Madison was AMAZING!!! She saved my wedding when my DJ didn’t show. She was quick on her feet to solve the problem and didn’t let me know about a thing to stress me out. She DJed my ceremony like a BOSS! She was my day of coordinator but she was available anytime I had a quick question. I am NOT a planner so having her was literally a life saver. Madison is THE BEST wedding planner ever!!!! I had an Indian fusion wedding and she was soooo helpful through all of it and helped incorporate the cultural aspects that I needed. She helped me contact multiple vendors for each piece we needed and compare pricing for each one, and made sure that the timeline ran smoothly day of. Her recommendations were beyond perfect and she helped my vision truly come to life. She’s extremely organized and helped keep me on track and stay calm throughout. Madison Leigh Events was amazing to work with as a day of coordinator! At the rehearsal the day before, Dustin was very helpful and answered every question we had. On our wedding day, Madison was so helpful minimizing our stress levels. She was instrumental in helping to set up/clean up our venue, remained calm and collected throughout the entire day, and provided an easy fix for things that went wrong or changed last minute. When planning the timeline a month out, we had included multiple changes and Madison responded in a timely manner and gave us many suggestions to help improve the flow of the day. I had multiple compliments from guests by how smoothly the day went!

I can't say enough great things about Madison. First of all, he communication started well before v i expected. She got right to work with a fantastic and detailed timeline - letting us make a ridiculous amount of edits! On rehearsal day, she came and got everyone organized and comfortable with a few runthroughs, and answered a ton of questions from this nervous bride! On game day, I was so grateful that she was there! Not only was she earlier than anticipated (just in time! ), but she was there any time we needed anything and started all night! She was prompt, controlled the room, and was 10 steps ahead every moment of the day. She is so sweet and so good at what she does!

We also had to work through some challenges with other vendors that were unforeseen and she handled each situation with kindness and grace. The best part?! Madison was so great to work with! Not only was she affordable, she worked seamlessly with our venue to ensure everything was how we wanted for our wedding day. She assured the ceremony and reception went smoothly. She picked up on cues from the crowd and moved things along the whole night when i was too busy. I can’t reccomend her enough!

Madison was an AMAZING wedding coordinator and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment she arrived on wedding day, she was on top of everything! From handling vendor arrivals and setup to checking on me to see what I needed, she made the entire day so seamless and stress-free for me, my husband, and all our friends and family. She really went above and beyond to take care of my husband and I the entire night. From bringing us some water and a plate of food from cocktail hour while we were taking pictures to finding my mom and other family members to make sure they were present for the first dance, Madison was so thoughtful and organized and truly elevated our entire experience. Our wedding would not have been as smooth or amazing without her!! We are so grateful to have found such an incredible coordinator. Madison was our day of event coordinator. She was amazing. She made sure things stayed on track and took away any worries that could have been presented to me if she wasn’t there. I hired Madison to help with day of wedding coordination. She was very responsive and professional. We exchanged several emails perfecting the wedding day timeline. She was very receptive to my requests and made sure the wedding and reception ran smoothly. I was able to focus on enjoying the day rather than running the party and am so grateful for her!

As someone who is Type A and very organized herself, I have high standards for a wedding planner - and Madison met those standards and checked all the boxes. Madison was amazing and easy going. I’m a high stress person and Madison was able to follow my lead and calm me down at the same time. I got married on the beach and with that comes the potential of rain. Madison did great navigating through the small rain storm we had. She had a back up plan ready but made sure to watch the radar. She actually got us all out on the beach for the ceremony! She did an amazing job and I’d highly recommend her!

Madison was absolutely amazing! She didn’t let me stress about anything! Even when we had to find a new officiant on the morning of my wedding!! 😂 leading up to the wedding she was incredibly responsive to any questions I had! I am so happy that we had her help with everything!!

I can't recommend Madison enough!!! She was so incredibly professional and organized. She was very responsive and super accessible in the months, weeks and days leading up to my wedding. Madison made a super detailed timeline, and was really the main point of communication with my vendors which was so awesome. She made sure everyone was on the same page and really relived so much stress on my end of things. On the day of, I do not know what I would have done without her and Dustin there. They made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right times. Because of them, I was able to actually relax the morning of and trust that everything would turn out smoothly. Even when about an hour before the ceremony I realized I forgot my marriage license in my car about 30 minutes away (not my best move), Madison just looked at me and said "no problem, we will take care of it" and they did! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone planning a wedding, she is the best out there!

Madison did such an amazing job as my day-of event coordinator. She met with us a few times before the event and coordinated this amazing event schedule with a whole timeline that told everyone where they needed to be and when. She was onsite with us from the time our pictures started and made sure every little detail was taken care of in the background, not bothering me with one thing. She was kind and calm and exactly the person we needed to ensure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend having Madison to coordinate your wedding event!!

Madison and Dustin were a dream to work with. Madison is extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions. Dustin was super attentive during our wedding ensuring we had food and even got us one of each bbq sauce when I couldn’t decide which to get. Haha They made sure the flow of events went smoothly and made my bridal party feel comfortable. People started to leave early and Madison suggested we do a fake send off to make sure we had enough people for our bubble exit. It went off without a hitch. I am so thankful to have had Madison and Dustin on our wedding day. I might need to plan a second wedding just so I can work with them again. 😅

If you are thinking of having Madison be a part of your big day…DO IT. I hired Madison two years ago to help us with our destination wedding and she was an absolute dream to work with. What I didn’t know when I booked was that we would develop a friendship along the way, and for that I am forever thankful. Madison and her husband pulled off the most beautiful event, after an unexpected 30 minute weather delay (literally minutes before the ceremony) Everything was PERFECT. If I could do it again I would choose her ten times out of ten. So, Madison, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our day so incredibly special. That is all thanks to you. ♥️

I was so stressed out about having to plan our wedding and when we found Madison I immediately knew that we had nothing to worry about! She absolutely killed it for us! Down to every last minor detail and every second of how our day played out! 100 out of 10 would highly recommend!

THE BEST COORDINATOR OUT THERE!!!!

I have to admit that I originally huffed and puffed when I was forced by my venue to have a wedding planner. I also have to admit that we used her and needed her much more then I thought we would! She was on top of things that I didn’t think of. It is very much worth having someone overlooking everything because too many things can go wrong. Details are important and changes are constant. From losing half my bridal Party to having to plan for rain on my wedding day it’s insane how stressful it got the last few days and I was really thankful Madison was there to help me.

If you would first ask if I wanted or needed a wedding coordinator, I would have said no. As a very organized person, I thought I could handle most of it on my own. Something convinced me otherwise and now I am so incredibly thankful we brought on Madison as our wedding coordinator. She made our entire weekend carefree and magical. She paid attention to all the details I would have overlooked and truly made it the best day[s] of our lives.

I had a small wedding with a small budget and Madison was able to come through for us. She was fantastic. Madison showed up with a camera, took pictures for us and she brought cupcakes for everybody to enjoy. She really went the extra mile for us and I could not have asked for anything more. If you have a big budget or a small budget, Madison is the person you need to help plan your wedding or any event you might be having.

Madison is the perfect person to help you plan your event! She is thorough in the planning process- she offers options and opinions without seeming like she’s pushing any decision on you! She had many fun ideas I would have never thought of! Finally, she makes the day of a breeze!!!
