Makeup in the 702

I cannot express enough how amazing Makeup In The 702 is! Sofia arrived to our hotel on time and got right to work. We went over my inspo photos together and I showed her what I liked on each one and the little bits I didn’t like to ensure a 100% amazing look. Sofia was so sweet, funny and incredibly talented. She nailed a look 100% tailored to what I wanted. We had so much fun that I was sad when it was time for her to leave. My hair and makeup lasted the entire day into the next morning when I sadly removed my look. I will post a photo below that I look while we were on our way to the chapel. This photo doesn’t even do justice to how amazing my look turned out.

These gals are fantastic! Pure professionalism and kindness from beginning to end. My makeup and hair pro, Julie, was not only talented but so much fun to talk to (and had oodles of helpful suggestions). They truly care and go the extra mile to accommodate any special requests or circumstances you may have. Stop researching and book with them, trust me!

Julie was amazing! She is so talented and so friendly. She was such a great part of my day and it was as if she was like family. She listened, gave feedback and even helped with my jewelry. My friends told me I looked the best they’ve ever seen me. I don’t know what that says about how I normally look but it certainly means Julie was a miracle worker. Meg was a gem with communication and so quick to answer any questions. Thank you!

I have only great things to say about Meg and her team! I initially was in conversation with another company, but switched to Makeup In The 702 a bit late in the planning process. So glad I did! Meg immediately texted me after I submitted my inquiry, and was very communicative and professional the whole way through. She's just so personable and great to talk to. (She was very enthusiastic about my inspo photos, which just made me feel like a million bucks, I must say lol.) My artist was Vienna, and she was perfect for me as a nontraditional bride. She brought my 60's vision to mind for my Sure Thing elopement style ceremony and it was beyond amazing. The whole time she did my makeup, we just vibed and talked about cool bands. Please ask for her if have a unique or alternative look in mind! She rocks. They're amazing!

Meg is very detailed and she responded to all my inquiries promptly. My primary stylists were Alexx and Katie, and they were so attentive to the style that I envisioned for my wedding day. I had 7 people including myself getting hair and makeup done, so I ended up hiring a second team of stylists to keep to our busy schedule on my wedding day. It was great having 4 stylists, they are a well oiled machine! They were able to come to us at GVR the morning of our wedding which really helped us stay comfortable and relaxed.

I love these girls ! They didn’t such an amazing job on not just myself but all my bridesmaids. My make up stayed on for two days ! It was a wish come true and they did everything so perfectly. Makeup In The 702 was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Never having professional makeup done before, it’s definitely nerve wracking to find someone. Meg immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in dicussing my style and expectations before booking. My stylists, Samantha and Katie were AMAZING. I’ve never felt so confident and beautiful. My bridesmaids could not stop raving about them too and want to book for future events.

I did a ton of research for wedding HMU for me and my bridal party and I eventually settled on Makeup in the 702- largely because my sister in law had booked them for her wedding 6 months before. I knew first hand that the hair and makeup artists were professional, listened, and knew how to make hair and makeup LAST from the morning through the after party. My wedding was the same experience. The artists were all on time, listened to what my bridesmaids and my visions were, and made them a reality. We finished right on time, and even a bit early, which was great so that my photographer could take pictures of us in our getting ready outfits without having to rush to the venue. We all were so happy with how it turned out and my hair and makeup was set beautifully through all the happy tears.

I booked Makeup In The 702 to do hair and makeup for my wedding, and I would book them again and again. Working with Meg was amazing, she was incredibly helpful and very flexible. Makeup in the 702 is the best!! I was very nervous and hesitant about booking hair and makeup for my Vegas wedding being I was coming from out of state! They had great communication from the time I booked right up to the big day! Hailee did my hair and makeup and was awesome! She was punctual, polite and so sweet, it was like we had known each other forever! She delivered my inspo photos perfectly!

Meg and everyone from Makeup in the 702 were so incredible to work with. I was very nervous. I had never had my makeup done professionally. We were traveling from out of state. I was also worried because I didn't want your standard natural makeup look that seems to be the norm for most brides. My style is more alternative; bold eyeshadows and full beat. My dress was custom made, and I had a vision of what I wanted, but not an exact reference photo. Meg was the most communicative of all the vendors I worked with for the wedding. All of the steps, questions and required actions happened gradually over time so I didn't feel too overwhelmed. The morning of went so smooth. Despite the 5AM start time everyone was on time and up beat. The best part was I felt like Meg really listened to me and gave me a team of like minded professionals who understood my vibe.

I booked a trial for both hair and makeup before the wedding, and I was not disappointed! My makeup artist, Samantha, and my hairstylist, Freedom, took my vision and brought it to life beautifully. On the big day, I only needed slight adjustments to the look from the trial, and both Freedom and Samantha were more than happy to make the changes. Makeup in the 702 was a great experience based soley on Hailee, my makeup artist. The communication prior to my wedding was weird and things were not very clear. Make sure you read the contract before signing anything and dont change anything once you sign because you won't get your money back

Could not be happier with the services provided by Makeup in the 702! As someone who doesn't use a lot of makeup on the day to day, I was nervous about communicating what I wanted clearly. My HMU Haley listened to my needs and tweaked where needed to get the right look. Alexx and Katie were incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and helpful throughout both of my appointments. From the start, Meg scheduled an initial phone call to understand my vision. I tried growing my hair out as much as possible, but I trusted Meg’s expertise in choosing Bellami extensions, and I have no regrets! As a recent Valentine’s Day bride in 2025, I had a trial scheduled a few days before the wedding. I’ve never felt more stunning in my life! Since my hair and makeup looked so gorgeous, we even did a pre-wedding photo shoot at Fremont, capturing the old Vegas vibe for the same day. It was amazing to see how my hair and makeup held up throughout the day. On my wedding day, I knew I needed more full coverage due to how active I am, and my hair and makeup were absolutely flawless all day long. Both my mom and mother-in-law had never had their hair and makeup professionally done and were initially nervous, but they were thrilled with the natural glam look they got. The monthly reminders for upcoming payments were helpful, and the entire process was stress-free, which I truly appreciated since wedding planning can already be so overwhelming. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making my mom, mother-in-law, and me feel so beautiful on such an important day. We will definitely be back for hair and makeup when we return to Vegas!

Both hair and makeup arrived at the time they said they would and completed before the expected time! We had Freedom and Noelle for hair and makeup for the morning of the wedding for me, my sister, and my mother. They used our reference photos and asked what we specifically liked and preferred from the photos to ensure we were getting our look exactly how we want it! They did a fantastic job with frequent check ins leading up to the wedding day and always hate quick responses to any questions I had! Pricing was fair and overall a great experience

I don't know anything about hair and makeup. I don't own a hair dryer and my only makeup is BB cream, mascara and lip gloss. So when I started planning my destination Vegas wedding, I knew I had to hire a professional. Not being from the area, I didn't know what to expect. Meg was great with communication all the way through -- perhaps the most responsive vendor I worked with, which was so great because it alleviated a lot of potential stress. On my wedding day, we had two makeup artists (Emely and Noelle) and two hair stylists (Katie and Michelle) for a total of 7 women including myself. They were on time and were so efficient! They listened to exactly what each of us wanted, and made sure we were all happy with how we looked. Katie and Emely were specifically my hair and makeup artists and I really appreciated that they made the adjustments I requested from the trial and on the day of. Truly pleased with the whole service and I would highly recommend booking with Makeup in the 702! Ps. I wore my natural curls, and Katie did a great job defining them further!

I chose to work with make up in the 702 for my wedding in December 2024, I believe the ladies we had did an amazing job on everyone’s hair and make up looks, (as someone who is very confident in doing her own make up the only thing I might have changed was doing my own) but it was nice to not have to worry about that extra stress the morning of. End result we all looked great! I’d use them again if I was in the area!

Makeup in the 702 was EXCELLENT! The communication was outstanding from the moment that I reached out to inquire about services. The owner, Meg, personally connects with brides to make sure she understands their vision and offers examples of previous work the company has done to ensure it is understood what is desired. Our artist, Hailee, was timely, professional, incredibly friendly, took her time, and delivered exactly what my wife and I wanted. I wanted a full glam beat and my wife preferred a soft glam. Hailee flawlessly made both of us feel beautiful exactly as we wanted to be! Another HUGE plus for me is the way Makeup in the 702 is the way they are intentional to be inclusive of diverse makeup needs. There were multiple occasions I saw postings from the company promoting both racial and LGBT inclusion. This is SO important! I’m proud to have had our makeup done by such an inclusive, professional, outstanding company! Highly recommend!

Booking a great hair and makeup artist for our wedding day was a must for me. Yes, you could do your own hair and makeup but when it’s the special day why leave anything to chance. Makeup in the 702 absolutely delivered for not just myself, but my MOH and Mother in Law as well. Meg stayed in constant communication with me, from our first email/text through my wedding day and even after to ensure I was happy with the service provided. She continued to check in occasionally with helpful information & tips, and even included what to expect the day of and little things to remember. For me, that was extremely helpful! Let me start by saying my MIL and I were concerned, as both of us have hair on the shorter side. We were worried about what our realistic options for hairstyles would be. Neither of us were prepared for how amazed we’d soon be. Vienna (my makeup artist and our hairstylist) showed up to our resort right on time the morning of our Wedding, and straight away, she began working with each of us to get our hair and makeup just right. I wasn’t only impressed with how well the hair turned out but how well the makeup turned out and HELD UP. I didn’t have to do more than re-apply lipstick from 1pm till 1am. Twelve plus hours of my makeup looking like she just finished, it was great to be able to have fun and enjoy the day and night without having to worry about my makeup or hair. I cannot express how amazed we all were with our hair. My MOH was so excited to have her hair done in a style she’s always wanted, my MIL was beaming and truly felt so beautiful, and I was blown away with my own hair! Vienna is truly an artist in all things hair and makeup. I’m beyond happy and so deeply grateful for the amazing experience I had with Meg and Vienna on my wedding day. From start to finish, everything about their service was exceptional. Meg was incredible in her communication, making sure every little detail and my preferences were fully understood. Even when we made the last-minute decision to switch to a smaller party, Meg was so accommodating and immediately updated the contract details for us. When I realized I’d accidentally given the wrong hotel address, they were once again so understanding and quickly corrected it, ensuring there were no delays or hiccups. On my big day, Vienna was the one who came to do my makeup and hair, and she truly went above and beyond. She arrived right on time, and every step of the process—from the foundation to the eye makeup, to perfectly shaping my brows—was done with so much care and precision. Vienna took her time, pausing along the way to check in with me and adjust things to match my preferences. It really felt like my makeup was custom-designed just for me. And the results? Oh my goodness, they were breathtaking. My husband was absolutely speechless when he saw me, and everyone at the wedding couldn’t stop showering me with compliments. I felt so confident and beautiful, like the best version of myself—a glowing bride who still looked like me. Vienna also did my hair, and it was stunning. I wanted a low bun updo with loose, face-framing curls, and she made it look perfect. She listened carefully to my requests and made adjustments until it was just right. She even took the time to give me a quick tutorial on how to put the veil on later, which was so thoughtful. It wasn’t until the end of the night, when I was taking my hair down, that I realized just how much care Vienna had put into securing everything. It took me almost 30 minutes to remove all the hairpins—there were about 50! That attention to detail meant my hair stayed flawless the entire day, yet Vienna completed everything (both hair and makeup) in just two hours. What truly stood out was Vienna’s calm and confident demeanor. I was so nervous that morning, but her relaxed energy and expert skills put me completely at ease. I trusted her entirely, and she delivered beyond anything I could have imagined. Choosing Makeup in the 702, working with Meg, and having Vienna there for me on my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will absolutely turn to them for future events. The experience was leagues above a similar service I had in California, which was around the same price but didn’t come close in terms of quality or care. Meg at Makeup in the 702 was so professional and communicative. Sofia, my makeup artist, came to me at the hotel. She was prompt, put me at ease, was fun to talk with, and she did a phenomenal job with my hair and makeup. I have a scar on my cheek from melanoma removal and some age spots. You’d never know it when Sofia was done with me. It looked so natural too!

Meg was a pleasure to work with she answered all my questions and boy the make up artist Halie was exceptional she was very kind and so professional. They made my special day a great experience with my hair and make up it turned out just like I wanted and envisioned it.

Hailee did both mine and my wife’s makeup for our 12/26/2024 wedding. As a queer couple coming from New Jersey for our wedding to Las Vegas, we were very nervous about booking vendors that we found online, but Meg and the whole 702 team made the process really easy and put our worries at ease. Meg was super responsive from the very beginning, checking in and sending tips and useful information regularly. My stylist Hailee arrived on time and fully prepared to perform the services requested. She was super friendly and was able to create the styles that we wanted with ease, even providing us with touch-up kits for after she left and tissues for our happy tears. We are beyond happy with our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married in Las Vegas.
