The make up and hair lasted allllll day and well into 5am since we didn't stop partying. They listened to what I wanted to change after my trial and gave me exactly what I wanted on my big day. I can't thank them enough and am so grateful that they were the ones who took care of me and my nearest and dearest on my wedding day!

The day of my wedding, Viena arrived at exactly the time they communicated they would and she did my bridal makeup and hair plus 4 other ladies! :) Viena is incredibly talented! She totally was able to recreate the looks we were going for and even did it much better! She was so nice and easy to work with! My photos came out incredibly great, makeup never looked like it was getting oily and stayed perfect all night along with my hair! Throughout both hair and makeup Edith and Kathryn paused to check in and make sure I was happy with the look, putting me at ease. The results were great! The MUA would even come to the hotel room i was at to do my makeup which was a huge plus for me since i was traveling. My MUA was Kathryn and she did a great job on my hair and makeup she did both within the time frame to get me to the venue on time., even finished early. The makeup and hair stayed in place all during the ceremony and honestly looked better then the inspo photos i had. I couldn't have had a better experience. She made sure every single hair was in place and my style lasted perfectly throughout the day onto the evening. Then, she went above and beyond her duties and was very helpful to me, my mother, and my aunts even after all of our hairstyles were done. She also created very specific hairstyles for them. For instance, my aunt asked for a "Titanic look" and I did not even know what she meant by that. When Katie, was done, I said: "Definitely a Titanic look." She is just wonderful at what she does and understanding what the client wants, as complicated as it may seem. I was a little indecisive about my makeup look because I had two inspo pictures that I really liked. Alexx made it very easy for me since she did not make me choose. Instead, she combined both looks and the result was STUNNING. My mom and aunts also loved their makeup styles. I truly loved that she and Katie do not make any difference between the bride and the other clients. They treat everyone as if they are the bride. Alexx was also extremely patient. She played music and made sure we were all having a great time. Overall, I would recommend Makeup in the 702 to anyone, especially Katie and Alexx. The only complaint I have is not related to the service I got, but more to the way my contract was handled by the business owner. I hired Makeup in the 702 a year in advance of the wedding day, before I even had a trial. I had seen their work and read the reviews and I was sure this was the company I wanted to work with on my wedding day. I am aware that brides do a trial first and then sign a contract, but I decided to trust the company from the beginning. I signed the contract then, and agreed to a payment schedule. I never missed a payment. As hard as my wedding planning got ( My mom suddenly needed open heart surgery and I am her only caregiver, which meant that my finances and overall routine changed drastically), I never asked for a payment extension. Then, something came up and I needed to move to a new place. I reached out to Meg 1 MONTH in advance and I asked her if she could please move my payment 2 weeks, to make sure I had the funds on my account because I had had unplanned expenses and my pay day at work was after the scheduled due date she had given me. To my surprise, she refused. She said there was nothing she could do. I went through A LOT of unnecessary stress just because she could not wait 2 weeks for me. I would have appreciated a little flexibility in this regard, considering that I hired her company right away, before even trying their services and I already had a history of one-time payments with them. A client's trust is priceless and the extension I asked was nothing extraordinary. Nevertheless, Alexx and Katie did such a wonderful job, that they made it all worth it. I would recommend them with my eyes closed.

I don't wear a lot of make up and Kim did everything perfect, did a bang up job but not too much, It felt perfect and beautiful. Freedom made my hair look great and used my hair pieces in a way I didn't even think about! For my trial my hair and make up lasted until 2am! they applied at like 8am! The cherry on top is that compared to other quotes of got Makeup in the 702 was reasonable and I did not get less quality or product. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again.

She was also pretty efficient and we were even done a little ahead of schedule, which is one of the only things that happened on schedule (lol). There was even videos in case I wasn’t feeling like reading a lengthy email lol… We had an early wedding and so the Makeup in the 702 team was scheduled to arrive at 5 am which is super early but Alexx and Sofia were punctual and ready to go on time. I was indecisive with the looks I wanted to go with. I showed 3 makeup looks that I liked but they’re actually 3 completely different looks. Alexx assured me she was going to take elements from all 3 that she thinks was going to work well with my features and she did a fantastic job! Same goes with Sofia. I wanted a bun and braids that would fit with my hat, showed her a few pictures, then she worked her magic. They made me feel very pretty on my wedding day and I am very thankful to them! Even though I did not choose Makeup in the 702, I feel like they chose me to make sure I look my best on one of the best day of my life!

Keep in mind, there was no trial for my make up so Kim showed up to my hotel room at the Bellagio, and went off a photo that I had shown her of how I wanted my make up done.
