Pros: beautiful location and very close to everything in San Antonio! We can not say how perfect our day turned out to be! The planning from the beginning was amazing! Jill was ext...
remely helpful! The tasting we had a month out was impeccable! Our chicken on a stick appetizer was AMAZING! It was a huge hit with our guests and tied into our fiesta theme perfectly!
Cons: We were slightly disappointed with the food the day of. It was not as flavorful and tender as our tasting (chicken and beef fajitas). The bartenders were not friendly and seemed to be inconveniencing them asking for a drink (per guest feedback).
All in all we are very blessed at how responsive Jill was with any questions and concerns through the whole process. Jill was amazing when making a backup plan with my day of coordinator due to weather!
I will say I have attended a wedding prior to ours at magnolia Halle and the food was amazing!
If considering the venue please lean toward the beef tips, wild rice and fixings! It was amazing!
I can not say enough great things about Magnolia Halle ! Jill was incredible to work with throughout the entire process and made rescheduling during COVID a breeze. The venue is ab...
solutely gorgeous, and their all inclusive package was very customizable and made planning less stressful without breaking the bank. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I would seriously consider touring Magnolia Halle. You won't regret it!
Working with Magnolia makes the planning process much easier and they have an inclusive package that includes most everything you need for a lovely reception, from food to the bar,...
to linens and beyond. Everything looked beautiful for my wedding and the girls were super helpful and nice to work with- thank you to Jill for everything you do!

This place is beautiful, however there was alot if miscommunication when it came to pricing, ceremony , food and service charges. I had gone through three different employees there...
and all had given me different ideas and prices then the last one. At the end, wedding came out beautiful but if you don't have a lot of people attending don't get the Saturday wedding package because comes out too expensive and you'll end up having more venue then you need and food as well.
Tricia and Andrea were very helpful in the planning and organizing of my recent wedding there 11/11/18! We found a perfect tree outside for our swing and we were allowed to do a s...
parkler exit outside. The venue itself is very beautiful and accommodating. Perfect place for any wedding! The trees outside make for beautiful pictures. All around I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone’s wedding!
Andrea and Tricia were great the day of the wedding! The venue was beautiful and the day went by without any hiccups (on the venue's party anyway). Food was amazing and they helped...
keep the day on track with the vendors. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because we primarily communicated by email and I would wait at least a week for a response back, even when the wedding was two weeks away. I'm a pretty nitpicky person when it comes to timing so that added extra stress. Overall, it was a wonderful venue and great staff.
Andrea, Tricia and the entire Magnolia Halle team are amazing! The venue truly went above and beyond our expectations. We requested signature drinks; bar ordered supplies no proble...
m. We made custom center pieces; staff lit the candles and helped set them out. I must have visited 20 other places and none of them were as accommodating and welcoming as the Halle.
The planning process was also super simple, everything is managed in an online portal, any changes can be made via email and then you see it updated in your notes.
The planners Andrea and Tricia made the process smooth and simple and our day was perfect. Thank you Magnolia Halle!
Magnolia Halle was the most perfect experience for a bride. The pricing system can be a little confusing but Tricia takes the time to walk you through it. It was really nice to rea...
lly only have to book one main vendor and food, bar, set up/break down, etc were included. We brought in DJ, cake and photographer. Andrea ended up being our contact and she was a lifesaver. She was incredible at her job and I never had to worry about anything on my big day. The food was incredible too. Seriously, the grounds are beautiful and allowed me to have the indoor/outdoor combo I dreamed of (smores included!!).
We got married here on 8/4/2018. This was the perfect venue for our wedding and reception! From the beginning, we were excited about the breakfast for dinner menu, and the food did...
not disappoint. We got compliments all night about the menu – people liked that it was not only something different, but was also made by Magnolia Pancake Haus! Both Tricia and Andrea were so great to work with. They answered all our questions quickly, and helped us make sure our other vendors had the information they needed as well. We had both the ceremony and reception inside, so they worked with us to be sure we had a set-up plan that would accommodate both in the same space. On the wedding day, they made sure every detail was exactly as we wanted – down to making sure the bar was stocked with special request items for our group’s picky drinkers. This is a beautiful venue – we loved that not much in the way of decorations was needed, and everything looked amazing on the big day! The grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our pictures, giving us a beautiful taste of south Texas nature here in the city. The day-of staff was amazing – so helpful and friendly. They also assisted with last minute planning we hadn’t thought of like how to make sure food service went smoothly, etc. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that everything was included. Since we used Bakery Lorraine for our cake, they even coordinated delivery and charges for that as well! Overall, I highly recommend this venue – we had the perfect wedding day we pictured with zero day-of stress!
The Magnolia Halle was absolutely gorgeous. All of my guests gave so many compliments on the look and feel of the place. The outdoor cocktail hour in the middle of July was no prob...
lem for the guests. It was a wonderful venue in the heart of San Antonio .
Beautiful beer garden and barn space! We had our rehearsal dinner here. My husband, family and friends had a blast at this space!
The venue is really sweet and intimate, and has a...
great rustic feel with a modern twist. So many of our friends and family told us one of the highlights of the evening was the space.
Tricia Fleming, our wedding coordinator for the night of the dinner, was beyond helpful. I planned this entire event remote from New York City, and the response time and patience Tricia had as she accommodated our needs was an absolute God send.
The tools they use to capture contracts and planning was also really helpful - we were able to collaborate with all our vendors pretty seamlessly.
I can not say enough great things about the venue - the service, the space and the unique narrative it tells in the backdrop of a wedding, was nothing short of stellar.
I don’t know how to start saying how grateful I am to Trish, Andrea and the staff at Magnolia Halle for the magnificent job they did in setting up and serving my daughter’s wedding...
reception. They were so helpful and nothing we asked was too small for them to address. They took our table setups and food requests (we deviated from the standard menu slightly) and made the occasion memorable for everyone. The Halle was open at noon for the 4:30PM reception. The tables were already set up for the various vendors to come in and drop off, set up, decorate, etc. The cost was much more reasonable than anywhere else that we considered. They set up the cocktail hour outside under the huge large trees – a lovely setting – and we stayed right on our schedule for everything – champagne toasts, food service, cake cutting, etc. Everyone commented on how lovely and elegant the venue was – there were string lights up that I wasn’t expecting to be there which added to the atmosphere. My daughter and son-in-law were so happy with how everything went and I could not have been more happy. You cannot go wrong by having your wedding reception at Magnolia Halle.
I am so glad we had our wedding at Magnolia Halle. I wanted that Texas Hill Country feel but didn't want to send all my out of town guests to find a remote location out in the mid...
dle of nowhere. With their beautiful barn-like reception hall and outdoor gazebo, it definitely had that feel. What I really loved is that SO much is included with the venue. Instead of having to find a separate venue, caterer, and party rentals - they do that all for you. All of our guests were so impressed with the venue and kept telling me how pretty it was. They also provide catering and all the food was absolutely delicious! All my guests enjoyed their meals and especially loved the Mac and Cheese station we had during cocktail hour.
There is also a bridal suite that is roomy and comfortable AND you have your own bathroom, which is so nice.
I had a smaller wedding with about 80 guests and it didn't feel too big or oversized. We just had a bigger dance floor! I couldn't have been happier with Magnolia Halle. They did an excellent job and everything turned out great!!
Where do I begin? From my first email with Tricia, she was responsive and helpful! We had our Ceremony and Reception on January 27, 2018. I knew I wanted an outdoor ceremony and in...
door reception, however January in Texas is unpredictable in regards to weather. A few days before the wedding, we made the decision to move our ceremony indoors and Tricia said it would be no problem. We had to do a quick transition from ceremony to reception, but our guests were enjoying the bier garden during cocktail hour and did not notice. Our guests kept complementing how beautiful the Halle was and how convenient it is within the city. Our guests also couldn't stop raving about the food! I would not have been able to pull off such a great event without Tricia and her team at Magnolia. The food, venue, and atmosphere was amazing!
My husband and I had our wedding reception here on the 11th and it was just amazing all around. Trisha coordinated everything from start to finish. She was extremely accommodating ...
and patient with a frantic bride like me! There were a ton of options to go from a base affordable wedding reception to all the (wedding) bells and whistles. There is already A/V in place if you are hiring a DJ. There is a firepit available as well. I would really recommend that as well as you can have s'mores for the kids and young at heart. The staff, Chris, that ensured the fire was maintained and the s'mores were safely made, was incredibly enthusiastic and competent, giving us a ton of confidence about the event. This allowed us to relax and focus on the guests.
During the reception it started raining, and we were able to seamlessly transition indoors for the rest of the night. The venue easily held our 150 person event and could probably accommodate 300. The background trees and wild foliage also allowed for incredible photographs.
I highly recommend this Magnolia Halle, as the food, ambiance, location, and most importantly Tricia and her miracle workers made it all worthwhile!
Wow! What an amazing venue for our daughters wedding! Tricia and PJ were so wonderful to work with, patient and professional. We got so many compliments on the food and service. No...

Our experience with Magnolia Halle is one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. From our first meeting with Tricia to learn about the venue, to the following email/plann...
ing communications, to the day of our wedding we felt comfortable and very well taken care of. The venue truly has the "Urban Barn" feel which is exactly what we were looking for. Most of our guests were from out-of-town so we wanted something close to town that still had a hometown feel. From the barnwood doors to the beautiful ceiling fixtures, every detail of this facility captures your eye. We can't say enough good things about Magnolia Halle and our experience. The food, catered by Magnolia Pancake Haus, was a HIT with all of our guests... there were almost too many good options to chose from. We would HIGHLY recommend this venue, for ceremony or reception, for your wedding.
Tricia was, and is, a breath of fresh air. She is perfect for brides who want to focus more on the exciting fact that "OMG I'm so excited to be getting married!" than on renting p...
lates...renting linens...renting lighting... It's all included at Magnolia Halle!
We had toured Magnolia Halle before any other venue and thought, there is no way we would spend that much on food/alcohol/cake/etc. Then we met with caterers and rental companies and about eighty other things that are included in the cost of Magnolia Halle but had to be purchased anywhere else. Really, Magnolia Halle saves you a HUGE amount of headaches and frustration because it is weddings made easy.
If, for whatever reason, you don't meet the consumption minimum then the difference turns into a venue rental that is extremely inexpensive.
Needless to say, Magnolia Halle is way less than a lot of other really nice venues and the service is far, far better. Tricia was extremely professional, attentive, flexible and did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. We ended up booking our ceremony and reception here.
We loved that we didn't have to rent plates, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, a bar, tables, or chairs. The food is to die for and abundant. The service is excellent. The staff are wonderful and very attentive! The facility and grounds is beautiful! You will not regret having your wedding here!
