Absolute pleasure to work with! I could not recommend them more! Our flowers were perfect!

I used M&M Wedding Solutions for the flowers for my wedding and reception. I purposely didn't leave a ton of room in my budget for flowers, since our venue was so beautiful, but Keneesha was very helpful and made the most of it. We did bouquets, boutonnieres, an altar arrangement, greenery for the tables, and flowers for the cake. Since flowers weren't the focal point for me and I was planning remotely, I sent over some inspo photos and we talked over the phone. I didn't know what they were going to look like of until day of, but Keneesha did a great job executing what we had discussed! Would definitely recommend!

Keneesha had a great personality, but the service was disappointing. First, I paid for her labor to do my centerpieces (cylinder vases with florals and water beads); but to my disappointment, she had no only delivered my florals and centerpieces 1.5 hours late (the florals came 30-40 minutes before my ceremony when we were promised to received them 2 hours before my ceremony), but the delivery person had to finish up 3 centerpieces at the venue. Not to mention, the flowers used in the centerpieces were not as discussed - the florals were tiny and not the same color as I asked for; overall, the centerpieces did not turned out as discussed and shown from the pictures I provided. My bridal bouquet was pretty enough, but not quite how I described - we discussed adding more greenery and color variation, but it was merely just roses wrapped together and the stem/handle was too long that it was awkward holding the boquet. The mothers' corsages and boutinnieres for the men were also very disappointing - the flowers were so tiny, and I was shocked to see that for the corsage, it was literally a tiny flower placed on a flat leaf... All in all, I was most disappointed with the late delivery causing my bridal photos to be delayed.

Keneesha was a great person to speak with - great personality and appeared organized. All in all, I thought Keneesha was helpful with creating the timeline, coming to the rehearsal, taking our things over to the venue and other small tasks, but I suppose I didn’t completely understand exactly what fell in her job description. I was disappointed in her services and I just don’t think our expectations aligned properly. I was somewhat disappointed in both her wedding planning services and the floral services. Prior to the wedding, Keneesha and I would speak via text or over email to set up phone consultations. Sometimes she would call late or just completely forget to call. I would text her the next day saying something along the lines of, “I didn’t get a call from you” or “weren’t we supposed to speak yesterday?” and she would just say yes let’s get on a call today. No acknowledgement of her completely dropping the ball on our phone consultations. When I had a consultation with my caterer about a month out from the wedding to go over last minute things, I invited Keneesha to join my mother and I during the consultation. She told me that she would not be able to make it but that her partner/husband would join instead but he would be 15 minutes late because he was making drop off’s. Sure - no problem. But not only did Rafael show up an hour late with a clip board and a blank sheet of paper, but he seemed to have no knowledge of anything regarding my wedding. Disappointing and frustrating. Moving on to the flowers, I will say they were beautiful. We went back and forth on different styles because I am quite particular, but the style that I ended up with (my bridal bouquet) seemed a lot smaller than what we discussed. For $90, it was the same size as my bridesmaids bouquets, which were half the price. Additionally, the table arrangements were very small. I asked for “low arrangements” as I didn’t want it to block the view of the city, but instead I got small handheld arrangements. Something that I could’ve done. The alter arrangements were large and beautiful, which was actually what I was envisioning for the table arrangements, so clearly she had the knowledge of creating that kind of arrangement, we just apparently were not on the same page. Lastly, in regards to the day-of coordination, I got a lot complaints from my family (at least four women - my mom, my mother in law, two sister in laws) that she was often nowhere to be found when they had questions and when they did find her she wasn’t much of assistance. I’m sure that not all Bride’s experiences with Keneesha will be similar to mine, but I found it imperative to share my experience. I do wish that I had the same great reviews as those above me but unfortunately it didn’t work out as I had hoped for.

Keneesha provided amazing services!! Our floral arrangements exceeded our expectations!!! She was very friendly and accommodating, when we had a last minute emergency at our wedding venue. I would definitely recommend her services to other brides!!

I CANNOT stress enough just how enjoyable working with Keneesha and her team was. She went above and beyond and blew our guests and ourselves away!!! Not only was the quality of work so impeccable, Keneesha made sure to make herself available via phone, e-mail or text to ensure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Her responsiveness was second to none. Just a week before the wedding, I decided that I wanted baby's breath in my hair, and without hesitation she offered to provide the baby's breath to be delivered to the hotel where our wedding parties were preparing. On top of that, she made sure that we stayed reasonably within the range of our budget. Not only are her services so excellent, she has a very warm personality which made her so approachable to anyone who spoke to her. She would help any worried bride calm their nerves. I highly recommend her team for any of their services.

M&M did the flowers and chairs for my wedding. I also rented an arch and had them design the flowers. Everything was beautiful, but the bridal bouquet was not even slightly close to what i ordered. I was told I had been given an upgrade. I was disappointed not to have the wild flowers I had ordered.
