Manager Chelsea White is ready to support to-be-weds throughout the planning process, helping them to bring their dream day to life.
Maderas Golf Club's Tuscan-inspired event spaces are available to host ceremonies and receptions. There is also a dressing room available in La Casa for the couple to use as they need it. Up to 220 guests can be comfortably accommodated at the club, across its various event spaces. You can celebrate in a classic banquet hall setting at the Del Lago Ballroom. This stylish room is illuminated by elegant chandeliers, as well as natural light that can pour in through the large windows. The ballroom is outfitted with a stage and dance floor. Outdoors, couples can exchange vows in the garden and host their reception at Sunset Rock. Ceremonies can also be hosted on the Del Lago Lawn, which can seat up to 175 guests. From these outdoor spaces, you and your guests can marvel at the club's natural beauty, from views of the pond to the manicured lawns. Professional event staff are on hand to help you and your guests throughout the day. Various packages are available for you to browse, which feature a range of services for your special day. Chelsea helped us at Maderas and we could not have had a more perfect experience. Right from the beginning she was incredibly thorough with every detail. She was incredibly responsive, and answered any question she had. She gave us helpful reminders leading up to the event. She had a suggested timeline that we could start from and was helpful with every aspect. The day of ran more smooth than I could have imagined. We were given helpful reminders to stick to the timeline, and we were never late on anything! We didn't have to worry about a thing because she was able to handle it! I really think we had a perfect wedding and nothing went wrong
My wife and I got married here last fall and couldn't have been happier with the service and overall experience. From the initial tour to the day of the wedding, everything came and went without any issue.
The ceremony was beautiful thanks in large part to the well-kept grounds and gorgeous valley surroundings. On top of that, they only do one wedding per day. Combine this with the secluded location and it felt like we were hosting the wedding on our own private estate. The whole day had a very exclusive and VIP-like feel to it. We toured more than a dozen venues in San Diego, LA, and the Bay Area. Nearly all of them were significantly more expensive than Maderas, offered far less, and were in much worse settings. The value Maderas provides for their wedding package is unbeatable.
Huge thanks to Chelsea for being such a terrific wedding coordinator. Chelsea was our first point of contact with Maderas and was with us every step of the way, answering questions, providing us updates, and informing us of next steps. When planning a wedding, you want to work with somebody who is organized, detail-oriented, and communicative, and Chelsea has all those skills and more. She's great at her job and we always felt like we were in good hands.
We'd also like to thank Caitlin and the rest of the Maderas staff for providing a great dinner service and cocktail hour. The flow of the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. We received so many compliments from guests on the taste and portion sizes of the dinner. Personally, we had trouble choosing which meals and hors d'oeuvres to have for the dinner and cocktail hour because everything at the tasting was so good. In addition, the club was more than accommodating to my and other guests' food allergies. We were delighted by all the thought and care that went into the meal preparation.
Some other little but significant details to note:
— On the final walkthrough, both Chelsea and Caitlin were there to solidify all the details of the wedding and make sure we were happy with everything up to that point. This was comforting as it helped us ensure everyone was on the same page.
—During our rehearsal, Chelsea provided us and our wedding party with champagne, juice, and water to kick off the rehearsal. A nice touch!
— Chelsea handed us our signature cocktails immediately after our ceremony ended, and Caitlin even boxed up some hors d'oeuvres for us since she knew we were busy during the cocktail hour.
These little details made us feel very special and left a huge impression on us. It goes to show the level of care and dedication the Maderas team puts forth for every couple.

We got married at Maderas last weekend and had the BEST experience - would absolutely recommend having your wedding here! Everything was wonderful - from the staff, to the food, to the venue itself. We worked with Chelsea over the past year, and she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient with all our questions. We had a great surprise earlier this year when we learned that the ballroom was redone this winter, and the wall paper, light fixtures, and overall appearance now look much more modern and bright. The day of the wedding, my bridesmaids, moms, and I all got ready in the spacious (and also brand new) bridal suite, which is right above the ballroom (private bathroom, mini kitchenette, and lounge area were all perfect). The ceremony itself was beautiful, with a picturesque background overlooking the golf course (we also rented a circle arch from Maderas that we decorated with florals). After our ceremony, we took golf carts out with our photographer and Chelsea to get scenic, private shots around the course. In addition, we were impressed with their food choices and quality for our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and wedding dinner. We also worked with Chelsea to pick two signature cocktails, which was a fun way for us to add some personalization to the night. We’re so glad we went with Maderas for our wedding!

Maderas was the absolute best decision we ever made! The day-of the wedding, my husband I constantly said to each other "how did we luck out finding such an incredible venue.". From our first meeting with Maderas's team, we knew that this was the perfect venue for us. The golf course is absolutely stunning and offers such an incredible backdrop with the mountains in the background. Rebecca was our venue coordinator and she was SO incredible at kindly answering any questions we had during the planning process and being that trusted resource for us. Day-of, everything went off without a hitch and we were over the moon with the entire day! The food was incredible and their drink options for the bar are awesome! We are still getting comments from guests raving about the venue and how smoothly the entire day went. We wouldn't have changed one single thing about our big day!
First of all, Maderas is a beautiful venue in and of itself. It has a tuscan-rustic vibe and less of the barn-rustic vibe which is exactly what we were going for!
Second, Chelsea at Maderas and her team are absolutely amazing to work with. Every step of the way they were extremely communicative and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Chelsea is an amazing coordinator who really helped to make sure the day ran flawlessly and I couldn't be more grateful to her and her team for everything. Even when we had a (fairly) last-minute change of plans for our ceremony and needed to have it on property they made things work with no issue whatsoever. Our wedding really was a dream come true and we loved every moment.
We got married at Maderas in June 2021 and had the best experience. Not only is the property STUNNING, but Chelsea made things so easy for us when it came to planning. Especially during pandemic and ever changing rules and restrictions. Chelsea was always very quick at responding to emails and messages and she really is a FULL SERVICE planner. Took care of everything, from dealing with rentals to contacting all of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of.
Having the bridal house was a perfect addition to making our day so special. It was the perfect amount of space so that we could bring in hair and make up and had the best lighting for pictures. Our beauty team and my bridesmaids could not stop raving about the house and all the space.
The catering had changed during covid but I feel like we really lucked out. There was so many unique choices and the food was also delicious. Our guests all talked about how good the food tasted and the beautiful presentation. All together we had the best day and could not say enough great things about Maderas and all the staff!
The vendor Chelsea at Madera’s was very enthusiastic and was very helpful in every step of the way. They exceeded my expectations and I would refer all of my friends/family to her. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and offers many picture opportunities. The service during the reception and overall was immaculate. There are many food, DJ, , florist vendors to choose from. I can’t wait to golf there as well. I know it will be a blast.

Maderas Golf Club had all the characteristics my husband and I were looking for when choosing a wedding venue. It is tucked away in the hills, which provides privacy and quietness. The surrounding area and the golf course create a beautiful backdrop. Maderas is easy to find with plenty of parking for guests. They have a nice variety of food on their menu and the courses we had on our tasting menu were delicious. We worked with Rebecca, wedding coordinator, and she was always very pleasant, easy to work with, and helpful.
Unfortunately, our wedding/ reception have been postponed indefinitely due to COVID-19, but Patrick, the general manager, and Chelsea, the wedding coordinator, have been very accommodating and understanding. We hope that we will be able to have our wedding there once COVID is gone.

Our wedding has been affected by COVID, as I am sure many are/have been. Patrick, the general manager, and Chelsea, our wedding specialist, have been so accommodating and generous with their time and resources. There are so many wonderful things I would like to share about them and how amazing they have been in this process! This has been such a whirlwind trying to figure everything out, and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to ensure our happiness for our special day. Not only did they each reach out to us individually to see if we needed anything, but collectively as the Maderas Team.
I highly recommend this venue not only for the beautiful location and property, but also for the experience of working with such amazing staff members! From the time we walked into the front door until we left the parking lot, each member was so kind and helpful! What an amazing staff and venue for a wedding or event!

As soon as I stepped onto the Maderas grounds during our tour, I knew it was *the* venue. We did our entire wedding there: ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
Because it's this "tucked away" aka hidden gem of a golf course, it feels like it's your own on the day of. First off, Chelsea was an AMAZING wedding specialist/catering manager. I can't begin to tell you how many emails I sent her and how she'd always respond super fast and answer all of my questions. There is no doubt the success of our wedding going off without a hitch is owed to her. She's phenomenal and worked so so well with all our vendors. Next, you cannot beat La Casa - their one-of-a-kind bridal suite - for getting ready. We had access to it starting at 7am and no hourly limits as some venues have. Finally, besides the gorgeous grounds and ballroom, the food at Maderas (courtesy of chef Earl Schryver) is exceptional. We got so many rave reviews about the food and felt proud to have served our guests something they truly enjoyed. Overall, Maderas was the absolute perfect place for my wedding and I cannot recommend it enough for couples looking in the San Diego area.

We chose Madera’s for our wedding venue because when we walked in for the first time, we were blown away. The venue is beautiful, it’s tucked away yet sitting on a hill which gave us that mountain/exclusive vibe we were looking for. All staff was extremely friendly and very professional, they always responded in a timely manner, everyone was super organized, they always had our best interest, it’s very clean, quiet, the food was amazing, bartender was quick and professional, the scenery is phenomenal...I could go on an on.
We worked with Chelsea and she’s literally the sweetest person. My husband and I got married in Feb 2019 and Chelsea not only helped make our entire process smooth and seamless, yet most importantly our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to her. I highly recommend Madera’s Gold Club for any party, wedding or function.

The location is absolutely beautiful and Chelsea (the site coordinator) is super nice and great to work with! Our wedding went smoothly with no hitches (that I know of).
We had our reception at Maderas and I got so many compliments on how beautiful it was and on the food as well. The photos we took on the golf course were amazing too!
The bride's side of the bridal party also got ready at their complimentary bridal house and we had such a blast getting ready and taking pictures there with the wonderful scenery.
Additionally, Chelsea was extremely helpful with wedding planning by sharing their list of recommended vendors to me and the ones we went with were all great and within our budget.

We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Maderas and it was gorgeous! Working with Chelsea was fantastic, she was professional, responsive and extremely helpful anytime we had any questions. The whole process was easy and not stressful at all. The day of went off without a hitch. Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious (for entrees we ordered the salmon, steak and vegan option), a lot of our guests commented on how delicious the dinner was (and the late night churros!) The bridal suite was absolutely beautiful and perfect to get ready in for 9 adult ladies + my flower girl. Maderas was super accommodating when it came to letting us take pictures on the course. I'd highly recommend to any bride!

My husband and I got married at Maderas on New Years Eve this year & it was an absolute dream come true. The detail, the staff, Chelsea the coordinator at Maderas they all put in so much help to make our day that much more special. I lived in Texas and chelsea helped me plan the wedding long distance never once was I nervous or overwhelmed she was so attentive to what I needed and helped me put everything together so smooth. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Thank you Maderas for an absolute dream of a wedding!
Maderas was the first venue we toured - and although there were many others we viewed, they did not surpass Maderas. The view is utterly amazing, nestled away in the hills; it's quiet and romantic with breathtaking scenery. We had both our outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour, and indoor reception here. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful of a venue this was! The Tuscan-decor ballroom is large enough to fill a big wedding but was also warm enough to accommodate my smaller wedding of 75. Perhaps the best part, the gem, of Maderas, is Chelsea White. From start to finish, she was so helpful, kind, and sweet. She patiently answered all of my questions, helped my wedding vision come to light, kindly worked with an outside food caterer who might have been a bit of a diva, and patiently listened as I ranted about our less than stellar DJ. :) She was the last person I saw before I walked out to say my I-dos and was so calming and reassuring. She graciously allowed us to come back and shoot more wedding photos after the day of due to lack of time and was kind enough to take us to different spots on course to get the pictures we wanted. In short, she made our special day as flawless as possible and the whole Maderas experience was excellent. You will not be disappointed!

Maderas was spectacular to work with! We hired them for catering at a private outside venue, and they went above and beyond our expectations. Adam and Brandon were there for everything and anything that I needed, and basically took on the role as my wedding planners when it wasn't expected. I would do it a million times over, but only if I had the two of them by my side again. They made everything easier and I cannot say enough good things about them; professional, thoughtful, and just a joy to work with. You name it, they are on top of it! For example, I purchased my sweetheart table linen and it wasn't set to come in until the week of my wedding. Without even asking or thinking I needed it, Adam had a backup plan and linens set aside in case it didn't come in. And sure enough, we needed that backup plan – lifesavers! Not to mention, Chef Earl is an AMAZING chef! We ended up having our rehearsal dinner at Maderas as well just because of how great they are. Adam and Brandon made my special day a breeze & my guests absolutely loved Chef Earl's food. Maderas made us feel like family and that was the best gift ever!
MADERAS was the five star first choice for location of our rehearsal dinner, with easy access for our local and fly-in guests to hop over for their first night of a five day wedding celebration. It was magical- the beautiful club house, patio and grounds for our rehearsal/family dinner, where the couple was introduced through their video love story which had us all in tears. And that was the beginning.
Thank you Adam Packer for holding my hand. As the mother of the groom, I wanted everything to be perfect and was always stressing about trying to make it so. You took a big burden of worry off me and made the process, from early planning to honeymoon send-off a pleasure for me. You accommodated our videographer's set up, introduced us to Laura Magid's great suggestions and guidance through all the layout and decision making. Thanks to Brandon and his service team for responsible and expert service, and all the behind the scenes staff who worked their hardest for us. Maderas was unbelievable for our wedding venue! We had our ceremony and reception on site and are so pleased with it! We were able to reserve the entire venue including the clubhouse which made it feel so exclusive. Some of our wishlist items were: the feeling of privacy, an easy to get to location, an indoor reception option, and a big dance floor. Maderas has all of these things and more. Food and bar package was great too, reasonable prices for how elegant everything felt. The style of the golf club is a spanish look with great views of the hills. We cannot say enough about this venue, definitely check it out! You can even visit and have lunch at their clubhouse to get a sneak peak. Thank you to all the staff who helped us, especially Laura!
Amazing venue but even more amazing venue/catering manager...LAURA! I can write a review about how amazing the venue is but I think everyone gets the point after reading other reviews. You and your guests will absolutely love it! I would rather talk about how friendly, professional, genuine, and awesome Laura is. She is very flexible and more than willing to work with you. We had some vendors who wanted to do things their way and didn't quite understand that venues have standard protocols on certain things and Laura was extremely understanding in helping us deal with them and avoiding extra charges that aren't in her hands. We had some last minute changes which I am sure she probably hated us for but always had a smile on her face and happily made those changes.
Laura was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. Her job is extremely stressful and she has so much going on but she always manages to make is seem like your wedding/event is the only thing going on. Full, undivided attention every time we met.
Having a beautiful venue is only half the win; having that special person help manage everything along the way is what makes Maderas a guaranteed 100% win all the time.
We got married and had our reception at Maderas on 3-25-16. from our first meeting with Laura Magid to the very end, they were a first class team that ensured our wedding and reception were magical. The entire team was top notch, the grounds were beautiful and perfectly manicured, all of the vendors they recommended that we used, we all first class as well. We also looked around and visited many venues in San Diego and Maderas was actually cheaper than some venues that were less appealing, so we felt like on top of everything else we got a great deal. can't say enough good things about Maderas and especially Laura, she held our hands through the whole process and made us feel welcome, at ease, and like the only wedding on her calendar. Simply perfect!
We cannot say enough about working with the Maderas team, and specifically Laura. We fell in love with the property when we first visited, of course because of its natural beauty, but also because it was so evident that every bit was well maintained. Matt and I worked closely with Laura throughout the planning process and she was responsive, efficient and honest regardless of the topic. She also remembers everything, all of the little details and definitely helped us bring our vision to life. We planned from afar (Minneapolis), so this was a big deal!
My husband golfed with family and friends all week leading up to the wedding and said the course was amazing. The Maderas also gave him a couple free rounds and let our guests golf at the member rate which was great! One of my favorite parts of the process was the bridal suite with my ladies beforehand. This place is like a fairytale and we were greeted with fresh fruit and champagne to kick off the day. The 8 hours leading up to say "I do" flew by, everyone was having the BEST time!
Before the ceremony our wedding party was treated to beers and champagne as well as refreshments ... and after, we were greeted with more beers and my favorite cocktail before pictures. The little gestures were so thoughtful and certainly didn't go unnoticed. They even joined our photographer / Videographer for pictures to ensure we knew where to go.
Since the wedding has ended, we have received so many compliments on the venue from our guests. We have heard everything from how beautiful the views were, to how nice it was to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in three separate areas on the same property allowing a different view/experience. BUT, the biggest one was the food... people LOVED the food!!! AH it really was so amazing, and we could not be more thankful to Laura and the entire Maderas team.

The Grounds: It is evident that the owners take pride in the presentation of the club by keeping everything green, lush and exceptionally clean. It almost looks like a resort. There was PLENTY of parking for all of my guests and the ballroom is a landmark on the premises. No need to worry about guests not being able to find you.
The Ceremony Site: I used the Del Lago Garden for my ceremony and there was ample room for my 175 guests. The lawn was perfectly green and the view was spectacular.
The Ballroom: The ballroom is one hell of a venue. The ceilings were palacial and the décor was not overly gaudy. This ballroom was perfect for my gold and deep summer colored wedding. CLEANLINESS was clearly a top priority here as there was not one crumb or speck on the floor, all of the tables and chairs were in pristine condition. The wrought iron chandeliers gave it such a classic look and the amber lighting gave it a splash of romance. The catering team took such good care of making sure there was nothing that looked less than perfect.
The Food: No cutting corners or tiny portions here!! Nothing is worse than sitting at a wedding and feeling hungry. Cocktail hour with the tray passed appetizers were such a hit, the options you are given are really meant to fit all palettes and dietary needs. Guests were nearly full and dinner hadn’t even started. The portions were pretty substantial. Our guests had a choice between Wild Sea Bass and Filet Mignon and each were equally as delicious. The Sea Bass was flaky and flavorful and the Filet was cooked to perfection. Rice and potatoes accompanied their respective proteins and we were able to choose which went with which. The veggies were so perfectly cooked, with just that perfect crunch finish. …in addition to your cake you can have a LATE NIGHT DESSERT. Truly a wonderful dining experience. Food was piping hot where it should have been hot and nice and crisp cold where it should have been cold. Perfection.
The Staff: Everyone was so kind and attentive not only to me (being the bride) but to everyone. We had their full and undivided attention all night and they were so concerned with how I was doing and how mu guests were doing. Not one thing went overlooked, no cutting corners, and the bartender made the drinks nice and strong…which was awesome because it got everyone loose and on the dance floor.
Catering/Event Manager: LAURA MAKES DREAMS COME TRUE! PERIOD. We met Laura on her day off, which already gave us a hint at her work ethic. She was so warm, welcoming and made us feel so welcome. The beauty of the club sells itself so not one word out of her mouth sounded like a sales pitch. She showed us the club top to bottom and showed us every option we could possibly choose from for our special day. Throughout the whole process working with Laura made the planning of this wedding so calm and relaxed. Her organization and confidence in her craft did not stress me out one bit. She was on top of communicating with me and covering every aspect of the event in a timely manner. Not once did I feel rushed to make a decision. She is also there for you to make any recommendations if you are stuck on a decision. My entire family just fell in love with her and the way she was able to fit our needs rather than make us fit the needs of the club. She wanted me to have my dream wedding, she executed perfectly and we love her for it. Mutual respect goes a long way…I’ll leave it at that
My husband and I had our reception there a few weekends ago. We started looking for wedding venues shortly after we got engaged. I honestly didn't know about Maderas Golf Club until I saw their profile on one of the wedding websites. We went to check out the place and I instantly fell in love. It's a little gem tucked away in the foothills of Poway (Inland San Diego) and the view is amazing. This was the first venue we saw, so of course we didn't make the decision to have our reception here until we saw other places. We visited another country club and a few hotels, but my mind was already made up. I just had to twist my husband's arm :)
We worked closely with Laura Magid and Niki Ellis in the months leading up to the wedding. They were so helpful and responsive when we had questions.
The event went very smoothly and we had a blast. I can't thank Laura and her staff enough for the great experience and awesome service!!
We toured and compared several golf clubs in the San Diego Area, and Maderas was the clear front runner. The venue itself is beautiful with two options for each of the ceremony sites, cocktail hour sites, and reception sites. Everyone at our wedding raved about the food! They have several packages with different options. We picked a plated dinner with the salmon and chicken duet and the filet mignon. The servers at the reception were friendly and polite. They had a change in catering managers during our planning process, but everything transitioned smoothly and didn't disrupt anything. Everyone thought our wedding was way more expensive than it actually was too! Overall, we had a great experience with all of the staff at Maderas. Highly recommended!
Katy the coordinator there is amazing!! Venue is breathtaking with beautiful backdrops! The only thing that me and my husband were disappointed in was the banquet captain completely in professional... He was sick the day of my wedding which if you ask he shouldn't have been there .. No excuses .. I was assured that they do wedding every weekend and to no worry about anything.... But ya that was not the case... My and my husband were the last to receive the dinner meal .. I mean really ... That was the start to many things going wrong ... But overall we had a great time!
Katy coordinated my reception in the amazingly beautiful Tuscan ballroom. Katy was always available for my every concern. She took care of everything! I definitely recommend this venue for a special occasion!
We planned our wedding from the East Coast, and Maderas (and Katy, the catering manager) made planning a pleasure. We held our ceremony on the lawn overlooking the course, and our reception in the ballroom.
Food was delicious, the space was large and well laid out. We had access to La Casa, a small house owned by the course down the road from the site, to get ready in with my moms and bridesmaids. They even provided some fruit, sodas and champagne for while we prepped. :)
Katy was great to work with- she was super responsive whenever we had questions, and helped us with all the details along the way! It was a pleasure working with her.
Our wedding was on June 22, 2013. And Jon & I couldn't have been any happier with choosing Maderas Golf Club for our wedding reception. It was close proximity from our church where we had our ceremony (St. Gabriel's). Not only is the drive to Maderas is beautiful (like you're transported to Italy), but also the 360 views when you get to the grounds. The Del Lago ballroom was perfect size for the reception we wanted (200 guests). During our reception, the cocktail hour was held outside and everyone enjoyed the views. It was sunny, but they provided umbrellas/parasols to provide shade. The setup inside the ballroom was beautiful- it was everything the we imagined! The food was delicious-- we got the pistachio-crusted chicken with medjool date sauce-- my friends still bring it up when we saw them weeks after our wedding. All the staff the we encountered were very friendly. We want to thank Katy, the catering manager, she's amazing! From the very beginning and throughout the planning process, she was very helpful and patient- Easy to get in contact with and always quick to respond with any of our inquiries.
We love Maderas! Jon and I plan to go back some time and check out their burger nights and enjoy the fire pit outside :)

Maderas Golf Club is amazing!!!! Everything was perfect & romantic! It is a hidden gem & incredibly affordable!!!! And all of my guest could not get over the AMAZING food!!!! People are still talking to me about how delish everything was! And the champagne they serve for the toast is divine!!!
My husband and I were recently married at Maderas!! And it was EXCELLENT. Katy helped us plan our perfect Gourmet Burger menu and was there for us every step of the way - we couldn't have been happier with her service as well as the service of the Maderas staff. Maderas helped us throw the best party of our lives and we are just so happy we chose Maderas as our wedding venue!

We had our wedding reception at Maderas Golf Club on August 25th and both my (now) husband and I couldn't be happier that we picked the venue! It is gorgeous, spacious and the staff is great!! Our guests enjoyed both the ballroom and the outdoor cocktail area immensely, and we still get complements!
Most of all however, the Maderas co-ordinator we worked with, Katy, is AMAZING. She is super helpful, easy to work with, and made our journey throughout the entire process seamless. There wasn't a single question she dismissed as "stupid" although we had inundated her with so many of them!
We will treasure our day and remember Maderas as that special place where we danced for the first time as husband and wife!
I used Maderas for my wedding reception this past September. They have EXCELLENT food as long as you're willing to work with them on EXACTLY what you want. The grounds and staff are nice, but make sure to keep your eye on your signed contract and all your emails to make sure you're getting everything you asked for. There is definitely some miscommunications that happen on the sales side that differ from what you expect with the actual service.

The place is beautiful, the people are very nice, they totally worked with my budget, and everything turned out perfect! It was my dream wedding!
Maderas was amazing. My guests raved about the meals (herb crusted chicken and filet mignon). Maderas was flexible and met all of our wants and demands for the day - such as open to vendors starting at 9:00 in the morning, passing out dessert instead of making a dessert table, etc. The wedding coordinator set up all of our stuff that day. It was stress free. My guests loved the view and the location. I loved that they provided free golf and a hotel night for us (that we can use any time throughout the next year), as well as the rooms to get ready. The negatives - they provided chips and beer for the groom and groomsmen while they get ready and fruit platter for the ladies. But it is not enough food, plan on providing more for your bridal party. My dad ran out to get us sandwiches that day. The location is far from the freeway - make sure your guests have a way to get home if the drinking gets out of hand.

As part of many of our packages we do offer the Bridal Dressing Room for pre-wedding pampering to include fresh fruit, champagne and bottled water for the ladies and imported beer and house made chips for the men. Many of our bridal parties arrive at 9 am in La Casa to get ready when the wedding is not until much later in the day; I was remiss to not let you know that you could order more food or several local companies will deliver directly to La Casa. I will make sure to do that as a go forward.
Many of the local hotels provide shuttles and taxis are available as well for your guests. Congratulations and thanks again for your review!
