Really frustrating experience from start to finish.
The ring arrived a week late, and before it was even one year old it started coming apart. For a wedding band that cost nearly ...
$600, that's pretty shocking.
When I contacted Manly Bands, I was first told the ring would be replaced. Then they changed course and said they wanted it sent back for repair instead. The communication throughout the warranty process was confusing and inconsistent, and it often felt like the expectations kept changing.
One example: I was instructed to return the ring in the original poly bag it was shipped in. It's a strange thing to ask for a warranty claim on a ring that was purchased nearly a year ago. Am I really expected to keep every piece of packaging for that long in anticipation of needing a warranty repair?
What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of any real customer service by phone. Every interaction has been through email because whenever I call during the company's posted business hours, I get a recording telling me to call back during normal business hours. I've never actually been able to reach a person.
Things break sometimes. I understand that. But when you're selling a nearly $600 wedding band, customers should be able to expect better quality, clear communication, and a straightforward warranty process when something goes wrong.
Between the late delivery, the ring failing before its first anniversary, the confusing warranty experience, and the inability to reach anyone by phone, I can't recommend this company. A wedding ring should be something you can count on. Unfortunately, neither the ring nor the customer service lived up to that expectation.
Overall, my ordering process was not handled with care, which resulted in my ring coming more a week AFTER my wedding . I placed my order through Klarna, the third party processor ...
on Jan 22 and received a confirmation email with my order number, so I thought everything was fine. After days of no notice regarding shipping timelines, I reached out to Manly Bands on Jan 31 to inquire about when my order would ship since my wedding was nearing on Feb 15. I was told my order can take 4-6 weeks to process due to the free engraving add-on, so I requested to expedite this, but was given no solution.
On Feb 4, I reached out again and began emailing with Holli who informed me that Manly Bands did not receive my payment the entire time! How was I supposed to know my order was on pause? I expressed how I wasn't made aware of this sooner to get it resolved. Time was cutting it even closer and I stressed that I would be getting married the following weekend and needed the ring before that. I asked Holli how can Manly Bands ensure I receive my band on time, but this was dismissed.
She ended up sending me a new invoice so I could pay this, and this placed my order (foreal this time smh). As you can imagine, the lack of quality control dragged the timeline out even further. That week passed, and the next week passed with no ring resulting in me not having a band to present my husband for our wedding day. I had to use someone else's instead. Manly Bands dropped the ball at a few points including:
1) Not having a quality control system that notified me they didn't receive payment sooner. This resulted in my order floating around and me having to reach out to see what the hold up is.
2) The original rep on Jan 31 not catching that payment wasn't received and brushing it off as extended timelines due to engraving, which was incorrect.
3) Lack of urgency and apologetics on Manly Bands and Holli's part after I wrote back in on Feb 4 to inquire further about to hold up, where I found out no payment was received. Manly Bands could have expedited me the ring: 1-day shipping, 2-day shipping, anything! But I didn't have a ring to present my fiance when I originally ordered on Jan 22.
I requested a partial refund for the anxiety and stress this caused right before my wedding, plus the lack of urgency with my entire order, which was granted. But this should have never happened in the first place. I ordered from Manly Bands after seeing such great reviews, but my experience was so difficult. I am in the wedding industry myself and I will not be recommending this company to my brides unfortunately.
My husband wanted a specific and custom ring for our wedding and Manly Bands was so easy to work with. He was able to design the ring of his dreams, get a free sizing kit, and we w...
ere able to purchase with ease. The ring fits perfectly and is exactly what he wanted. Overall, a great company, excellent communication, and amazing products.
Terrible experience. Got the free ring sizer to make sure I ordered the correct ring size and the ring I got did not match the sizer. After several exchanges they still did not sen...
d the right size along with sending it to the wrong address. Over 5 months of problems I ended up out of money and no ring for my husband on our wedding day. They said they issued a refund that I have yet to see from 3 months ago.
Great work! They offered some beautiful options at a great price. I wish there were more customization options, but I was able to buy a beatiful ring that my husband absolutely lov...

We ordered a custom, 'Build Your Own Band (BYOB), ring. We have yet to receive the wedding band we ordered. The website is incorrect on how to submit sizing. You will NOT receive a...
ring sizer nor will you be contacted about submitting a ring size. There was zero communication from Manly Bands regarding this. We had to reach out after waiting for the ring sizer to (never) arrive. If we had not reached out, we never would have known. We are now at risk of not receiving the wedding band in time for our wedding. In our communication with Manly Bands, they state that "our IT team is aware of the BYOB discrepancies," yet they are doing nothing to rectify this issue for us nor are they doing anything to guarantee receipt of our ring in a timely fashion.
Sizing ring they sent fit perfect, but ring was too tight. They said they would fix but for a fee. Now they won't even fix for a fee so I'm screwed. Claims they changed policy afte...
r our purchase. Customer service is limited to texting and takes days to get a reply, at which point they use stall tactics. Then they said I was unprofessional after getting mad. They didn't provide their name, misspelled my name, and are now ghosting me. Online scam business! Buyer Beware!
It's junk. I bought a tungsten band with a shell/Beachwood inlay under resin. 2 years later the resin has worn away and the tungsten is sharp where it met the resin so it scratche...
s anything I touch. I work on computers so minimal wear on my end. They said it's a 1 year warranty but they'll give me 40% off my next order. That's 500$ for tungsten.
Please use a real jeweler and avoid this company. We ordered a ring and it came in as a 6, not an 8. We sent it for a resize and it came back smaller! He couldn't even fit it over ...
his knuckle. This whole process took 3 months. Their customer service got snippy when I refunded and blamed us, despite him getting measured in person and using their own sizers. It's not worth it!
My husband lost his ring on New Year’s day and we wanted a replacement, so I inquired about whether I might be able to receive the same discount again as when I bought the first on...
e. They said no, and I thought it was a bit annoying but fine. So I asked if the 20% off sale they were currently having was the best I could expect for a while, or if they could possibly give me a time frame when I could expect a better sale to wait for. They said they weren’t able to tell me since they just had a big holiday sale in December, but told me to check the website periodically as they have multiple throughout the year. This felt very unhelpful as it left things up to me completely. So just as a shot in the dark before giving up, I asked if maybe I could receive the holiday sale since it just ended and I hadn’t known that I would need it at the time. They then said that they don’t normally do anything for lost rings, but that they would allow it this once and generated a 20% off code as a courtesy since the sale had just ended. I thought wow, how nice and considerate of them since they didn’t have to do that. Come to find out, the 20% off sale I had been asking them about at first had just ended the very same hour they emailed me the code, and they were just giving me the same tiny sale I would have already used anyways if I hadn’t been emailing them back and forth to begin with. If that was the holiday sale they had been referring to, it was never clarified to me since they acted like that had ended in December. I think I’m reasonably upset by this because overall I gained absolutely nothing from this interaction, yet they were very patronizing and difficult. While I understand there are limits to what customer service can do for you, I was given no help or answers whatsoever and felt I was essentially told to figure it out myself. Then on top of that, I felt patronized that they would act as though they had done me a favor with a tiny discount I was already planning to get. It felt like malicious compliance on their end, as though they had deliberately ended the website sale because I reminded them to and then personally gave me the same sale to appease me. Even though we really loved my husband’s original ring for the sentimental value and it’s uniqueness, we really can’t afford to spend all that money again and I’m now considering just ordering from another website completely because of this bad experience with the company.
This company really cares about their customers! Our amazing experience showed that. Ring sizers came right away and they even followed up to make sure we were satisfied when we go...
t the ring. Great pricing too.
Very poor experience. I'm not sure what bargain basement shipping service they use, but we got approximately zero updates and no updates at all about the city the package was in? E...
ventually shipping said a delivery was attempted but it absolutely was not. I'm starting to think it wasn't shipped, and was just a scam. They said they could send me another one, but my wedding is in two weeks so hubby is getting a ring from amazon. I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews before ordering.
I would recommend people stay away from Manly Bands. When we first purchased my husbands ring, their plastic sizer was incorrect and we needed to exchange the ring by a full size. ...
Then after the wedding, after 7 days of light wear (office work; removing for chores and the gym) his band completely broke. It is super poor quality. We were advised by the company that we can not return it and get a refund. They will remake the ring (under warranty) but it will take 4-6 weeks before my husband gets his ring back. And the initial ring in which we said our vows is completely gone as they remake it, so this experience has ruined the specialness of his ring. Please avoid Manly Bands. It is not worth it.

al but had a touch of tradition. When I went to Manly Band's website, they had a ring that was almost what I was looking for. Luckily, their customer service team worked with me to make it exactly what I wanted. Even with having a custom ring, I was happy to have it come within my budget as well. The whole process was very smooth, with getting the ring measurement and design sketch, to receiving the ring. They also sent us a silicone ring, which is great for when I go to the gym. Overall, it's a fantastic vendor for anyone looking for a wedding band to call their own.
My husband wasn’t sure he would like to wear a ring because he’s never been a jewelry person so he opted for a silicone ring from manly bands to start with. He was able to get a s...
izing kit to determine his perfect fit and got a simple black band. We plan to upgrade his band next year but this one definitely works for now and it was an easy process!
My fiancé loves his wedding band that we picked out on Manly Bands! It’s comfortable, looking amazing and the price wasn’t bad either!!
Finding a wedding ring that wasn't stupid expensive is seriously difficult, on top of that finding one that I'd actually like to wear regularly is even more difficult, whereas with...
these guys I was spoiled for chose.
If I could rate higher I would.
Absolutely on point customer service. I had to reach out as my ring was too big and within an hour they'd responded and they were already shipping me a new one a size smaller. I've never known customer service that fast and effective.
Stacey's email was polite and professional and just solved my problem. I couldn't be happier and grateful that there is care within the customer service team, one of the most overlooked areas to businesses, you guys are ace! I'm spreading the word and keep it up.
100% Would Recommend. Website was easy to use and looked great! Customer service was quick to respond, informative, friendly and overall very helpful. The ring itself is very beaut...

o cut and fold so your partner can try it on or you can order a hard plastic one which is what I did. You get an additional discount when you do it this way. Shipping is fast and if you need to return it’s easy.
My fiancé is not a ring person and said he would probably never wear one… this ring however has changed his mind. When you order any ring, Manly bands will also send you a “wing man” which is a silicone ring. Always nice to have on hand!
I received a personal email from Manly bands afterwards as well! Very nice added touch.
This company has so many styles to choose from. All are beautiful and very high quality yet still come at an affordable price. I surprised my fiance with a ring for him to wear t...
hrough our one year engagement. Why should I be the only one with a gorgeous ring to showcase our love? He loved it so much he wants it to be his forever wedding ring. And because it was a surprise, I had to guess at the size and exchange it two times. The customer service was best in class. They were so polite, responded quickly, and made my exchange experience very easy. I had the new ring within days. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for that special ring to visit Manly Bands. They are awesome!
I can't say enough good things about Manly Bands! My husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and wanted something extra special for our renewal in HI. The Cowboy with Ko...
na wood was perfection! On top of that, they gave him a free silicone ring that he absolutely loves to wear for work since he's outdoor all day, this was great. Since our purchase we had a little mishap with our kiddo and I contacted their customer service and they went above and beyond to help us. Such great service and super responsive we definitely highly recommend!!

or is absolutely stunning. He also really loves the free silicone band and case that comes with the ring so he can easily switch between rings at work & home. He designed a custom ring for me that fits me perfectly and I’m so grateful to Manly Bands for allowing me to do the same for him. The only drawback is that he won’t stop talking in Jeff Goldblum quotes. 😂 “love…finds a way” ❤️

and’s band was just too tight for taking it on and off regularly to work out. He also scratched it when lifting weights. We contacted customer service and they were able to send us a new, smaller ring! So easy and helpful. Highly recommend!
Looks great. Fits good. Quick and great customer service.
The ring we ordered turned out great! Love that you can customize and engrave the rings and the package is better than just a boring ring box!
Amazing rings and customer service is top notch

ing one of them engraved. I ordered the Jessica. It is small amd elegant. Exactly what I waa looking for, as I am not flashy. I appreciated the Jessica coming in platinum. My fiance chose the Garand. He is a history buff, and containing a piece of a WWII rifle is perfect for him. Thank you Manly Bands!
I bought this beautiful custom made ring for my boyfriend and it fits him so well as a beautiful gift from me to him I love it 💕 shout out to Manly Bands for making this happened!...
The ring is called The Wasatch Ring and it is made of Mahogany Wood with Malachite Inlay in Mountain Design.

e resolved it very quickly and expediated the correct ring. I got it before the holidays and it was absolutely perfect. The engraving came out exactly how I wanted and the ring looked just like the photo on their website, The Mariner with abalone shell inlay. It fit my partner perfectly, but if he does end up needing a smaller size, I'm confident they'll have options to resolve any issues.

i did have a look at) i imagine you will be feeling like the man who deserves the girl you are telling "I DO"
There are little quirks in the writings of the package you are sent, but does not eer near cringe. It gives you a little smirk that says these folks thought about what they wanted to say and wanted to put a smile on my face
The ring comes in what looks like a tactical grade miniature suit case which is cool in of itself.
Their customer service deals with you promptly, efficiently and as a valued customer, despite never meeting.
If i ever decide to pop THAT question, this is is the team il be trusting to deliver.

/ring box was way better quality than expected. They even give you a free silicone band for your hard-working man to wear to work to preserve the amazing quality of the band. I am so happy I chose to order form them.

r the price points. My husband is an avid guitar player, and wanted a wedding band that encapsulated some of his personality, and he decided on a band from the Fender guitar collection. Most of the bands are made to order and take several months to arrive (so plan ahead to avoid unnecessary stress!), but he absolutely loves his band and loves that it represents two huge parts of his life.
After searching sites online we found Manly Bands and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase! We both just love love love his Manly Aviator wedding band!!! It’s substantial,...
