The food was phenomenal! Multiple guests told us this was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Our passed appetizers included lobster rolls, Jonah crab cakes, and short rib pancakes, along with a beautiful charcuterie board. The passed apps were incredible, especially the crab cakes, which I still dream about. For dinner, we had herb butter salmon, pork tenderloin, salad, rolls, potatoes, and grilled broccolini, all served family-style. Every dish was delicious and plated beautifully. The bartending was also a big hit—we served blackberry margaritas and mint juleps that guests loved.
Beyond the food, MANE Catering’s pricing was extremely reasonable for the quality, professionalism, and level of service we received. It felt like incredible value, and we were still able to have everything we wanted.
What truly made our experience unforgettable was Moesha, our day-of coordinator. She is an absolute gem! Moesha started meeting with me months in advance and helped ensure we had every rental item we needed for our backyard wedding. Being able to lean on her experience made me feel so much more confident planning our wedding while living in a different state. She responded quickly and clearly to all communication and went far beyond what we ever expected. The day before the wedding, when I was stressed about finishing our DIY seating chart, she volunteered to make the vinyl label on her circuit at home, and she purchased extra matching ribbon when I ran out. I can’t overstate how much of a relief that was.
On the wedding day itself, Moesha completely took away all of my stress. Because of her calm, organized, and thoughtful demeanor, I was able to fully enjoy every moment of the day. Quite honestly, even without the phenomenal food and service from MANE Catering, I would choose them again just for Moesha.
If you’re considering MANE Catering for your wedding or event, I can’t recommend them enough. You can expect incredible food, fair pricing, and a coordinator who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond. We can’t recommend them enough!

They catered our entire wedding weekend, starting with a rehearsal dinner BBQ featuring super tender and tasty brisket that even impressed a few family members from Texas. At the wedding, they served appetizers including lobster rolls that were a huge hit, followed by delicious rib-eye, tenderloin, and chicken that everyone raved about. They even provided a farewell brunch on Sunday with a wide array of savory and sweet items for our entire bridal party, accommodating a special request for chicken and waffle bites.
The staff was warm, friendly, and eager to help throughout the weekend, making everything run smoothly. Between the outstanding food, excellent service, and thoughtful attention to every detail, MANE Catering exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding truly memorable!

up with a custom menu perfect for our event. When the big day came MANE's team were skilled professionals at their craft, and the food was AMAZING. For cocktail hour we selected three passed apps - the chicken and waffle sliders, street corn fritters, and steak tacos. My husband and I were delivered a plate with each one at the start of cocktail hour to ensure we had the opportunity to enjoy and it was like little tastes of heaven. For dinner we decided on family style service, which was truly the best too support for our large headcount (~200 people). Each guest was still served at their seat, but able to enjoy as little or as much of each thing as they wanted. MANE catered to all of our guests with allergies and restrictions, including custom meals or adjustments to ensure a great experience for all! Highly recommend MANE for your event!

And the most important part, the food was AMAZING! We had specific requests for food items from our home states, which they accommodated easily and made some delicious options. My mouth is literally watering thinking about the incredible appetizers and menu items that they created. I would go there for dinner regularly if I had the option to do so! c relationship with the folks there. Second, the food was amazing! Nic was super flexible and was able to accommodate all allergies, dietary preferences, and even likes/dislikes. When I told him I didn't eat pork, he sent over an entire sample menu to choose from without pork in sight. He helped us customize our options at the perfect price point for our event. He also offered us a tasting before we signed a contract, which we really appreciated. We ended up taking the tasting after signing the contract due to COVID, but we were NOT disappointed when we eventually had the tasting a couple of months before our day. The tasting was such a special event that made us even more confidant that we had picked the right caterer - I think we could have closed our eyes and picked any of the food that we were served, and it would have been the right choice! They also helped us out with our rehearsal lunch, giving us many options and being very flexible when we changed our mind a couple of times. We went with sandwiches for our rehearsal lunch, and they sent over so many that we had enough for a few extra guests that had shown up, as well as leftovers! On the day of the wedding, all of our guests commented on the amazing hors d'oeuvres and dinner. M.A.N.E. Catering will give you a scrumptious meal with lots of customization options with great value - you can't go wrong!
Wasted a month talking about our wedding with them for them to suddenly cancel working with us due to high interest in our date/increase in food prices, only to change their minds ...
a week later saying we needed to meet minimum prices and they could in fact do our event. This would have been perfectly fine had it been mentioned to us before abruptly cancelling. Also we had a budget at the beginning and was told this could be accommodated only to receive invoices totaling well over the original agreed upon budget. Was also told we could not try our wedding cake (cheesecake), and to have bar services we were not only required to pay 1 hour for set up, 1 hour for clean up (that’s not including serving hours) but also would cost more to move a bar from outside for cocktail hour to inside for reception. Not to mention we wanted a buffet set up for pizza, and were told originally it was our decision on how many serving staff we could have but minimum of 2, they recommended 3 as for some reason guests at a wedding apparently can’t serve themselves pizza we needed someone standing there to do it for them, something we did not find necessary. We were later told we had to have 3 staff and in fact did not have the “option” of deciding for ourselves anymore. Had they been up front and honest to begin with, we likely would have booked with them, but the quick to cancel mentality and changing of requirements made us choose to go with someone more reliable and honest.

ance. We it came time for our call, nobody showed up. We waited 45 minutes, still nothing. I called twice and emailed, no response. The call was scheduled for a Friday, so I did not get a response until Monday. I was told that the receptionist didn’t realize the owner was off that day. I understand things happen, but I don’t want that to happen on my wedding day! We sadly passed on this vendor due to their lack of organization.

Nicholas was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating of our budget. We worked together to develop menus that not only fit within our budget but fit our vision and tasted (and looked) incredibly high end. I cannot more highly recommend M.A.N.E. as your wedding caterer!

From the first time we met with M.A.N.E. for our tasting, we knew that the food would be just what we were looking for. They have wonderful options for passed hors d'oeuvres, main courses, and sides. fresh, seasonal, local flavors. He did not disappoint. From the moment we met Nick we were excited. He has a true passion and creativity for food. We went to two tastings and there was not one item that we did not like. His menus are amazing so it made it that much harder to choose what we wanted. We ended up going with apps: sirloin sliders, stuffed mushrooms, mini lobster rolls, and mini grilled cheese w/ tomato soup shooters. These were a huge hit! Our main courses were ribeye, scallops w/ maple cream sauce, and tomato basil chicken. Our guests were so impressed with the quality of the food. Some have been to many weddings and have never had food this good. It is hard to cook for a large crowd, but the wedding food was just as good as the tasting. Nick and his team provide excellent customer service and his prices are reasonable. Book with MANE and you will not be disappointed. We only wish he had a restaurant so we could eat his food every week!

the staff were just incredible to work with! We were adding services to our invoice right up until days before the wedding and they were on it! They catered our drop-off buffet for the rehearsal and full service, family-style meal for the reception. We have heard from a lot of our 175 guests that they LOVED the food, especially the meatball on the potato chip appetizer! Just sayin' (and it was gluten-free!) If you're looking for a venue and caterer, the pair work great together, coordinating the table setup, service, and bar. We couldn't recommend the food from MANE higher. All our guests raved about everything they ate, from the appetizers to the dinner menu. We went with a family style service which they executed great!
From the beginning, Nick was always professional and catered to our desires. After discussing our likes and dislikes and what we wanted from our food, Nick created a custom menu for our wedding that was amazing and very reasonably priced. His food was some of the best that we tasted and definitely had the highest value. We wanted out menu to be different from the usual bacon-wrapped scallops as the seafood option, basic steak or chicken for the dinner and he really delivered on that! We had a totally unique menu that was exactly what we were hoping for. For the rehearsal dinner, Nick served lobster rolls, chowder, corn and salad that was some of the best many of our guests (most from Maine even) have ever had!
