My now-husband and I hired Kaella for our San Francisco wedding, reaching out to her after we’d already secured our venue, caterer, and florist. Kaella was terrific at helping us work up a mood board and palette for the wedding, designing the invitations (and bringing in Aerialist Printing to help with those), helping us set up ceremony musicians (SFCM), bringing in a reception DJ (Evan was great!), and otherwise shepherding us through the process. She’s highly responsive and great with deadlines — she really helped us keep on track. Day of the event was incredibly smooth, with Kaella on site plus her assistant Tami too. She was great with helping with our busy schedules, arranging for pickups/deliveries and keeping items for us in her own garage. We really appreciate how much help she provided!
My (new) husband Michael and I recently used Kaella's services to organize and design our destination wedding in Napa Valley. Not only is she a genuine person and incredibly easy to work with, but she is also one of the most talented people in the wedding planning space. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and eye for design are unmatched. On our wedding day, everything was executed flawlessly, and she brought our half-baked vision to life. The venue was STUNNING (every detail was perfect), and Kaella seamlessly orchestrated a large crew of vendors behind the scenes and took care of everything. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're planning a wedding (or any event), hire her. It's the best decision you can make - we certainly thought so!
Choosing Kaella as our wedding planner with the full-time planner package was just about the best wedding-decision my husband and I made (besides deciding to get married!) Here's why.
1) Kaella goes above and beyond. She answered emails late at night and first thing in the morning, on weekdays and weekends. She came to my hotel room the morning of my wedding when I asked her to help me steam my dress at the last minute. (Kaella, if you're reading this...I'm sorry!!) Gosh, writing this is making me even more grateful for all of the things that she did without question that I'm sure weren't part of the "job description"... because she is a wonderful soul who cares about her clients.
2) Kaella listens incredibly well. She had us fill out a questionnaire up front that asked us about ourselves, our relationship, and things that were important to us. This little touch became crucial later in the process - when the details on our wedding day were so "us"! For instance, words of affirmation are our love language, and she suggested we incorporate them into our big day. So, we wrote affirmations for every guest...which we, and everyone else, loved! When we told her we had certain style preference around photographer or dress, she was able to instantly make tailored, helpful recommendations -- usually with 3-5 vendor options (the perfect amount of optionality that didn't feel overwhelming)
3) Kaella has impeccable style and taste. I asked her opinion on so many wedding things. My dress. Invitations. Website. Hairstyle. TBH, I follow her personal Pinterest page because now I know that I want my house to look like what she pins. But hey. It's pretty cool to trust someone to so beautifully pull a wedding off. We had so, SO many guests come up to us the day of our wedding and tell us these were the most stunning details they had ever seen (and I didn't think anyone but wedding planners actually said "stunning details" in real life...)
4) Beyond having great taste, Kaella is an organizational and planning wizard. She knows how to make the process entirely stress-free and manageable but also make you feel like you have a say in what's happening. The morning of my wedding day, I felt so zen. The hotel concierge said we were the most low-stress wedding party they had ever seen. That was entirely Kaella's doing. She had spreadsheets and timelines and checklists to make sure we were totally set and ready to go. I never felt stressed throughout the process. (And I am a super type A planner and former consultant, so this is saying something.) I always knew where we were in the planning process...which, because of Kaella, was usually ahead of schedule.
5) Kaella helped us stick to our budget. She helped us prioritize spending on the things we had told her were most important to us -- and to find more affordable options for other things. It was so helpful to have someone tell us the things that were really worth spending on versus the things that nobody would notice.

We hired Kaella soon after my daughter was engaged. She took us seamlessly through the entire process from start to finish. In fact even after the wedding day she was checking in to make sure we didn't have any final concerns and circled back to confirm any last minute questions I had regarding billing with various vendors. Simply put we couldn't have done it without Kaella. Her sense of design, suggested vendors and attention to detail is absolutely spot on! My daughter was not sure about what venue to choose for the wedding and Kaella patiently kept suggesting various ideas until the ideal one was chosen. The wedding day was perfect and just what my daughter and (her now) husband wanted. But I think almost more importantly, the whole process which is so oftentimes stressful was made so enjoyable with the help and guidance of Kaella who kept the whole process on track with gentle reminders of what needed to be done and when. All in all I can't imagine a better wedding planner! Thank you for making my daughters dreams come true for a perfect wedding day! We will remember it always with such fondness!
Kaella is incredible! We live in Austin, TX and she helped us plan the perfect wedding in Sonoma, CA. She’s so easy to get along with and allowed us to put our personal touches on the day while inserting her expert opinion when need be.
If we could do it all over again, I’d hire Kaella in a heartbeat. We actually had the best. wedding. EVER.

I never thought I'd be one of "those brides" who wanted this and that at my wedding. I always thought: small = simple. That way, you don't stress.
Well, I ended up splurging a lot more than I thought I would. Thanks to Kaella, it happened without the stress. That is invaluable when it comes to planning such a big event like a wedding.
At our first meeting to see if my husband and I would be a good fit with Kaella, I instantly noticed how beautiful she is (it's hard not to!). It took just minutes for us to realize just how beautiful she is inside, as well. Cliche? Perhaps. But still so true.
She is on top of things and knows the right vendors to pair with you. The business part is important and she has that in spades.
But honestly, you want someone who doesn't just have experience, connections, and vision. You want someone who has a heart so big that she will go the extra mile to make sure that everything comes together seamlessly and with warmth. Kaella is that someone.
On top of all this, she is creative as hell. My husband and I told her about us, who we were, who we are, what we love...everything. She was able to come up with ways, big and small, to help represent everything we told her and infuse it into various parts of our ceremony and reception.
We had so many guests tell us this was the most romantic wedding they'd been to. Yes, a lot of that (I'd like to believe) is because of the love my husband and I feel so deeply for each other, but credit where credit's due: Kaella brought so much of our story to life.
For that, we are forever grateful. We also look forward to being good friends, yes, forever! Only the really lucky brides and grooms make friends like these in the process ;).
My wife and I hired Kaella Lynn Events to plan our wedding with the full service package. Kaella is awesome. I am so glad we worked with a planner and Kaella was amazing! Kaella has a great sense of style, impeccable attention to detail, and she really takes ownership of the planning process. She's a producer. Our wedding was a phenomenal production. Everything coordinated well from the table settings, flowers, signs, and even the overall flow. On the day of, Kaella and her team executed beautifully. It really made a big difference knowing that she was there making sure everything was running smoothly. Our wedding was amazing and Kaella made all of the difference. I can't wait to attend someone else's wedding that she helps plan.
Kaella Lynn is the best! We hired Jill to do the month-of (and day-of) planning for our wedding, and she kept everything so organized, managing vendors schedules, and making sure we were focused on just enjoying the ride. She asked all of the right questions that we didn't even know needed to be answered, but thank goodness she did! Our wedding day was perfect, largely thanks to Jill, because she quietly kept everything moving like an assembly line behind-the-scenes. If anything went wrong, I would've had no idea, because Jill was all over it. We also never looked at a clock once, because Jill had everything under control from start to finish and made sure all we needed to be was present. Thank you Jill + KLE for the perfect day.
One of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process was to hire Kaella for full planning. From our first coffee meeting, she totally “got me” and my emerging vision for my wedding. With every subsequent meeting and joint-Pinterest-board pinning session, she helped make my dream wedding come to life! All of her vendor recommendations were spot-on (the food!, the flowers!, I could go on for days!) , and the day itself went perfectly! I would not have changed a single thing and I am so grateful to Kaella for her creativity, tight organization, and upbeat-yet-calm personality… You will be in the MOST capable hands if she is planning your event!!
Hiring Kaella was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! We initially hired Kaella because we liked pictures of events she had done in the past, she was responsive to our initial emails, and her pricing was within our budget. Once we hired her, we soon learned that she was extremely organized, smart, easy to work with, and an all-around amazing wedding planner.
My husband and I live in New York and were planning a wedding in California, and both have demanding jobs. Kaella quickly got to know our personalities, our likes and dislikes, and our basic vision for the wedding. After the initial phone calls, we put the design completely in her very capable hands. We could not have been happier with the process and our wedding day!!
Kaella helped us find vendors that fit our budget, were easy to work with, and produced fabulous results. She designed creative tablescapes and other vignettes, and she added the most beautiful details. Our guests were blown away by how gorgeous, unique, and "us" the wedding day was. Kaella organized our vendors and their timeline and truly made the wedding planning process as stress-free as it possibly could be. She was always available for a quick call, responded to every email and text, and was always calm, cool, and collected. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Kaella made sure that everything went smoothly and we were able to just focus on enjoying the day. We cannot recommend Kaella enough!!
I used Kaella Lynn Events for the full planning package and it was by far the best decision I made for our destination wedding in San Francisco! Kaella is super organized and efficient. She set up all the appointments with the vendors for the weekend my mom and I flew in and was super flexible when we wanted to see other venues. She also has a great sense of design/style which is really helpful when trying to decide on the "look" you want. It´s hard to envision it all (from the tablecloth to the silverware to the lighting) but she knows how to pull it together really nicely.
One of the hardest parts of wedding planning is communicating your vision with the different vendors, and that is Kaella´s strength. She´s really great at listening and making sure she understands what you want and following up with the vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page. Since we used her for the full package she was there to coordinate everything on the day of the wedding which was AMAZING. Everything is perfectly timed and you literally don´t have to worry about a thing. I can´t recommend her highly enough.
