This wonderful event was perfect in every way but most of all the staff and service were spectacular. I cannot recommend Ehko, her amazing team and this venue highly enough, they paid attention to every little detail. I didn't have to do a single thing. The whole afternoon was everything we hoped it would be!!!
We had our wedding and reception at the Magnolia House in April, and it was awesome!! The events coordinator Ekho was beyond great. She helped us every step of the way and ran everything the day of. I didn't have to worry about who goes when down the isle etc. She made everything run smoothly and on time. The guests loved the clubhouse as I got numerous compliments from them. They also appreciated all the staff that day. They truly go above and beyond!!
The Magnolia House is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue. My husband and I still get compliments from our guests about every aspect of our wedding! The attention to detail and support that Ehko (catering and events manager) provided was AMAZING. She was so attentive to our needs and remembered the tiniest of details to make our wedding one that we will never forget. We loved working with her! The wedding planner provided by the venue, Carol, was amazing. She was able to plan and decorate our wedding in such a beautiful way, all while staying within our budget. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this venue was. You will not be disappointed!!
The Magnolia House, and specifically their coordinator, Erica, was amazing to work with! Choosing them was the best decision we made about our wedding day! Erica was always very responsive, and even let me know when she would be unavailable during her "normal" hours. She was above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for. She was very patient and understanding with every little change and all of our crazy requests. Erica made the time leading up to the day a million times easier. She went above and beyond to be sure that we had everything we wanted- including my husband's wild request for, specifically, baby back ribs. All of the food, including the ribs, was spectacular. We will be back to the restaurant to enjoy it again (the mac & cheese was my favorite!). There is nothing bad to say of this venue or Erica- from the security, to the green grass, to their accommodations, the spectacular food, it was the most perfect experience I could imagine.
Where do I begin is the question. Every girl dreams of their big day and how its going to be the most magical day of their lives. At first my husband and I were planning to get married in 2017. We just simply did not think we could afford the wedding of our dreams. However, everything changed when we were referred by a friend to The Magnolia House. We soon realized that we could afford to get married sooner rather than later. For starters my day was beyond magical thanks to the team at The Magnolia House. Erica the event director went out of her way to make sure that every I was dotted and T was crossed. On my wedding day everything fell so perfectly into place, I couldn't have been more happy with the way it turned out. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and the service is impeccable. If you are looking for that WOW factor to make your day extra special, look no further! You won't be disappointed I assure you ladies.
Magnolia House gave my husband and I with one of the best days of our lives! From the moment we toured Magnolia House with Erica (the Events Director) we knew our search was over. The decor is modern and classy, not like some of the hotels we had looked at that were outdated We had our ceremony outside on their lawn and our reception inside the event room. We worked with Erica from the beginning for planning of all the details of our wedding and reception from our menu selections to the final sparkler exit (the have a great area for that). She was there for the entire function and I didn't have to worry about anything. The food was excellent, Chef Jason did a fabulous job and the food was exactly like we had at our tasting. My guests kept telling me how good the food was!
I highly recommend Magnolia House, it's a hidden gem!
I heard about Magnolia House through an event coordinator at another wedding venue we were checking out. I looked up Magnolia House and contacted Erica Jaze. We scheduled a time and date to meet up and walk through the facility.
Right away, I knew I was going to have my wedding at Magnolia House. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and the facilities are brand new. Everything about Magnolia House is modern yet classy.
Erica Jaze, Event Coordinator, is AMAZING and fabulous to work with. Not only does she really know her stuff but she goes the extra mile to make you feel special and genuinely wants you to have the best day of your life. There was never a time when my questions went unanswered or that I felt uneasy about anything, especially booking the venue more than a year in advance. Erica has such a calming way about her and really made me feel comfortable going to her for anything I needed.
During the taste testing, we were able to make adjustments to the menu to fit our palate and all of the food was delicious. We could tell that Chef Jason really put a lot of attention and care into what he creates and serves.
I even had the opportunity to set up everything for the reception the day before the wedding, which was such a blessing!
The day of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I arrived early so I was able to take a quick peek outside at the lawn where the ceremony was taking place, as well as the ballroom where the reception would be held. I was blown away and ecstatic to see all of these moving parts and months of planning come together beautifully. I was in awe of it all.
Of course the day was a whirlwind, but Erica, Nicole (the Banquet Captain), and all of the staff did such an awesome job and were so friendly, polite, and helpful!
Many brides and grooms don't get a chance to eat the food or have any of the drinks they pay for, but that was certainly not the case for us. We were able to eat the hors d'oeuvres that were served at cocktail hour, take advantage of the bar, and Erica made sure to pack a to-go box for my husband and I to ensure we got to eat the food and cake served at the reception. Because of Erica and her thoughtfulness, I was able to enjoy a slice of marble wedding cake with peanut butter creme, which was completely gone during the reception.
We danced the night away and had a wonderful time with all of our family and friends. The whole day was perfect and filled with so much love. It really was one of the best days of our lives.
After the wedding, I realized that I didn't have my cake topper and couldn't find it anywhere. I reached out to Erica to see if maybe it was still at the venue but it wasn't. Without hesitation, Erica asked for the information of where I ordered my cake topper and immediately purchased me another one. I was amazed but not surprised that she would go over and beyond since that is what she has done for us throughout the whole wedding planning process.
We are so grateful and pleased with the level of customer service the entire staff at Magnolia House has shown us. I would highly recommend having your wedding or special event at Magnolia House at Trilogy. It's a one-of-a-kind location and you won't be disappointed.
