Jenna, Stephanie, Cindy and Krystal were the dream team for my wedding this past Saturday and I could not be happier with how myself and my bridesmaids/family looked!!! I am someone who never wears makeup or does anything other than let my hair air dry so I was nervous about looking completely unlike myself on my wedding day but I had nothing to worry about because Jenna and Stephanie made me feel completely at ease and really did such a beautiful job with my hair and makeup. I asked for a soft glam look for my welcome party and a very natural look for my wedding day and Jenna knocked it out of the park both days. My hairstyles for both days were also perfect thanks to Stephanie! On the wedding day, I had multiple bridesmaids even exclaim how Jenna/Stephanie/Cindy/Krystal gave them the best hair/makeup they had ever had at a wedding even including their own wedding days! You will not be disappointed picking this team as your HMU team for your wedding, everything was absolute perfection and hiring them was one of the best decisions I ever made!

Choosing the right makeup artist for your wedding is such an important choice–for more reasons than you think. And this is coming from someone who works in the event industry! There’s the obvious reason: You want to be confident that you are going to look and feel the way you want to on your wedding day. Jenna and her team knocked this out of the park for us. We had two brides, eight bridesmaids, and two MOBs, split into two separate rooms. Jenna did the makeup for my wife and I, and there were two other makeup artists who did our bridesmaids. My makeup was exactly what I envisioned, and exceeded my expectations. My wife, who doesn’t wear much makeup, wanted to ensure her makeup felt natural. From our initial trial through the wedding, Jenna took such great care of her and made sure her makeup was the perfect balance of natural but enhancing. And here comes the plug for our LGBTQ+ fam: you will be totally comfortable working with Jenna and her team! The not-so-obvious reasons: You are going to spend a significant portion of your day with the beauty team. In fact, they are likely the first vendor you will interact with on your wedding day. So in addition to finding someone who has the talent, you want to find someone you vibe with. You’re going to feel a mix of things on your wedding day, and if you work with Jenna, she and her team will be there to support you. Talent and vibe are important, but so is organization and planning. Wedding days are unpredictable and you want to work with vendors who have contingency plans for all of the possibilities. Jenna built our getting ready schedule so carefully, which ensured we had plenty of time for everyone’s services and never felt rushed. In fact, my room was ready about an hour early, and we had so much sitting around talking and reminiscing. Those memories (and photos) are priceless. All of this to say, don’t learn the hard way that you get what you pay for. There are many people who can do your makeup, but ensure you hire a professional like Jenna who can do your makeup, support you on your big day, and ensure that contingencies are in place in case anything comes up. For my one wedding of my life it was super important to find a makeup artist that did what I envisioned, a clean, natural, classy hot look. I didn’t want to look at my wedding pictures and be able to see the gloopy concealer makeup on faces, so I was particular in what I wanted, this doesn’t happen with Jenna. Jenna exceeded my expectations and made myself and my bridesmaids’ made us look better than I could imagine. With having sensitive skin, Jenna uses a different set of brushes on each person; that was a big cleanliness plus with me with top notch products. I used my makeup trial for my engagement pictures, I did something lighter for engagement pictures and wedding day I went all out. For my hair, I showed Stephanie what I wanted and she created it, not every hairdresser can do this. On the wedding day, Stephanie did my hair better than the picture, and I saved it for the next day’s event. Everything held in tack, bobby pins didn’t give me a headache. I didn’t know I could look this stunning on my wedding day, hire Jenna and she will make you look and feel like a QUEEN! To see my husband’s and everyone’s reaction was what a bride wants. I didn’t have to worry about anything, no hiccups just perfection. I’ll be back to even do a makeup lesson so I could learn how myself. And supporting a small local RI business mother, don’t think twice about booking her just do it.

Jenna was an absolute professional. From the beginning she was very organized and laid out all costs on the contract. She was easy to get ahold of at all times and quickly made any changes to the schedule or services. I would highly suggest having Jenna and a hair stylist with you during your pictures for touch ups and have them stay up until the ceremony to touch up you and your bridal party. She was such a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend her!

Jenna is not only a true professional who is great at her craft, but she also has one of the warmest personalities! Her hair partner, Stephanie, was also amazing and really listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly. We chose to do without a wedding party for our intimate ceremony, but chatting with these amazing women while getting hair & makeup done made me feel like I was sitting in a room full of girlfriends. The makeup look was flawless and lasted the entire night! I wish I had this team for glam at all events I have to attend. I couldn't recommend Makeup by Jenna enough!

Jenna, Stephanie and the rest of the team were a dream to work with. They immediately put me at ease during our trial, carefully taking notes on what I liked and what I wanted changed for the big day and they delivered! I felt so beautiful and confident on the day of the wedding, and lost count of how many people told me I looked like a princess. Jenna was also extremely patient as I added people to the getting-ready schedule. I loved that she scheduled each person so that everything ran smoothly that morning. I highly recommend her to other brides!

Jenna and Tamara were FANTASTIC! First, they were so professional and kind to me as the bride, the bridesmaids, and my mom and mother-in-law. Jenna even consulted my mother-in-law in Spanish to put her at ease and make sure she got what she wanted. Second, they were able to work with several skin tones and hair textures (among us were white, Latina, and Black women) to make us all look like our best selves - we were all glamorous but we still looked like ourselves, which was so important to us! Third, all of our makeup was locked in. There was rain, there were tears, there was lots of sweat from dancing, that makeup did not move a millimeter. And to top it all off, they finished all of us more than half an hour ahead of schedule, which left plenty of time for touch ups and gave us more flexibility in the rest of our day. There is a reason my other vendors whooped when they heard we had hired her! Thank you Jenna for the incredible service!

My wedding planner connected me with Jenna after I decided to last minute change my hair and makeup vendor only 2 months before the wedding. Jenna put me immediately at ease talking for over an hour on the phone about my vibe and what I wanted to look like on the big day. I didn’t feel the least bit of nerves not having done a trial- I could tell Jenna knew what she was doing! Jenna did the makeup for myself, maid of honor, and two moms on the big day, and Tamara did our hair. My makeup was 10/10 perfect, and everything I wanted. Jenna is truly talented and so are her hair partners. I would recommended Jenna to many people and will continue too! Truly incredible!

OMG is all i can say!!!! Gianna what is my second vendor I found and I honestly wish I just went with her the first time. She was absolutely spectacular in every single way. She listen to what I wanted and followed all my instructions perfectly. On my way in day I felt like a queen and I kept getting so many compliments on my make up. I will highly highly highly recommend people go to her it’s definitely worth your money if you want to feel like a queen or a princess on your wedding day!!!!

WOW! I cannot say enough about Jenna, her artistry, and professionalism. I had tried a few makeup trials before meeting Jenna and was beginning to feel discouraged. For someone who doesn’t wear too much makeup, I just felt like prior trials did not make me feel like myself. Jenna listened to the look I had in mind, but more importantly took the time to go through the details of exactly what I wanted. She nailed the trial and made me feel like a goddess!! On the wedding day, my makeup was flawless, I couldn’t have received more compliments on my makeup throughout the day! She executed exactly what I had asked for, and more. She is reliable, on time, easy to work with, not to mention she is such a sweetheart! I cannot recommend her more!!

First off, I felt stunning! Not only did Jenna bring forward a gorgeous look for me, but she took her time to talk through how I wanted to look and feel, what styles I gravitated towards, and then poof, bam: I was elevated. I feel like Jenna also went above and beyond with logistics and planning. When we ran into a road bump – as any well orchestrated event will - she already had a solution in place and time set aside to walk through any concerns. I would absolutely work with Jenna again. 100%

Jenna. Is. AMAZING! She did the wedding makeup for my Oct wedding (2 brides and wedding party) and we have never felt more beautiful! My wife rarely wears makeup, and I have never seen her look more confident and radiant as she did on our wedding day. Jenna really listened to how we wanted our look and exceeded all expectations! Our makeup was elegant, classic, and not overstated. She took extra time to make sure that our look was exactly what we wanted. Also, Jenna was so easy to work with. We had booked her for a large wedding prior to Covid, and when we had to drastically reduce our numbers and increase safety precautions, Jenna worked with us every step of the way. Let me tell you, having a vendor that is understanding, flexible, and great to work with especially given these crazy times is crucial. She clearly has passion for her work and deeply cares for all her clients. She was an absolute dream to work with!!

Hands down 5-Stars for Jenna & Stephanie. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were so pleasant and wonderful to work with. I was very particular about not looking overly made up day of and Jenna delivered perfectly. Jenna & Stephanie did hair and makeup for myself, my 7 bridesmaids, my mother and now mother-in-law and everyone looked absolutely stunning and in no way over the top. Jenna was amazing from my consult to day of wedding makeup. She was early for set up and very professional and fun! Jenna and her team were the perfect fit! The hairdresser was my mom and friend so we needed someone personable to complete the team! If you are looking for someone who is amazing at makeup, patient, and takes as much time as needed(but works efficiently) definitely choose Makeup by Jenna. A few months before my wedding, we realized that plans of booking a friend to do make up were not going to work out and that we would have to hire someone. I knew that we were cutting it close and asked around to see if there were any friends of friends we could support. My sister in law recommended Jenna, who had done her friend’s wedding, and sent me her Instagram page. I emailed her to see if she was available and was overjoyed to learn that she was! We hired her right away and from the beginning she was one of the most professional people involved in our wedding! Her contract is extremely clear and every aspect of the day was carefully planned, to the minute, to make sure we had the perfect amount of time after hair and before the limo arrived. My mom and sister looked wonderful and I was so happy with my “natural” look. My sister and I don’t wear much makeup normally and she did a wonderful job make it so that we would “show up” in photos but also not so over the top that we felt like it was too much. The fake lashes were a great touch that I would definitely recommend. Most of all, she made all of us at ease through the whole process. At the very end, my mom had to leave to take my grandfather to the church, and she even helped me and my sister get my dress on! We were so happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend.

5-stars for Makeup by Jenna. I knew from the minute I spoke with Jenna I was in good hands! Being the mother of the groom and hosting all the groomsmen prior to my son’s wedding - there wasn’t time for me to meet the “girls” for makeup and hair. Jenna was so accommodating and professional. I inquired with a few other artists and they were immediately less interested when they heard it was just me and not the entire wedding party! Not Jenna - she’s genuine, attentive and so talented! Jenna took the time to customize my look - making sure I was comfortable in her choices for me. My make-up was flawless, natural and lasted perfectly thru the night despite all the happy tears! To all the new couples, if you are looking for Quality Professional Service, someone who truly listens and able to make you look stunning but still as yourself, also with reasonable pricing, Jenna is the one that your are looking for!!! Mark my words. I found Jenna on the Knot kind on the last minute which was only about one month apart from my wedding day. Jenna replied me right after my initial inquiry with a very professional approach, we met on the second day for detail discussion and I decided right away to have her be a part for my wedding. I don’t usually wear makeups, so I was pretty worried about being put on makeup and don’t look like myself at all. But after checking Jenna’s works, my concerns all went away. She listened carefully to my stories and my ideas, and was able to give me suggestions that matches me and my fiancee perfectly. So, we chose Jenna with no doubt. On the wedding day, Jenna and her partner showed up exactly on the scheduled time. They were fast and did really good job on our makeups and hairs. They made us looked like princesses came from fairy tales. The wedding was so perfect. Everybody loves how our makeups and hair matches our gowns. I worked with Jenna twice this year. First for my engagement photos then for a boudoir session. Both times she was easy to work with and did an excellent job with my makeup! I love my pictures and the fact that my makeup looked so great! I would def recommended her and work with her again! She's also on time and easy to get in contact with if you need something. She's also very professional and takes her work seriously! :)

I went for a bold, dark look for my big day. Although many told me it was a bad decision, Jenna did not hesitate in supporting my request. She was very friendly and professional. She executed my look beyond my expectations.

I found Jenna though Facebook and was immediately drawn in by her talent and passion for what she does. I LOVE working with people who are passionate about their work. We ended up collaborating on a styled bridal shoot together, which required a great deal of correspondence before hand. She was very responsive, organized and enthusiastic. When we finally met, after months of planning, she was also punctual and professional yet fun, and she has a great sense of humor! To me those are the most important things, when either working with, or hiring someone- that they love and are skilled at the service they're providing, and that they're reliable and easy/fun to work with. Needless to say, Jenna did a BEAUTIFUL job on the makeup, and the shoot was a success! Highly recommend!

I worked with Jenna on a styled shoot a few weeks ago, and she was Fabulous!!! She saved us last minute and was super accommodating! Our model LOVED working with her as Jenna was so knowledgeable, friendly, and meticulous. Jenna executed the exact look we were hoping for with the style shoot.
