Beverly and her team were just fantastic! From helping us coordinate our Montana wedding while we were in the process of moving across the country to Chicago, to her impeccable management of the timeline day-of (especially when we ended up running behind due to late ceremony guests), to her immense help ensuring our rentals were returned spotless (even when my dripless candles were, in fact, not dripless!) Beverly and her team could not have been any better during the planning process or the day of. Beyond her coordination and planning help, Beverly was also one of the sweetest and most attentive vendors we dealt with during the entire wedding planning process. She provided us with so many great ideas to help personalize our day and she really made us feel so supported on one of the biggest days of our lives, especially during stressful moments. I could not recommend Beverly and her team at Magnolia Blue events enough. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who will go above and beyond to ensure your day is perfect, look no further!

Beverly was amazing! From helping us select a venue (from across the country!) to the smallest thing, she went above and beyond. Her attention to detail and staying on top of everything far exceeded my expectations. Also, her relationship with my daughter, the bride, was just beautiful! My daughter loves Beverly and the result was the most fabulous wedding ever. I can’t say enough.

When we met Beverly, we knew immediately that we had found the right person for our needs. Not only because she was professional, kind, attentive and all of the other details you'd want in a wedding coordinator, but because you could tell she truly cared and listened to us and our story and wanted to be there to help us. Upon our first meeting she was thorough in wanting to know all of the special things about us; not just our wedding plans, but also just what makes us "us". In the best way, it wasn't all just business and numbers, it was just talking to someone who cares, someone who would become a friend and confidant. And this is all before we even actually hired her! From then on out, she was constantly by our side, never too far out of reach and always accessible. Even though we really hired her for day of Coordinator, she was always with us every step of the way when we needed her. If I had a question about a contract, she'd answer me. If we were perplexed in a decision, she would make things easy and clear when we made them too complex for our own good! She came with me to find the dress because my mom was 3,000 miles away. When our baker ghosted us, she picked up her phone and immediately found us one a month before the wedding. When I couldn't finish a project that was crucial to our wedding, she took it on and finished it for me two days before the day. There was so much she did for us beforehand that I couldn't possibly list them here, but was even more special to us was how our wedding weekend went itself. Beverly and her husband helped make our day flawless. If there was a problem, we didn't (and still don't haha) know about it. She did everything behind the scenes and alongside of us that helped us just enjoy the day. Not to mention, every vendor we worked with also loved and raved about her at the wedding. You can't ask for more then that. To truly be able to step back after a year of planning and all the hard work you put into your wedding and trust the hands you leave it in.. it's like handing your baby over to the person you trust the most and know everything will be ok. This is how it is to work with Beverly. The only downfall is the day after, when you know you won't need to text her and ask some silly question while standing in the middle of Hobby Lobby. You could though, and she'd still answer you because that's the kind of wonderful person she is. A true professional and an unexpected friend afterwards. If you're lucky enough to book her, you will be able to sleep well at night knowing your wedding day will be perfect.

Beverly was an awesome wedding planner. She helped me think of all the small details that I had no idea I even needed to think about! The day of the wedding she was on top of everything, the timeline went smoothly, and I had the most perfect day. Definitely recommend as your wedding planner!

Beverly did more than I could have ever hoped for! My wedding day would have never been so perfect without her. she made sure throughout the whole weekend that me, my husband, and our families were so well taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because she was on top of all of it. I could never thank her enough for how amazing she was. I would recommend her time and time again!!

I thought I had already written a review here but apparently not! Beverly with Magnolia Blue Events is really the best and I'm so glad I found her! We were looking for someone to take everything we had planned as well as the decor I collected and put it all together. She did that and so so much more! She was behind the scenes directing all of our vendors and helpers and orchestrated an incredible day. She is punctual, organized, and a fantastic communicator. On the day of our wedding I didn't have to worry about set up or any of the vendor details! Beverly is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet and I would highly recommend her to help you plan your wedding from scratch or day of coordinating like she did for us! Seriously...just book her now!

I honestly do not know where to start - I have so much gratitude for Beverly. I reached out to Beverly two weeks before my wedding, just as I was realizing how much help I was going to need the days leading up to my wedding and the day of. Beverly completely overperformed in every way. She was with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to attend meetings before the wedding, rehearsal, and the wedding day (12+ hours that day!). I had a couple of calls with other day-of coordinators and they paled in comparison to Beverly. From the start, Beverly was invested in me, my partner, and making our day the best it could be. For anyone on the fence about having help with your wedding - the day of or all-around planning - I HIGHLY recommend hiring someone (Beverly). You'll thank yourself, I promise.

From the moment my husband and I met Beverly we knew she was the perfect coordinator for us. Beverly was there for every freak out, 5 hour meetings, shopping trip, and never once missed a phone call. She offered to officiate our wedding when we lost our officiant last minute, looked for alternate venues when ours went up for sale, and slept at our venue so we had help at all times! Beverly will be your best friend, cheerleader, and voice of reason I can’t imagine a wedding day without her.

Beverly was with us every step of the way through all the craziness of Covid. Not only did she help us change our venue TWICE, but she did it with no hesitation and always made us feel that our happiness was the absolute most important thing. Our dream was to have an elopement, with a family celebration, and she brought that vision to life. She was incredibly responsive whenever we needed her, contacted vendors and took over decision making when I was overwhelmed. She worked seamlessly with my family on the most beautiful details that took my breath away. We could not have done it without her! Thank you so much, Bev!!

Every Bride Needs a Bev!💍👰🏻 I met Bev about nine months before our summer wedding. From the very first meeting, I felt incredibly comfortable talking with her and sharing my vision for our big day. She kept in constant communication, was available when I had questions or needed anything at all. As the wedding approached, she was very organized and excited to help with final preparations. She also brought many of her own placesettings and decor ideas to make it extra beautiful. On the day of our wedding, she worked from sun up until way beyond sundown. Not only did she decorate all the tables, coordinate vendors arriving, timing of wedding events,but she also made me feel cared about and that our wedding what is the most important day ever. I highly would recommend her for any wedding or event.

My husband and I hired Beverly to decorate and coordinate our wedding reception! I explained my vision and she hit it out of the park! The decorations were amazing and my cake table was exactly how I had envisioned! Beverly was punctual and stayed later than she needed to stay. She did so many things behind the scenes to make our reception go off without a hitch!! She is very creative and jumps in to do whatever is needed.... way beyond what u expect!
