We utilized Magnolia Collective for day of coordination services and Meagan and her team were absolutely sensational from start to finish throughout the process. She was always quick to give recommendations, appropriately responsive, and was consistently supportive of our vision for the day. Meagan genuinely values making each couple's day their own perfect expression of themselves regardless of how traditional or non-traditional it may be, which was massively appreciated. As a couple frequently frustrated by the "boxes" that the wedding industry forces upon couples, we were impressed by Meagan and Magnolia collective's ability to see and execute our unique vision for our day. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

I am a planner by heart. I love my spreadsheets, powerpoints, and notebooks to keep me organized. At the beginning of the planning process, I wanted control and oversight over every detail throughout the planning process. But what I did not want to do, was have to lift a single finger on my wedding day. I wanted a day of coordinator and team that I could put my full confidence and trust to pull off the vision I spent over a year analyzing and curating. That's were Meagan and Abby came in. In the beginning of the planning, my husband and I were overwhelmed with options and price points all over the board. We wanted a day of coordinator, but needed a little bit of TLC throughout the process to make sure we were making the right choices. I didn't mind doing all the leg work, but wanted the expertise of professionals in the business! Meagan was able to give us guidance about what average prices were for the market, what vendors she'd worked with that she recommended, and then let us do the rest of the work. It was the perfect balance for someone who felt organized and independent, but wanted a little reassurance! She was so friendly and kind, and instantly made my husband and I feel like we were planning our wedding with a friend! She came with us to our rental meeting, helping us navigate the nearly endless number of linen and plates available! She was so flexible with our timing and worked with our appointments (we had to drive from the DC Metro area to Charlottesville for our wedding - so we had to be very strategic about our planning visits). The day of, Meagan and Abby took care of everything - including last minute changes to floor plans and making sure all the decor was set up correctly. But most of all, they kept our bridal party of 14 in line with grace and humor. It's a fine line with keeping everyone happy and on the right track. They checked in to make sure we were fed and drinking water - something I greatly appreciated! They took care of so many small details that we didn't even think of, and were there to the bitter end - making sure everyone got on the bus safely and all the decor was broken down. I truly cannot thank them enough for making our day so easy. As a bonus, they were so receptive and welcoming to some of our non-traditional elements to the day as well as our LGBTQ+ members of our party and our day. It wasn't even a question or concern. When we asked for recommendations of vendors that fit our values, she provided perfect recommendations that matched our budget, our vibe, and our wishes! Whether you want full service planning, or hands-off, day of coordination like we wanted, Meagan and her team are the BEST choice!

Meagan is *currently* helping with my wedding and I am so, so glad we made the decision to hire Magnolia Collective! She’s been a soundboard when I need help making a decision, and I can trust she’s backing her recommendations with experience and personalized thought. Meagan and her team were so amazing to work with. She made my vision come to life and made the day run so smooth. Anything we asked for they made happen. I had a dress malfunction that slowed down the start of the reception but Meagan made sure I was not stressed and made sure guests were happy. How do I put into words how thankful I am for the Magnolia Collective team! Cannot recommend enough! Truly, I don't know what we would have done without Meagan and her team. Throughout the whole planning process, Meagan was so supportive and responsive. Meagan is a fierce advocate that makes sure your wedding day is one of the most special and memorable days ever. From taking down unwanted signage at our church to helping us find a local artist to draw guest's butts for the reception (with a last name of Buttner, you have to!), I don't know if there is anything this team can't do. She basically read my mind for the vision of our reception, and the execution was flawless. If you have the opportunity to snag one of Magnolia Collective's open dates- DO IT!

Meagan and Magnolia Collective were an invaluable part of our wedding process and day! We could tell on our intro call alone that Meagan was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Moving forward and working with her was a no-brainer. We hired Magnolia Collective to be our month-of planner and for some additional design work, which included designing and printing the signage and menus for our wedding. They were amazing at it all! They were beyond helpful during the planning process, truly the place we could get any question answered, and when they took over the planning and vendor communications the month before the wedding, our stress levels dropped instantly. What a relief to know that such a capable team is working on your behalf and thinking of everything - including parts you didn't even know you should be thinking of. On the wedding weekend, all of our signage was exactly what we had asked for, and having the Magnolia team there for our rehearsal and wedding was such a huge help. They handled all of the setup, breakdown, and logistics, and they were always there to help, usher us through the day, and remind us to eat. This was true not only for us but also for our parents, which we really appreciated, as we wanted them to be able to relax and enjoy the day as much as we did. Magnolia Collective made that happen! Between their experience, wedding knowledge, and their kindness, we couldn't have asked for a better team, and we loved working with them!

Magnolia Collective - Meagan - came included in our package with our wedding venue. But boy - was she absolutely amazing. My husband and I were so impressed with her the day prior and the day of our wedding. She ran the day-of so smoothly and not only made my husband and I feel calm and relaxed, but made sure we had the most amazing time! We truly didn't have to do a thing on our wedding day except enjoy it!! We are so grateful our venue teams up with Magnolia Collective because we truly could not have imagined our day without her. They are prompt, creative, and an all around great energy on wedding and event days. I had the joy of working with Meagan and her team for multiple weddings over the past few years and she is AMAZING. I had the pleasure of working with Magnolia Collective on a perfectly planned and executed wedding showcase. Throughout the planning process Meagan and her team were very communicative- getting back to my every question and thought quickly. If there was a change of plans her team adapted quickly and really made me feel like everything was under control- what more could you ask for in a wedding planner? Meagan is refreshingly down to earth, has great knowledge and advice to offer, and really makes you feel like you’re planning your event with a good friend. Highly recommend!

My daughter was married at The Barn of Chapel Hill. Magnolia Collective was recommended by the venue as a venue-approved event coordinator (we hired Meagan and her team as day-of coordinator). We did not find Meagan (and team) to be helpful or professional and below are a few reasons why: 1) Meagan did not attend rehearsal due to an out of town speaking engagement. One of her colleagues substituted as day-of coordinator in her absence. Some things were lost on the wedding day in the translation between the substitute (Savannah) and Meagan. 2) Meagan did not pay attention to details on the wedding day. As the Mother-of-the-Bride, I had to "find" Meagan to ensure that the details were carried out to our specifications. 3) Meagan assured us that because there would be two security guards on site, there was no need to have a few groomsmen outside to show guests where to enter the ceremony site. However, the security guards were parking cars. We were never told the security guards would be parking cars. So, I had guests who were not sure where to go once they arrived. 4) A few decisions were made that were not approved by the bride and were made last minute (e.g., moving the location of the bride's and groom's send-off). As day-of coordinator, Meagan should have made sure that the bride's plans were carried out no matter what. 5) Meagan's attitude was less than professional. Meagan made several rude comments to the Mother-of-the-Bride and to others throughout the day. If Meagan was frustrated or stressed, NO ONE, especially the Mother-of-the-Bride and members of the bridal party, should know that! 6) The Mother-of-the-Bride passed out the bouquets to the bridesmaids. The Father-of-the-Bride had to request that Meagan ensure the boutonnieres were pinned on the groomsmen. 7) At no time during the day did Meagan come to the Bridal Suite to give an update or check in to see if she (or her staff) could do anything. 8) As day-of coordinator, Meagan and her team should have been paying attention to executing the plans put in place by the bride and her family. Instead, the Mother-of-the-Bride and Father-of-the-Bride did this. We question why we paid Magnolia Collective! We would not recommend Magnolia Collective. If The Barn of Chapel Hill continues to include this company on their approved vendor list, The Barn will lose potential future reservations.

Meagan and her team at Magnolia Collective were a dream to work with for my November 2021 wedding in Raleigh. They were always on top of it for keeping us track as far as wedding planning tasks and milestones. Meagan was super prepared for all of our vendor meetings and planning meet-ups and had helpful tips for us on what works best on everything from seating chart, timeline, decor etc ... plus all the small details that tend to get overlooked. We are so glad to have had her expertise all along the way! Natalie and Savannah were wonderful on the day of the wedding to help make sure everything went according to plan. They kept things moving according to schedule and paid attention to all the small details to make sure everything was perfect. This team's planning services were also a great value for the price. For all the work put in and hours spent with us, they are well worth the price tag!

Meagan, Natalie and the entire s staff at Magnolia we're a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish! We had to reschedule our wedding twice and Meagan was so kind and helpful through the process and made it so easy for us. They event sent care packages when we had to reschedule, it was such a wonderful touch! The day of the event Natalie made sure that everything ran so smoothly, we did not have to stress about a single thing! They made sure our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more!! Meagan and Magnolia Collective Events are absolutely incredible. They are hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding! I have a hard time putting into words how thankful I am to booked with Meagan because no words seem good enough to describe the experience of working with her. We got engaged in 2020, and I started looking at day-of coordinators/month of planners and came across Meagan and Magnolia Collective. When I talked with Meagan, she was so kind and made me feel at ease in just one conversation. I knew she was the right person to book with because I could tell she cared about her couples, and that she had the ability to make stressful situations easier through her knowledge and encouraging demeanor. When we had to postpone our celebration from 2020 to September 2021 due to COVID-19, Meagan helped make sure all of our vendors could switch dates and was so empathetic and helpful - she made us feel so important and like such a priority while I know she was also doing the same for countless other couples! On our wedding day, I was re-affirmed how great of a decision it was to work with Meagan and Magnolia Collective. She and the team ensured that everything was perfect and they made it look easy while doing it. Everything was taken care of which allowed me to truly enjoy the day to the fullest. She was so much fun to work with as well, she kept me laughing and calm through everything. It felt like I was working with a friend, and that is what Meagan became to me throughout this process - a friend. I would recommend Meagan and Magnolia Collective to anyone and everyone. Meagan stuck by us through COVID which was an absolute blessing. She was with us through planning a wedding in 2019, postponing a wedding in 2020 and finally when we got to celebrate in June 2021. She attended all of our big meetings with catering at Market Hall, our florist, CE rental meetings and was always a phone call away with any questions we had. The month leading up, she was so helpful in last minute details and contacting vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of our wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing! Meagan and her team made sure everything was perfect and told me where I needed to be. Meagan even took many behind the scenes videos of our wedding a sent them to me after the wedding! Meagan and Magnolia Collective were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. We met Meagan in 2018 when we were on a venue tour. The venue manager introduced us to her and as soon as she finished showing us the space and telling us about how we could use the space, my dad gently nudged me (when Meagan wasn't looking) and said, "This girl knows her stuff. Hire her." I told my dad that I needed to think about it, but deep down, I knew it too. From the minute we officially hired Magnolia Collective, we were constantly reassured that we made the right decision. Not only did Meagan and her team flawlessly lead us through a magnitude of changes with our wedding date (4th time was a charm!) and venue during a pandemic from over 1200 miles, but they were also a source of calm during the entire wedding planning process. Any time that we needed anything during the wedding planning process, Meagan was always there for us. She went to both the floral and linens meetings with us and even helped to set-up virtual appointments with other vendors when I was uncertain about some linen selections that I had made. Although all of these things are wonderful, my favorite thing about Meagan and Magnolia Collective was the love and care that her business outwardly exemplifies. When we first started working with Meagan, we let her know that we wanted to prioritize choosing vendors who were from communities of Color, LGBTQ+ friendly, and vendors who prioritized social justice and inclusive spaces. Every time we asked her for a recommendation, she delivered. Thinking back to our wedding day, you could just feel the love and joy in the room and there's no doubt in our minds that Meagan and Magnolia Collective were a huge part in bringing together the perfect team for us on the most special day in our lives. We (and our families) cannot say enough wonderful things about Meagan and Magnolia Collective. They are the absolute best and were such a joy to work with for our wedding!!

I had called several different wedding planners but none of them felt like “the one”. The very first phone call with Meagan I knew her and her team was who we needed. Nobody could have handled our wedding the way she and her assistant did. If it could have gone wrong at our wedding it did and she made it as if nothing did. It was a perfect day to me. I could never thank her enough for everything she did for us on our wedding day.

After canceling our destination wedding due to the pandemic, we were in need of a wedding planner. We had it narrowed down to two highly recommended individuals. We chose Meagan and Magnolia Collective based on our conversation and fit. We were NOT disappointed! Magnolia Collective was great in every aspect from arranging vendor meet-ups, to helping pick out linens, to making sure we (the bride and groom) were free to enjoy our day. Everyone at the event commented on how smoothly the day went and just how approachable everyone was - as if they were part of our friend and family group (which they now are!). The event went so well, multiple family and friends asked if we can do this every year! Highly recommend Meagan and her team. They are proactive, communicate well, flexible, and overall they love their job and are super fun to work with.

The funny thing is I am an event planner (not weddings) by trade. Magnolia was paramount to the success of my wedding...Meghan and her team allowed me to customize their service and they worked with my vendors and guests in a "modified Day Of" service - they were on time, thought of everything I did not, gently steered me through what I needed to know and skillfully handled everything I did not and they allowed me to enjoy my day with no worries!

Wedding planners can be an investment but in my experience, especially during Covid, it was more than worth it. I always imagined myself doing it all alone and not having professional help and assistance in planning my wedding but Covid made that near impossible. The Magnolia Collective saw my vision and helped to bring it to life. Not having to worry about the logistics on top of everyone's health and maintaining a small circle leading up to and during the wedding helped me keep sane during the whole process. Magnolia Collective has a great network of companies and vendors that meet whatever mood you want to achieve for your day. Meagan would always respond to my emails immediately and with a can do attitude no matter the issue at hand. The cherry on the top was Meagan's personality, she's extremely kind, easy going, and very positive which are so important for a wedding planner and one during Covid. I would recommend her and Magnolia Collective over and over, eyes closed. This is coming from someone that always thought she didn't need a wedding planner.

I was an October 2020 Bride. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not what I could have ever expected. Original plan had a guest count of 175 people but living in North Carolina we had a lot of mandates about guest count that kept changing so we hosted a small child free outdoor wedding with 40 people including staff and live streamed for everyone else. I felt defeated it was not turning out like the wedding I had always dreamed about, we hit so many obstacles along the way and if it weren’t for my dad’s health we probably would’ve have postponed. I thought I was going to be able to do it all myself and boy was that a mistake. I was up to my ears in DIY projects and disappointments when I finally reached out to Meagan at Magnolia Collective. I had been at a few weddings she planned and knew she was my only hope. Not only did I need a planner/coordinator I needed what every brunch wedding needs… a giant cinnamon roll cake! Without hesitation Meagan and her team made it happen. Becca at Magnolia was our coordinator and Meagan made my OH SO DELICIOUS cake. They worked so seamlessly with my photographer and catering staff and made the day effortless. Becca wrangled our goofy crew and had so much fun with our rehearsal the night before. It is so true when they tell you in the end you won’t remember everything that went wrong along the way. I look back at my wedding and I don’t think about all of my obstacles, I think about how perfect it was to have my Family and closest friends there while I said “I DO” to my best friend. I remember my mom and sister helping me into my dress. I remember about dancing and laughing with my bridesmaid while getting ready. I remember how blue my husbands eyes looked. I remember how yummy my cranberry apple cider mimosas and Cinnamon roll cake were. The day felt easy I didn’t have a worry in the world because everything was handled by Magnolia Collective. Every question I had, every worry I felt the handled with care and understanding. They made my day perfect I couldn’t have done it without them.

Where to start with the absolute joy and pleasure it was to work with Magnolia Collective. From the first call I made to Meagan, she exuded the vibes that emphasized having fun and focusing on the start of our marriage as the center point to all of the celebrations. She introduced us to the MOST amazing vendors (her circle and reputation in the wedding industry in the Triangle speaks volumes to her integrity in the field) and walked us through every step of the way. She was always accessible and gave us good advise as we began the early stages of planning. And then COVID happened. I’m telling you, pandemic or no pandemic, get. yourself. a. wedding. planner. Just do it. They will be the best investment you can make. She was an instant spot of anxiety-relief, and by joining the North Carolina Wedding Alliance, was a voice and advocate for hosting safe and enjoyable events. I was in Iowa when I got engaged with my fiancé in North Carolina. Our families and bridal party were super helpful and supportive, but they are also spread out over the country. Meagan was our boots on the ground, coordinating vendor visits on the few weekends I was able to come into town, managing conference calls with me a time zone behind, and keeping us on track with everything. It wouldn’t be enough to say that we couldn’t have done this without her and I can safely say I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day, just as she said it would be:)

Meagan, the owner of Magnolia Grove Weddings and Events, is absolutely incredible! Because of COVID, we had to completely replan our wedding in just 6 weeks and transition from an all inclusive venue to a private residence outdoor wedding. Meagan was the best! We had a wedding during the pandemic and let me just tell you----she pulled out all the stops. We had a ton of moving parts, and she stayed on top of all of them, and made everything happen in a timely manner. We could not of done our wedding without her. I'm super type A and wanted everything done a certain way and she over-delivered. She made things look amazing and exactly how I had dreamed them up in my head. She worked well with our entire vendor team and was kind and friendly with all of my guests and wedding party. If I could give her a 10 star review, I would!

I remember the first time that I called Meagan at Magnolia Grove weddings – I knew from the start that she was someone very special. I knew she was good at her job- I had seen her work and she planned a friend’s wedding, but I didn’t realize how incredible she actually was - not only as a professional, but also as what a wonderful person and friend. During our initial conversation and meeting, neither of us anticipated how drastic the world was going to change, and I was so excited about Meagan’s ability to translate my messy thoughts into a wedding more beautiful and special than beyond my craziest imagination (and within my budget!) The storyboard she created took all the elements that I talked about and pintrested, and built the most beautifully personalized dream wedding. Dave and I had our dream venue secured and Meagan pretty much took care of the rest. She provided recommendations on lighting, DJ and flowers, all who were easy to work with, accommodating and nice. Her team designed personalized octopus invitations and matching rehearsal dinner invites and managed all of RSVPs for both the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. Beyond the management of the wedding, she took the time to get to know me – she met and understood the dynamics of my relationship and friendships, what makes me tick (cake), and even attended my bachelorette party. She answered my crazy texts and phone calls with positivity and calmness and never let me stress out. As we continued to get closer to the date, we felt confident that in just a few short weeks, we were going to have our dream wedding. And then COVID-19 happened. I think I was the first client of Meagan’s to want to postpone – it was early – before the quarantine, back when kids were still in school and life was normal. I remember calling her and going back and forth on what to do – I had even gotten a case of hand sanitizer just in case we needed them at the wedding… oh how naive we were. We made the decision to postpone – hoping that things would be better in the fall. Meagan jumped into action, secured the venue for September and Every. Single. Vendor – flowers, lighting, DJ, food, linens, cake. She did it all so I didn’t have to, all while standing by my side while I mourned the day and drank wine. The pandemic has not gotten any better, and we have made the decision to postpone our September wedding, which has resulted in us losing our venue. Once again, Meagan has stepped in to help us weigh our options and is helping move forward. I could not be more thankful to have Meagan and the Magnolia Grove Weddings team on my side and standing with me through this process. There are truly no words to express my gratitude and admiration for the support I have been provided and I cannot thank Meagan enough for everything she has done and continues to do.

In the beginning I wasn’t 100% sure we needed a wedding planner... but Meagan was amazing. She took our ideas, loved them – no matter what they were – and made them happen. Just because we wanted them to happen. She never tried to dim our individuality or shut down our ideas. In fact, she supported them with enthusiasm. I cannot imagine having gone through this process without her on our team. If anything went wrong during our wedding, I didn’t know about it. And I even saw some things in pictures that I didn’t notice on the day of… little touches, like a coat rack, that her team must have set up. The money to hire her was more than worth it. I felt great on my wedding day – and was able to let loose and have fun! – knowing that she was in control. It was also amazing to have someone to make decisions for me when I reached decision overload, particularly in the days leading up to the wedding. I remember her asking me if I wanted our programs already in the chairs before guests arrived or on a table when they walked in… my response was “I want you to decide that.” And she did! I am super grateful for everything she (and her team!) did for us.

I had the pleasure of working with Meagan and her team at Magnolia and they were amazing. I purchased the "Month of" planning and could not have been happier with their results. Any situation with other vendors was taken care of with poise and within a timely manner. They were ALWAYS there to make sure that not only did we have a special day but that the process was as easy as it could be. Not to mention, the day of coordination was amazing. None of my family or friends had to lift a finger. Everyone was able to take the day in and enjoy themselves. You really can't put a price tag on that. You often hear couples say that their wedding was a blur and was hectic, etc. HOWEVER, if you have a team like this one, that will not be the case. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and SO much more.

When I first met Meagan I was living 10 hours away from where my wedding was set to take place and all I knew was that I wanted my reception to be at a relatives farm. We hired Magnolia Grove for full service coordination of our daughter’s wedding. During the 7 month period of wedding planning, both the bride and groom were also to finish their studies and relocate out of state. Needless to say, Meagan Graddy was a godsend for our families. Meagan helped us find the reception venue and the main vendors. She was on time for our meetings and responded promptly to emails and calls. Once we chose our vendors, I suspect that Meagan conducted a lot of "behind the scenes" coordination that we were not a part of. The group of vendors that Meagan associates with are incredibly easy to work with, conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, are creative and fun. Artistry and thoughtfulness was reflected in all their work. Meagan’s day-of-wedding coordination services were invaluable and took a lot of stress off the families. She and her team put together a day that can only be described as magical. It has been four months since the wedding, and our guests are still buzzing about how fun, delicious and beautiful the day was. It was one of the best days in our family’s life.

Meagan and her team were nothing short of amazing for all of the 8 months Kaleb and I were engaged. I'm very type-A and had a lot of strong ideas going into the wedding planning process. I can't say enough about how amazing my experience with Magnolia Grove Weddings and Event is. I needed specific help with a DIY venue that didn't have enough hands. I was worried when looking for help I wouldn't find what I needed since I was doing a partial self-serve bar. Not only did Meagan and Audrey go above and beyond what I needed, they were supportive in all of my decisions and they helped me fill in the gaps of anything I had overlooked or not thought about in the planning process. The day of the wedding they made sure everything went PERFECT! The entire day and evening I didn't have to worry about anything because they were always one step ahead of me. Meagan and her team were so so easy to work with and a life saver when we thought there was going to be thunderstorms the day of our wedding. We came up with multiple plans and end the end everything worked out but her flexibility was phenomenal to make it all seamless. Magnolia Grove is the BEST investment you can make for your wedding day! We hired Meagan and her team for day of coordination of our wedding ceremony and reception as well as for coordination of our rehearsal party the night before the wedding in early November, 2018. They FAR exceeded our expectations and made our big day flow seemlessly, handling every single detail of the weekend so that we could just enjoy the events of the weekend. Meagan seemed to be everywhere at once, taking care of not only my and my husband's needs, but our family and bridal party's needs as well. I only have great things to say about Meagan and her wonderful team. I was planning my wedding from 9 hours away while in a doctoral program. I had very little time to focus on my wedding and without my lovely mom and fiancé things probably would have not gotten done. We hired Magnolia Grove Weddings and Events for Day of Service Coordination and I was blown away by my experience. When we had questions and a venue had fallen through Meagan was there to assist us in regrouping and providing guidance to get everything back on track. During the big day, I did not have to worry because I was constantly being checked on my bridal party and I were given snacks and drinks while we waited to be announce and I was actually able to eat at my wedding because Meagan helped to make sure I took time for myself and my new husband. I could not imagine a more perfect day. Anyone would be lucky to have Magnolia Grove Weddings and Events to assist them in their planning process. Much Love!

Becca was amazing!! She came to serve the beverages at my daughters wedding this past Saturday and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the job she did, we still have people that attended the wedding telling us how great she was! And once everything was over she offered to stay and help clean up, so super sweet and polite and knew everyone’s drink of choice after their first trip so she had it ready for them when they walked up!! And from the first time I contacted Meagan, she was quick to respond with any questions and helped us determine how much of everything we needed! All around just a great business, and the most friendly and helpful people ever.....it made everything so much less stressful for this mother of the bride!!

Meagan Graddy was amazing! We had a 2-day, 3-event Indian wedding with 350 guests and despite all the typical chaos in an Indian wedding, Meagan and her team were well-prepared for the events. We hired Meagan as our month-of wedding coordinator and she was very attentive and organized from the beginning. We hired all the vendors and did the majority of the planning ourselves with the venue, but we hired Meagan to make sure all the events went smoothly. We gave her all the details about 6 weeks before and we worked with her to make a detailed weekend timeline so she knew how best to keep things moving. She knew all the right questions to ask and made sure we were comfortable and did not have to worry about anything during the weekend. The entire weekend went very smoothly and she worked well with all of the vendors. She also made sure the entire weekend ran on time (a difficult feat for Indian weddings)! She was very adaptable and immediately was able to direct her staff to fix any minor details that needed to be adjusted. Not only did she coordinate the big picture but she made sure all the details were in place. She is very personable and takes time to get to know her clients. I highly recommend Magnolia Grove!!

Meagan and her team were absolutely amazing. We had a three day event in 2018 and even though we had hired Meagan and her team for the day of, she offered her help for the night before event as well simply so that I wouldn’t be stressed out. She took care of details that I didn’t even think about and when I arrived early at my reception venue everything was set up and absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be more happy with Meagan and her team and the amount of work and effort they put into putting our day together was great.
