Manly Bands

It's junk. I bought a tungsten band with a shell/Beachwood inlay under resin. 2 years later the resin has worn away and the tungsten is sharp where it met the resin so it scratches anything I touch. I work on computers so minimal wear on my end. They said it's a 1 year warranty but they'll give me 40% off my next order. That's 500$ for tungsten.

Please use a real jeweler and avoid this company. We ordered a ring and it came in as a 6, not an 8. We sent it for a resize and it came back smaller! He couldn't even fit it over his knuckle. This whole process took 3 months. Their customer service got snippy when I refunded and blamed us, despite him getting measured in person and using their own sizers. It's not worth it!

My husband lost his ring on New Year’s day and we wanted a replacement, so I inquired about whether I might be able to receive the same discount again as when I bought the first one. They said no, and I thought it was a bit annoying but fine. So I asked if the 20% off sale they were currently having was the best I could expect for a while, or if they could possibly give me a time frame when I could expect a better sale to wait for. They said they weren’t able to tell me since they just had a big holiday sale in December, but told me to check the website periodically as they have multiple throughout the year. This felt very unhelpful as it left things up to me completely. So just as a shot in the dark before giving up, I asked if maybe I could receive the holiday sale since it just ended and I hadn’t known that I would need it at the time. They then said that they don’t normally do anything for lost rings, but that they would allow it this once and generated a 20% off code as a courtesy since the sale had just ended. I thought wow, how nice and considerate of them since they didn’t have to do that. Come to find out, the 20% off sale I had been asking them about at first had just ended the very same hour they emailed me the code, and they were just giving me the same tiny sale I would have already used anyways if I hadn’t been emailing them back and forth to begin with. If that was the holiday sale they had been referring to, it was never clarified to me since they acted like that had ended in December. I think I’m reasonably upset by this because overall I gained absolutely nothing from this interaction, yet they were very patronizing and difficult. While I understand there are limits to what customer service can do for you, I was given no help or answers whatsoever and felt I was essentially told to figure it out myself. Then on top of that, I felt patronized that they would act as though they had done me a favor with a tiny discount I was already planning to get. It felt like malicious compliance on their end, as though they had deliberately ended the website sale because I reminded them to and then personally gave me the same sale to appease me. Even though we really loved my husband’s original ring for the sentimental value and it’s uniqueness, we really can’t afford to spend all that money again and I’m now considering just ordering from another website completely because of this bad experience with the company.

This company really cares about their customers! Our amazing experience showed that. Ring sizers came right away and they even followed up to make sure we were satisfied when we got the ring. Great pricing too.

Very poor experience. I'm not sure what bargain basement shipping service they use, but we got approximately zero updates and no updates at all about the city the package was in? Eventually shipping said a delivery was attempted but it absolutely was not. I'm starting to think it wasn't shipped, and was just a scam. They said they could send me another one, but my wedding is in two weeks so hubby is getting a ring from amazon. I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews before ordering.

I would recommend people stay away from Manly Bands. When we first purchased my husbands ring, their plastic sizer was incorrect and we needed to exchange the ring by a full size. Then after the wedding, after 7 days of light wear (office work; removing for chores and the gym) his band completely broke. It is super poor quality. We were advised by the company that we can not return it and get a refund. They will remake the ring (under warranty) but it will take 4-6 weeks before my husband gets his ring back. And the initial ring in which we said our vows is completely gone as they remake it, so this experience has ruined the specialness of his ring. Please avoid Manly Bands. It is not worth it.

Manly Bands is a fantastic wedding band jeweler for anyone looking for something unique and memorable. When we were looking for wedding bands, I wanted something that was not typical but had a touch of tradition. When I went to Manly Band's website, they had a ring that was almost what I was looking for. Luckily, their customer service team worked with me to make it exactly what I wanted. Even with having a custom ring, I was happy to have it come within my budget as well. The whole process was very smooth, with getting the ring measurement and design sketch, to receiving the ring. They also sent us a silicone ring, which is great for when I go to the gym. Overall, it's a fantastic vendor for anyone looking for a wedding band to call their own.

My husband wasn’t sure he would like to wear a ring because he’s never been a jewelry person so he opted for a silicone ring from manly bands to start with. He was able to get a sizing kit to determine his perfect fit and got a simple black band. We plan to upgrade his band next year but this one definitely works for now and it was an easy process!

Finding a wedding ring that wasn't stupid expensive is seriously difficult, on top of that finding one that I'd actually like to wear regularly is even more difficult, whereas with these guys I was spoiled for chose. If I could rate higher I would. Absolutely on point customer service. I had to reach out as my ring was too big and within an hour they'd responded and they were already shipping me a new one a size smaller. I've never known customer service that fast and effective. Stacey's email was polite and professional and just solved my problem. I couldn't be happier and grateful that there is care within the customer service team, one of the most overlooked areas to businesses, you guys are ace! I'm spreading the word and keep it up.

Manly bands is worth it! Don’t let the ring just sit in your online shopping cart. The quality and price are great. You can either print off a ring sizer and it’ll show you where to cut and fold so your partner can try it on or you can order a hard plastic one which is what I did. You get an additional discount when you do it this way. Shipping is fast and if you need to return it’s easy. My fiancé is not a ring person and said he would probably never wear one… this ring however has changed his mind. When you order any ring, Manly bands will also send you a “wing man” which is a silicone ring. Always nice to have on hand! I received a personal email from Manly bands afterwards as well! Very nice added touch.

This company has so many styles to choose from. All are beautiful and very high quality yet still come at an affordable price. I surprised my fiance with a ring for him to wear through our one year engagement. Why should I be the only one with a gorgeous ring to showcase our love? He loved it so much he wants it to be his forever wedding ring. And because it was a surprise, I had to guess at the size and exchange it two times. The customer service was best in class. I can't say enough good things about Manly Bands! My husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and wanted something extra special for our renewal in HI. The Cowboy with Kona wood was perfection! On top of that, they gave him a free silicone ring that he absolutely loves to wear for work since he's outdoor all day, this was great. My husband is in LOVE with his new dinosaur fossil embedded wedding ring, The Jurassic. The black zirconium looks rugged and polished at the same time somehow and the wooden interior is absolutely stunning. He also really loves the free silicone band and case that comes with the ring so he can easily switch between rings at work & home. He designed a custom ring for me that fits me perfectly and I’m so grateful to Manly Bands for allowing me to do the same for him. The only drawback is that he won’t stop talking in Jeff Goldblum quotes. 😂 “love…finds a way” ❤️

Fantastic brand! Got my husbands wedding band from here and he has received so many compliments. Very affordable but great quality and customer service. After a few months, my husband’s band was just too tight for taking it on and off regularly to work out. He also scratched it when lifting weights. We contacted customer service and they were able to send us a new, smaller ring! So easy and helpful. Highly recommend!

I ordered an engagement band for my partner during a half off sale, which was awesome. The first ring I got did not match the order, so I had to send it back. Their customer service resolved it very quickly and expediated the correct ring. I got it before the holidays and it was absolutely perfect. The engraving came out exactly how I wanted and the ring looked just like the photo on their website, The Mariner with abalone shell inlay. It fit my partner perfectly, but if he does end up needing a smaller size, I'm confident they'll have options to resolve any issues.

I bought the caped crusader ring as i thought it was it looked cool and smart....when i received it it was beyond that. So i imagine when you use the customer fitting service(which i did have a look at) i imagine you will be feeling like the man who deserves the girl you are telling "I DO" There are little quirks in the writings of the package you are sent, but does not eer near cringe. It gives you a little smirk that says these folks thought about what they wanted to say and wanted to put a smile on my face The ring comes in what looks like a tactical grade miniature suit case which is cool in of itself. Their customer service deals with you promptly, efficiently and as a valued customer, despite never meeting. If i ever decide to pop THAT question, this is is the team il be trusting to deliver.

For an online only retailer, I was pleasantly surprised with Manly Bands. I love how versatile their selections of bands are, and I was also surprised by the quality of the ring for the price points. My husband is an avid guitar player, and wanted a wedding band that encapsulated some of his personality, and he decided on a band from the Fender guitar collection. Ring Purchased: The Whiz A smooth matte finish on the outside with a hint of rose gold on the inside makes this ring pretty incredible. The best part is that you can see a glimpse of the rose gold from the outside where I've been getting a ton of compliments from. Very comfortable and actually had to return the first one as it was too large. The customer service for manly bands was very impressive.

We ordered the Ibex ring for my husband. In less than 2 months, the outer part of the ring is broken and falling off. When I contacted customer support, the only options they are giving me is to return it or exchange it. So now our only option is for my husband to no longer have the exact band that we said our vows with and that our family prayed over. Absolutely unacceptable for a ring to be broken after a month and a half, and even worse to not offer a repair. Do NOT purchase from them.

My Husband was having a hard time finding a ring he liked… he wanted something somewhat traditional but also loved some “flare”… he kept coming back to the manly bands website and showing me a tungsten ring with a blue interior… I will admit I was skeptical… this was an online company, no store front near us, never heard of them… but he was so set and I could tell he wasn’t happy with other ring he tried. So we gave it a try! We ordered the ring and he wore it for a few days when it came in and just instant smiles… their customer service was amazing and their rings are great quality, I can tell this ring will last the next 50 life times with us 💛

The ring I got was declared as "scratch resistant". After a few weeks it was scratched. They wanted me to send in the ring, so they could "fix" it. Since they can't make it scratch proof I would just have to send in the ring everytime it scratches again. Weak.

I ordered my husband’s wedding band and I emailed them concerned we wouldn’t get it in time - which was entirely my fault for not ordering it more in advance. They responded immediately and ended up expediting it and overnight shipping it so we got it in time. But we had accidentally ordered the wrong size and it was too big. Again they immediately responded to my emails and were so helpful and pleasant during the return process! Definitely one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband and I absolutely love his ring!! The quality is top tier, and it has a smooth finish on his hand, so it doesn't stick out at all. It also came in a unique box, similar to a mini tool box. Manly Bands has exceptional customer service. I emailed them at 9pm on a Saturday night and got a response in 10 minutes (which was not expected, but was appreciated). The brand is also creative and fun to work with (i.e. calling their silicon band the Wing Man). It was easy to size the ring as they mail you what looks like the Connect Four game to punch out various sizes and practice wearing them to feel more confident in ordering the best fit. They worked with us so we could size his ring in between sizes, which was possible for his band. I could not recommend this ring or website more!

I visited several jewelers, from large name companies in the mall, to small business owners, looking for someone to produce exactly what I had in mind. No one could deliver on every part. I would be settling for "kind of" what I wanted. Manly Bands was up for the challenge. I emailed about a custom ring and was answered almost immediately. A few emails and pictures back and forth with the team and I was able to fabricate every detail for a one-of-a-kind ring. After production was in process, the ring took no time at all to get to me. My husband loved it.

I have used this company twice and after losing my original ring in the ocean I went back for a second of the same kind. The prices slightly went up likely due to increase in popularity, but I was very pleased to see the craftsmanship stayed just as good as before. It is an excellent and affordable ring for your average person. The customer service is amazing and went out of there way when my second ring didn't fit as well as I thought it would because my finger had grown slightly bigger.

My experience with Manly Bands has been nothing but professional. Their website is outstanding and very easy to use. Ordered a ring for my upcoming wedding. They didn't process the order but instead sent me an email saying the ring wouldn't be ready in time for the wedding unless I pay $100 extra to prioritize. I didn't realize they sent me an email indicating this until five days after I ordered my ring. Since it was time conscious for a special once in a lifetime event I would think a phone call would have been warranted. Safe to say I'll be bringing my business elsewhere.

This company is awesome. Customer service and the quality of their products are unmatched. I bought three bands from them, a matching set for me and my wife (the gentleman) and a third for me that I wear on more casual days (the ruler). She wears her manly band when she doesn’t want to wear her diamond engagement and wedding bands, which is most of the time. We both love them and we are always getting compliments. The quality and the designs are awesome. Any type of style you are looking for, they have it. And if they don’t have it, they will create it for you! The following review is for the service rendered by Manly Bands for my personal wedding band. 5/5 stars does not feel like it does their service true justice. I would rate much higher if I could. Story time: My fiancé and I bought the Dark coloured Ibex ring for myself, and since the rings have antler in them, we wanted to be as sure as we could that the ring would have as consistent colouring as possible, so we emailed M.B. and they made a special note for their warehouse to select exactly that for our Dark Ibex. We ordered a size 9.5 as that is my ring finger size, however when the ring arrived, it looked amazing but it felt about a half size too big. We were upset because we really loved the ring they sent and we couldn’t be sure we’d love another as the antler material is not uniform in colour. I emailed M.B. stating that the ring was larger than a 9.5, and do you know what they did? THEY SENT ME A 9.0 RING FREE OF CHARGE WITHOUT REQUIRING ME TO SEND THE FIRST ONE BACK!!! They ALSO included a note to the warehouse AGAIN to select a Dark Ibex in the most consistent colour that they could find. I have never had this kind of service in my life. Now I have a spare ring for when I get old/fat/eat a lot of salt/whatever! My family, friends and I were blown away. I will be telling all my friends about this company, and I don’t have one single bad thing to say.

Great customer service!! I ordered my fiancés wedding band on cyber Monday. The description recommended ordering 1/2 size down for his specific ring. We did that and it ended up being too small. I sent the ring back and requested the correct size. We got his ring back within a week. Quality of ring is great, as well! 10/10 recommend

Ordered a wedding band for my fiancé and it was a bit snug so we wanted to exchange it (free exchanges or resizing within 30 days) and they made it extremely easy and accommodated us greatly throughout the processes, as we are from Canada! Also was made and shipped extremely fast :)

My other half loves this ring. It really is something he is excited about wearing for the rest of his life and I am excited to see it. We initially reported the sizing wrong and they fixed it at no extra expense and were so gracious about a mistake on our end.
