On our wedding day, he was punctual and professional, yet provided a laid-back and comfortable environment for everyone involved in our wedding photos. Evan had an amazing turn around time with processing and making our wedding photos available to us. He has quite an eye for picking out backgrounds and capturing the whole scene and mood of the day. He was very organized about taking those family shots we had somewhat planned out in advanced, but also laid back enough to caption those action shots we did not anticipate. One of the best compliments I can offer was that a guest commented they knew he was there by all the great pictures he took, but they never actually saw him taking pictures - he had just faded into the background unobtrusively. Once the day was over, he very quickly (the next day...) sent us a file with our pictures. Ever a romantic, he explained that we should wait to open the file until we were alone together in a relaxed atmosphere, grab a glass of wine and then view the pictures together. We did just that - from the porch of the Maine Inn we had chosen for a short honeymoon. There we could see how he had captured our perfect day - perfectly!
