Magnolia Marie Wedding Planning

A friend of mine had recommend Magnolia Maries so i decided to check them out, everything was just as described! They took care of everything, which avoided the wedding planning headache. Our dinner was sooo good, staff was so sweet and helpful, our photographers were great i cannot wait to see our photos! Our coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly, she didn't miss a beat. Speaking of beat, the Dj was phenomenal! He took care of every detail we wanted and kept everyone dancing the entire night! I don't think things would have gone any better with anyone else.

Simply the best.

I had my wedding 9 days ago and let me tell you, it was the BEST experience i’ve ever had. My husband and I had one of their all inclusive packages which contained EVERYTHING, from food to photographer to table decorations and it didn’t break the bank. Mia made the entire process so easy and was absolutely lovely to deal with. But Amber, the coordinator I dealt with for the last 4-5 months or so, was the most AMAZING part of the entire experience! She answered every little question I had, even if some were very dumb. She made sure that I felt like an absolute princess the day of making sure I knew to just enjoy it, because it does go by so fast. When the rain started on the big day, she was there to help me through it and made it the most magical day it could have been. She didn’t let any little detail go unnoticed, even while she was busy with other brides and her own personal business. I couldn’t even begin to express how amazing that is and how much I appreciated having her on my big day! I will always recommend Magnolia Marie’s to any friends or family looking for a great vendor/coordinator!

I think they have a very fair well curated bridal package that makes it easier on the bride to have food, linens, centerpiece, and DJ bundled into one package! They are also very upfront about cost and they do not nickel and dime you like other places. They will try to accommodate your wishes without bringing up the cost. I was very worried and picky about catering food and they had a variety of good options. We went to 2 sip and sees and then also did a private tasting along with visiting the restaurants where they get some options from. They also adjusted the menu for some of our vegetarian guests very well without upcharging and actually made specific changes on how I wanted the some sides cooked with perfect execution. Amber did a wonderful job in helping us decide on our menu and linens in the beginning during our meeting. They did a incredible job for our big day and everything went perfectly! I think a couple weeks before the wedding there were some small communication confusion to finalize everything with them and then also the DJ which had me a little stressed….but they got everything we wanted and everything went perfectly on our big day, and it was just probably me being OCD and impatient thinking everything was gonna go wrong haha. But I really don’t think you can beat their pricing and quality of their packages anywhere else!

I had my wedding in January at Hochzeit Hall and it went perfectly thanks to Magnolia Marie’s. They made the entire process easy from start to finish. We had the platinum package with Amber as our DOC and we are so thankful. I cannot recommend them enough. Each and every vendor we used through Magnolia Marie’s was amazing.. The food, cake, photography, DJ, etc… all 10/10!

Amber at Magnolia Marie’s was amazing! We could not have asked for a better coordinator. She was extremely helpful with her ideas, her planning, and the day of our wedding went perfect thanks to her!

Amber and Mia helped us have the perfect wedding we had always wanted. From the start, Amber made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of and helped us create the template for our big day. Mia took over the reins for our big day, and made sure everything ran smoothly without any issues.

We LOVED working with Amber from Magnolia Maries. She made everything come together so smoothly and right on time. Not to mention she makes you feel so comfortable and at peace with everything. We also loved the food, staff and DJ AJ (really can't say enough good things about him) that came with the package we purchased. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to make your day so very special and easy.

My husband and I just want to say how thankful I am for the Magnolia Marie’s Team!! Everything was PERFECT!! Both Erin and Amber are amazing! The food was fantastic, the cake was amazing, the photographers were an absolute blast to be around, and the vision we had in our heads was there at our wedding day/night. One of my good friends just got married on 9/6/20 and it was a magical and beautiful reception. The venue was decorated so lovely! I am set to get married on 12/4/21 and I am getting ready to sit down and plan my special day with Magnolia Marie’s! The services are unmatched, and seeing their staff and how they work effortlessly to pull off Cassie’s wedding, pulled me right in! I am extremely excited to start my wedding journey with Magnolia Marie’s! I will return with a follow up, once my big day has been accomplished!

I’m 100% pleased with our decision to book the platinum package with Magnolia Marie! Mia was so helpful with booking and ensuring all vendors were ready to help us. We were able to go to 2 Sip N Sees for food tasting. Literally everything was delicious. This also gave us an opportunity to meet with vendors and ask questions. We opted in for the day of coordinator and Amber made sure wedding planning was easy. From the moment of our first meeting, I felt I could have gotten married the very next day. She was thorough and organized. Amber also made sure we had everything we needed and the wedding night went smoothly and without any issues.

Where to begin! My husband and I clicked with Mia the first day we met her. She was our lifeline during this wedding planning process. When covid hit, she went above and beyond to check in on us to make sure we were good. We just got married let night, and Mia and Amber went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that everything was going according to plan. I highly recommend booking with her. Mia and Amber will alway be apart of our family ❤️

They were absolutely amazing! Sarah made me feel completely calm on my wedding day, even with everything going on, it was still the best Day!

We booked Magnolia Marie’s (Mia as owner, Sarah as DOC) over a year before our wedding as a part of a special at our venue. Overall, we were pleased with her services. She was responsive, reasonably priced, and our wedding turned out beautifully! She did our catering - the BBQ was PHENOMENAL!, our linens, bartender, and DOC. Our DOC Sarah was so helpful and friendly and made sure that we felt good at each point in the process. The reason for 3 stars is that there were several miscommunications that caused frustration and anxiety for me and my family. She previously assigned us to another DOC, and when we showed up to our linen appointment, the building was closed. The DOC didn’t answer, and Mia responded about 30 minutes later saying that they no longer partnered with her, though no one communicated that with us in advance. When we did get assigned our final DOC, I ended up having to draft the day of timeline and resend items several times to her. That being said, Sarah was amazing during the wedding weekend - we were very grateful for her keeping things on track so we could enjoy our special day. In my opinion, it was difficult to do some logistical things with Mia as well - they cashed a check from us and then said it hadn’t been received; it often took 5 or 6 emails to get to a full answer to questions; and Mia and Sarah often told us different things, resulting in confusion and frustration, especially in the month before the wedding. Our wedding was beautiful, due in part to Magnolia Marie’s services; but if I knew at the beginning what I know now, I would have just done the planning myself.

I couldn’t have made it through the wedding planning and day of process without my amazing coordinator Mia and her company Magnolia Marie’s!! From the moment I met her I was at ease and knew Robert , my family and I were in perfect hands! She made the day so enjoyable for us all because we were able to be stress free! Her wedding package allowed for so many amazing things and also gave room for some customization! The food and passed appetizers were so delicious and a hit with our guests! Mia and her company will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin! We are convinced that Mia and her team were God sent to us. My husband and I were overwhelmed thinking about getting a DIY venue because of all the vendors we would have to find. However, the day we met Mia we both knew we had to book her, no questions asked. I am so thankful we did! She was so helpful with everything from renting chivari chairs to signature drinks. She was always just one text away from providing great direction and recommendations for other vendors! The food from her catering package is delicious and great portions were provided! Her DJ AJ is phenomenal as well! I was so thankful to have Mia as my Day of Coordinator. She was able to handle every curve ball (people RSVPing the night before...) with such ease. She kept telling me how impressed she was with how calm I was on my wedding day. In all honesty, though, it was thanks to her because I knew she had everything under control. I really don't even want to imagine what our wedding day would have been without her. Thank you Mia and staff for making our wedding day the best day of our life!

Magnolia Marie Weddings made my day! My husband and I used Mia's all inclusive package and it was so worth it. The decorations were beautiful, the food was delicious, the dj was the best, and the photographer was amazing. Mia also provided great referrals for all of our other vendors. But the absolute best part of our experience has to have been our coordinator Sarah Blancett! She calmed all my nerves from our first month of meeting to the moment before I walked down the aisle. On the day of, she helped me smooth over a miscommunication with my florist to make sure I got all the greenery I had ordered, she made sure to bring my husband and I appetizers since she knew I loved them and would miss out on cocktail hour, and she even had a mini electric fan on hand to help me cool down after our very hot June ceremony. She was a joy to work with and made the whole night flow smoothly. Any couple would be lucky to have her! Thank you to Mia and Sarah for everything!!

Mia of Magnolia Marie Weddings is an amazing wedding coordinator with to die for all inclusive packages. I booked Mia through a close friend of mine who just got married last month. Her wedding went off without a HITCH! From the venue, catering and staff, to the DJ I was beyond amazed and pleased with the turnout. She hosted a open house and she brought her A game, and I decided to go ahead an book her as my day of coordinator and chose one of packages. Mia and her crew are so wonderful! I've worked with a lot of wedding vendors and can honestly say this company is one of my favorites and I recommend them all the time. Mia is an absolute professional, handling everything a wedding day can bring with grace and a positive attitude.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Magnolia Marie. From day one Mia has been so helpful and answered any of the thousand questions we have had for her. Mia has been very professional and gone above and beyond exceeding our expectations. She makes planning a wedding simpler than it normally is with her all-inclusive packaging. Mia comes with food, linens, day/month of coordinator, DJ, and she knows everyone which makes it easier to find the missing pieces you need. We are still in the planning phase for our wedding, so we just wrapped up our tasting with her caterer and we were just amazed by the quality of food they prepared for us. The taste of all the options we tried were so good it made choosing out of them very difficult. But I must say, the Stuffed Feta Chicken was outstanding. So outstanding, that I am going to talk to Mia on our wedding day and have her box up any leftovers of it, so I can have it the days following our wedding. Her linens were very high quality and she does whatever she can to find the color you want if she does not have it. Mia’s knowledge about the wedding process has been extremely helpful and reassuring. From helping plan a rough schedule for the day, to all the nitty gritty details, she has been on top of it. Our best day of our lives is still to come, but I know with the help of Magnolia Marie it will be even better than we dreamed of. THANK YOU MIA!!!

Mia is so extremely professional and easy to work with. She makes suggestions and goes above and beyond to make your day special, even if it was not in her job description. The perfect example is the fact that our catering did not come with serving utensils and I called her as soon as we realized and she went to the store and bought what she could. TOTALLY out of her way to make it work for us and we were so thankful!! She always has a smile and is so friendly to guests while also respecting the rules of any venue, or wishes for the bride and groom. Mia handles any issues respectfully and maturely, which I believe is sometimes hard to find! Best experience with Mia and will continue to recommend her services!

We’re so excited and grateful for Magnolia Marie. Mia has been there all along our planning and we can’t wait how everything will turn out for our special day. She has been kind and patient with us, since we haven’t been the easiet couple to deal with. She always trys to find a way to make sure we feel satisfied. We got an all inclusive package, that included catering, linens, DJ, and amoung other things. Mia has done the extra mile with us. When we went food tasting we were treated wonderful and the food was awesome. As my fiance would say “he got a Mouthgasm.” We couldn’t be happier to have chosen Magnolia Marie.

Where to begin. The easiest choice I made was selecting Mia and Magnolia Marie Weddings to be a part of our day. Mia handled our event from beginning to end with utmost professionalism and courtesy. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. There were times I was very skeptical in the process, but Mia assured us that everything would be great and it was. We only met with her twice. Once to initially go over our contract, which included all of our options we selected from her, food, d.j., linens, table settings and few other items. She was a one stop shop for us. We also met with her at our 30 day out meeting to go over any final changes on our end and to make sure everything was still scheduled as planned. Everything was still on track. The short of all this is that Mia and her team did a great job and I highly recommend them.

I was overly excited when I got engaged, that I booked Mia a year and half before the wedding. I initially chose her because the great reviews (and because our daughter’s name is Mia) but once we finally met her, we found out how sweet, intelligent, and very open minded to our ideals she was. We solely relied on Mia for all of her opinions and searching for vendors because we live out of state. Since she had worked with these vendors before, we trusted her to find us the best price for the quality of service. She was the main contact between us and the vendors and we rarely had to reach out as she always kept us updated. Mia worked with our constant changes in plans and her assistant definitely helped with so many details as well. Mia is very up front when it comes to working with your ideas but also being realistic with the costs and budget. When the day finally arrived, Mia and her staff arrived on time, handled all issues, and the flow went absolutely on time. When we had an issue with a mishap during the wedding, she rushed to our sides and handled the matter straight on and followed up after the wedding. We are still able to contact her afterwards for the follow up with our wedding video and photos and she is of course quick and helpful to us. We definitely recommend Mia and her staff services. You will be able to get the wedding you dream of and deserve with her assistance!

I cannot even begin to put words to how much Mia did for us on our big day! From literally going out and buying a case of my (new) husband's favorite drink, to calming me down about (and personally fixing!) a floral disaster, to designing decor that people have literally not stopped complimenting, Mia did it all. I went with an inclusive package, so I used her catering and DJ as well, and I literally had people tell me it was the best wedding food they had ever had, AND I actually had several guests request contact info for the DJ to play their events! A.J. (the DJ) is especially incredible and really did such a great job of playing exactly the music we were hoping for; he did a perfect job of setting the mood for the party and making sure we always felt like the stars of the show! Mia is SUCH a special individual, and I truly believe that she has found her calling in wedding planning. Our big day would not have been the same at all without her, and I cannot recommend her services enough. The coordinating/decorating, the food, the DJ, the energy that Mia brought to our special day...everything was absolutely perfect, and I feel like we owe a great deal of that to her! Her prices are incredibly fair and she is phenomenal about meeting with you before the month-of to help calm your nerves and get everything set. Hiring Magnolia Marie Wedding Planning was the BEST wedding-planning decision we made, and you're crazy if you don't give her a call!

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Mia & her crew are. She seriously made my wedding the best day ever. So coordinated and organized and truly has an eye for making everything simply seem perfectly done. She is the best at what she does and I would recommend Magnolia Marie Wedding Planning to anyone and everyone. Being able to have someone take the stress out of many aspects of the wedding is a miracle and she did just that. She is also so incredibly sweet she makes you feel like nothing could go wrong and if it does you know that she would be able to handle it without you even knowing. Mia Jones has a calmness about her that is contagious! We called her in desperation 5 weeks before the wedding, because I(MOB) had unplanned foot surgery. My daughter, the Bride, thought we could do it, and everything would be alright. She did not understand "8 weeks non-weight bearing." Without her permission, I called Mia after getting her name from the venue. Instant relief as soon as we had a first meeting. She filled in every blank on my daughter's checklist. She was available to my daughter for any question or problem. The wedding day, I kept thinking I needed to check on this or that. Mia would say, "It's been done." And it was! By night's end, our cars were loaded by her staff, the bride/groom were showered with rose petals...and then she handed me a to-go box with a grilled cheese sandwich for my new granddaughter "who didn't eat much of her dinner." Now, that is sweet! Who would have noticed that? My only regret is that I didn't trust her from the start to take over and do such a fabulous job. Her heart is genuinely in this business, because she loves weddings and people. She is dependable and thoughtful about every detail. Forever grateful. It wouldn't have happened that way without you, Mia.

We were engaged for 1.5 years and during 95% of the time I was positive that I wouldnt need a day of coordinator since I was going to be so organized. I am so glad I wised up and hired Mia! She made my wedding day SO easy. She took care of EVERYTHING! I talked to none of my vendors but her and everything was set up exactly how I wanted. She killed it!

Mia and her team helped with our wedding at Magnolia Bells. Our day was so beautiful and went so smoothly! I could not have asked for a more perfect day! Mia was very helpful offering any advice I may need during the planning process as well, and she really brought my vision to life with the decor and table set ups!
