Reservation and transportation services are available 24 hours a day, so send them a message today to request a custom quote. Service descriptions: Hourly service - You get an unlimited amount of stops as long as they are completed within the time frame the vehicle is booked for. An itinerary must be provided to the driver. The vehicle is with you for the time it is reserved. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle because it is with you for that time consecutively no splitting hours. If the service runs past the scheduled end time overtime fees will be charged and may be at a higher rate than when originally booked due to surcharges on the day of service. Extra time is not guaranteed to be available so make sure you are considering both the length of time you will be at any stops and also the travel time between your locations when you are reserving your service. Round trip- We pick you up from point A and take you to point B. Then we return to point B at the time/date assigned and proceed to drop you off at the final destination. You are only allotted a 15-minute grace period after pick up any additional wait time will be charged. The vehicle is not with you consecutively. You cannot leave your belongings in the vehicle. Any additional stops are extra. One-way service we pick you up from point A and take you directly to point B . Any stops are additional and you are only allotted a 15 minute grace period. Consecutive service- We pick you up from point A and take you to point B. The vehicle is with you for the time it is reserved. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle because it is with you for that time consecutively. An itinerary for the driver must be provided.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I scheduled this service for my upcoming wedding on 9/14 but after being advised by our wedding planners that they've had several bad experiences with M&M I decided to cancel and use a different provider. I emailed a notice of cancellation to the same person that I emailed to make the reservation on 8/26 (he had previously told me that I could cancel up to 7 days before), and even sent a follow up email after not receiving a reply. M&M is now refusing to refund me because they are now saying I had to cancel by phone and they didn't receive my cancellation because that agent had left the company (no bounce back on the email to let me know it hadn't been received). M&M can see my email saying that I cancelled, but still won't offer a refund. I guess our wedding planner was right!

Did not understand that we wanted our 40 passenger shuttle fan doing constant routes throughout the night to and from the venue and hotels. Many guests had to wait for long periods of time. When I called to book their service they understood that we wanted constant routes. Overall, this was disappointing, and I would not recommend them going forward and would have used someone else.

My wife booked and paid for a limo to pick her up, our daughter, and their two friends. M&M was a "No call and no show" leaving a group of ladies abandoned in downtown Chicago at midnight, over an hour from our house. M&M's response to my wife when she called to inquire on the status of the limo "We had to cancel, we don't have any cars". My wife asked for a refund over a week ago but they haven't issued a refund. Stay away from this crooked company, they're thieves!!!!

I have only used M&M Limo services in the past and had great experiences, but my experience this weekend has changed my feelings. I will NEVER use them again for any event transportation or driving services! I requested and had confirmation for a 22 passenger Limo bus but a 15 passenger old, dirty bus arrived and they would not send any thing else (This bus was actually farmed from them, and they used MANE transportation.) I have waited patiently for a response from the company and NO ONE is calling me back or responding to my emails. DO NOT use this company!

Transportation for our wedding in February 2024 went well. In booking M&M I was very worried about their weather policies given it was a winter wedding. After some back and forth we agreed in writing a more detailed weather plan than the one outlined in their contract. The bus arrived on time, however without ice for the drinks. Driver Igor was not very friendly and reluctant to allow us to use the back trunk space for bags and coats. We ended up being able to use it tho which worked out well because for the 14 person sprinter limo, it was a very tight fit for 14 people. I would book the next bigger vehicle if I did it over again. Overall, they got the job done and on schedule and booked at a very reasonable price.

We are very pleased with the service we received from M&M Limo Service for our wedding on July 29, 2023. They were timely, reliable, and courteous. They picked us up and dropped us off at our venues without any hassle or delay. The bus was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It had everything we could’ve asked for. The driver was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. M&M Limo Service made our transportation stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a smooth and comfortable ride for their wedding.

I would highly discourage you from booking with M&M. We had two short, 10-15min rides booked for our bridal party. The week of our wedding, we received a call that they did not have enough buses and we could be picked up an hour later, or get a refund. Ultimately, we chose refund, which we did receive. We were assured that our second trip would still remain booked. Cut to the day of the wedding, or rather at 10:22pm, 38 minutes before our bus was scheduled to arrive, I received a text saying there were no drivers available for our ride. I received another text at 11:03pm that someone was on the way. Over the next 30 minutes I would call and text M&M but received no answer or response. As you can guess, the bus never showed. I received a call back around 1:30am. While we received a full refund, I'm super disappointed in our experience. Book at your own risk.

We could not be more disappointed in the level of competence and professionalism demonstrated by M&M Limousine & Bus Services in October 2023. Our agenda was to be driven a short distance from a casino to a brewery to stay for an hour. Then we were to be driven to dinner at a nearby restaurant and then back to the casino. We were dropped off at the brewery but then the driver failed to show up to take us to dinner. We ended up taking alternative transportation. Having lost confidence in our driver we canceled him for the return trip to the casino. We subsequently tried to speak with a manager on a number of occasions but one was never available. About 2 weeks later we received an E-mail apologizing for the inconvenience and they took full responsibility for it. However they only saw it fit to refund half our money. We would highly recommend not doing business with M&M Limousine & Bus Services.

Horrible, do NOT book for any event. ESPECIALLY YOUR WEDDING. M&M didn't show up to drop off pick up guests for the ceremony, and left before the reception was over. M&M left with 3 hours left on the contract, and over 75% of our guests were left stranded in an area with no ubers, putting our guests at risk for getting to the hotel. After contacting to resolve issue, M&M refused to refund the hours missed, and kept 100% of the tip we were forced to pay before booking. If you want your guests to be transported safely to and from your wedding ceremony and reception, and the bus to show up, do not use M&M.

Horrible- don’t book. We booked a limo for a birthday, guy was 15 minutes late. Music in the limo didn’t work and the driver wouldn’t help us. Also said it was user error when 1/2 the people in the car work in technology. Said it was his first time driving the car. Requested a partial refund, which they said would be honored and received within 5 days. Been going back and forth with customer service for a month now. No refund received.

If you want the ride you paid for on time, don’t book this company. They were a half hour late picking up my dad and his now wife on their wedding day and then called later to tell me they were going to send a sprinter van as the pick up instead of the stretch limo I ordered. In what world is that comparable? Their dispatch team is beyond incompetent and there is no management available

Not as advertised. Doubled price the week before our trip. Stains on the ceiling. Leaking something onto our clothes. Old vehicle. Missing seatbelts in some seats. Unsafe, fast driving. Over 80 mph at some points. Kept talking on his phone while driving with children in the van. No Bluetooth. No blue lights. Very dirty.

do not ignore the warnings that you’re reading in the rest of these reviews. this company is absolute trash. they’re consist late, communication is non-existent, and their customer service a joke. its a 50/50 shot that you’ll get the color you paid for, the size ride you paid for, the cleanliness you’d expect from any reputable company… the list of disappointments just goes on and on. you may think - well I’ll be proactive and call them…nope. they will flat out lie to you to get you off the phone. go with literally any other company, walk, hitch hike, grab an Uber. just don’t go with m&m

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a 32 passenger shuttle for our wedding almost a year and a half ago. They were paid in full, including gratuity, ahead of time. Fast forward to our wedding day, just hours before, I get a call that the shuttle bus was in the shop for service and that they had no backup, and would not be able to perform the service. They said they had tried other companies with no luck. They did not even mention reimbursement, they just hung up. I get a phone call from someone named Dwayne shortly after, who said he didn't want to be insensitive but that they still could not do anything for us and that "things were crazy with the Notre Dame game" ??? As if that had anything to do with the bus supposedly being in for service. So unprofessional and so much undue stress for no reason. I had to spend over $1,000.00 on another company the day of to ensure my guests had transportation. Brides; save yourself the frustration and tears and book literally any other company. They've done this to so many other people so many times. I was silly to trust the "good" reviews.

Do not use. Booked and paid 6months prior to my wedding and they didn’t show up. Followed up with them several times before the day to finalize the schedule. They didn’t even call to tell us they weren’t coming, we found out they canceled when we called them asking where they were. We were late for photos and our guests had no way to get to/from our venue. Do not use.

Dear Lord, this company deserves all of the terrible reviews. My wife booked them for transportation for the bridal and groom party. 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive my wife call them and they said that the bus broke down and that they were sending another. We asked for and ETA and they said they didn't know. Hats off to my wife for being on top of this as she made the executive decision to have us all drive our selves to the venue. They had the audacity to ask if we still wanted the ride back. For what? To show up late or cancel our reservation anyway? No thanks. If you are looking for transportation to your wedding HARD pass on these people. Also they said they'd have someone reach out to us regarding the service and they just straight up didn't. TL;DR - would have made us super late to MY OWN wedding. I think it's pretty obvious from the reviews that they don't care. Do not book with them you will regret it

We booked two 40-person buses for late-night transportation after our wedding to take guests from our venue to the hotel. The buses were large and clean. The drivers were also very professional! We only booked a one-way ride of 2 buses so we didn't have to worry about the buses returning after dropping off guests. One bus arrived ~10 minutes late, but we were able to get most of the guests off in the first bus and waiting a few extra minutes allowed us to finish gathering a few items at the end of the night. Overall, we had a great experience and we appreciate the late-night service!

We had a horrible experience with M&M limo. We booked with them for our wedding transportation and the driver was almost an hour late, had no clue where he was going, and very rude on the phone. We have been trying to get some of our money back since we only ended up being on the bus for one hour but paid for two, and it has been almost impossible to get a hold of someone. DO NOT BOOK.

My husband and I booked M&M Limousine for our June 30, 2023 wedding. We booked 2 sprinter vans - one to pick up the bridal party and one to pick up the groomsmen to transport them to the ceremony location. The bridal party van arrived early and received excellent service. The groomsmen had to take an Uber to the ceremony due to their driver reporting that he was going to eat lunch before coming to pick them up, despite it being the scheduled pick up time. We also reserved 2 larger busses to shuttle guests back to the hotel. We had booked 3 rounds of drop offs with the last run to be at 11pm. After discussing with the venue, we called M&M to adjust departure times, changing the last one to 1120pm. They agreed and we communicated multiple times to confirm that change, both on the phone and over email. On the night of the wedding the driver came inside at 1050 saying they need to run the last route now since their shift ends at 11. We reminded them that our last route was at 1120 and they said that was not what they were told and they were done at 11 and would not budge. We were told the bus would be leaving in 5 minutes and my husband and I, bridal party, and family all scrambled to try and gather everything from the reception and make the shuttle, with my parents having to stay behind to make sure everything was taken care of and arrange other transportation. Now, a month after the wedding, we are still dealing with the company. They keep demanding documentation, which we are providing, but they are giving us the run around. We have all the emails saved that clearly confirm the services we reserved, but they still will not admit fault or provide compensation for causing not one but two major disruptions to our wedding day.

M&M worked well for our needs. We hired a sprinter van to bring myself and my bridesmaids to our wedding venue. The driver was on time, however, they did call/text me about 5 times saying they were there after I had given them my coordinator's information as a contact person day-of. We arrived on time to our venue with no other issues.

We had a mostly good experience with M&M. Our driver was on time, the bus was exactly as expected, and we were able to get our whole wedding party safely to the venue. However, after telling both the mother of the bride and the coordinator the driver would be making another loop back to the hotel to pick up another load of family members and bring them to the venue. Our driver did not go back to the hotel. This caused our ceremony to start late because several family members had to call an Uber and we lost about an hour worth of time we had paid for. This was really disappointing.

RUINED A MOMENT FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING. THE BAD REVIEWS ARE CORRECT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR A WEDDING. I booked this company for my daughters wedding months in advance. The day of her wedding we got a call saying that the limo car I booked was not available due to the air conditioning not working and they would send a limo bus instead with working air conditioning, which already rubbed me the wrong way, because when I advised the young lady this was my daughters wedding and did not want any mishaps she could care less, after all it wasn't her wedding. So, I thought, fine everyone will be cool. On June 23, 2023 it was really hot. So, we waited, and waited, I called and was on the phone on hold until 30 minutes before my daughters wedding, At that point, I decided to tell the wedding party they will need to take their own cars, and I drove my daughter to the venue myself, while still on hold with M&M Limousine. As I am standing in the Venue, I finally get someone to take me off hold and speak with me, then the person tells me the driver is on the way, but will be 20 minutes late and had the audacity to ask if we need a ride back. I told him cancel everything, we are already standing inside the venue, as we all had to drive our own cars. I WAS SO UPSET with this company, they ruined a beautiful moment for my daughters wedding, as she really didn't have time for before pictures at the venue. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BOOKING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING, I URGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TROUBLE!! The Knot need to remove them as an option from their website the customer service and business is terrible.

DO NOT book this vendor. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. They managed to get us to our wedding on time thankfully, but our end of the night ride to prevent any drinking and driving for the wedding party just never showed up. Extremely unprofessional. We recommend booking anyone else.

Do not use M&M limo for your wedding. Check Yelp for more reviews. Late with no explanation or apology. Had to find drivers to take the groom and groomsmen to the wedding. When the limo finally showed up 10 minutes before the wedding, it was dirty! Driver stated there were no limos available and she just had to take it as is. She was not friendly and on her phone most of the time. I called and filed a complaint and was told a manager would call me back. I waited three days with no phone call. I called back and was told the manager was on a break and that he would call me in 10 minutes. No phone call, so I called again two hours later and was told again the manger is on a break but would call me back. Two days later, still no call. The Knot should take them off their list for weddings. Save yourself the stress.

I booked two 40-passenger buses to transport guests for my wedding day. Only one of the buses showed up. It was not until 15 minutes before the buses were to depart to the wedding venue I received a call from M&M indicating that the 2nd bus was running 90 minutes behind schedule. They told me the bus was on another call and would not be leaving the route. I called M&M twice in the days leading up to my wedding to insure this would not be a problem as I had seen mixed reviews online. And on both occasions they promised me that both vehicles would arrive in time as they would make it a priority because it was for a wedding. Needless to say, several family members missed the wedding ceremony because of M&M's inability to deliver on their promise. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Check the BBB reviews for this company before booking.

Do NOT use this limo service. We booked them for our wedding and they never showed up to pick up the groom/groomsmen. Everyone had to pile into cars and drive to the venue - making them late for the ceremony and pictures which then prevented the bridal party from participating in the cocktail hour. They are non responsive and have yet to make any attempt at restitution and I have called twice.

Absolutely terrible experience. Had a reservation on 5/12 (wedding date) to pick up at 2pm. 2:05p and no limo in sight. After being on hold for 10 mins, the rep had said our driver was 50 minutes out! So not only were we SOL without a ride on our wedding day, they could not even give us the courtesy call to tell us they were running late! I requested a cancellation that day. I FINALLY received my refund today on 6/9, after numerous attempts of calling and emailing for someone to process my refund through for the last couple weeks. I was consistently told that someone would reach out to me and apologize and still have not been contacted. Communication and service is the worst. I strongly would advise looking elsewhere

We had a reservation and they cancelled on us 30 minutes before pick up time. It’s unprofessional and poor customer service. How do you do that to customers? We were in a city we didn’t know and they left us stranded! If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

One and done - first time customers, we ordered a stretch limo to the airport to kick off our vacation right. Right. A 25 person van showed up, no warning. We asked for a refund, and after appeal, the manager said only 25% refund because the van is more expensive. Also, the dispatcher was in another country (India?) when our driver talked to him on the way to the airport. Very disappointing, we will not use them again.

I am truly surprised by the negative reviews of this company. My fiancé and I used M&M Limo last weekend (March 11, 2023) for our wedding. We requested a 24 passenger limo party bus. Our driver Ronnie was extremely communicative, texting to let us know when he was close to our pick up location and when he'd finally arrived. He was on time, made multiple trips, and got us everywhere we needed to go. The bus was clean and beautiful on the inside and was exactly as we had requested.

My husband and I booked M&M limo for our wedding based on a recommendation from a colleague. I wish that I would have looked more into their reviews before hiring. The bus came on time (one of the few positives) but the driver's driving was reckless. He was dangerously speeding through intersections and running over curbs to the point that when we looked out the window, pedestrians on the sidewalk were jumping out of the way and staring. The bus was also obviously not cleaned before they picked us up. Wrappers, bottles and crumbs were all over the floor.

Our limo never showed up to our wedding, and when we called to ask where it was (fifteen minutes after it was supposed to arrive), they said they were still 30 minutes away. We had to cancel and scrambled to find guests to carpool with. Then, I had to keep calling every few days to get a refund. After a month, I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, because they never processed my refund.

The worst limo company. Save yourself stress on your wedding day by not booking this company. I got a text during my wedding reception that my vehicle of choice was no longer available. Luckily I checked my phone once that night to respond and request any vehicle they had to transport the wedding party back to the hotel. The vehicles do not have six capability with iPhone. None one on the bus had a phone compatible, so we had to bring our own speaker on the bus…. Not to mention I booked a 1 hour ride and they did a 10 minute drop off instead with no reimbursement for the rest of the time booked. I read the other reviews and thought things would be fine. Customer service is not much help, and not apologetic for that matter. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT book with this company.

This transportation company was challenging to work with. They changed rates and were hard to get in contact with. I just needed shuttles for the guests from the hotel to the venue and back and they insisted on me communicating with the drivers that day instead of providing them a timeline and schedule. Both of the buses showed up 30 and 45 minutes late to pick up guests from the hotel resulting in the wedding starting late and a lot of unnecessary stress on our wedding day.

The service M&M provided was great! We had three different modes of transportation for our day. Morning for the bridal party, afternoon before the wedding for guests and then again for after the wedding! The only drivers name I learned was Ernest. He was awesome!!! After a delay in the morning for the girls (who were supposed to be picked up first) he went to get the boys first, drop them off, then come get the girls, then drop them off… we had the service for an hour and ohhhh boy we used every minute and then some. Ernest was so nice and patient with us! Would love to have him as a driver again!

We hired multiple vehicles and buses for our Wedding Event. Two of the drivers extremely unprofessional. One driver to pick up groomsmen called irate very threatening that he wasn’t going to wait a few more minutes to take groomsmen to the church. Keep in mind, we spent thousands of dollars for the day. The last driver of the evening topped it all off. Our driver was honking at one of our buses to get out of his way. Clearly the bus could not move because he was loading our guests. He took it upon himself to get out of our vehicle and jump on the bus to cuss out the driver in front of our guests. Many of our guests were frightened of his behavior! We reported this to the company and not one word back! I would absolutely not recommend this company for your event!

Ugh mixed feelings... So the morning of, we had 2 transportations to our venue: one for the bride/bridesmaids and one for groom/groomsmen. Excellent condition of vehicles, exactly what we ordered, exactly on time. The transportation back was a different story. We had a pickup time from our venue back to the hotel at 12:30am for most of our wedding party and their plus ones. 12:30am, we're outside of the venue with no vehicle in sight and no text that they were on their way like we received in the morning. I called 5 times to the dispatch with no answer - this is where I began to panic a little because it was 12:40 am... I finally get a text that our driver is en route so I give him a call. He says he's a half hour away. When I stated our pickup time was 12:30am, he stated, "I told them yesterday I was not going to make that pickup time." The driver was great though, I obviously put none of the blame on him for this. Not only did I confirm transportation the week of, but I also confirmed the reservation emails and texts they sent me. Each of the three reservations with their specific times were confirmed 3 times! The real issue with all this... I emailed them to explain this situation 10 days ago and have not received so much as an email acknowledging my compliant or an apology. Mixed review but it seems like they have a history of not sticking to their schedule, even when you confirm it multiple times. We went with them because the pricing was affordable but honestly, you might be better off going with a more reliable company.

If you want a perfect wedding day then don't hire M&M. It was the only thing that went wrong on my wedding day. They didn't show up....I hired and paid in FULL a year and a half ago. I confirmed with them 4 days before the wedding and then they just didn't show up. I was mortified. When I called dispatch on getting a car they told me, "if you don't have them come in 30 minutes to go ahead without them." As if they didn't realize that you NEED A CAR TO MOVE AHEAD. It was awful I missed out on family pictures because of them. I would never get on another M&M bus again. I used them for work which I will never use again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. M&M was the transportation company our daughter hired for their wedding party bus event. The event started more than a half hour late and messed up the whole evening's schedule which was planned in great detail. On top of that, the limo bus air conditioning did not work well and the whole group was sweating profusely and could not wait to get some fresh air.

Stay away. It was a miserable FAIL for the event we hired them for. NOTE: The driver Ebony was great. The problems with M&M Limo Service included: no security guard ever showed up, delayed over 30 minutes, and the air conditioning for the 22 Pax Limo Bus was not working. It was a 90 deg day. With regards to the Security Guard, the dispatchers and managers could not find anyone to cover for the absentee. We were delayed for 35 minutes, which required us to revise each of the pickups and meet-ups with other people that were on the schedule. Then Dispatcher Liz told us there was nothing they could do, so we needed to put all the alcohol away into the luggage area, then take it out, then put it away, etc. otherwise the whole trip would have to be cancelled. Just ridiculous. Poor operations. Poor Management. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We used M&M Limo to take us around the city to a few locations for wedding photos before our ceremony and it worked out perfectly! They were very responsive, fairly priced and accommodated our large wedding party! If you're looking for transportation options for your special day or even just because, I highly recommend them!

Only use if you are desperate - bad service - came late and no apology. The limo reeked of smoke. The driver had no personality. He consistently drove 5 mph under the speed limit. I never checked as a friend referred - wait until I see her.

M&M provided a great service for our wedding transportation to and from the venue to the hotel. Both drivers (for before and after the wedding) were on time and friendly. The buses were very nice quality. Definitely recommend using them to anyone!

We chose M&M based on a recommendation from our planner and their pricing, but were disappointed with their service. Communicating via email was difficult, but did improve when we spoke on the phone. The bus we rented for the wedding party was dirty from a party they had picked up the night before and the seats were covered in glitter. The driver told us that it was from a prior party, but did not make an effort to clean it up prior to picking us up. They were on time picking up guests and had safe drivers, however would probably not recommend in the future.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY - we had two 50 person buses scheduled for our wedding. Only one bus showed up 45 minutes late and it was only a 32 person bus requiring multiple trips, guests taking Ubers and our event timeline being extremely behind. Horrible communication with dispatch, lied to several times that a bus was present but it was not. Unprofessional and unreliable.

We booked two busses, one for each hotel we used for our wedding. An hour before the the busses were supposed to arrive at the two hotels, Someone from M&M called saying they only had 1 bus and 1 driver. The 1 bus had to do 2 trips to and from the hotel and venues. This then set our entire wedding back 35 minutes. It was extremely frustrating for all involved. Then when it was time for departure from the venue. They said they would only go to 1 hotel and make 1 trip. This is extremely frustrating and left many people scrambling for rides. It should be noted that WE CONFIRMED THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING THAT THE TIMES AND AMOUNT OF SHUTTLES WERE CORRECT. Extremely frustrating experience, and we will be inquiring more about how to correct this experience.

COUPLES BEWARE!!!! Canceled a shuttle last minute wedding morning for the ceremony and put us AN HOUR behind having to make two trips. Then canceled AGAIN that night leaving 100 people stranded at the venue. All of the people they brought on the shuttle earlier they just left there with no way home! When I called dispatch I was cussed at, and told to “deal with it”, and hung up on. WHAT!? To top it all off, the driver of the ONE bus we finally got that night refused to make two trips like we were told he would do, and looked half asleep at the wheel at 11:45pm!! DO. NOT. BOOK. THEM. please whatever you do!!

We used M&M Limo for point-to-point service between hotel and wedding ceremony/reception. Many other limo companies would not do point-to-point service on a Saturday and had a multiple hour minimum. The booking process was easy and price was reasonable. Our transportation arrived on time for both pick-ups and the vehicle was spotless. I will book M&M Limo again for future transportation needs.

Horrible! Never use this company. After calling to say they would be half an hour late due to traffic, they called again and said they could not get to us for at least ANOTHER HOUR and some. That would have made us very late for our daughter's wedding. My husband called back and cancelled, and said he would neither recommend nor use the company ever again. (They did refund our money.) Thankfully, we had enough cars at the house to transport the 10 who were supposed to be in the limo. We literally rolled my daughter, in her ballroom gown, into my SUV! Whilst so doing, the bottom of her dress was soiled by contact with one of the tires. My daughter said she should have learned her lesson 6 weeks earlier when she was in her best friend's wedding. Same company, late to arrive, stunk of weed, and no air conditioning on a 95+ degree day. Please do yourselves a favour and find a reputable company for your special day!

I used m&m for a shuttle bus to get my family of 20+ members to get to and from my vow renewal for my 30th anniversary. The service was great the drivers were very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and this company created huge issues for the wedding day. The bus came 50 minutes late to pick us up which made the entire wedding party (bride and groom included) late for the wedding ceremony. The company/drivers did not call us to warn of delay, instead they lied to us at least two separate times of their ETA. Once on the bus, the driver did not do everything he could to get us to the wedding venue on time, he took many round-about streets to get us to our destination. As a consequence the wedding mass started 1.5 hrs late, causing delays and inconveniences to over 300 guests and vendors. As a result, we did not have as much time after the ceremony and before the reception to take wedding party pictures. On top of all of this, the bus came dirty with open pack of water bottles and spills on the floor. I do NOT recommend this company.

DO NOT BOOK!! I used M&M Limo for my wedding in October 2021, and they picked up the bridal party 50 minutes late. The wedding mass started 1.5 hours late because the bride (me) and groom were not there. We called the dispatcher multiple times while waiting (because no one ever called us to inform us they were late), and they blatantly lied multiple times about their ETA. They told us they were 15 minutes away, then 12 minutes away, then gave us an actual intersection - yet still took 50 minutes from the first call. On top of all this, the bus arrived dirty. The worst part about it all was the horrendous customer service. I mean seriously, it could not have been worse. The partner, Alex, was extremely rude and nearly hung up on us when we called to complain. To give you an idea of the customer service provided: when we reported that the bus dropped us off 15 minutes late to our reception, he said "Oh, so you got an EXTRA 15 minutes." He called the situation a "clusterf***" himself, yet even after spending over $3K with this company, they only refunded us $600. They should also be paying for lost photographer/videographer hours and for the photography permit we could not use because of their huge delay. Again, do not book M&M Limo. You won't regret it.
