Make Up by Adele

Where do I start with how amazing Adele is? Not only did she flawlessly create a masterpiece on my face for my wedding day, she also had my 4 brides babes and mom looking absolutely gorgeous for the occasion. When I was searching for a MUA for the big day, my mom wanted me to make sure I chose a makeup artist who had experience with “mature” skin. After chatting with Adele and viewing her portfolio, it was apparent she was the best person for the job. My mom was absolutely thrilled with her makeup and wishes she could hire Adele to do her makeup for her everyday (don’t we all). What I appreciate the most about Adele is that she truly operates with her clients wants in mind. During the trial appointment, my makeup was gorgeous but I decided to go for a much more dramatic look for the big day. Adele didn’t hesitate for a second and said “I LOVE that idea- let’s do it!”. I appreciated that she was open to the feedback and that she truly operated with my vision in mind. I typically don’t have many reasons to justify having my makeup done, but you can bet that I will be finding ANY opportunity to hire Adele in the future.

Adele was perfect in every way. Being a 2020 bride is hard enough, after changing my date (a few times) Adele always made sure I was thought of and taken care of. She made my sisters and I look absolutely incredible and was a joy to have around on my big day. I am so thankful she was able to do our makeup and I can't wait to have her again next year for our second go around! I highly recommend her!

Planning a wedding is hard enough; planning a wedding during a pandemic takes it to another level. I'm so thankful I had Adele as my makeup artist for my wedding! She was recommended to me back in mid-2019, and we established a great working relationship during and after my makeup trial. She was then so accommodating when I unexpectedly had to move my wedding date twice due to Covid. Adele is beyond professional and so quick to respond to communication, and she's amazing at what she does! She helped make me FEEL like a bride on my wedding day, and my makeup was so beautiful! I appreciate that she listened to my requests and feedback, while melding that with her professional expertise so that she created a look that was flattering and to my liking. Her open line of communication via email leading up to the wedding, and her presence the day-of, were welcome and needed. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat! Thanks Adele!

How do I even start this? Adele is the best makeup artist there is. Not only is she extremely talented at what she does but she listens, has a calming presence and is a true professional. I hired Adele for my elopement on 9/19/2020 - she was so great with communication throughout the whole process and made me (and my family) feel completely safe during Covid. I am someone who is very picky about makeup, I don't wear it very often but Adele made me feel like myself but better - which was exactly how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. I can't recommend her enough. She is someone you want to be around on your wedding day.

Adele is a true professional and an amazing makeup artist! I hired her for my August 2020 mini-wedding and I am so thankful I did. Throughout the process, she was kind and thoughtful, especially with COVID happening! She did makeup for me, my 3 bridesmaids, and the mother of the groom + bride. Everyone loved working with her! I tend to wear little to no makeup, so having a full face of makeup on was quite a lot for me, but Adele eased me into it. Her makeup application really did make me feel like an enhanced version of myself! Whether you are a person that wears a lot of makeup day to day or little to none like myself, I would highly recommend her! I am very much looking forward to working with her again next year at my big reception!

Adele is amazing! She was beyond professional and Easy to work with. She was very flexible and kind during the planning process. My make up was beautiful and natural looking, which was just what I wanted!

Adele does absolutely amazing work! She's easy going and makes the process of getting ready fun! She has been doing this for over 16 years and it shows. She knows so much about hair and makeup and will guide you through the entire process. I only wish she could be my personal stylist on a daily basis. Do not look any further, Adele will make you look like a million bucks on your wedding day!

Adele was very kind, easy going, and great at what she does! She put us all at ease and everyone was beyond happy with their results! Lashes were included in the price which was nice and not the norm that I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!!

I cannot thank Adele enough. Not only did she make myself and my bridal party look outstanding but she is so compassionate. The week of our wedding, there were a number of obstacles that were through at us, including the cancellation of a few bridesmaids. Adele did the makeup at my sister's wedding about 5 years ago and did an amazing job, so the decision to book her for my wedding was a no-brainer. She is super organized and helps to streamline the "getting ready" process, which relieves any pressure on the bride to schedule the morning. We had 12 people get their makeup done, and everyone's makeup looked perfect. I definitely recommend!

Adele is the most amazing makeup artist and most wonderful person to work with!!! She is SO talented, my makeup lasted ALL night. she made me look and feel like a princess! She was ALSO an excellent communicator via email and was prompt and flexible, and the upmost professional person ever. She is SO cool too and made me feel calm when I was nervous when the cameras were on me getting ready 😍! I could not have been happier! She's the best!

Words can’t even begin to describe Adele’s professionalism, true talent and expertise in creating what style and look you want. Not to mention she is the sweetest soul and just makes you feel like you’ve been friends for ages! I was honored to have Adele do my makeup for both my engagement shoot and my wedding makeup plus 4 bridesmaids and my mom. Needless to say I felt like the most beautiful version of myself and have the most stunning photos that capture that for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Adele for her makeup expertise!!

From the first interaction to the last Adele was amazing. Not only is she super talented, but she is also very professional and kind. I was so impressed the first time I talked to her because of how obviously sweet she was and how well she communicated. I think her prices are pretty standard for the area and I definitely felt like her services were worth the price. She also gave me suggestions for hair stylists she loves working with as I was struggling to find someone I liked who was available. I would definitely recommend her!

Adele was fantastic! She was so easy to work with and did such an incredible job! Plus she's just a nice person who is fun and easy to talk to ;) She was able to make us all look stunning while still looking natural and elegant! Adele was amazing. She did my make up for my engagement pictures, guest book and wedding. I would totally work with her again, as well as refer her to others (which I already did . Haha). I am not the make up type girl and I felt bad for not knowing what I wanted. But Adele knew exactly what I was looking for. I told her I wanted a natural look with subtle boldness. I ,instantly, was comfortable around her. She was funny and easy talk too. She also was supportive and very team oriented, especially when a unexpected hiccup occurred. Unfortunately, a few days before my wedding , the hair stylist couldn’t do my wedding. Adele found solution and handled it all with my wedding planner. All my bridesmaid loved her and her work too. She was very professional. She was timely on her email responses; created the timeline for hair and make up; and on time on the wedding day. During the wedding day, she was the point person on who was next. She and the other women worked very well together. Adele took all of my stress away during the make up and hair . I got to enjoy the moment. I appreciated her hard work and getting to know her. I am looking forward in working with her again.

Adele was so easy to work with and made me and my crew look great for my wedding day. After my trial, I had some adjustments I wanted to make to my makeup, and Adele took those comments and did exactly what I wanted on my wedding day. I felt so comfortable in my makeup, which was great because I don’t normally wear much. Adele also did the makeup for 5 other friends and family members and they all loved what she did. Adele was the best! She was so professional and incredibly easy to work with. My makeup not only looked amazing, but it lasted through the Sonoma heat and wind. My photos are flawless because of her. She was so incredibly calm on my wedding day and made it easy to relax before our big moment.

Adele is AMAZING! I normally don’t wear makeup and was nervous about having it done for my wedding but Adele made it so easy and fun. We did the trial at her house and I was able to figure out what I liked and what I wanted to change for the big day. The day of the wedding she adjusted the look from my trial and it turned out perfectly!! She also does a great job of coordinating with other vendors (hair, planner, photography) to make sure the day goes smoothly. Overall, great experience, highly recommend!!

I am SO happy I chose to work with Adele for my big day. Not only is she incredibly talented and knowledgeable when it comes to makeup, but she is also so fun and very sweet!! All of my girls absolutely LOVED her and the look she crafted for us to perfectly fit the style of my wedding. Adele and her team are absolutely amazing! I reached out to her very last minute to do the make-up for our wedding and she had no problem fitting my wedding party into her schedule and getting me in for a make up trial. Her make-up techniques are flawless and she makes you absolutely stunning.

Adele is absolutely amazing. Everything from the trial to the day-of was so smooth . She does excellent work and was able to glam up 6 bridesmaids and myself in a couple of hours. She is fun to be around and we all enjoyed having her join us in the suite the morning of while we all got ready. Our gorgeous makeup lasted beyond the reception and photographed perfectly. Adele is THE best makeup artist I’ve ever met. I’ve been in several weddings, and have had my fair share of makeovers for formal events. When I first started looking for someone to do my wedding makeup, I didn’t think I was going to have strong opinions about it. I got my makeup done for my engagement shoot, and was disappointed that I went to that person, because I was not happy with it. I ended up re-doing it all myself. At that point, I went to my florist, Laura Roda Ahmed, whose taste I trusted, and asked if she had any recommendations. She only gave me one name, and I had a feeling that meant I didn’t need another one! Boy was she right. I reached out to Adele, and she promptly responded and got me all set up for a trial. I went to meet her and LOVED everything about her. From her insane talent to her personality, we just clicked. When I looked in the mirror, I wasn’t expecting to see the best makeup I’ve ever seen on myself. I felt the most beautiful I had ever looked and that’s not an exaggeration. Shortly after, I emailed her asking what products she used on me so I could buy literally all of them, and she thoughtfully wrote out a personalized regimen for me. Adele is so organized, professional, and talented at makeup. I’ve always felt a bit self-conscious about my skin, yet she found a way to make me glow; I got so many compliments on my makeup. I wanted to look like myself, but enhanced, and she nailed it. One of the first things my husband said to me at our first look was “you look so beautiful…and your makeup looks amazing!” Needless to say, I was confident on my wedding day, thanks to Adele!
