Magical Travel Moments

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR‼️‼️ This Company was in communication with me for months They confirmed their availability for my wedding date and promptly provided a quote. A a contract was forwarded within the next few days, which I promptly agreed to the terms and conditions. I advised them that I would pay the balance in full to avoid any discrepancies and solidify the T&C commitment of service on my specified wedding date. Two weeks later, I received a call that the vehicle was inoperable due to an accident that left he/his wife (his partner) stranded on the freeway. Being empathic to their situation, I gave them several weeks to respond to the various voicemails, emails and text messages as to the status of the situation. I NEVER received a response, despite communicating via email, phone calls and text. They blatantly disregarded my attempts. THE KNOT should screen all vendors to ensure that their clients, (us ) are provided with Best In Class vendors for one of the most important days of our lives.
