The enchanting property includes multiple spaces, all of which provide the perfect backdrop for your dream wedding, whether it's more country or classic. Complete with a stunning Chapel, woodsy Oaks outdoor ceremony space, spacious wood Barn, glamorous Bride's Cottage, entertaining Groom's Lodge, and more, this venue has a variety of spaces for you and your guests to enjoy.
Facilities and Capacity
Magnolia Bells has five main facilities, including The Bride’s Cottage, The Lodge, The Chapel, The Oaks, and The Barn. The Chapel at Magnolia Bells is nestled deep in the woods and is a true fairy tale setting. The Chapel offers many unique features and amenities to make your ceremony that much more special, with a century-old bell that rings at the end of every ceremony. There are rooms for you and your spouse, both of which are equipped with charming furnishings. The Oaks is the intimate outdoor ceremony option, complete with handmade pews, a pergola over the stone altar, and chandeliers in the trees. Both ceremony spaces seat up to 200 guests in the handmade wood pews. The Cottage is a log cabin that sits in the trees and comes with a kitchen, living area, and a makeup and dressing room, with glamorous Hollywood mirrors. The upstairs bridal suite offers an intimate, bright and airy room for private moments. The wood Lodge offers comfortable lodging for preparing for the big day with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom downstairs. For your reception, The Barn at Magnolia Bells is a spacious wood barn complete with reclaimed wood, stone, handmade doors, and reclaimed tin. The Barn is climate controlled, has an expansive front porch and over 8000 square feet of gorgeous reclaimed wood ceilings. This space is perfect for a wedding reception, and can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Packages

Magnolia Bells has packages that make wedding planning a breeze if you’re super busy, or working and unable to take a vacation to plan a wedding or hire a planner.
They took care of everything, made it stress free and magical, and nearly everything was included in the package with extremely straightforward packaging. We had access to amazing bridal suites, the chapel, all grounds for pictures, they provided the DJ, and even included a wedding cake, catering, dance floor monogram, Photo Booth, sparkler send off, and custom bar package. They offered recommendations for hair, makeup, and even officiants. I was thrilled with nearly every single one of their suggestions, though I chose to use a close friend to make our Wedding cake.
We even asked to customize a couple things and switch to a different dessert provider with some speciality desserts. They accommodated, and it didn’t even raise our price! It kept us within my budget, and everyone has been raving about it since.
One other thing to note: I’m not the girl that’s been planning my wedding since I was a kid. I haven’t been in, or attended very many weddings, and didn’t really know what I was doing or where to start. My job keeps me insanely busy, and to suddenly switch from eloping to a big traditional wedding had me overwhelmed. Sheila, the owner, and her reps including Summer…. Took 95% of the stress out of this day.
The other 5%… trying not to trip or sweat or cry walking down the aisle lol!
I cannot thank their team enough. They saved our wedding, and made it the most memorable magical day.

the venue, which made everything so stress free! I am a person who can get stressed pretty easily, so I always worried I wouldn’t enjoy the wedding planning process/the big event itself. They took all of that stress away because they are so thorough and detail oriented. Throughout the planning and meeting process they go through every detail you could think of and even bring up things you wouldn’t think about. They really did make my dream wedding come to life! I told them my vision, told them what decorations I was bringing and what I wanted to use from their collection, and they made it happen! I even baked my own desserts and brought them to set up a dessert table, and they set all that up too! We didn’t have to think of a thing on our wedding day other than enjoying the moment, so we had a blast on our wedding day. They even made sure everything was moving according to schedule on the day of by walking around to help with anything and everything, giving you very subtle reminders to not spend too long talking to one table, etc.
They are truly phenomenal, especially Natalie who we worked with the most. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of our hearts! We had such an amazing wedding experience with you guys!! It felt as close to perfect as you can get 😊

I worked mainly with Natalie, Sheila, and Leah and they were all so great in making sure my day went smooth. Everything was absolutely perfect and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. We had a smaller wedding (40 guests) on a Friday evening, but they still made it seem like the most important event.
I originally thought the venue might be a little too rustic for our style, but it was truly elegant and they can make your vision become a reality. Highly recommend!

ovid I can’t say enough good things. Sheila, Natalie, Ashlynn and Janie made our day flawless. Honestly if anything went wrong, I didn’t even know about it! They really know how to plan the day and they think of everything. I was so calm and able to enjoy my day with my family and friends because of the team at MB and I cannot thank them enough. reat you like family. Once we booked with them (we did select a package), they were always an email, text, or phone call away. Any question I had, they were ready and willing to answer. As we approached the wedding day, their team was so knowledgeable, encouraging, and overall excited for my fiance and I's wedding. On the day of, the staff was INCREDIBLE. We had several bumps that I knew nothing about, and all were handled with such grace and calm by the staff members. The venue was decorated beautifully, and we did not need a lot of extras as the venue was stunning by itself! We received nothing but compliments on our wedding day about not only the beauty of the venue, but about the staff as well.

you when you are on your first tour it and the photos do not do ANY justice to the actual quality of it. From the moment I had my tour I knew right off this was where I wanted to have my special day. The staff is so amazing and do a great job helping you prepare for your big day. They truly want it to be EVERYTHING you hope. The whole staff along with some of their close friends were there helping on the day of my wedding. They made sure things went smoothly and it was exactly how I pictured it. Sheila and Natalie went above and beyond what I could have wanted in a day of coordinators as well as venue staff. This place is truly a hidden gem and one definitely worth checking out, you will not be sorry you did. I can not say thank you enough or write a good enough review to give justice of how I felt and feel about getting to have this place, the staff, and the friends I made at this venue as the location I got married.

The vendor list they supplied was wonderful and the open house to see decor options and sample caterers and other vendors was well planned and a great asset for us planning a wedding. The option to use the chapel or have an outside wedding is perfect. The Bridal cottage is super cute and very accommodating for everyone getting ready. The landscape is beautiful for perfect pictures. The staff is very organized and they made sure everything was perfect. I was able to enjoy myself because everything was taken care of so well. At the conclusion of our day, they packed everything up for us. It was a wonderful experience. I thank all of them at Magnolia Bells for making my daughter’s wedding everything she dreamed it of being. Forever grateful! ❤️ The perfect place for a flawless wedding day. nd unload where we would put items- and the bridal cottage was completely set up for all of the bridesmaids - they brought us mimosa’s and sandwiches- the planner kept everyone on schedule down to the moment our girl walked down the aisle. They have a lodge which is available for all of the groomsmen or other family members to wait before the ceremony- it was amazing and well situated. The chapel was perfect and the outdoor ceremony area (though we didn’t use it) was equally impressive. We had about 220 guests and it never felt crowded in the reception area at all. The vendors we chose were all from their preferred vendors list except we used our own photographer (Admyer weddings also located in Houston). The cake and the food were spot on- and the florals were done by HEB Blooms- we had a cocktail hour after the ceremony in the porch with bar service and a jazz band- they set up all of our cheese trays and grapes in just a beautiful way...I’m telling you this wedding was flawless. I simply can’t say enough about the entire team. Very professional and dependable. Everyone continues to tell us how beautiful the venue was and how lovely the wedding was and how it must have been so difficult to plan... it wasn’t!!! Our daughter knew what she wanted- she told Sheila and they took care of all the details. Do NOT overlook this venue. It is a hidden gem and a solid value.

met with them, they were happy, encouraging, pleasant and kind. They responded to our many emails promptly and worked with our schedule to meet with them each time. My family and I attended their Open House event after we had already booked with them. My grandfather got sick, (he has cancer and we didn’t think he would make it to the wedding day so wanted to show him the venue before), and in the midst of all they had going on that day, they stopped to help us and make sure we were ok. Even on my wedding day, Sheila was there helping me finalize last minute details. On top of all the excellent service we received throughout the whole process, the venue itself is just stunning. We received so many compliments from our guests on just how beautiful the venue was. We used their wood and stone chapel, the barn with wood ceilings, and the spacious bride’s cottage. They also recently added a great outdoor ceremony space. Highly, highly recommend!

hat was money well spent. We told Natalie the style we were looking for & she created a beautiful reception area that exceeded our expectations. We had 150 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone in the barn. They have really thought of everything. The cottage for the bride's party to get ready was fabulous with plenty of room, a kitchen, nice bathroom with shower & lots of lights & mirrors. The groom's area upstairs in the chapel was also roomy and far enough away that we didn't worry about the bride & groom seeing each other before the ceremony. Our guests just raved about the beauty of the entire property. I highly recommend this venue. They really take care of you from start to finish.

On the day of the wedding, she was always a step ahead of what I thought we would remember. And she arrived in her golf cart each time my 91 year old mother-in-law on a walker and me on crutches needed a ride to the next location. We will always remember her as a significant part of our wedding. Our guests complimented the custom work built by her husband. And although we questioned the wedding date, it actually turned out perfectly. It was the night before Mother's Day. What a gift it was to expand our family overnight!

The venue itself is located right off a main road, but with all the natural trees, it feels as if it is tucked away deep in the woods- perfect for my boho vibe! There is a spacious bride’s cottage that was perfect for getting ready in with your bridal party. There is also a groom’s room above the chapel for the groomsmen to get ready in as well! The chapel is so beautiful and has a lot of character. Not much decorating is needed! The newly renovated barn is gorgeous! It is rustic and chic, complete with chandeliers, stone and reclaimed wood. This was exactly the style we wanted. It was perfect for our guest size of around 160 guests, although it can hold more. The staff at Magnolia Bells are all so kind and they were very helpful throughout the wedding planning process. I worked with Sheila as my coordinator and she was phenomenal. She is organized, creative and deeply caring. None of the staff are “jaded” and they are all so eager and excited to make your day truly, the best day of your life. The on-site bartender and bar staff went above and beyond to make sure I could have my signature drink- even getting rosemary sprigs for the cocktails at the reception! I highly recommend this venue not only because of its beauty, but because of the people who make it so beautiful. Thank you, Magnolia Bells, for making our wedding so special! We are very grateful!

I am not exaggerating when I say that Sheila Settles, wedding coordinator of Magnolia Bells, is the most talented, creative, and organized person I’ve ever met. She has many years of experience planning parties and weddings and that experience was obvious as she helped me plan the tiniest details I would have never thought of. On the day of the wedding, Sheila and her team were phenomenal. Not one thing went wrong, and I owe that all to them. I highly recommend this venue to anyone- the owner, coordinator, and staff have thought of every detail to make your day perfect. Magnolia Bells exceeded my expectations in every way.
