Manifest Coffee is a wedding beverage service based out of High Falls, NY. Fully mobile, they serve gourmet coffee from their espresso trailer, which can be stationed inside or outside your venue. Their menu includes everything you would order at your local cafe, bringing warmth and atmosphere to your special day. Owners Beth and Elliot Steele opened Manifest Coffee in 2020. Their aim was to create a space where people could order a delicious hot beverage without feeling guilty about it. To facilitate this experience, they roast their own coffee beans and use the highest quality all-natural ingredients with no added sugars. Expert baristas, they dedicate themselves to perfecting their craft and look forward to perking up you and your guests with their delectable drinks. Manifest Coffee makes expressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and decadent hot chocolates from their fully outfitted espresso trailer. They also offer specialty beverages, including chai tea, matcha lattes, and cooling iced selections. Whether you’re looking for a morning pick-me-up or an after-dinner expresso, they have you covered. They can also make arrangements with a local bakery if you fancy something sweet to accompany your brew. Fully flexible, they are committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service to enrich your celebration.

Manifest added a great touch to our wedding and people loved the coffee! Elliot was easy to work with throughout - he was organized, flexible with logistics and even personalized the menu so that our favorite coffee drinks were included.

Elliot and Elizabeth were so wonderful to work with for our 9.24.2022 wedding! They responded to all my messages quickly and answered all my questions. They provided after dinner drinks which were definitely needed for our outdoor wedding the temperature dropped significantly when the sun went down and their vanilla latte brought me back to life and was actually the best vanilla latte I have ever had. The options for drinks Manifest had available were endless, coffee, espresso drinks, tea, cider, hot chocolate, you name it! I am so grateful I stumbled across this business and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for delicious coffee for their wedding. :)

Elliot was honestly the sleeper hit of our entire wedding weekend. His menu of drinks was perfection and his enthusiasm and warmth is infectious— it was so wonderful to have Elliot carve out an informal, relaxed time for everyone to gather and recharge. Really an unexpectedly memorable experience that I would recommend to everyone. Practically, he was a dream to co-ordinate with and showed up early and took care of everything he needed, himself— pure autopilot with a smile and heart of gold. I should say I have ridiculously, unfairly high standards for coffee and especially espresso based drinks; I’ve lived in Europe and NYC and tried hundreds of espressos and I can honestly say Elliot is in my top 5 all time. He roasts his own blends and truly knows his stuff down to the nerdiest details. Elliot is that rare combo of good people and even better craft and service. This is the easiest choice you’ll make for your whole wedding: your guests will thank you, your future self will thank you.

Having Manifest Coffee create and serve hot beverages at our November wedding was one of the highlights. Our guests still talk about the coffee and hot chocolate truck! Manifest was extremely flexible and considerate when coordinating and were great to work with on the day of the event. An amazing addition to any event!

My wife and I started Manifest Coffee after having our own wedding and not being able to find a good coffee shop that could come out to our barn venue. This planted the seed for building our espresso trailer. I have been roasting coffee for years and gave a passion for sharing coffee with others through well made and delicious drinks. We love doing weddings, if even just for the look of relief when guests see that there is a fully functioning coffee shop where they are spending the next few hours.
