So happy with our decision to use Main Street Cafe and Catering for our recent micro-wedding! We got married at Grandfather Mountain with our immediate family and closest friends a...
nd had Main Street deliver our dinner to our rented cabin! Breelyn was an incredible help during the whole process and was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had salad, bread, prime rib, green beans, and mashed potatoes for our dinner and everything was delicious and still warm after a bit of a longer drive for them to deliver. Also cannot highly recommend the Tennessee Mudpie and/or Chocolate Caramel Banana cake enough, I want to order those two all the time and still dreaming about it. Thank you so much for helping us make our wedding day complete and even more perfect!
We used Main Street Cafe and Catering for our wedding at Sugar Hollow Retreat. We could not have asked for better service! The food was delicious, and the staff was very accommoda...
ting and professional. They were responsive, efficient, and had outstanding quality. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for special event catering!
We used Main Street Café and Catering for our wedding in October 2022, as they were highly recommended for special events. Upon arrival for our tasting at the restaurant, it was di...
sclosed they had completely forgotten about our scheduled tasting, resulting in us having to wait for an extended period of time to receive any food. Because they were honest and the food was delicious, we opted to move forward with their services with recognition that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, we found it challenging to communicate with their restaurant and catering personnel throughout the planning process. We had to request several rounds of revisions on the contract itself. On wedding day, they did arrive on time with our food exactly as requested. Our guests raved about the appetizers of a spinach dip and assorted cheeses with crackers. The main meal itself tasted very good, though several guests later disclosed that much of the food was room temperature or cold when they went through the line. Breelyn and her staff worked well with us to customize the menu. We chose pulled pork barbecue, grilled chicken breasts with different dipping sauces, roasted potatoes, an Italian pasta salad, and cole slaw for the buffet dinner. We liked that they packaged all leftovers and allowed us to take home the extra food. There was some miscommunication and confusion when it came to cake cutting and the need to return various items to our cake supplier, with the staff taking items that they were directed to put in a separate bag for us to return to our cake place. Overall, we were satisfied with Main Street but wouldn’t describe it to be an outstanding or exceptional experience.
Breelyn and the team at Main Street did such an amazing job catering our wedding! Everyone raved about the food, and Breelyn was wonderful to work with. She was super responsive an...
d helped us create a menu that fit with what we wanted - BBQ, truly great vegetarian options, and lots of fresh seasonal foods. Not only was the food amazing, Breelyn’s team is super professional and knows what they’re doing. My day-of wedding coordinator who is a professional chef was highly complimentary of how the team managed the event. Thank you Main Street - you were awesome!
If you're anywhere within Main Street's delivery area, you need to be checking them out!! We probably had over 50 people at our wedding talk about the food, and how it was probably...
the best food at any wedding they were at. We had Main Street do our Wedding Reception & Rehearsal Dinner, and both were fantastic. We did BBQ for the Rehearsal Dinner, and man...they know what they're doing. They got that BBQ about an hour away without drying it out, and the smoky flavor in the pork was excellent. For the wedding, don't overlook the chicken parm, and if you're a beef fan, go for the roast beef medallions!! They were so good, and we didn't even need a knife for them, because they were so well done.
Another reason they're so great is because they can be a 1-stop shop for you. We did 2 dinners, a cake, glassware, apps, and a bartender from the same spot, and that's pretty incredible. Not having to follow up with 4 different vendors just for the Reception is incredible in itself, but the service and the attention to detail for everything almost outpaced the quality of their food. Absolutely recommend!!!
I was truly blessed to have found this caterer! The food was so wonderful. Everyone at the wedding loved it!! They were able to do it all too - the cake, bartender, servers, cockta...
il hour, and reception food... all of it was perfect. And Breelyn was the most helpful and enjoyable person to work with through all of the planning. She is amazing with emails and she likes tequila... so pretty much the best caterer ever!!! Please stop in and check this place out if you’re thinking of having an event in the area!! You will not be disappointed!!!
Main Street did the food for our wedding April 2015. The food at our reception was just as tasty as the food at our small tasting. Our wedding guests kept raving about how deliciou...
s it all was! Breelyn was so helpful and has obviously worked on many weddings. They packed us two large to-go containers to enjoy later that evening. However, if you want to keep the leftover food you've paid for, make sure you have a conversation with the servers so you end up with the food you want. We were disappointed in what we received, but I would still recommend based on our experience with Breelyn and how good the food is.
Breelyn was great to work with. The food was beautifully displayed and was excellent. We wanted to have a Crepe bar which is not a typical request and we were very happy with how t...
hey turned out.
They also did the flowers and cakes and both were fantastic! I highly recommend the pumpkin cake. The flowers were very artistic and better than I had imagined.
Service and food was excellent, didn't have to worry about anything. Breelyn took care of everything for me, exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended!
Everyone is still talking about 'how good the food was' from our wedding. The caterer's even came up to my husband and I during the reception and told us that they had made us 'to ...
go boxes' full of every food we had and our cakes. This, I am so thankful for. They even got my cake PERFECTLY and I was worried about it, because I wanted rough icing look, and instead of a big cake I wanted two cakes that were side by side and smaller. The ONLY downsides, were that during our meetings they would say 'oh yes, we have this and you can use it at the wedding.' Then we got the 'contract' that included a price for decorative items we thought were included (based off the way that she had stated we could use them without saying they cost.) And that sometimes it was hard to get ahold of them unless they needed us. But my parents just went to the store in the end to speak to them. Overall, it was YUMMY.
I can't say enough about how great Main Street Catering is! Professional, Detail Oriented, Surpasses all Expectations are just a few words to describe the service they provide. My...
husband and I wanted a "Rustic but Elegant" wedding and it seemed every person we spoke to about this, as soon as I mentioned my bridesmaids were wearing "cowboy boots", the elegant part of the wedding design went right out the window. I can honestly say that Breelyn and Beverly with Main Street "saved our wedding"! They listened to what our ideas were and was exactly on target with our vision of a rustic but very elegant wedding! Everyone was so impressed at how well everything flowed and was coordinated. Needless to say everything from our rehearsal dinner to the wedding cermony and reception was PERFECT and absolutely Beautiful! The food was delicious and at the end of it all, my husband and I are honored to call Breelyn, Beverly and the staff at Main Street Catering our friends, they are wonderful and we highly recommend them to anyone for any event. Please feel free to view the highlight trailer of our wedding to see the work of Main Street Catering.

Main Street made it happen! Beverly and Breelyn worked as a great team and I was extremely pleased with everything from the food, the cake and the flowers they provided for me. The...
flowers were amazing and exactly what I wanted. We had a destination wedding and it was super convenient to work with them as my main vendor. I simply showed pictures and described what I wanted and everything turned out beautifully! Even our specialty cocktail turned out to be much better than I imagined since they provided small mason jars to serve them in. That was a sweet surprise for me! Do yourself a favor and call them. They gave me excellent advice while planning too!
Main Street Catering greatly surpassed all my expectations for their food and services at our wedding and reception! Breelyn helped us throughout the entire event, working with my ...
family, husband and I to provide a selection of food and rental items that would fit the taste and aesthetic of our wedding. We enjoyed all of our meetings with her and greatly appreciated her commitment to us as well as the success of our 'big day'. She was very attentive to all of our ideas and made sure to confirm all of the details with us via email. Everything at our wedding and reception was perfect - from the friendly/helpful service of the staff to the display and delicious taste of the food, it really couldn't have been any better! We really enjoyed working with Breelyn, Beverly and the rest of the Main Street team and would HIGHLY recommend using them for all of your catering needs:)
We planned an outside wedding reception, and Breelyn and her team made it fun and easy for me and our family. They took care of all the rental details big and small, the guests com...
mented how wonderful the food was, and Breelyn & staff were professional, fun and courteous. I will definitely use Main Street Catering again and highly recommend them to anyone.
So pleased with Main Street Catering. Breelyn Bomba was essentially my wedding planner/coordinator; she and her team took care of the rentals, the food, the reception flowers, tend...

As parents of the bride, we have absolute praises for the wonderful wedding reception Main Street Catering did for our daughter's big day! From the very begining, when our daughte...
r and I met with Beverly and Breelyn, each was a pleasure to work with. Both also had many great ideas and suggestions. With the reception being at dinner time and alcohol being served, we chose a heavier 'meal type' buffet for our guests. The food was excellent! Everything was as it was suppose to be! My husband and I will always say,'The food was worth every cent and we don't regret what we spent'! We wanted it to be a nice 'treat' for all our dear family and friends! The quality, freshness and flavors were a huge hit with us, as well as our 300 guests! We have had so many nice compliments these last 9 months on how yummy the food was! Our daughter and son-in-law were thrilled with everything Main Street Catering did to carry out their choices of food and make it DELICIOUS!! They especially enjoyed the 'to-go' plates ya'll packed up for them! Thank you Beverly, Breelyn and you staff for making the food for their reception so scrumptious and beautifully displayed!! Sincerely, Pleased Parents of the Bride
Main Street Cafe was easy to work with, and they were patient with me as I planned my wedding from another state. I had a large brunch reception in a facility they hadn't worked...
in before, and they helped me negotiate with the facility, which I definitely appreciated.
My only criticism is that the food wasn't quite as good as I had hoped for. They do have good food for the area, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them, but I would communicate more. The negative comment about food should only serve to remind a future bride to be sure to communicate well about what you want and remember to really think about what's important to you. Because food was important to me, I should have asked for a tasting. Also, I had many guests say how fun they thought our brunch was and how much they enjoyed the food.
One last thing--I really appreciated how MSC was willing to negotiate on all the details. One detail was that we rented 10 cocktail tables from them. We needed the cocktail tables for an after-wedding event, and they were willing to let us take them and return them Monday since they didn't have another event booked. It was a sweet extra touch. Thanks, Breelyn and the gang!
To this day we are still hearing compliments from our guests about how great our food was! Main street Catering was not only delicious but also extremely professional. The staff we...
nt way above and beyond on our big day. They are more than just caterers, they made sure the whole event was perfect. Beverly even did my flowers which turned out were exactly the way I wanted. They also decorated Old Quarters to match my theme - it was gorgeous! Main Street is also very understanding about budgets and they were willing to work with us on price. The best part of the night was getting the to-go bag they placed in our getaway car. It was delicious and I can still taste the food almost a year later. Main Street Catering is amazing!
