This place is just amazing in so many ways. Its beautiful setting inside and out. we enjoyed the outside landscape and decks. The added extra space and rooms in the ballroom to celebrate our daughters wedding, and the bridal and groom suites are huge and so fun. The staff is easy to work with and so prompt on returning texts or phone calls. Please check out this venue - you wont be disappointed!

We held our school’s gala at Majestic Oaks, so my experience was more along the lines of planning and hosting a reception without a ceremony. We rented the full space, so the main banquet hall and the adjoining fireside room which opens to create a large ballroom that gave our guests room to mingle during cocktail hour without having to be right on top of the tables. We had about 175 people and a large silent auction set up in the fireside room. The team at MO was amazing to work with from our initial tour to the tasting to coming in multiple times the event to talk over details and get a feel for how we would set up. They were quick with responses, worked with us on our requests, and were right there for the whole event to help keep everything running smoothly. Even when the main event manager we were working with had to travel out of town shortly before our event, she communicated with us the timeline and her team was there to step in and was fully prepared to handle all the details and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious and we were able to bring in individual desserts from multiple vendors for a dessert table. The space is beautiful on its own and a neutral enough palette it can easily be decorated to fit most any style. We did a Gatsby theme so lots of black, gold, feathers, and pearls and it had a very elegant and vintage feel. I also saw it set up beautifully at our tasting with autumn colors and florals which looked very beautiful.

My Fiancé and I toured here and loved everything about it!! There are two beautiful outdoor ceremony sites, GOEGEOUS bridal rooms, and a huge grand ballroom space. We are so excited for our Valentine’s Day wedding in 2025!

I booked my wedding for September of 2025 at Majestic Oaks. The sales team was so helpful by answering all my questions, getting me the date I wanted (September 27th!!), and showing me all the spaces available. I can’t wait to keep planning!

I toured this venue as an option for my wedding ceremony and reception. The venue had 2 gorgeous outdoor ceremony sites and a huge reception hall. We really like the big chandeliers in the reception hall. Overall Majestic Oaks had everything we need for our wedding, while also looking classy at a great price! The staff was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

We recently attended a wedding at Majestic Oaks Golf Club. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but the food, service and staff were AMAZING! We had been at Majestic Oaks a few years prior, and WOW has it changed - and for the good! We are looking forward to returning.

My husband and I had our wedding here in April and it was just beautiful! Pam, Nikki and Zach were all so awesome! We were pleasantly surprised with the customizable packages this venue offers! Everyone was so friendly and helped us literally every step of the way! Even though it ended up being too cold to have an outside ceremony, they made sure that everything worked seamlessly for an inside ceremony! The food was excellent and we’re so happy we chose Majestic Oaks for our special day!!

My daughter just had her wedding at Majestic Oaks a few weeks ago and the day was perfect! The food was fantastic and the staff were amazing! So glad they chose Majestic Oaks!

My wife and I got married here in late April 2023. This venue was exactly what we were looking for and more. Our ceremony and reception were in the Fireside Room. Our dinner was in the Majestic Room. We are very impressed with Nikki and her skills to be on top of everything. She was very involved and great at communicating with us regarding any changes in the schedule or the many questions we had.

My husband and I chose to have our wedding at Majestic Oaks and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! Nikki was a godsend- making sure our wedding day went smooth and helped with all the planning ahead of time. Even after a few mishaps on the day of, the staff were incredibly kind, generous, and accommodating. The bartenders, catering staff, and event coordinators helped make our wedding day perfect. They even surprised us with some amazing wedding decor! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend! And as a bonus, my husband and his groomsmen loved the course!

I had my wedding here on June 10th, 2023. This place was everything!! The location of our ceremony was outside in front of their pond with a water fountain and it was gorgeous! Nikki helped us from the start and was there on the day of our wedding, she was the best! Always making sure everything and anything we need we had. I never had any stress planning our wedding as Nikki made the whole process smooth and easy! The food was amazing as well!! And all the other staff was very nice and helpful!

We got married here on March 4th and it was such an amazing venue to have our wedding and rehearsal dinner at. We originally toured and worked with Pam and she was very helpful. She ended up moving and leaving MO and we got the chance to work with their new Event Manager, Nikki. She was always very responsive and flexible on making changes on our quotes and working with me on changing things up with our plans. Any question I had, she was very quick to find an answer for me. We loved the way our wedding turned out and have received so many compliments from our guests on how great the venue was and many many compliments on the food. I highly recommend having your wedding here. Thank you team for the perfect wedding day!

We got married at Majestic Oaks Golf Club this past weekend! The weather gave us a hard time as the ceremony was supposed to be outside! Our wedding coordinator was very helpful, organized, responsive to help with any questions and changes. We moved the ceremony inside. The staff worked hard to exceed our needs. Our coordinator always checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Very personable. The communication amongst staff is great! Our day went very smooth with no complications! Would recommend getting married here! It is beautiful both inside and outside!

We had our wedding at Majestic Oaks on October 15th, 2022, and it was the most amazing day. During our time planning, there was some turnover of sales managers and event coordinators at the venue, which I have also realized is common in this industry. Aurora was the venue coordinator AND Sales manager for the last couple of months and our big day, and I am SO thankful she was. Aurora is on top of her game and helped make our big day THE BEST DAY! We also worked with Pam, who was fabulous as well. Together they are the dream team. Aurora and Pam were both very responsive to emails. The food and the serving staff were amazing, they washed all of our chargers (rented from elsewhere) without even asking! The venue also held on to some stuff we couldn’t fit in vehicles the night of for me to pick up on Monday after.

Majestic Oaks Golf Club and wedding venue. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about this venue. Our wedding was Friday, September 23, 2022. Under the pergola outside. The most gorgeous view. This was the absolute best experience. Our wedding coordinator Aurora was amazing, she walked us through every step of the way to make our day perfect. She was very great at communicating with us. Text, email, or a simple phone call. She kept us in the loop at all times. The day of our wedding the weather was not very predictable it was going to rain most of the day but stop at certain times. Aurora and staff made sure that if it did rain, we would have a 2nd and even 3rd location for our ceremony, set up and ready to go. Our ceremony was at 3pm. It did rain but it rained before and after our ceremony. It stayed dry for us! We sure got lucky! We had a tent reception that was beautifully decorated. The food was amazing! The guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was.This venue was so professional and a amazing experience. I would recommend Majestic Oaks for couples that are looking for a wonderful, stress free, professional wedding venue.

DO NOT GO TO MAJESTIC OAKS GOLF CLUB FOR A WEDDING! My Husband and I recently got Married here (July 2022), and to say it was the most stressful day of our lives is an understatement! By the time our Wedding day came to a close, we had OVER 30 COMPLAINTS and had to spend the first 3 days of our Honeymoon Communicating and Meeting with the Venue to ask for a Refund back! Once they finally agreed to give us a refund (they didn't give us the amount we asked for, and we only asked for 1/3 back), they then asked us to remove our negative review! My Maid of Honor was the one who reviewed them negatively, so I would have no control over that being removed! I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but since their attitude is that they gave us a (small) refund that everything is fine is the main reason for this post! JUST BECAUSE YOU GAVE US A (SMALL) REFUND DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT YOU ALL GAVE ME THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE INSTEAD OF THE BEST DAY! What to expect at your Wedding at Majestic Oaks: 1. Wedding Coordinator changes without them notifying you one month before your wedding (and having to start back at square one because the new one can't promise anything that the old one had in place). 2. Lack of communication from all employees throughout your entire process with them. 3. Wrong food for reception (I have specific allergies and gave them the exact food that I could eat and they did not follow it - was not able to eat on my Wedding Day)! 4. Don't expect them to follow literally ANYTHING from your contract you set up with the Coordinator (Wrong colored Napkins - we asked for red and we got white (this eventually got switched, but not before my photographer took her photos ), no high chairs when we requested 3 (given to guests dirty), cake not out at right time (was 16 minutes late ‐ had to go ask where it was), no forks/plates for cake (had to go ask)). 5. Expect not to decorate the outdoor reception space until 1 hour before (once you are all dressed up and hair/makeup done). Who wants to get all sweaty? They don't have a "set-up guy" to set out all the tables, linen, etc. until 10 a.m. the day of! 6. Expect the Wedding Coordinator to do LITERALLY nothing all day except tell your Bridal Party when to walk down the aisle (don't even expect to see your Coordinator for at least 3 hours after you arrive at the Venue). And don't expect the Coordinator to check in with you more than twice throughout the day (any other time you will have to send someone to go find them throughout the venue). 7. Expect to walk down the aisle (outside) to Goose Poop, unless you request it be swept up (don't expect them to do a good job either, my DJ stepped in and finished sweeping for them!!!!!). 8. Expect a Guest from your Wedding to drive a Golf Cart around the Venue trying to gather all of your Guests because they won't have any signs for your Outdoor Wedding except for inside the venue on a small t.v.! 9. Expect the Wedding Coordinator to leave before the Reception starts and WITHOUT checking in with the Bride & Groom to see if they need anything else. 10. Don't expect to keep your glasses of water throughout your Outside Dancing, because the Buffet workers have to have time to clean the glasses in the dishwasher! 11. If you pay an extra $100 for Soda Pop, expect them to put bottles of Pop in a small container with a cloth napkin and some ice around it. Once the ice melts and the napkin soaks up the water, it will not be temperature regulated!

Our experience with Majestic Oaks was a bit of a rollercoaster, but it all worked out in the end. We had 3 wedding coordinators in the 11 months from when we signed our contract to our wedding. The 2nd coordinator that was employed for most of the summer leading up to our September wedding was very unorganized and unresponsive. I am very organized and just needed her to document the plan and provide basic information (e.g., bar package pricing) and she did not follow through. If she would have been our coordinator for our wedding, I'm confident I would be giving a 1 star review. Luckily, we got our 3rd coordinator ~ 10 days prior to our wedding and she (Kailey) was wonderful! She was put in an incredibly difficult situation and pulled everything together quickly for us. I have no doubt she saved us from some pretty big frustrations the day of our wedding if we would have continued with the previous coordinator. In the end, our wedding ceremony and reception (in the event tent) were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Our guests loved the food, and it was a great day. But caliber of coordinator is everything at this venue.

HORRIBLE X1000!! DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE! Our wedding was initially scheduled for 8.8.20 but got postponed due to COVID. Everyone there is super unorganized. I think I had 8 different wedding coordinators in 1 years time. Never knew who I was suppose to get a hold of. We told our wedding coordinator from the beginning we wanted a buffet and then 1 week before they tell me it’s plated obviously after the invites were already sent out, then 2 days later a different wedding coordinator tells me we can have buffet again! We just had our wedding reception 6.5.21 because we already got married on 8.8.20. We were told the day before our reception a new A/C unit had been installed and everything was working fine. The day of our reception it was 100 degrees outside and the air conditioning WAS NOT working in our reception room! It was 92 degrees in the reception room. We had about 160 guests attend and all of our guests were miserable, half of our guests didn’t eat dinner, and over half our guests left early because it was so hot! They ended up moving everyone downstairs where it was a little better but still hot! Pretty much all our guests had left already because of the heat. All my wedding decor was wasted since we moved downstairs. I’m so unhappy with Majestic Oaks! They ruined our wedding reception because of the broken A/C and no one communicated anything to me about it! I’m now fighting them for a refund for ruining our special day. I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU SHIT SERVICE IN RETURN!

Majestic oaks was very helpful and answered all my questions throughout our whole planning process. They’re venue wedding coordinator who worked with us really made it so I didn’t have to worry what so ever because my personal attendants had someone they could ask. Everything was perfect!

Poor customer service!

We had to find a new venue 3 weeks before our wedding due to covid complications. I called on a Saturday and Majestic Oaks got us in on that Tuesday to review wedding details. They did everything from helping us plan a budget friendly meal and drink menue to providing us with a last minute propane tank for our patio heater. Their outdoor tent is very nice and was able to accommodate all of our guests (even with COVID restrictions). The wedding planner answered my emails, phone calls, and text messages at all times of the day. The food was incredible! They kept our real flower center pieces in a cool place for us until they put all of our decorations out on the table for us. I would recommend them a million times!

They failed on so many levels! This was a perfectly planned wedding with all the details discussed with the venue coordinator, and all in the bride and grooms contract! One or two minor things would’ve been expected, but not one major thing after another! The air conditioning wasn’t on and we were miserable getting ready before the pictures & wedding, dripping with sweat in the stuffy room, and felt gross all day because if it! People were leaving right after dinner because they couldn’t take the heat! It was miserable, and there is no excuse for a venue not “having control of their thermostat” and unable to adjust it when it was over 90 degrees and humid outside! The coordinator was snotty to the mother of the bride asking for the temperature to be cooler when it made her feel sick, INSIDE the building before the wedding even started, and concerned for the 200 guests that were coming. The coordinator was nowhere to be found for any questions after that. Guests were leaving early because they couldn’t take the heat! First of all they didn’t set up enough chairs for the ceremony outside and people had to stand in the back, the bartenders didn’t serve the keg or wine the bride and groom provided for guests during the social hour, they proceeded to rack up their tab with other brands of beer because they didn’t even tell anyone ordering beer that there was a keg! One whole table didn’t get served dinner!! We had to complain about that because they were unaware, before they finally got their dinner served, cold, after everyone else had eaten, dinner was over, and plates were already cleared! Then, they didn’t bring out the ice cream bar that THEY were supposed to do & serve each person. We waited and waited, wondering what was taking so long. We had to complain about that too, so then they brought out all the ice cream and toppings, plunked them on a table and left. It was as if they had no idea what they were supposed to do! We thought they were still in the process of setting it up- everyone waited well over a half an hour as it was melting, so a family member had to start scooping it for people. They never set it up or served it properly, it was crude and embarrassing, not how the bride and groom planned in their contract of details at all! I will say on a positive note that the food was very good, and the grounds are very beautiful for a wedding and photos.. but guests should never have to leave from it being SO uncomfortably hot- I am still upset thinking about it, and it was over 6 weeks ago! It was the bride and grooms ONE special day that they planned & anticipated..and a lot of money spent!

The ceremony site and banquet hall were beautiful and the food was excellent. However, there were several things that went wrong. I will only mention the major ones that really had a negative impact. First, they never turned on the air conditioning in the banquet hall until it was too late. When dinner was being served, the thermostat read 80 degrees and it did not get better once you have 200 people in a room. We received a ton of complaints about the heat and it made the dance very uncomfortable. We did an ice cream bar for our dessert. We were told that a person would be scooping the ice cream and all the toppings would be in dishes for our guests to use how they wish. However, they never set it up. When we asked when it would be ready, the staff had no idea what we were talking about which is baffling as it had been planned forever and we gave them all of the ice cream and toppings that were to be used. Eventually they brought out the ice cream and had someone scooping it but my family set up the toppings table and it was well after dinner was over. For the bar, we paid for a keg of beer, and numerous bottles of wine. We also provided a set cash amount that was to be only used on rail liquor drinks for the people that didn't want beer or wine. However, they didn't have any signs at the bar that said there were hosted drinks so people were buying beer even though there was a keg that was already paid for (and no, it wasn't just because they preferred a different beer, more on this later). I did complain to Majestic Oaks about these things. They were apologetic and did refund the room rental fee. This was less than 10% of the total bill but I was glad to get it and I was not going to leave them a bad review. However, in the weeks after the wedding after talking to family and friends, a lot more things came to light regarding the bar as well as other small issues. It turns out that they were not only not telling guests about the hosted keg, wine, and rail liquor. But they were specifically telling guests that it was a "cash bar" for a limited time until the set dollar amount was used up. So people were ordering cans of beer not knowing that there was a keg and the bar was using the money that was supposed to be only for rail liquor to pay for it. So the money ran out a lot sooner than expected and once it did, they were continuing to tell guests that it was a cash bar so then people were buying their own drinks without knowing that there was a free keg and free wine. It was this completely unethical business practice that drove me to write this review.

This place is less expensive than some venues and does have some beautiful places for pictures. The staff for the most part are very accommodating and want the best experience for their couples. The food was also great and I have people telling me how great my food was still. The couple things I was less pleased with were that my event coordinator changed after we booked and we had a lot of trouble getting timely feedback on questions. Then on the day Of there were things missing that we had talked about. They were quick to fix thing so that everything worked out great.

Everyone at Majestic Oaks was super helpful and easy to work with. They let us design our own food package and were very accommodating. The food was great and everything was beautiful. We couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out.

I had my wedding here in September, the venue is absolutely stunning inside and out! The wedding coordinator was changed about 2 months before the wedding and Alissa was nice and respectful. The catering staff was finominal, they took care of all the guests with ease all night long! Overall, the wedding was amazing and everything we wanted! This venue is a great price for any size wedding. The packages are totally customizable and the food is fantastic. Thank you Majestic Oaks!

Majestic Oaks catered to us very well throughout our process of planning our wedding. There was a change in wedding coordinators two months prior to our wedding, but Alissa did a great job picking up where we left off and clarifying our thoughts. The help on the day of our wedding was also great. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony, this is a beautiful location with great spots for pictures. Very happy we chose Majestic!

Majestic Oaks was a beautiful venue!! They treated us so well! The communication was great between the event coordinator and me. I would recommend anyone wanting a chill, reasonable priced wedding at this venue! The set up was great, they made the day how I wanted it and worked with me well! Def would recommend it here the outdoor ceremony was beyond beautiful and pictures turned out amazing!!!!

My ceremony and reception were both at Majestic Oaks in the majestic room. The venue was EXTREMELY accommodating, even going above and beyond when there was a date mix-up on my part! It rained on my wedding day, so we had to have the ceremony in the majestic room. The ceremony was beautiful and the staff worked hard to make it all work out for us. If I had to critique, I would say that the getting ready Room was shared with another bridal party, which was awkward. The grooms party had no place to hang their tuxes and my husband had to change in a shower stall. We also had zero signal in these rooms, which made it interesting when trying to communicate with a few vendors. We worked through it though. All in all, my wedding day was perfect.

We had a wedding here last weekend. Everything went well besides a few detail. First, the bridesmaids had all the cash stolen from their purses from the dressing room. We paid for a security guard so I'm not sure what his job was but it obviously wasn't for us. Next, our ceremony felt very unorganized and we were under the impression our wedding coordinator would help us with it but the only time I saw her the whole day was as soon as I arrived asking me for money and letting me know I couldn't get married until she was paid. I found that pretty rude. Everything was beautiful and the food was good. Would have been 5 starts if it weren't for recieving no help from our wedding coordinator and the money being stolen.

We had problems starting the night of rehearsal when our wedding coordinator didn't show up for the rehearsal. She was absent during most of the wedding day and left without telling us. They lost our toss bouquet, took our appetizers before they were gone, served our cake without the napkins we provided and without forks, the coffee had grounds in the bottom. There was no signs to tell people where to go outside for the ceremony so our guests were confused upon arriving. I left a message for the General Manager Dan 3 days ago and still have not received a call back.

The food, drinks and ceremony site were all great! However, we had major problems with our event coordinator. She did not show up to our scheduled rehearsal which left us very confused on what to do and where to go. On the day of the wedding she was no where in sight for hours. She said she would go over how the ceremony would look with us the day of but we didn’t even see her until 10 minutes before the ceremony started. She did not check in with anyone with the wedding after the ceremony and left with out speaking with the bride. There was also another wedding taking place at the same as ours. This caused a lot of confusion with our guests on where they should be and no staff assisted with this. We paid extra to have the locker rooms to get ready in and keep the wedding party’s belongings in. At the end of the night we realized some of us had cash stolen out of these rooms. We expected this would be a safe and secure place to keep our belongings and were extremely disappointed

Majestic Oaks has beautiful landscape. I cannot tell how much I love their Mediterranean Pergolas Ceremony. Hailey, Askley and Alissa were great and helpful. They answered my concerns asap. Food tasting event was awsome and professionally organized. It helped us choose the right things for our guests. The food was amazing especially Spring Salad and Grilled Salmon. They have built in sound system which allows us to play our own music by phone/laptop. Another bonus point is on wedding day, our family and us can use golf cart to drive around. In general, I highly recommend Majestic Oaks.

Loved the venue for the ease of everything! We got married in April and with the unpredictable weather we needed a venue with outdoor or indoor ceremony space. Majestic Oaks let’s us choose the day of which one we wanted to go with, takes a lot of stress away from the Bride! The guests raved about the food as well :)

Everything about this venue was fabulous, Hailey and Ashley were great and made sure my day went without a problem. The venue itself, the fireside room, was beautifully set up for our wedding. The staff was professional and very attentive. The food itself was amazing and presented very nicely. Overall I would recommend this venue .

Overall the wedding was a success, but I dont think it was because of Majestic Oaks as a venue. It was in the middle of July and there was no shade to sit in outdoors except for one little area on the side, not the main sitting area with the isle going down it. It was also really hot in the fireside room. The food was OKAY, not great. and I wasn't impressed by the food tasting as you couldn't choose from everything on the menu to taste, only popular choices. all the chicken choices weren't very good so we went with beef and it was fine. We paid $150 USD on the "blushing bride" dressing room package which didn't arrive on time, we had to hunt down the coordinator to have it deleivered in the middle of picture taking and getting ready. which flustered me as the bride. it was over an hour past 11am when I expected it, and it was delivered to the dressing room. what is the worst part about it was there was MOLDY STRAWBERRIES on the fruit platter!! we took pictures of it and are filing a complaint about it. there was children including my daughter that could have ate one on accident. and Majestic oaks hasn't responded to my email about it yet. nor did they follow up with me AT ALL after the wedding. Also the chairs had stains, so if you don't want your guest sitting on stained chairs, you have to spend even more money on chair covers. it would be a good place for an out door ceremony (not in the middle of summer on a 90 degree day!) but I would stay far far away from here for a rehearsal!!!

Such a gorgeous venue! We had no problems with them at all. They were very accommodating to our guests and the hot weather outside. Food was delicious!!

Majestic Oaks has such a beautiful landscape and beautiful ballrooms. We were complimented all night on the great pick of venue for both our ceremony and the reception! The food was amazing and we were served really great portions and everything was hot when it came out! I really enjoyed working with the wedding coordinators there and they were all so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions we had!

The the steak and chicken at the reception tasted like they were reheated and tough. The air conditioning did not work. It was a hot day that day. I was very disappointed. My guest left complaining and early because of the food and lack of air conditioning. I expected better for the amount of money I had to spend on this. I would NOT recommend them!

My husband and I were married at Majestic Oaks in June 2015. We had an outdoor ceremony at their gazebo, followed by a reception in the Fireside Room. The staff at Majestic Oaks were so gracious and helpful. We worked mostly with Sarah, who did a fantastic job helping us create a menu within our budget while also paying close attention to the details of our day, such as reception room set up, coordinating with the florist, DJ, and cake delivery. The gazebo and surrounding grounds were so romantic and made our pictures just lovely! The Fireside Room was large enough to fit our 130 guests very comfortably with room to spare. The chandeliers and fabric draping and lights provided by Majestic Oaks were stunning, and made the venue feel much more expensive than it truly was. And the food was exceptional. Every guest we talked to raved about the food. We definitely recommend the salmon and Yukon Gold whipped potatoes!! Everything about our wedding was perfect, and I truly have Sarah and her amazing staff at Majestic Oaks to thank for it.

We fell in love with Majestic for our wedding ceremony & reception because of the amazing view for wedding photos. The bridge over the water and the willow trees, oh my gosh, so perfect. And the perfect outdoor ceremony site. Everyone there was awesome to work with throughout the planning process and on our wedding day.

I cannot begin to say enough about Majestic Oaks both for the beauty of the venue but also for the wonderful staff to work with! We hosted our wedding at Majestic Oaks this summer and had a magical day. Working with the sweet staff made our wedding planning a breeze and they were so helpful with the many questions we had. They were always available and made so much beautiful things happen behind the scenes that it helped us be able to enjoy our special day. The location with all of the beautiful landscaping for our outdoor wedding and inside was awesome! We recommend hosting your wedding here!

My husband and I were married here on March 7, 2015. The barn is very big and very easily accommodated 200 guests. Everything was held at this one venue. I do not know the measurements of the barn, but to give you an idea, as far as the setup, I had a band, DJ, tables, chairs, bar, food buffet, cake display, favor display, and fruit and cheese display in separate areas. Guests had the option to stay inside or outside the barn and were able to move around with ease. Due to the constant rain we had here in Mississippi from December until a day or so before the wedding, the property was wet in some areas, but did not affect the ceremony. It would if I had planned to do a lot outside, but we can't control nature. I was able to rent the wagon on the property for pictures. They do have horse drawn wagons that can be utilized for the ceremony for additional fees. As far as catering, outside catering was allowed, but no kitchen is available for cooking. The ceilings are high, so they were able to use a mixture of the string lights and lighted branches and candles for lighting throughout the barn,making it look very elegant. My preference of flowers was fresh. All fresh flowers and greenery helped bring sprouts of color against the wood inside the barn This was the first wedding at the venue and the owners are open to pleasing customers.

There were several things I liked, however when it came down to it there was alot of things not as organized as i was made to think they would be, last minute "we are going to have you here for this instead" or not having the right amount of tables out when we tried to set up. They did let us decorate early and had good food. However my biggest complaint is they did break down several tables at like 8pm and i thought that was rude and made people feel unwelcome so they left, they also did not bring out one of the late night snacks that we paid for and i had to hound them to get my money back.

We had an amazing experience with Majestic Oaks. From the very beginning we had such wonderful service. I felt like they truly wanted us to have our happily ever after there, and not just because they wanted our money. Heather was always quick to return my calls and e mails, and they even allowed our band to stay a little late to tear down their stage. The food was fantastic and our guests were very impressed. I feel we made a great choice when we went with Majestic Oaks!

Many options for different budgets, it's absolutely beautiful, they help with so many aspects of the wedding day! Food was fantastic. Everyone raved about it. Service is professional. Couldn't ask for a better venue!

We got married outside at the Pergola site and had our reception in the Majestic room. Overall the venue was awesome, there was very little to worry about set up and operations as the venue had it all taken care of! The dinner was even better than we had hoped, and our guest were very pleased! The staff is super friendly and I would recommend Majestic Oaks to anyone looking for a beautiful setting for their wedding!

The food was out of this world! So worth the money! The setting outside and inside were beautiful for pictures! I would recommend to anyone!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception both at Majestic. We couldn't have asked for better or more accommodating service. The site was beautiful, and everyone said the food was the best they'd had a wedding in a long long while. At the last minute our officiant couldn't make the wedding, and Majestic was able to provide us with someone on site, with no stress, and no problems.

The only positive about this venue is the grounds are beautiful. The service is absolutely horrible! From being kicked out of the dressing rooms early, to having the wrong ceremony site set up, to a bad sound system, to spelling my name wrong, there was never an apology. They just found someone in our wedding party to blame. Not one staff member said congratulations or asked us how our day was going. You will feel like just another wedding, not like it is your special day.

Staff was very friendly and easy to get a hold of! I planned my wedding from out of state, the staff made it easy to palm and when I did come into town they were always flexible to meet with me! The food was amazing, all my guests were telling us how great the food was! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I couldn't ask for a better venue. The room was perfect. I do have to complain about the staff, they were not very professional. Half way through our planning the lady we were working with was replaced. The new lady was very hard to gt a hold of. I was told that they would be able to have a different color napkin in by our wedding. I didn't find out until the day of the wedding that they never received them in. The new lady argued with me about how I wanted things to be set up. The food was wonderful, but the way that they passes it out was quite confusing. We were given our salad first, but then received our meals almost last. Overall, I had a very good experience and would use them again.

Majestic was so easy and fun to work with. I did not do my ceremony on site, but they do offer that option and the setup is beautiful. The reception has is a choice of 3 rooms depending on size. We used 2 of them (connected) and they are just fabulous. The ceiling is decorated with tulle and lighting, the dance floors are in nice places and they have lots of options for head table arrangements. Majestic worked with me to make sure the setup was how I wanted it and were really good about me getting in to set up earlier than the day of. My guests also just RAVED about the food. We did pot roast, chicken and vegetarian options and did not hear a negative word from anybody! So delicious :) It is a little pricey but we did ours on a Friday so the food/beverage cost was half of what it normally is!

We were very excited to go with Majestic Oaks for our wedding venue. We had been to other events there and always had a great experience. Our initial contact (Kim) was great - very professional and flexible with lots of good ideas about staging/timeline. 1 week before the wedding, I was unable to get ahold of Kim for our final count/payment. I was finally contacted 5 days before our wedding and told that Kim no longer worked there and that a new person would be handling our event. They did work with me to get all of the kinks ironed out and make sure their information matched ours, but the whole thing added an additional level of stress that is not needed 5 days before the wedding. Unlike other vendors we have worked with, there has been no follow up done by any of the staff members at Majestic Oaks. The ceremony site is beautiful but a bit difficult to get to for some guests (there is no pavement, must walk on grass or be escorted by golf cart). There were areas of mold on the ceiling in our reception room that I did not note when we toured. We had a lot of compliments on the food, it was delicious! I wish I could give this venue a better review, but the issues with customer service and cleanliness of the site were too much to overlook.

They didn't inform the other two weddings that were taking place on my wedding day that they were not allowed to cut through our room where our wedding and reception were taking place to get to the outside in the back. We had to lock the doors and tell the other wedding parties that they could not come through our room. I feel they should have been made aware of that by the event coordinator or some of the staff. That was ridiculous. Also the side dishes didn't taste like they did at the entrée taste testing. They really skimp on the sauce and the potatoes were different, thicker and not as good as they were the day we did the entrée taste testing. Otherwise everything went very well and they were easy to work with.

The venue overall was good... what i didnt like was that the other wedding in the adjacent room wanted to come hang out at our wedding because it was better then theirs. I'm flattered that we were having a better time but wish there was more separation.

The Majestic Oaks venue was beautiful for our wedding site- we had an outdoor wedding on a gorgeous fall day at the gazebo site followed by a wonderful reception in the fireside room. the staff was friendly, attentive, and on-point for the entirety of the evening. Jackie & Michele were also wonderful with answering numerous questions and were quick to respond. I will continue to recommend this venue to future events.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I had my own wedding planner who I could call at any time with questions. The food was amazing, the scenery was gorgeous, and the room was elegant.

We had the Majestic room and the gazebo outside. It was BEAUTIFUL! The event managers were very helpful and they made our day perfect. Its a little spendy but it was totally worth every penny! Food was awesome too.

We had our reception in the Majestic Ballroom and Majestic Oaks. The room was amazing and was very open and had more then enough room for our guests to move around and had a great dance floor. Our coordinator at Majestic was Kim and she was really easy to work with and very quick at getting back to me when ever I had questions. The did an amazing job following all of my set up instructions and the room was beautiful. The food was amazing and I had numerous people tell me it was the best wedding food they ever had. The only thing that bothered me with them was that they started serving tables in the back before serving the head table which I have never been to another wedding where that has happened before so that was frustrating. Overall besides the serving issues I would recommend anyone looking for a reception site to check out Majestic Oaks because it is an amazing venue and very easy to work with.

My wife and I were married on May 22nd, 2010. The staff was fantastic, accommodating and incredibly patient besides affordable. Great main room for events and the like!

Majestic Oaks could not have been more perfect for us. We were having a small (85 person) wedding on a holiday weekend in the middle of the winter. They were there for any late night emails I had, (which was a lot since I live 2,000 miles away) and always had the answers to all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!!

The minute my husband and I walked into this venue we fell in love with the look, the feel and the people working there. The room is visually stunning and went SO well with the theme of our wedding and the outside/grounds were so beautifully kept that our photos were all taken outside. The food was amazing (the chicken wasn't dry!) and the staff during the evening was so helpful. I would and will continue to recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know.

Tons of people told me it was the best wedding food they had ever had!

The venue is gorgeous in the summer, but beware, they may schedule another wedding at the same time as yours, and then not tell you unless you accidentally find out. They have a shared bridal suite that both wedding parties have to get ready in. We had appetizers for our wedding because the dinner plates were just mediocre as far as taste goes. They ended up bringing out a cheese platter with moldy strawberries on it, and only took it away after I insisted they did. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and there are a lot of places to take great photos.

I had a friday wedding in the Majestic room at Majestic Oaks. The cost was great for such a beautiful venue (friday wedding). There were no mishaps and the coordinators were great! Food was amazing
