Manor House Event Center

Part 2/2: We had asked Allison about cake services. We had a two-tier cake, in which the bottom layer was supposed to be cut and the top was supposed to be boxed and saved for our 1-year anniversary, per tradition. We received the cake back still fully constructed and haphazardly wrapped, leading it to start to topple over. We confirmed with our baker that a box was provided for the top tier, and regardless, multiple boxes were available (from the various sheet cakes that were also provided) for our two-tier cake to be safely returned back to us. When asked why this did not occur, the owner stated that the bottom tier did not need to be used and they did not have any boxes that would accommodate our cake, saying they did the best they could. We had also asked for gluten-free cake to be delivered to our gluten-free guests at their chairs, which Allison stated was no problem. From our perspective, this did not occur. When the owner was asked, she stated they delivered cake to those guests still at their seats and placed the remaining on the cake display table. I have a sister who has a disability and who is gluten-free. She was at her table and did not receive gluten-free cake. The owner also cited this as a “free service.” We paid for an extra, portable bar to be used outside during our cocktail hour. When purchasing this, we had an entire conversation with Allison where she drew a picture to indicate where the bar would be outside. I also asked about the necessity for signage indicating that another bar was available inside; Allison stated this was not necessary and that staff could let guests know. On the day of the event, the only bar open was the outside bar. They did not have the inside bar open. When the owner was asked about this, she stated that typically when music is outside and there is a portable bar, the only bar that is open is the outside one. She also stated that per Allison, we only wanted the outside bar open, which again, was not true. We also purchased a case of champagne for our event, and this was not made available. The owner did apologize and took ownership for this. For all of the above reasons, we asked for a refund totaling about 5.5% of our total costs. Other than the cost of champagne, we did not receive a penny back. In fact, I had to ask more than once for a refund on the champagne, and I attached the receipt twice before actually receiving the partial refund. (We still have not, to this day, received the full refund.) Multiple references to “free services” were given to us as an explanation for why we did not qualify for a refund; since these were all deemed “free services,” we asked what the 22% service fee was for (which was included in our final costs.) We never received an answer. If you are looking to book a wedding/event here, we urge you to really consider all aspects of this review.

We got Married this past April, Our first visit to Manor House we fell in love with the atrium as our ceremony space. The grounds are full of amazing beauty and great photo locations. Manor House accommodated request regarding switching reception rooms and displayed good communication. The day of the wedding was amazing the manor house staff was helpful and we had no issues. I would get married here again on 10/10. The only issue we had was our sales manager forgot things often but outside of that Id say we had a good experience using this venue.

Getting married at the Manor House was one of the best wedding decisions that we could have made. We got married back in the Carriage House and it was absolutely perfect for our guest size and our personalities. Madison Benjamin was our sales rep and from the first time we messaged her, to our initial tour, to our wedding day she was phenomenal. I am Type A and she was quick to respond and always gave me thorough helpful answers which I loved. She helped us so much throughout the process and I am so grateful that we had her experience and support. On the wedding day Allye was our day of manager and she was amazing. All our decor was set up exactly as we wanted, she answered questions during our rehearsal, and made our wedding day run so smoothly from start to decor clean up. Our guests all complimented how beautiful the Manor House was and how amazing the food was. We loved the support we had between Madison leading up to the wedding day and Allye on the wedding day. The Manor House was an incredible place to get married and we are so grateful we chose it for our venue.

Allison was our contact from the very beginning! Manor House was the first venue we looked at, and my lovely husband, who doesn't like to make rash decisions said we need to continue looking. After not getting answers from multiple other venues, or venues that wanted to charge an insane price, we chose Manor House! Every step of the way, Allison was with us! Every meeting, progress was made. We did start planning this during the pandemic, but the process with Allison was very easy! She helped us sort out the if's, and's, and but's. I stress very easily, but Allison made me always feel at ease at every meeting. The day of my wedding, I walked in and almost started crying because our room was perfect! It was a GAY wedding, so i of course chose the theme to be PRIDE. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, because there are multiple rooms and multiple locations within this building! They do the best work possible for each and every event they hold! They go above and beyond and it felt amazing that they turned my dream wedding into reality.

October 20th 2023 will be a day forever remembered for many reasons. For one thing, the Carriage House looked absolutely stunning with the fall colors. The Manor House, and its staff, was absolutely a major contributor to that unforgettable day! Madison made every step toward the wedding day an absolute breeze, keeping us informed, and on track, for our perfect day. When it came down to the actual wedding day, Jacob (Event Manager) and the rest of the the team, made it an absolute cake walk by making sure all our needs were met. The decorations they set up looked perfect and as we envisioned, and the teardown also went smoothly thanks to their help. They truly went beyond our expectations, and we truly appreciate everything they did to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

We cannot recommend Manor House enough! The staff are very friendly and provide great customer service, the food is excellent (even better than during your tasting) and the grounds are gorgeous. A special thanks to Allison for helping us coordinate our wedding day!

We are so glad we had our reception at the Manor House! We loved the grounds and our reception room! I would HIGHLY recommend the Manor House and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

We got married at the Carriage House recently and the venue is stunning! The gardens/ground are beautiful as well (they plant flower's over Mother's Day) and there are so many opportunities for stunning photos. Would definitely get married there again, but there were a few things I think they could improve. Our sales manager (Madison) was amazing, super responsive to email, and very organized. I loved working with her and thought she did an amazing job. I had a specific extra vendor I wanted to bring in and she helped make it happen - I really appreciated her. Other great things - the brunch was amazing and as mentioned, the venue was gorgeous. I didn't mind getting ready elsewhere but with access to the venue being permitted only 2 hours beforehand, there really isn't time to get ready on site - for the bride anyway. My husband got ready there and it worked well for the guys. I loved the idea of an event coordinator for the day of the wedding, but I didn't meet her until that morning and she was very absent during our event. We had a couple issues with décor not being set up despite dropping things off the day with everything's intended locations labeled and she was nowhere to be found. My mom had to run around for the hour before the ceremony directing people where to put things, which we'd thought would be handled by the venue. We had asked for the ceremony flowers to be moved inside to frame the sweetheart table and when my sister went to find the event coordinator, she was told that "wasn't her job" and that we needed to do it ourselves ... which meant my maid of honor carried them inside. The DJ and the photographer ended up being much bigger helps to make the day go smoothly. It was still a great day, but wouldn't rely on the "event coordinator," which is pitched like an extra service, to help with much at all. They did say specifically that the day-of coordinator won't help with processional, ceremony, etc, but we expected more help with the things I'd specifically discussed with the sales manager beforehand. She'd had a Friday wedding the night before ours and maybe she was tired, but it definitely felt like she didn't care much about how our event went. If I did it again, I would probably still get married at the Carriage House, but I would definitely have either hired a separate day-of coordinator to help make sure things went smoothly or to introduce a specific meeting the week of the wedding with the event coordinator who is scheduled the day of the wedding.

We had both our ceremony and reception at Manor House and couldn’t have made a better choice! We received endless comments on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious and beautifully-presented the food was, and how kind all the staff were. They helped so much with planning (Shannon was the absolute best!!), decorating, and facilitating the perfect day. They took care of absolutely everything for us!

During our planning process, we had a change of sales person. Then for the rehearsal dinner we had a different person coordinating, and another different person for the wedding day. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the three people, as things we had discussed during the rehearsal dinner didn’t end up happening on the wedding day. We also had an issue with pricing in our final statement, where they tried to raise prices over 25% from our initial booking, when our contract stated a 10-12% raise at most. When our decorations were being packed up for the night, they broke one of my signs to fit it into the bins I provided (they are mailing me a check to resolve that issue), and threw my arch drapes into the bins without folding them. The venue itself is gorgeous, beautifully maintained grounds and clean facilities. Our wedding went well, but mostly thanks to vendors such as the photographer and DJ. I didn’t even see my coordinator from Manor House more than one or two times my entire wedding day. They also don’t let you onto the property until 2 hours before your wedding, so as a bride, getting ready at the venue is not an option.

We absolutely loved our experience working with Shannon Wullenweber, and our day-of coordinator Jacob. They were incredibly professional, flexible, and accommodating. On the day of, they were right nearby to handle any needs we had, and their positive attitudes made for an absolutely perfect day. Planning our 200+ person wedding was easy and straight-forward. The venue also made for the prettiest pictures inside the venue and outside. Great aesthetic, great staff, great food. Wouldn't change a thing. Highly, highly recommend!

Everyone should get married at the Manor House in Mason! They were by far the BEST vendor we worked with. Everything was perfect from our first meeting until our exit and the morning-after brunch the next day. Shannon was incredible to us and made us feel so important and cared for throughout the whole process. She honored our budget and helped us make decisions. She wanted our day to be about us and did a phenomenal job bringing our dreams to reality! We got married outside at the Carriage House and the interior was decorated perfectly. Everything was so smooth from start to finish. I loved that we didn’t have to go from ceremony to pictures to reception at different places. It was easy to just arrive and know we’d be there for the remainder of the day. We had stations (pasta and bbq) and everyone had something they could enjoy. Our bridal attendant did a beautiful job making sure that we were taken care of. I didn’t have a worry in the world when working with the Manor House. I truly couldn’t recommend it enough!

As the mother of the bride who lives out of town, I am beyond happy with the Manor House, our coordinator Shannon, and all the staff. The staff is so warm, friendly and willing to help at all times to make the wedding day exactly as you want. My daughter's wedding and reception was at the Carriage House on a Friday evening and then we had brunch on Saturday morning in the Atrium. Both venues were unique in their own way and received nothing but the highest praise from all guests. The brunch on Saturday was INCREDIBLE and the food, chefs and decor were AMAZING! A special thank you to Shannon for all your time and efforts in making my daughter and son-in-law have the most fabulous wedding. Also, a special thanks to Jason and Megan for doing an amazing job during the actual event. Manor House - THANK YOU!!!!!!

We had our wedding in the Atrium of Manor House and we give Manor House our highest ratings! This venue is so special and beautiful. The glass roof is such a special touch making this venue very unusual and special. The garden in front of the Atrium and the area around Manor House were impeccably maintained and landscaped! The food prepared by Manor House was very tasty and beautifully served. The decor (plates, silverware, table cloths, napkins, furniture, etc.) provided by Manor House is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and professional. Their organization and professionalism are top-notch! The staff takes the extra mile to customize the event to the couple's liking and taste and to make the couple and guests feel very special! I am so happy we chose Manor House as our venue! It will now forever hold a special place in our hearts! <3

We could not recommend the Manor House more! We had an Indian wedding at the Manor House in April 2022. The Manor House has hosted many Indian/South Asian weddings and know exactly what they entail. (They entail a lot!) Many venues do not allow outside catering, but the Manor House allowed us to cater from an outside Indian restaurant. We were even able to have the groom ride in on a horse outside the venue! Our wedding coordinator Allison was the best! She was so kind and lovely to work with. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. She was very supportive during our stressful wedding planning journey. She is very knowledgeable about South Asian weddings and events. I do not live in Ohio. Allison worked closely with my mom in person and me virtually to ensure I would have the perfect day. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing. We just enjoyed our day and the Manor House executed everything perfectly! We will cherish our wedding day forever!

We had our daughter's wedding at the Manor House Event Center on 3/27/22. There are not enough adjectives to be able to express how happy we were with every aspect of our experience. From all of our pre-planning meetings with Shannon, who is fantastic, to the beautiful facility with accommodations for all the plans we had, and all the way to the day-of support from servers and the food; however, the over-and-above excellent shout out goes to Jacob!! We highly recommend Manor House to any planning a wedding couples for its outstanding and first-class service.

Absolutely wonderful venue for any event you could possibly have! My wife and I got married here, in the Carriage House, and we loved every second of it. My wife had any help she could possibly need on the day of our wedding, we each had a room to get ready in, and we were able to have our ceremony and reception at the same location. The food here is absolutely top notch. We went with a buffet, and while many buffets have issues with food being too bland or dry, that wasn't the case here. The food was amazing, and many people commented on it in a positive manner. All in all the ambiance, service, and goods were amazing and we could not be more happy.

The Manor house definitely satisfied all of our wedding needs!! We wish we could relive the day all over again. Although we got assigned a different coordinator a few weeks before our wedding date, Allison stepped in and made sure the outcome was perfect and everything was up to our standard. The Manor House is a beautiful place to have a wedding ceremony and reception and an amazing place for pictures!

Madison was an absolute God-send. From start to finish her professionalism and precision guided us through every step of the process. Booking Manor House as our ceremony and reception venue was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. Manor House is extremely gorgeous and is the perfect place to take pictures. My photographer and videographer could not stop gushing about how amazing the property was. However, the beautiful property is not even the best part about Manor House. The entire staff was so organized and helpful. We primarily worked with Shannon (who is absolutely amazing - I am so sad that my wedding is over because I won't be able to work with her anymore) and she was always so kind and willing to answer all of my many questions, especially in the midst of uncertainty regarding COVID-19. She was so kind and was so willing to let us come back 3 times to look at table cloth samples when my mom and I were indecisive - we ended up sampling over 10 table cloths, not including the different napkins we looked at, and Shannon was more than happy to accommodate us and order more samples for us! Manor House took care of anything and everything we needed - they had so many people on staff specifically for my wedding so everything went smoothly and everything was taken care of. I was hesitant to book Manor House at first because they can be on the pricier end, however they do more than any other venue I looked at. I actually believe I would have spent more if I booked a cheaper venue because they don't do as much or provide as much as Manor House. Plus, I had total peace of mind that they would take care of everything leading up to my wedding and during my wedding, which is priceless. On top of all of this, the food is phenomenal and my family and friends didn't have to stay late after my wedding to tear everything down because Manor House does set up and tear down. Manor House is worth every single penny and I recommend them to every single person who is looking for a reception venue. Even my dad, who is frugal and doesn't like spending money, agrees that Manor House was amazing and worth every single penny. You won't regret booking Manor House.

We had our wedding and reception in the Carriage House at Manor House. The wedding day went well and everything was set up by the event staff perfectly. We booked Manor House about 15 months before our wedding. In that time frame, we had 3 wedding coordinators, as the first two coordinators we had, left their positions. This had me feeling a little panicked as I was worried things would be dropped, but Danielle did a good job keeping on top of things and coordinating with all of our vendors for our wedding day. The food was great and we got lots of compliments from our guests. We knew and accepted when we signed the contract that we would not be able to take home any leftover food or sliced cake, but this rule still bothers us as it food that we paid for. We know there was a lot of leftover cake that people did not eat, but the event staff sliced the entire cake so we did not get to take any leftovers.

We chose The Manor House for our winter wedding based on location, price, and space availability. What we received was an elegant wedding, great food, professional staff, and an unforgettable experience. Despite dealing with COVID restrictions, The Manor House was able to deliver a high quality event and made navigating a pandemic wedding as comfortable as possible. Venue staff put our needs first, and they were extremely attentive and flexible. Shannon was our venue contact. She was absolutely delightful to work with. Shannon was responsive, polite, and assisted greatly as an industry liaison. She was certainly a major contributor to the success of the event. We had several unanticipated changes the day before the wedding. The Manor House worked with us to create an outcome better than previously planned. We believe this showcases the venue’s ability to pivot quickly while providing quality service.

As a covid bride who has already so much to deal with I have never been more impressed with the level of professional and support from such a great business. I want to thank Shannon for keeping me sane, Matt in the kitchen for the delicious food, Janet for helping out in our planning and so much more. Our guest not only felt safe with all that is wrong with the world but had an unbelievable experience thanks to all of the amazing staff here. I would not go anywhere else for such an important day. I will always remember this going forward with any of my events. Manor house it the place to be if you are having pandemic bride troubles.

Our daughter and now son in law chose the Manor House for its beauty, flexibility and commitment of personal service. We liked they would have one person to guide and and support. They were spot on. The were willing to answer our millions of questions during this pandemic and went above and beyond for us to offer safer options to for our guests. We received so many compliments...............and I cannot wait for the pictures.

We absolutely loved our wedding at the Manor House!!! With the COVID-19 pandemic, we spent a couple months unsure of whether or not we were going to be able to have a wedding at all or what a wedding might look like. The Manor House (and especially Shannon!) were great with keeping us updated with what was going on and how things would look different because of virus precautions. We were one of the first weddings to happen once things started opening up (June 13), and everything was beautiful. I'm so glad that we got to have our dream wedding despite all the uncertainty leading up to it, and the Manor House was instrumental in making our perfect day happen. We had our ceremony in the atrium and the reception in the crystal ballroom. The staff was friendly, the venue was BEAUTIFUL, and I have heard nothing but positive reviews from our guests. We would highly recommend this venue. We love you Shannon and we love the Manor House!

Manor House is the way to do it for a full service venue, one stop shop with INCREDIBLE food and service. Madison is one of the best people I could have worked with on my wedding and was a true resource and went above and beyond her job description to make my day a dream. I cannot recommend Manor House enough. Thank you for making my wedding day a breeze and covering all the details from start to finish.

As soon as we saw the Carriage House when we toured the Manor House we knew we wanted to get married there. Stunning and rustic with gorgeous wood doors on the outside and wood beams on the ceiling of the inside. The only drawback to the Manor House is that they host other events outside of weddings, so if you get married there you are restricted to certain start and end times for your ceremony and reception. For us, the beauty of the venue and the excellent customer service outweighed this one drawback. Christine Woodrum was the woman who worked with us from the day we booked through our wedding day, and she was awesome. Christine was kind and professional. She answered every question I had promptly, and let me come look at the venue as many times as I wanted throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding you get a bridal hostess that pretty much caters to the Bride and bridesmaid's every need. Ours was Sydney-she was SO sweet and super on top of things. She never lost energy and enthusiasm throughout the long day. The event manager was also there during our ceremony and reception to help make sure everything was going according to the timeline we planned. Any fear I had before our wedding day was eliminated the day of largely because of the attentiveness of the Manor House staff. Thank you Manor House for the best day of our lives.

We used the Carriage House for our ceremony and reception and I couldn't imagine our wedding being anywhere else! The aesthetics and decor that's already there provided a beautiful backdrop for our wedding. We worked with Shannon and she was so wonderful throughout the whole process! She couldn't be there for our big day but the entire staff that we worked with was so amazing you wouldn't have even known. I am so glad that we chose this venue!

I am SO glad I had our wedding at the Manor House! Planning the wedding was super easy with the help of my sales manager Christine. I could email her and get a response within 30 mins. Then day of we had Sydney helping to make sure everything was running smoothly and she was so on top of things that nothing went wrong for the ceremony or reception. Our wedding was in the Carriage house and everything was beautiful and I would recommend having your event back there because it was more private than the main building ballrooms. The Manor House has so many resources for you it makes the planning even easier. If I could do it all over again I would do it at the Manor House in a heart beat.

We had a great experience with Manor house! Morgan, our sales manager made everything easy for us. She is very attentive, organize and really listened to what we wanted for our wedding. Morgan and everyone at Manor was very helpful and professional. We got married at the Atrium and had our reception in Carolina room. The food and drinks was amazing! The place itself is so beautiful which is great for photos. We all had a great time! My husband and I were very pleased with the turn out of our wedding. Morgan and Manor house was able to execute our vision for our small and intimate wedding.

Manor House is the PERFECT spot to have your wedding. We had the ceremony in the Carriage House and the Reception in the main building. The facility is beautiful and has so many amazing places for photos. I mostly worked with Christine to plan my big day, but Shannon, Madison, Morgan and the owners Dave & Janet Nelson were all amazing and helpful! The day of the wedding, I had Olivia as my bridal hostess and Sarah as my Event Manager. They were both on top of it and a great help when ever I needed them. Last but not least, how can I not mention the food!!! The food was AMAZING!! Everyone raved about the food and loved the tuxedo pasta! I highly recommend the Manor House.

The Manor House is the place to have your wedding! We had our ceremony and reception at The Carriage House. Our ceremony was held out back, dinner on the second floor and dancing on the first floor. I was a little concerned about having the dance floor and tables on separate levels but it worked out perfectly fine! It did not prevent the dance floor from being full the entire night (it helped that they set up a few sitting and cocktail tables in the room as well). The grounds were amazing for taking pictures - our photographer found so many unique areas for different pictures so there was no need to go elsewhere. I know there were other receptions going on that night, but I never saw another bride or wedding party while taking pictures. They are great at timing everything out so you feel like you have the place to yourself. All of the workers are so friendly and helpful and definitely know how to run a wedding! They make the planning process so easy and have endless pieces of advice for any obstacle you come across. The food tasted fantastic and we had many compliments from our guests. There was a delay with the shuttle from the hotel and the workers there were so accommodating and quick to shift the timeline by 15 minutes and communicating it to each vendor without me having to worry about a thing! They know how to make your day go perfectly and smoothly and make the whole planning process stress free. They radiate professionalism and positivity every step of the way.

My husband Tom and I had the most amazing experience with Madison and the Manor House in general! Madison is an extremely professional, attentive, and organized coordinator. I was instantly comfortable with her, and she made our wedding vision a reality. The Manor House venue and food are incredible! We were married in the courtyard and had our reception in Augusta Room. Both were gorgeous, and we had many guests comment that our wedding was the best they had ever attended. Thank you so much, Madison!

The Manor House did an excellent job. Christine was a great coordinator! Our wedding went really well-but there were a few things I wish were done differently. However, they're nothing huge..but one was kinda irritating. I bought custom cocktail napkins for the cocktail 30 minutes. I left in my directions for them to be passed out with the food, and the left over to be put at the bar. Turns out, they put a little at the bottom of their Manor House napkins while serving food. So no one got ours, and the napkins were then placed in a corner of the bar. It's disappointing that we spent money on something like that and no guest saw them except maybe a few. I still recommend the MH though!

Many guests said it was the best reception they had ever attended. The food got rave reviews as did the beautiful decor and setting. The staff was extremely professional as well as friendly. The sales manager that we worked with had some great ideas and was exceptional to work with. The owners were very accommodating and personable. We really appreciated that they took care of all the details which allowed us to spend time with and focus on our guests.

I started planning our wedding a year and a half in advance . The Manor House was our first venue visit . After seeing the Manor House I knew we didn’t need to look any further. The carriage house in the back of the building was exactly what I had pictured for our rustic garden wedding. We canceled our visits with the other venues and booked the Manor House the day of our visit. Shannon was who we worked with through the entire process and I could go on and on about how amazing she is. She is so positive and made the entire process easy . Shannon does not stop working. She answered my emails so quickly Each time even way after open hours. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and made us feel like we were always a top priority . She went above and beyond my expectations. Every staff member at the Manor House the day of the wedding was there to help in any way they could. I am so happy we chose to have our wedding at this wonderful venue . The venue itself is so beautiful there was not much need for spending a lot of money on extra decor. I hope that one day I can return to the Manor House as a guest at someone else’s wedding because I just loved it so much.

The venue is beautiful & Christine was the most amazing wedding coordinator I could have every asked for! The venue is however expensive and misc things will cost extra money (chair covers, offering a second meal, folding napkins a certain way) so beware but all in all - I would have my wedding here again as it was my dream wedding and the Atrium is the most beautiful room ever! Just knowing beforehand about the hidden costs would have helped me better budget! Very happy with my decision!!!

We chose the Carriage House for our "St Patrick's Day" wedding and couldn't have been happier. Christine was the representative who guided us through the entire planning stage, which he had to do from a distance. She was sweet and professional. She addressed every concern and question that I had. They were accommodating to not only me but all of my vendors that were apart of the wedding. The staff, the day of the wedding was wonderful as well. Attentive and professional. Everything as taken care of for us so that we could actually enjoy the day. And, of course, the food was delicious! It was a wonderful experience.

Had our Wedding Ceremony and Reception in the Carriage House. Our contact throughtout the entire process was Shannon. She was WONDERFUL. I could not imagine a better setting for our brunch celebration. We heard nothing but positive words from our guest. My husband and I highly reccomend this venue. Cheers.

Christine helped plan our wedding to make it a Christmas wonderland while looking classy. So many compliments on the food from our guest and the way everything was ran. Our wedding was at the carriage house which was set up beautifully due to the Manor house allowing us to come in a day before to set it up. Extremely happy with how business there is ran!

We had our wedding and reception at the manor house and it was perfect!! They know what they are doing. The venue was beautiful!! We got raves about our food. Also Shannon is the best!!! She made the whole experience and night so smooth!! She was attentive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

We had the most incredible experience at the Manor House! I cannot say enough about the beautiful venue and their amazing staff. We worked with Christine and she was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, friendly, kept us in the loop, and was extremely devoted to every detail of our special day. The staff assisting with our wedding ceremony and reception were fantastic, so kind to our guests, so helpful, and incredibly professional. The food selections are unbelievable - we had such a hard time finalizing the menu because ALL the options are amazing! Our guests raved about the food. The venue itself - GORGEOUS is an understatement. We were married in the Atrium and I couldn't imagine a more intimate and beautiful setting to exchange vows with my husband. I cannot offer enough praise about this beautiful venue - they truly made our wedding day the best day of our lives, and one we will never, ever forget!

Our coordinator Shannon was so awesome to work with!! She made everything so easy and was so helpful with the few changes I made. The day of, we unexpectedly had some rain, and the staff on-hand made quick, effective solutions to accommodate our guests (the ceremony was outside in the courtyard). I am so glad I made the decision of choosing Manor House. They are all awesome!

My husband and I are SO glad we chose to use the Manor House for our wedding. It had everything we hoped for including: one location for ceremony & reception (although there are various locations you can choose to have both throughout the Manor House), outdoor/indoor options in case of weather, beautiful architecture and landscaping, excellent location for pictures, professional staff, bridal hostess to help the day of, hotels nearby, and plenty of parking for guests. We had our ceremony in the Carriage House, followed by a cocktail hour, then reception in the Magnolia room. We had plenty of room for all 215 guests. The food was excellent! There is not much wiggle room with creating a timeline (Manor House will allow you to choose a morning/evening wedding, then give you times for ceremony/reception) but this made the timeline easier to work with when the timeline is established based on what works best from their experience. This is definitely an expensive venue, but worth every penny when I could be confident in the venue decision, beautiful scenery, great food, and cooperative staff. Highly recommend!!!

My wedding went flawless. I didn't have to worry about a single thing! We dropped off decorations and they set them up and they even packed them all away at the end of the night!! The food was delicious (we had the heavy Hors d’oeuvres) and the guests loved the slider sandwiches. I also had a bridal assistant who helped keep me on track. She always was there but was more in the shadows which was perfect.

I love the Manor House and highly recommend them!! I was married there and had my reception there and it was a wonderful experience. The place itself is lovely, and the service and food incredible. Shannon is so good at making your dream become a reality. Everyone at the Manor House did their best to ensure our special day was fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
