Wedding food can be hit or miss, but here it’s a HUGE hit! Everyone loved their entrees, and my husband and I were so hungry and grateful they served us first so we could spend a moment just eating and enjoying. They had no problem accommodating anything we wanted, as we had a mobile mini golf course set up for everyone to have fun with. Truly a beautiful space with a professional team, who has done this time and time again. Can’t recommend Maneeley’s enough. We had a perfect wedding day.

Sandy sold us immediately on the venue with her passion and all that the venue had to offer that we cancelled the rest of our venue tours and booked our wedding the same day! I truly cannot complain about one thing... The food was amazing, our guests raved about the food and several told us that it was the best food they have had at a wedding. The portions and quality were beyond my expectations....The decorations and cake being all included and personalized made wedding planning SO SO SO easy. This took SO much stress off of my plate.... The venue is so beautiful and I loved the options for the different ceremony locations. Sandy is truly the best, very knowledgeable and so accommodating! Most businesses make you feel like a transaction, this was not the case. Sandy and The Team made my wedding day so special and memorable, truly a day that I will never forget! They know what they are doing! 100/10 would recommend. I am hoping that I have a family member or friend book their wedding here in the future so that I can experience the venue as a guest and reminisce on the best day of my life!

the ground up, literally. When we first starting planning our wedding, we met with Bruce & told him our crazy idea to get married on Dzen Tree Farm, our family’s farm. Without a second thought, Bruce immediately jumped in & eased all of our anxieties away about figuring out how to bring this idea together. From that point forward, we knew we were in good hands. I’ll be completely honest, when we first met with Bruce I had tears in my eyes because of the amount of weight lifted from my shoulders. And each time we met with him and Sandy, the weight continued to lift. They listened to us then took on our dreams & plans and built it into something we couldn’t have imagined. Bruce & Sandy handled everything—and I mean everything. They coordinated with our vendors, contacted & brought in our tent and rentals, secured toilets, advocated for our wants and needs, organized our place settings, brought in their A-team to cater to our guests, made the best meals & drinks that our guests are still raving about, and the list goes on and on and on! Bruce & Sandy didn’t just provide catering for our wedding; they built our wedding & were the voice of reason making sure our day was exactly what we wanted. It’s hard to put into words how grateful we feel for Maneeley’s. The easiest way to say it is, we could not have managed this day without them & we will continue to rave about how amazing they are! Thank you Bruce, Sandy, Rebecca, and all of our amazing amazing Maneeley’s crew!

ps make your wedding night super special! The lodge was absolutely beautiful - they did a perfect job decorating both the inside and outside. Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere. They were very flexible with dietary restrictions. Both Sandy and Bruce were extremely accommodating throughout the wedding planning process and went out of their way to make certain things happen. Our perfect wedding night came to life with the help of the entire Maneeley's family. We would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking to have a wedding (or really any event) to check them out!

had every single detail layed out and made our decisions very easy. She brought up things we hadn't thought of and helped us so much. We only looked at a few other places, but all the other places would charge you to rent their decorations or you couldn't bring in outside decorations. Sandy and her team had so many decorations that you could use for FREE (wine barrels, lanterns, signs, card box, etc), and asked if we wanted to bring anymore. We brought an Arch, a wagon, and several signs, that Sandy and her team set up for us. The food was great at the wedding, the guests loved it all. The night of the wedding we ordered catered food to take back to the hotel so our guests had a late night snack. Shoutout to BRUCE! I can't think of one negative about the entire experience. Start to finish, it was all so easy. We received several compliments from guests as it was their favorite wedding they've been to. A handful of guests have asked about prices, etc, as they have family getting married and want to recommend Maneeley's. I imagine I will be back here, as a guest, and cannot wait!

They are very reasonably priced, served outstanding food, and had so much more included in their wedding package compared to the other venues that we looked at. The staff was awesome! Sandy was absolutely amazing to work with, she was so helpful and was always responsive to our questions and concerns, from our first meeting to the wedding day, she was great! The day of our wedding we also had a very kind and helpful staff member, Christine I believe, who was by our side keeping us on track and helping us with anything we needed throughout the night. We had so many people come up to us about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was! We even had people tell us they want their kids to get married there! It was the perfect venue and we are so happy that we had our wedding at Maneeley's! Thank you for making our wedding everything we could've imagined and more!

My now husband and I worked very hard to make sure our wedding would be safe for all of our guests and Maneeleys went above and beyond to put the safety of our guests as the #1 priority as well. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how professional and friendly the staff were. I must admit, I fell in love with the venue because of how incredible the Grand Lodge is so I was a little disappointed knowing we would be having an outdoor tented wedding instead but when I arrived at the venue the morning of I began to sob because of how gorgeous the set up in and around the tent was. If we had to do it over, we wouldn't change a single thing. It was truly the best day of our lives. Thank you to Maneeleys and Sandy, and a special shout out to our attendant, G., who took extra care of my husband and I throughout the night!

! They were able to not only provide a gorgeous venue but they were also able to incorporate every different little detail that my husband and I wanted included in our big day! There was only one small snag the day of but it was taken care of incredibly quick and the day went off without a hitch! My husband and I are still getting amazing reviews on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. We were assigned one gentleman to be with us the whole evening and he was absolutely incredible! He was very helpful with everything we asked for and he was very attentive! We can not thank Maneeley's enough for everything! I would highly recommend that if you're looking for a beautiful, rustic venue to get married, Maneeley's is the place to go! They're staff is unbelievable professional and I could not have asked for a better staff and venue for our big day!

ere we wanted to be. Sandy and Rebecca were very easy to get ahold of and answered every silly little question I had. The week of the wedding I was still stressed about a few things however our reception was NOT one of them as they had everything under control. I knew from the second we got out of our transportation from the church that I didn’t have anything else to worry about and we could just enjoy our friends and family. I wish we could do it all over again!! My only advice is to make sure to enjoy your apps!! They were provided in our bridal suite but I didn’t get any! Besides that, the staff (especially Logan) were excellent at making sure we ate our dinners which we very much appreciated! I do have to give a bigger shout out to Logan since he handled our huge wedding party and timing throughout the night with great fitness!! Thank you all soooo much, it truly was the best day of our lives. 😊

ut a question. The Lodge is a beautiful location- AND they provide so much of the décor for you... all the linens, décor, pretty lighting, centerpieces, it is just simply amazing. Since booking, Sandy was consistent and very helpful at answering all my questions so quickly ( which at times occurred numerous times a week). I never received a rude response which allowed me comfort in ease without hesitation to reach out; she is a wonderful person. We started working with Rebecca as the day got closer for the little details and she as well is a wonderful helpful human being. Everything was set up perfectly and beautiful, more than I could imagine. The only slight issue was a table change in numbers based on the worksheet given so seating was a little mixed up, but it was resolved immediately. We ordered many plates for vegan and gluten options and all our guests were pleased with what they were provided. Many compliments on the food. We were one rowdy crowd but not a second where anyone in the Maneeley's staff seemed annoyed with us. Logan walked around and helped anytime myself or my groom was empty handed. It was an amazing experience overall and it was such an ease working with Maneeley's. If you visit Maneeley's but are still unsure if you want to do the wedding there, think again. It will be the best decision you make. Thank you for everything Maneeley's. Our day was perfect.

They went above and beyond what we imagined and hoped for our day. We are truly grateful to everyone at Maneeley's. We highly recommend!!! They also hosted two other weddings we have been to and those weddings were wonderful as well. Truly take a chance to check them out, you won't regret it!

She really helped make the whole process fun and relaxed and genuinely wanted us to be happy with every element of our day. During our wedding Rebecca and Logan were truly amazing. They were super attentive to our needs. Always made sure we had a full drink in hand and made sure we had plenty of food to eat. We really can't say anything negative about all of the waitstaff as they were amazing to us and our guests as well. We got married in the Grand Lodge on 9/14/18 and the venue is absolutely breathtaking. We received compliments the entire night from our guests with how beautiful everything was and they could not believe a place like this exists in Connecticut. This venue really is a hidden gem! We went with the buffet option and the food was delicious. Our guests kept talking about how much food there was and how they didn't eat anything they didn't like as it was all very delicious. We also had the mashed potato bar and they were served in little mason jars which complimented the venues theme and our guests loved it. Our wedding truly was perfect in every way and we can not recommend Maneeley's enough! If you are looking for something different, rustic, elegant, and beautiful the Grand Lodge will not disappoint!

er was rude to me, the bride, when I asked for coffee and then proceeded to pour hot coffee next to a toddler not even a foot away. The bar on the patio was closed for a little while due to “potential inclement weather” when it was sunshining-but that was quickly rectified by our coordinator! But stuff is bound to go wrong on a wedding day so all in all it was a great day! Rebecca, our coordinator, made everything seamless and helped us feel so much more at ease! The new pavilion outside of the lodge is gorgeous and all of the aspects of the venue turned out great in photos. Our guests are still talking about how great the wedding venue was! As we didn't have a wedding planner, at first I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the little details that go into the wedding, but Sandy and Fern really made me feel confident I was in good hands. The day of the wedding the staff was polite and went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were happy. The food was great, people were excited about the Tuscan Display, and filled more than one plate of food at the buffet. My maid of Honor has some very particular food allergies/restrictions, and I needed to be sure she was taken care of. The staff was so wonderful making sure she was accommodated, she actually told me it was the best food she's ever had at a wedding!

The decor in the Lodge was EXACTLY what I imagined! And the staff was so happy, accommodating, and nice to our family & friends the entire day. Everyone was raving about how good the food was and no one wanted to leave the Tuscan station! We have received many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful the staff was. Everyone complimented on how much fun it was, and how good the food was! (it really was). They know exactly what they are doing and have everything down to a science. It even rained right when the ceremony was about to begin, but I didn't have to worry a bit. They had set up the lodge within 20 minutes for the ceremony and it was as beautiful as ever! I had the wedding of my dreams and Maneeley's made it all come together. I cannot thank them enough! Amazing place, stunning lodge and grounds, gazebos, pergola, so many options and delicious food! People who are what I call "food snobs" lol were even complimenting the food. Anyone who has their wedding at Maneeley's, I can vouch from experience, you will not be disappointed. when we chose to do an offsite wedding they were all too happy to cater for us. We used their rental service to get the tent, tables, etc. Sandy was very thorough with me and my now husband. I think I'm the last month leading up to the wedding Sandy and I exchanged 5-10 emails a day. She was very quick to get back to me with times and answers to questions I had. The staff was amazing. Friendly, very attentive. My guests had nothing but positive reviews about them. John and Fern were always on top of all the needs we had. They were quick to fix anything if needed. They went above and beyond for us. The food!!! Omg! The food. I spent nights dreaming of the food. We had extra food and still a few days later the steaks (reheated) melt in your mouth. The chicken... soooo good so moist and flavor full. Now the real treat. The thing I dreamed of the most. The mashed potato bar. When we went to the tasting they tasted amazing, but we later learned that they serve the potatoes in mason jars!!! That was perfect. Seeing as to how we had a very rustic theme for the wedding and our centerpieces were mason jars they worked very well. But I swear these potatoes. I love to load my food with salt and pepper. But these potatoes had so much flavor that I couldn't kill them by doing that. All and all myself and my guests loved every bit of the experience we had with Maneeleys.
