Main Event Caterers absolutely blew us away with their great service and food for our wedding on 8/4/18. I have only good things to say about them, and would highly encourage anyone who is on the fence with their wedding caterer choice to pull ...the trigger! I especially want to recognize Rachel Thaler, Courtney Porter, and Sarah Miller for their excellent service and help before, during, and after our event. Rachel was our Event Manager and went above and beyond for our special day. We had a lot of questions, logistics, and special dietary needs right up until our wedding, and she dealt with every single one with professionalism, kindness, and so much patience and flexibility. Prior to the wedding, Rachel was very helpful with meeting us to do a tasting, changing our menu, helping with our floorplan and set-up details, and dealing with our various last minute requests. Of all of our wedding day details, my husband and I received the most compliments on the food from our guests. People raved about it the whole night and two different people told me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We were thrilled with it ourselves and also the incredible bartenders and butlers, who followed us around all night and made sure we had everything we needed. They did an excellent job with set-up, service, food prep, teardown, everything - we didn't need to worry. Rachel came to the venue and did a walk-through with us and the venue coordinator (and they communicated by email) prior to the wedding and was also present on our wedding day. Her presence on our wedding day was so calming to me as the nervous bride, and she took care of every detail. MEC was so good to us and we will be talking about the great food and service forever to anyone who has an upcoming event and will listen. Thank you Rachel for all you did for us!
