We also spoke with Jack who made us feel at ease leading up to our wedding day. He made sure to go over everything with us. o be there for photos. However one of our guests bus that was picking them up from the hotel got lost and the driver told our guests he wasn’t aware of the route he was given that day. One of our guests actually got off the bus and got an uber because he was nervous he’d miss our ceremony. The bus arrived 10 minutes before our ceremony started, when they were supposed to arrive 30 minutes before. We never received a call or email apologizing for this mix up from M&V.

and paid an extra $600 for a party bus/limo with a bathroom and VIP Room in the rear. On my wedding day they sent me a busted up, old and dirty coach bus with no air conditioning (it was 90 degrees and raining) ripped and broken seats, seats with nails and screws sticking out of the pleather, ripped lights and a broken toilet with no toilet seat! Then to add insult to injury the driver had no idea where he was going and refused to read the itinerary. He made us late to our First Look with our photographers. Then on our way to our ceremony/wedding venue he drove past it TWICE!!!! My husband had to argue with him for 10 minutes to get us to our venue. Then he refused to drive the bus into the venues parking lot and made me and my wedding party walk 2 blocks in the rain to the ceremony. My hair was ruined, the nails from the broken seats ripped my bridesmaids dress. - IT WAS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISASTER! Now the company refuses to refund any money and wants to give a gift certificate for a 5 hr limo ride - LIKE I WOULD TO EVER TRUST THEM FUR ANY OTHER EVENT?!!! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They have no conscience and are horrible.

wedding day, if I run over you charge me. I don’t care. mentioned his gratuity multiple times to multiple people. Was given gratuity from my Maid of honor.. and than proceeded to interrupt my husband and I’s photos to ask for his additional gratuity. When asked if he got the money from the maid of honor he said oh I didn’t know that was it. Thought it was extra. walked away annoyed. I had the bus for 3 hours and the entire 3 hours that I had the bus was stressful for me. worrying about what he was going to say next. for the amount of money charged. I expected better service for the small amount of time that I had the bus. such a shame.

ting in the car perfectly and was delicate to make sure it didn’t get caught, unloaded the car, made sure AC was running in the heat wave of July. Everything was perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better limo vendor! Highly recommend and I will use them again.

They needed to pick up one of my Maids of Honor before picking us up. When they got to us, she got out and said there is no air conditioner and it reeked of gasoline and the driver (who was extremely nice), had to continuously put the vehicle into park to prevent it from stalling. Once we were all in the limousine, we did have to have the windows open to prevent us from inhaling the gas fumes as well as sweating. My now husband called them on the way and requested a refund. They offered to have us picked up after our wedding reception in another limousine which was fine. Overall, the 1956 BENTLEY should not be allowed on the road, but they did make it up by sending another limousine in its place.

he wedding and at the end of the night there was some confusion because originally both buses were suppose to go to both hotels but the drivers decided one would go to one hotel while the other went to the other. I think this might have been because one of the drivers was not as comfortable with some of the tight turns they needed to do at one of the hotels and the venue. However everyone got to and from the venue on time and without major issue. They were also very helpful in getting a guest with a walker in and out of the bus.

t after calls & emails that were sent on my behalf I still have yet to have any results with owner or manger. I used them for my wedding on 10.22. They tried to raise the price for one extra hour that we had to add because of a venue issue. They wanted to charge us for the extra hour almost as much as what we paid for, for a so called “unlimited 8 hour shuttle.” We were again forced to rearrange timeline to accommodate this since we didn’t have an extra $1800 for possibly not even a full hour that we would need the shuttle for. We were asked for a detailed list because even though we had “unlimited rides” we had to give exact pick up & drop off times for wedding party & guest. I sent detailed list & went over it with the company & even provided them with numbers for the groom, best man, bride & maid of honor so if any issues or concerns came up we could be contacted. My husband & his men were picked up not on time but they made it to venue for pictures. The shuttle driver then proceeded to listen to a guest we wasn’t wedding party, bride or parents of bride or groom & told shuttle driver that i the bride was the venue & that he was to take her & my nieces to the venue. At no point did the driver contact myself or anyone to confirm this. He just listened to the guest. I was suppose to be at the venue with my bridal party to do pictures & first look before the ceremony by 4:30-4:45. I didn’t get to the venue till 5:30 & had no time to do pictures as planned. All because of this my groom & i & our wedding party missed all of our cocktail hour which was not suppose to happen. My husband & I also were not able to get the pictures that we needed done. Overall all because of this decision that was made by the shuttle driver our wedding was messed up in ways that are not fixable. We cannot get our cocktail hour back or the pictures with family that we needed. Our wedding day is gone & those crucial moments we can never get back & for this reason I would never recommend this company to anyone!

ey absolutely did! Our driver Angelo was amazing the whole day/night. He provided the white church runner to lay out and was on time and provided us and our guests with a great experience. The party bus we rented was beautiful, clean and huge!! Would highly recommend using M&V limo especially if you have a large bridal party!

Royce and even offered to pick a different car for the day of because of reviews indicating it breaks down/ doesn’t run often. The day of my wedding guess what doesn’t show up- the Rolls Royce. M&V doesn’t ask what vehicle you would prefer or offer any reimbursement for not providing what was indicated in the contract. Although everything worked out, it is disappointing as a bride to plan your wedding day to the last detail and have a vendor just not respect your contract. And we gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times including four days before the wedding. Not giving them a horrible rating because the driver was a doll and the night went smoothly overall. Just kind of inconsiderate and bad business- AND just take the car off your website since no bride has gotten to use this car in months per the reviews.

how the car was running based on reviews i’ve seen where the car breaks down and has issues last minute. I was reassured that it was running great and there were no concerns. 25 minutes before the scheduled pickup on my wedding I was told it was not working and they were sending a vintage Cadillac. There were limited vintage options and choose the car. The driver was great but I was still disappointed it wasn't a Rolls Royce which is what we paid for. We also rented a 45 passenger party bus and a Mercedes sprinter which worked out well but with us spending over $5K with M&V for the day it was a let down. We were offered a free trip to the airport which I will take them up on but no refund or discount. Just think twice about renting that car with this company. You will be let down.

t they call us to make sure our timing works as we did not realize certain shuttles couldn't drive on all roads! The shuttles themselves were nice and clean. We did have some major issues with the 24 person shuttle - it was raining that day and the bus was leaking. Not a small leak - but constant water pouring through the ceiling in the hall and seats. Luckily that shuttle was half full going so people were able to avoid it, otherwise there would be no way people wouldn't have ruined their outfits. I also understand NY traffic could be unpredictable, but our limo was 30+ minutes late and our big guest shuttle was close to an hour late. We had to delay the start of the wedding to ensure everyone could make it and it added unnecessary stress and rush right before the big moment. I tried to talk to them afterwards, but was never able to get into contact with them. I would just recommend giving yourself plenty of time!

hat as the bride I was relaxed and comfortable. They were punctual, kind, and all excellent drivers! The vehicles we chose, including sprinter vans, a bus, and a beautiful white BMW sedan as our wedding car, were all meticulously maintained both inside and out. We hope to work with M&V again in the future!

showed up with an even larger and nicer bus because the party bus driver explained that there was an issue with the bus we had booked originally and they exchanged it without any additional fee. The drivers we had were fantastic! Could not have asked for a better experience.

We used 3 vehicles for our wedding day: a Rolls Royce, a stretched Escalade for the bridal party and a shuttle bus for the end of the night. Our drivers: John, Phil and Zultan were great and very accommodating to our needs. Everyone was extremely professional and did all they could to make sure our day was perfect. Phil and John even offered to fix and fluff my wedding dress train as I walked down the aisle at church! The driving staff, I felt, was much more pleasant and easier to work with than the office staff. Overall though we had a fantastic night and they were a part of it!

driver Vito was unprofessional with our guests using homophobic slurs, was seen at our bar at the reception ordering an alcoholic drink, refused to take guests back to the hotel who were suffering from a medical episode and left the shuttle unattended for a significant amount of time- so long that guests were unable to leave our wedding because he had left the bus in front of several handicap spots and was no where to be found. Once he dropped guests off at the hotel he went out of his way to find my father and ask for more of a tip. I had contacted M&V limo regarding these issues on 7/6/21 in hopes to reconcile with this company but it is now over 3 months after our wedding, we have not heard from them and never received any other correspondence. I am never one to go out of my way to leave a negative review but since I had already reached out to this company and gave them the opportunity to fix these mistakes, I felt other brides need to be aware of this incident when choosing a limo company. I understand every business will make mistakes, but to not take any action to fix them is when I feel they do not deserve the business they received. Highly disappointed in this company and it was embarrassing and unsafe the way this driver acted at our wedding.

MAZING and especially the driver (young guy I cant remember his name) who drove my husband and I was so sweet! He laid his jacket over the car to protect my veil and skin from the heat of the car. I am so glad I ignored the bad reviews because this company is amazing.

They were on time the entire day, for both bridal parties, and for the hotel shuttles. All of the vehicles were in great shape and set the tone for our guests before they arrived at the Church or the Mansion. The drivers were very professional, caring and made the transportation easy and something we did not have to think twice about on our wedding day! Will definitely be considering M&V for our other needs in the future and highly recommend them.

ided to continue to work with this company in good will and not hurt businesses affected by this pandemic. We decided to rent a limo for our small wedding of 25 people through their manager Jay. On the day of the wedding our Driver Felix showed up to our residence, Felix seemed nice enough, but sat in the limo the entire time my mother brought items out to the limo. Obviously this was frustrating to my mother and I. Mind you, prior to entering the limo I gave Felix an envelope containing his 20% tip, hoping, in good faith, he would provide us with great service. I will also note Felix’s driving...break heavy is an understatement. Now, I don’t know if this had to do with traffic, or the fact he wasn’t paying attention to the road. At one point I unbuckled my seatbelt to retrieve something from my bag, and went flying forward hitting my face on the bar on one of felix’s brakes. Fun start to our wedding, but again I was not going to let it ruin the day. After our ceremony Felix asked my husband and I if he could go home to have dinner with his family in watermill while we were at our reception at bistro ete (also in watermill). Since it was in close proximity to us, and we were on our wedding nuptial high, we gave Felix permission to go to his house in watermill for dinner. Towards the end of the night Felix came back to the restaurant and began rushing us to leave and explained to us that the limo was needed for another group. I found this odd but we left. When we got back in the limo, I noticed all of our belongings were all over the floor, my bag was open with my wallet on top which was also open, and my leather jacket was missing. Thinking my mom must have removed the jacket for safe keeping, I didn’t think anything of it. The next morning, I made inventory of all of belongings especially the jacket. I called my mother who stated she didn’t take the jacket out of the limo, so I called jay at M&V limo. Jay stated he searched the Limo with negative results. Our next call was to Felix. Felix seemed very nervous and explained to us that he went home to watermill and “always locks the limo doors” and finished with “that’s the honest truth”. Finding our conversation odd and suspicious we filed a police report and requested m&v manager Jay send us the gps coordinates of the limo. Well, we when we received the coordinates, it turns out our driver Felix did not go to his home in watermill, but instead went to rocky point. When police further questioned Felix about the gps coordinates he explained that he went to a party in rocky point but could not provide further information about my missing jacket, and stated “he doesn’t know what happened to it”. I repeat he drove the limo to rocky point for a party, on our dime. Needless to say my husband and I were furious that our good and kind gesture was taken advantage of. We immediately contacted M&V limo to receive a refund or mediation to this wrong doing. Well, M&V limo stated that they are not liable for any items left in the limo (in contract) and would not be providing a refund. Not even an apology. I am writing this review, because I do not want another family to be taken advantage of by this company ever again. Shame on you M&V limo and driver Felix.

day rush hour with a party bus and did it for an extremely reasonable price. They also waited for the me the bride “who was late” on my wedding day with no extra charge. A huge shout out to my driver Mike, who literally calmed my nerves every step of the horrible NYC traffic on the way to the ceremony and back to the reception. I cannot thank him enough, a true class act! Highly recommend !!!
