Originally from OKC, I spent three years in Tulsa, and then ultimately moved to the Navarre area. I graduated from Northeastern State University in 2017, there I spent my four years playing for their women's soccer team. I have spent the last ten+ years working in the events industry; working concerts, trade shows, conventions, weddings, lunches, sporting events, receptions and more. I love keeping up with and seeing all of the latest trends in the event industry while assisting clients bring their ideas to life!

The truth is, there are a lot of organized and talented wedding planners out there, but there isn't anyone who is better than Madison Leigh Events. Madison is more than a wedding vendor -- she is a cheerleader, an advocate for you, and most importantly, she is a friend who goes the extra mile to take care of your love story on the most special day of your life. Planning a wedding is hectic, and let's face it, the wedding industry can easily feel expensive and commercialized. Madison and her team go leagues past the vendor/client relationship.
From my first communication with her, I knew I was in the right hands. She has incredibly fair pricing and her website is transparent and easy to navigate. Madison stays calm, cool, and collected no matter the situation or complexities that comes with planning a major life event! We planned a destination wedding in Pensacola, FL and even though my husband and I are based in NYC, we never felt nervous or scared about the logistics of our wedding. We didn't meet most of our vendors in-person UNTIL THE WEDDING day and it was the most flawlessly executed event of my life.
We had to make a tremendously difficult decision about a rain plan with the unpredictable FL weather 4 days before the big day and I've never felt such calm in the face of a *literal* tornado warning. You never feel that Madison is trying to upsell extra services or costs to you, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner to advocate for our wants and needs when coordinating services with other vendors.
Madison and her husband Dustin will treat your family, friends, and wedding party with the utmost care and highest level of service. Hiring Madison felt like welcoming an old friend into my life. They are funny, energetic, professional, loving, organized, talented, and true Gulf Coast wedding EXPERTS. Madison is a girls' girl through and through who does it all and more.

dding. Madison made a super detailed timeline, and was really the main point of communication with my vendors which was so awesome. She made sure everyone was on the same page and really relived so much stress on my end of things. On the day of, I do not know what I would have done without her and Dustin there. They made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right times. Because of them, I was able to actually relax the morning of and trust that everything would turn out smoothly. Even when about an hour before the ceremony I realized I forgot my marriage license in my car about 30 minutes away (not my best move), Madison just looked at me and said "no problem, we will take care of it" and they did! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone planning a wedding, she is the best out there!

She was onsite with us from the time our pictures started and made sure every little detail was taken care of in the background, not bothering me with one thing. She was kind and calm and exactly the person we needed to ensure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend having Madison to coordinate your wedding event!!

and even got us one of each bbq sauce when I couldn’t decide which to get. Haha They made sure the flow of events went smoothly and made my bridal party feel comfortable. People started to leave early and Madison suggested we do a fake send off to make sure we had enough people for our bubble exit. It went off without a hitch. I am so thankful to have had Madison and Dustin on our wedding day. I might need to plan a second wedding just so I can work with them again. 😅

Madison and her husband pulled off the most beautiful event, after an unexpected 30 minute weather delay (literally minutes before the ceremony) Everything was PERFECT.
