They were set up and ready to go way before the event started. Towards the end of the night we were beginning to run out of the vodka for the signature drink (which was my favorite) and they made sure they saved some for me to have throughout the night. This little thoughtful detail really stood out to me!

o return what we didnt use which really helped us with saving money (especially because our wedding got shut down an hour early due to a broken pipe...but thats another story). Misty also was great in recommending more environmentally friendly options. We took her recommendation of giving our guests mason jars as their glass for the night which helped save us money and feel better about not putting one thousand plastic cups into the trash. Misty is great at what she does and would highly recommend her team at Maine Mixologist!

ooth for the most part, but we did have some issues. The week of the wedding we were told they changed the recipe for one of our signature cocktails, after we had special ordered a mixer that we could not return. We were also pushed to buy a lot of Miller Lite, knowing our guests would not drink it. Sure enough, our guests did not drink it, but the bartenders had opened every case we purchased, meaning we could not return it. We were later told by friends who are bartenders that there was no reason to open so many cases of beer, especially since the bartenders were aware that we wanted to return things that weren’t consumed. I was also a little peeved that we paid for gratuities in our contract, and the bartenders put out tip jars anyway. Ultimately, we got what we paid for and our guests enjoyed the bar service, but definitely things for future couples to be aware of in your planning.

Lastly, when it came to customer service, we were extremely pleased. On the day of the wedding, the bartenders had focused on all guests, until the bride came around. They would stop everything to make sure she was taken care of and we both really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend this vendor for any event!

. The bride and groom were stuck with lots of unusable keg beer. This company is disorganized and did not suggest the bride and groom purchase the right quantities for the groom’s feature drink.
