ur chicken on a stick appetizer was AMAZING! It was a huge hit with our guests and tied into our fiesta theme perfectly!
Cons: We were slightly disappointed with the food the day of. It was not as flavorful and tender as our tasting (chicken and beef fajitas). The bartenders were not friendly and seemed to be inconveniencing them asking for a drink (per guest feedback).
All in all we are very blessed at how responsive Jill was with any questions and concerns through the whole process. Jill was amazing when making a backup plan with my day of coordinator due to weather!
I will say I have attended a wedding prior to ours at magnolia Halle and the food was amazing!
If considering the venue please lean toward the beef tips, wild rice and fixings! It was amazing!

t giving five stars is because we primarily communicated by email and I would wait at least a week for a response back, even when the wedding was two weeks away. I'm a pretty nitpicky person when it comes to timing so that added extra stress. Overall, it was a wonderful venue and great staff.

The planning process was also super simple, everything is managed in an online portal, any changes can be made via email and then you see it updated in your notes.

eople liked that it was not only something different, but was also made by Magnolia Pancake Haus! Both Tricia and Andrea were so great to work with. They answered all our questions quickly, and helped us make sure our other vendors had the information they needed as well. We had both the ceremony and reception inside, so they worked with us to be sure we had a set-up plan that would accommodate both in the same space. On the wedding day, they made sure every detail was exactly as we wanted – down to making sure the bar was stocked with special request items for our group’s picky drinkers. This is a beautiful venue – we loved that not much in the way of decorations was needed, and everything looked amazing on the big day! The grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our pictures, giving us a beautiful taste of south Texas nature here in the city. The day-of staff was amazing – so helpful and friendly. They also assisted with last minute planning we hadn’t thought of like how to make sure food service went smoothly, etc. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that everything was included. Since we used Bakery Lorraine for our cake, they even coordinated delivery and charges for that as well! Overall, I highly recommend this venue – we had the perfect wedding day we pictured with zero day-of stress!

Tricia Fleming, our wedding coordinator for the night of the dinner, was beyond helpful. I planned this entire event remote from New York City, and the response time and patience Tricia had as she accommodated our needs was an absolute God send.
The tools they use to capture contracts and planning was also really helpful - we were able to collaborate with all our vendors pretty seamlessly.

mall for them to address. They took our table setups and food requests (we deviated from the standard menu slightly) and made the occasion memorable for everyone. The Halle was open at noon for the 4:30PM reception. The tables were already set up for the various vendors to come in and drop off, set up, decorate, etc. The cost was much more reasonable than anywhere else that we considered. They set up the cocktail hour outside under the huge large trees – a lovely setting – and we stayed right on our schedule for everything – champagne toasts, food service, cake cutting, etc. Everyone commented on how lovely and elegant the venue was – there were string lights up that I wasn’t expecting to be there which added to the atmosphere. My daughter and son-in-law were so happy with how everything went and I could not have been more happy. You cannot go wrong by having your wedding reception at Magnolia Halle.

nd outdoor gazebo, it definitely had that feel. What I really loved is that SO much is included with the venue. Instead of having to find a separate venue, caterer, and party rentals - they do that all for you. All of our guests were so impressed with the venue and kept telling me how pretty it was. They also provide catering and all the food was absolutely delicious! All my guests enjoyed their meals and especially loved the Mac and Cheese station we had during cocktail hour.
There is also a bridal suite that is roomy and comfortable AND you have your own bathroom, which is so nice.
I had a smaller wedding with about 80 guests and it didn't feel too big or oversized. We just had a bigger dance floor! I couldn't have been happier with Magnolia Halle. They did an excellent job and everything turned out great!!

ards to weather. A few days before the wedding, we made the decision to move our ceremony indoors and Tricia said it would be no problem. We had to do a quick transition from ceremony to reception, but our guests were enjoying the bier garden during cocktail hour and did not notice. Our guests kept complementing how beautiful the Halle was and how convenient it is within the city. Our guests also couldn't stop raving about the food! I would not have been able to pull off such a great event without Tricia and her team at Magnolia. The food, venue, and atmosphere was amazing!

tions to go from a base affordable wedding reception to all the (wedding) bells and whistles. There is already A/V in place if you are hiring a DJ. There is a firepit available as well. I would really recommend that as well as you can have s'mores for the kids and young at heart. The staff, Chris, that ensured the fire was maintained and the s'mores were safely made, was incredibly enthusiastic and competent, giving us a ton of confidence about the event. This allowed us to relax and focus on the guests.
During the reception it started raining, and we were able to seamlessly transition indoors for the rest of the night. The venue easily held our 150 person event and could probably accommodate 300. The background trees and wild foliage also allowed for incredible photographs.
I highly recommend this Magnolia Halle, as the food, ambiance, location, and most importantly Tricia and her miracle workers made it all worthwhile!

at Magnolia Halle!
We had toured Magnolia Halle before any other venue and thought, there is no way we would spend that much on food/alcohol/cake/etc. Then we met with caterers and rental companies and about eighty other things that are included in the cost of Magnolia Halle but had to be purchased anywhere else. Really, Magnolia Halle saves you a HUGE amount of headaches and frustration because it is weddings made easy.
If, for whatever reason, you don't meet the consumption minimum then the difference turns into a venue rental that is extremely inexpensive.
Needless to say, Magnolia Halle is way less than a lot of other really nice venues and the service is far, far better. Tricia was extremely professional, attentive, flexible and did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. We ended up booking our ceremony and reception here.
We loved that we didn't have to rent plates, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, a bar, tables, or chairs. The food is to die for and abundant. The service is excellent. The staff are wonderful and very attentive! The facility and grounds is beautiful! You will not regret having your wedding here!

Hi Y'all! I am an engineer and worked in the construction industry for 7 years before I made the switch into weddings. Seems like a strange transition, I know. Our Halle is family owned and operated, so making the switch was an easy decision to be able to be apart of the family business again! I am recently married myself and have two fur babies- Boston and Guido. I love helping people make their weddings dreams come true! Having an engineering background, I pay special attention to all the details to make sure your wedding is a day you will never forget!
