Our experience with Christa as our wedding planner was unfortunately very disappointing. She came highly recommended and spoke confidently about her background with large weddings,...
but the day itself was stressful, unorganized, and not handled with the level of care we expected. Key details were missed, communication broke down, and the overall flow of the day felt chaotic. At one point, she misplaced the dietary restriction list, including one guest with a severe allergy. Even more concerning, one of her team members had to be removed from the venue after an incident with another vendor. It was incredibly upsetting for us as the couple.
We later pursued a small claims case and won — the judge ruled in our favor (Superior Court of California, San Francisco; Case#: CSM-24-868490). Based on our experience, I would encourage future couples to choose a planner who demonstrates organization, professionalism, and accountability from start to finish.
