out of town. She said she wanted something different, special. This is exactly what she was looking for. You feel as if you are are at a destination wedding. The decor and landscape are exquisite. Initially, Ian gave us the tour-so kind and personable. When we booked, Mary Grace was our coordinator, she didn’t miss a beat. She has a gift for doing everything in such kind and confident manner. She definitely made us feel a ease. The night was TRULY AMAZING! Our guests went on and on about the venue, the food, fireworks, service etc. and how professional everything was.

We just got married here in October and I can’t recommend it enough! Madera Estates is an absolute dream! The entire team is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. Mary Grace made the entire process fun and made it the most special day! Not only did Mary Grace impress us, but I can’t tell you the number of guest that came up to us complementing everything that she was doing the entire night. I cannot recommend Madera Estates enough! My wedding dreams came true because of this captivating venue and the amazing team behind it! My husband and I fell in love with the look of the venue as soon as we walked it. Our goal was to find a venue that was so naturally beautiful and wouldn’t require a ton of decorating and Madera was the perfect place! But, the best thing about the venue is the staff! Venue coordinator, MaryGrace is the most amazing human to ever exist and we are so lucky to have had her on our big day! She made planning a 180+ person wedding seem easy and kept us on track to make it the wedding that WE truly wanted. Our wedding day flowed with such ease and magic because of all she did for us.

Everything was truly perfect from beginning to end—from our first tour of the venue with Ian to the end of our wedding night with our wedding coordinator MaryGrace. The venue itself is stunning and includes so many beautiful details before you even add your own touch, but the staff and professionalism really stands out. Everyone we worked with or came into contact with was genuinely warm, helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. They have wedding coordinating down to a perfect science. As someone who has planned events before, I was even more impressed with how professional they are. MaryGrace is truly a ray of sunshine and made the entire process as easy as possible and always made it fun (even during inevitable hiccups!) She thought of every single little thing on our wedding day so that we didn’t have to. As the bride, I felt relaxed the entire day and attribute that to her and her great energy and having everything together. Being a wedding coordinator is not an easy job, but she does it with ease and has fun with you and your loved ones while doing it. It’s almost our one year wedding anniversary and we still can’t get over how perfect the day was!

Our wedding day was better than anything we could’ve imagined and a huge part of that is because of Madera Estates. This was the first and only venue we looked at in Houston. We fell in love with it from the moment we walked in. Planning our wedding was minimal stress thanks to the Madera team and their list of trusted vendors. We also highly recommend getting the venue enhancement package. The venue itself is already beautiful, but the additional candles, lanterns and decor really elevated it. We were initially in communication with Ian, who is such a joy. Leading up to the wedding, Madera held a couple of open nights where current couples get early access to enjoy the food and entertainment. Madera really makes you feel special when you become a part of the Madera Estates family! 6 months before the wedding, we were assigned to our wedding planner/day-of-coordinator, MaryGrace, who was absolutely amazing! She really helped our ideas come together and took a lot of things off our plates. She even made an idea that I brought up to her TWO days before the wedding come to life. On the day of the wedding, we felt so incredibly taken care of by MaryGrace and her team. She took all the stress out of our wedding day, and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves on the best day of our lives. Our wedding party and our guests were very impressed by how organized and how well run everything was at Madera Estates and many said it was one of the best weddings they’ve attended. Magnificent and absolutely stunning! Five stars is not enough! From the very first moment of stepping in through the front doors at Madera Estates, I knew this would be a memorable and lasting experience. The genuine connection we felt with everyone we met was heartfelt. This is North Houston's hidden treasure! The grounds were spectacular for an October wedding. Flowers and roses were in bloom and looked beautiful. The venue was breath taking and the Hacienda took you to another world! The family at Madera is exactly that... family! MaryGrace Montagna was my daughter's wedding coordinator and one of the most amazing people you'll ever meet. From start to finish, truly the most beautiful wedding and stress-free experience ever. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the outdoor area was for a wedding ceremony and the indoor reception area was absolutely picturesque. You will not be disappointed. Without a doubt, the most amazing people, venue and family at Madera Estates. My daughter's wedding was perfect, our sincerest thanks to the entire staff (family)! You will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Breathtakingly beautiful!!! That’s how I would describe my vow renewal I had at Madera Estates in Conroe, TX! I had the pleasure of having MaryGrace as my coordinator which I is included in the venue package! She was so attentive and thoughtful throughout the planning process and the day of. From the moment you step into Madera Estates you are transported to a Spanish oasis! My guests are still raving about the venue and how gorgeous it was and how welcoming the staff were. One in particular said she felt she was greeted as if she were finally coming home after being gone for a long time. It genuinely felt as if the staff was happy you were there.

I had my wedding at Madera Estates in April 2022 (~200 guest count). To summarize the experience in a couple of words: beautiful, romantic, and stress-free. Ian gave my parents, fiance and I the first venue tour, and then he sat down with us to explain the package options. By the end of the evening, we were completely sold. Ian remained in communication with us after, helping us understand the contract we were signing with the venue, and then guiding us through the initial wedding planning (i.e. working with the caterers, figuring out a day of timeline, understanding how to make venue payments.) Ian was always quick to respond, and he made the whole experience feel magical. Madera has certain vendors built in to their packages, and I highly recommend using those vendors as it streamlines your planning, you only send a check to Madera (vs 10 different vendors), and you know you will get high quality vendors. Madera also has a list of vendor recommendations, and they host "Madera Nights" in order for you to meet those vendors (that was an awesome in and of itself!). Once we got closer to the wedding date, Kaylee took over as our wedding coordinator. Kaylee was so flexible with her time, ensuring that I didn't have to take off from work for the venue meetings. During our first sit down, we walked through a 20 page document "the wedding bible," where she took notes on all of our vendors, preferences, and the smallest details that you wouldn't even think of. From that point on, I knew we were in good hands and did not need to worry about the venue being organized and on top of things. We had two additional meetings to determine decorations/linens and finalize the details. Madera has their own rental company, so it is a breeze to rent any additional linens/decorations that are not in your original package. Kaylee was also very responsive via email, and she ensured all of my questions were answered before the event. Madera also had checklists available and sent reminder emails with various planning tips that I found very helpful! On the day of the wedding, Kaylee and the Madera team set up our entire wedding (including every little decoration I rented/brought), and made the entire day so stress-free! I've been to some weddings where the bridal party and family had to spend a lot of time in the morning setting up the venue (and then being exhausted for the festivities), but that was not the case at all with Madera. I know I didn't witness everything, but I could not believe the level of coordination from the Madera team. One example of this was after the ceremony, my dress needed to be bustled by a specific bridesmaid. Kaylee called in to her microphone headset to the other Madera coordinators and asked someone to get eyes on and escort the bridesmaid to the Bridal suite to bustle my dress. Within five minutes, the bridesmaid was there and ready to get me bustled. I was amazed! One other example of the great work by Kaylee and her team is that my cake had a slight accident after it was delivered. The baker had already left, but Kaylee was able to get a hold of her, and the baker was able to come back to fix the cake. Kaylee took care of things and never seemed to lose her cool! Beyond all of the amazing work by the Madera team, the venue is just beautiful and magical. I could not have had a more perfect wedding without their help, and I am so thankful to come across this venue!

There are NO WORDS that truly capture how much Madera Estates means to me and my husband. We instantly fell in love with its beauty the moment we walked in and so did our guests! You forget that you're still in Texas because it really feels like you've been transported to a different destination. And the Madera Estates staff...especially our wedding coordinator, MaryGrace, showed us nothing but kindness and attentiveness throughout our entire wedding planning journey. Madera Estates is the venue that transports you to a destination wedding without the travel. It is absolutely breathtaking. Ian, the venue director, made every encounter personable by getting to know us and seeing our vision for our wedding. Kaylee, our AMAZING wedding planner, went above and beyond to ensure everything was as we had pictured it. Kaylee constantly ensured she had all the right details and timeline. On the day of our wedding, she was readily available for every question and concern. She updated us throughout the day and checked on our nerves. She ensured everything was placed in our cars by the end of the night, from personal items to our cake topper!! Kaylee delivered our Dream wedding and we couldn’t be happier and grateful. We highly recommend Madera Estates!

This is LITERALLY one of the BEST places near Houston to have a wedding folks! No joke! From start to finish Ian Ramirez and his entire staff were amazing! So unbelievably attentive and accomodating with EVERY detail! We got married in December 2021 and it's the holiday time literally a week before Christmas but you would not have known that the staff had their own plans on their minds because we felt so taken care of from start to finish! Ian and Kaylee are amazing! Madera Estates is a beautiful venue, but the staff really make the venue even more perfect! They took care of us and listened to us to make our wedding perfect! They were on top of everything and made sure we didn't stress at all the entire day!

Madera Estates was a DREAM COME TRUE! We just had our wedding reception on December 17, 2021 and it was magical. It was everything we dreamed of and more.. It was in our destiny to find this beautiful place, exactly where we grew up, Conroe, Tx. It was a hidden treasure that was meant for us to find. When we got engaged in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico the December before, we immediately began our hunt for wedding venues. When we came across the description on the website that stated, “inspired by San Miguel de Allende” we knew we had found our venue and booked an appointment right away. Stepping through the doors of the venue transported us to a different world, after being there for a while you forget you're still in Texas. Our first experience meeting the team was phenomenal. We had the pleasure of working with Ian and Kaylee. We were so impressed with the selection of decor from the Madera Luxe collection, as well as a sense of ease when we were provided with a list of preferred vendors to choose from. This made wedding planning SUCH a breeze. The customer service and response to our needs were exceeded from start to finish. If we could do it all over again, we would! Madera Estates will forever be in our hearts.

My husband was the one who initially found this venue and when we toured it during one of their open houses, I was convinced 100%. The attention we received from Ian and then to our wedding coordinator MaryGrace was EXCEPTIONAL. They were always one email away from any questions I had. On the wedding day, it was smooth sailing and everything just flowed. I was stress-free and fully enjoyed my wedding. MaryGrace made sure the party kept going and every little detail did not go unnoticed! I was very touched by all of it. Our whole wedding party can attest this was the smoothest wedding they ever went to and had been a part of. I'm so happy we went with Madera Estates and had MaryGrace as our wedding coordinator. Our experience from start to end with Madera was incredible. We had the pleasure to work with both Ian & Kaylee, both of which made our experience seamless and stress free. They answered every question possible in a timely manner and took the time to listen to our every thought and concern. The entire Madera team made us feel like family and not just another couple getting married there. On our wedding day, our coordinator had an emergency and was unable to run our wedding. Due to their organization and great team work, Ian was able to step right in and took over. He coordinated with our coordinator and brought our entire wedding to life. We are so lucky that we chose Madera Estates as our venue and would do it all over again if we could!

Let me start off by saying I JUST HAD MY DREAM WEDDING AT MADERA ESTATES in Conroe, Tx. The moment I walked into this place , I knew this was where I wanted to get married and make a memory that will last a lifetime . Madera is truly a one stop shop a hidden gem in Conroe . This place is magical, so beautiful and really transforms from day to night. Walking in I forgot I was in Conroe and felt like I was walking in a beautiful hacienda in Mexico. Ian Ramirez was my wedding planner and words cannot describe how blessed and grateful I was for him . Ian treated me like I was the only bride in the world. My wedding day could not have happened without him . Ian was so helpful and informative in helping me find anything and everything I dreamt up for my day and making sure it happened . Ian helped with every detail every step of the way and any issues he handled almost immediately. The punctuality the response time the communication I give Ian a 20 out of 10 . The customer service he provided and this place provides is out of this world. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Houston area. If your looking for a beautiful venue who provides it all the vendors the wedding planning and has great customer service MADERA ESTATES is IT !!! All my guests are still raving about how beautiful this place was and how our wedding was the best they had ever been to. Thank you Madera and Ian for making my dream wedding come true ! I WILL BE BACK FOR OUR 20 YEAR !

My husband and I got married at this venue last fall and from the start we recieved outstanding treatment. We were assigned a new coordinator halfway through the planning process due to our other one getting a new job and although some might think that would be stressful it was absolutely not. Ian was great at communicating the situation and the transition couldn't have been smoother. We were blessed with the best coordinator I could've ever asked for, MaryGrace! The second you meet her you feel as if you've been best friends forever. She has the most beautiful, positive, uplifting attitude I've ever met and will be your own personal hype girl and emotional support person! She goes above and beyond in everything that she does. The week of my wedding the weather showed it was 100% chance of rain. I was absolutely devastated as I had fallen in love with the outside area and had the entire look planned out. MaryGrace called me and went over her plans with the florist and assured me everything would look absolutely beautiful on the inside. The day of my wedding I was still pretty down about it but when I walked into that hall after everything was done, I almost had no words. It completely took my breath away. They transformed the inside to look just how I would've had it outside and it just blew me away. I was so happy and I will never forget that for as long as I live. In addition, because it was raining the day of my wedding I didn't get to take any pictures with my husband outside like we had planned. My photographer offered to go back and take them after our honeymoon and MaryGrace was more than welcoming. She literally greeted us with glasses of champagne, escorted me to the bridal suite where I changed into my wedding dress again and surprised me with my wedding bouquet that she had SAVED from that night and put them in the freezer so that I could use them for the shoot! They looked just as stunning as the day we got married! Talk about going above and beyond! I literally felt like I was getting married all over again. Madera Estates is truly a dream venue and I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I got married at Madera on June 5, 2021 and it was so worth it. We toured and said yes to Madera before the pandemic hit, once the pandemic came around we were in constant communication with Ian to ensure we could still have our wedding. The communication and his ability to work with us was so helpful. It was also super helpful that Madera appoints a coordinator for your event, saves the hassle of going to find one yourself. We were assigned MaryGrace and let me tell you, it was the best thing ever. MaryGrace went above and beyond for us on the day of our wedding. The week of the wedding we talked almost everyday and to ensure I was not stressed, which I wasn't since I knew I could fully rely and trust MG. The day of the wedding came and the stress did not hit until the rain started to pour as I was about to walk down the aisle. MG made sure my picturesque wedding ceremony could still happen even inside the hacienda. Furthermore, she was very consoling when I heard my grandmother got into an accident and had to be hospitalized, just a few hours before I walked down the aisle. I was in tears, yet MG was the only person that could get me to calm down. She was a constant reminder about what this day meant to my husband and I.

We cannot even begin to explain how much of an amazing experience we had from start to finish with Madera Estates. Every step of the process went so smoothly and they truly captured our dream wedding and more. Ian and the rest of the staff went about and beyond to make out day so special. I will be recommending this venue to everyone! Thank you Madera!

If I could do it again I would!!! I wouldn’t change a thing!!! Well only to be able to slow down time. It went by so fast. But everything was exactly how we pictured it, our guest we’re amazed and loved it!!! Shoutout to MaryGrace! She was freaking awesome!!!! She made sure our wedding was perfect and perfect it was!!!! All the staff are amazing too and very professional. But not as amazing as MaryGrace! 😊. 1000000 times would recommend. I want to have another wedding just to do it all over again (with the same husband of course lol!)

Save your self the time and stress of piecing a wedding together yourself. Madera and our wedding coordinator, MaryGrace, made our big day so special. MaryGrace was so attentive to not only my husband and I, but to our bridal party and close family members. The venue came with the DJ, cake, coordinator, venue, food and decorations. I'm working a full time job, so to have a coordinator take me through the whole process during covid was worth every penny.

If you’re looking to have a wedding in Houston, you NEED to visit & look into Madera! My husband & I got married here in May 2021. Ian was so helpful & patient during our venue decision process. MaryGrace was our coordinator & she is AMAZING. I did not have a single worry (during planning or on the day-of) because Madera’s wedding coordinator, MaryGrace, was so on top of everything while also being very kind & welcoming. Everything was so clean, organized, and fun! We loved that it was unique & different than the traditional farmhouse look. The space was plenty to hold our 150 guests & could hold so many more if needed. It is plenty close enough to various hotels & restaurants & easy to find. I was not disappointed in a single aspect of our wedding because of the beautiful venue & hard work of everyone at Madera. We are so thankful to everyone there, especially to MaryGrace!!

We really could not have asked for a better wedding venue to than Madera Estates. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the vendor recommendations were excellent and the staff was wonderful to work with. Any little stress, question or issue, they were available to help especially during the craziness of 2020. Ian and MaryGrace were so detail oriented and accommodating and our wedding day turned out amazing. We cannot thank them or recommend them enough!

My husband and I got married here and let me tell you, we were FAR from disappointed. Despite the stress of COVID, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We were in awe by the customer service just during our tour of the venue. This continued throughout the entire 16 months until we walked down the aisle. Our saving grace was non other than MaryGrace. Our first coordinator left a few months before our wedding. Ian was great at keeping us well informed and introducing us to MaryGrace. Let me tell you.. we received a new coordinator along with a new friend. MaryGrace wanted the absolute best for us and was fantastic at communicating with us, helping me make last minute decisions, and making sure our day was as perfect as it was. She remembered the smallest details and surprised my husband and I with them on the day of. For example, she set up the groomsmen gifts with my husband's favorite music artist in the background on the tv to hype them up as soon as they walked in. ALL HER. I mean.. come on. Everybody loved her. We miss her so much and just want to throw another event to work with her again! You will not be disappointed in this venue or their team. Go tour today and say YES to the venue.

This place is awesome in every way. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the decor is beautiful. The bride and groom each have their own suite the day of the wedding to get ready and hang out. Ian was awesome, Caitlin did a great job the day of our wedding and getting all the vendors in order. Everyone with Madera was first class! They also have so many contacts to help if you can’t decide on a vendor, very helpful. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they step up to help as much or as little as you want them to. If you haven’t taken a tour of this venue, do it! If you’ve taken a tour and are on the fence, hop over to the YES side, you won’t be disappointed!

Funny story about booking with Madera Estates, when my fiance (now husband!) and I went to attend Bridal Extravaganza last year, we came across Madera Estates, got their venue brochure, I even filled out forms with my husband's contact number in case we were potentially interested in booking with them. Once we got home, we started looking into the venue however, I unfortunately wasn't too sold on it quite yet in the beginning so we tossed the brochure to the side then one day, my fiance actually got a call from Ian Ramirez asking if we'd like a tour of the place and we thought, "well why not, it wouldn't hurt to check the place out", so we to Madera and saw the venue first hand and immediately, I fell in love with it! I could picture myself saying "I do" to my husband and creating something magical at Madera. I truly believe in my heart, we were meant to have our wedding at Madera Estates and to have Ian be our wedding coordinator and making our beautiful wedding come to life. One phone call from Ian was all it took for my husband and I to go with Madera and I don't regret it at all! Ian is such an amazing person with the same goal as any wedding couple. To make YOUR wedding vision come to life! Oh boy did he deliver! Ian was with me and my husband every step of the way, making sure we weren't stressing and letting him handle all things wedding. He constantly checked on me, my husband and our wedding party during our big day. He is simply THE BEST wedding coordinator a girl can ask for and truly a godsend. Ian...
