Was good in the beginning with the booking process but didn’t hear anything until the morning of our wedding after we made numerous calls to them the week of to make sure everything was good. This company will never return your phone calls once...
you sign the contract. We booked the 26 passenger bus and the minimum time for a contract was 2 hours, yet they took it upon themselves to show up 50 minutes late when I told them our ceremony would end a little later than the start time of the contract and with a different bus that only fit 15 comfortably. Every employee we spoke with gave us a different excuse as to why the bus was late. Also there were no cups or drinks on the bus as stated there would be. We wanted to file a complaint after the fact but realized you can only file a complaint within 48 hours of your use, which is quite convenient considering most couples are going on a honeymoon and aren’t going to have time to call and probably not get an answer. Do not use this company, save yourself the stress.

My husband called the owner answered and told my husband the same thing he was out of office and would get back to him. Now the same thing has happened he refuses to answer my husband as well. d to prevent being late to the ceremony. The owner then had the audacity to text me while I was on the way to my ceremony to complain to me that the men did not wait for their bus.
I called the owner the Monday after my wedding because he charged me for the full amount even though he breached contract and we did not receive the services requested. He did nothing but fight with me and tell me it was my fault.
Do yourself a favor and proceed with caution.

ith no response for MONTHS. Finally, I called to tell them I wanted to cancel and they sent me over a contract right away with the incorrect date. Told them I still want to cancel and need my deposit back since we never signed a contract. They will not answer any of our calls or emails now.

We were not hearing back until 1 week prior when everything was confirmed and the group (Kevin, manager/owner), was very apologetic about not getting back to us. The day of our wedding we had 20 adults + a 7 year old in addition to 4-5 coolers we packed ourselves. We had space on the “Beast” bus (seats 26) to be comfortable.
