I had my wedding at Mansion at Uptown. Place was superb, food was delicious and the service as I was told from my guests was super satisfying. Overall, I had a really great time. Really beautiful place to have a wedding with a very reasonable price.
Beautiful Venue! We loved everything about it, from the food, ceremony, and reception. Courtney was a wonder Private Event Director for us and communicated with us very well. The venue is beautiful even if there wasn't any decorations. Would definitely recommend.
We are so happy that we had our wedding at the Mansion at Uptown. It’s a beautiful venue, the ballroom is definitely the most amazing one I have seen and I did a lot of research. The food was so tasty! I never had that many guests come up to me and tell me how good the food was. The service was impeccable and most importantly the staff were so friendly and accommodating. In every aspect, we were extremely happy with our wedding. It was beautiful!
I had my wedding at Mansion at Uptown, and it was an amazing experience! I cannot say enough great things about the owner. Also the Coordinator Carly was so helpful, kind, and attentive. The venue is of course gorgeous. The service is excellent. The food is definitely not your typical banquet hall food; rather it is elegant, refined, varied, and delicious! All our guests were raving about the experience. I highly recommend Taglyan for any event!
My husband and I got married at Mansion at Uptown in August 2019. The venue had everything we pictured for our perfect day. The outdoor ceremony site and reception area is amazing and photographs beautifully! Counrtney made planning fun and easy for us, she guided us step by step. Our guests were absolutely mesmerized by the venue, we highly recommend Minneapolis Event Center!
Mansion is hands down the best venue to get married at. My husband and I got married on 9/6/19 and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Wendy, our coordinator, made sure everything went smoothly and was there for us every step of the way. I never had to worry about anything because Wendy was always so organized and proactive. She took care of us the entire time and always thoroughly answered any questions or concerns we had. She was very professional and also welcoming and kind. We also appreciated that Ponte provided so much for our wedding- tables, chairs & linen, food (which was SO good), organizing our vendors for us, creating our day of timeline, and much much more, we felt very well-taken care of. Ponte is a stunning venue and we couldn't imagine getting married any where else.
My husband and I got married on 9/1/19 and the day was perfect! Many of our wedding guests told us ours was the best wedding they had been to, and that the venue was amazing. The whole planning experience was streamlined and easy. We live in Portland and were planning from a distance, but the team at Mansion helped to make sure everything came together for the big day. We worked with many team members, but Carly was our day of coordinator and she made sure the event went off without a hitch! The day of bridal attendant was also great - making sure both the entire wedding party had everything we needed and stayed hydrated for the warm day! The atmosphere is great, the food tasty, the wine perfect, and the property is astounding. Amazing day full of amazing memories and some awesome pictures. We would highly recommend Mansion! Thanks!
Had a walk through here for our wedding and it was gorgeous. Staff was very professional and went through all the details...in detail! Left feeling well informed. On our top list for consideration.
I had my wedding here in September and since day one when I met Courtney her professionalism and her personality was way beyond my expectations. She took the time to sit with me and my fiancé and went over everything I am mean everything in detail. She made sure we understood and any question we asked was never too silly. Courtney is what made us book at this location. Not once did we feel rushed or just another client. She took the time to get to know what we liked and what we envisioned. She continuously keeps communication with me. This has truly been an amazing experience and by far the easier Parton planning my wedding.
Excellent service and very professional. Wendy was very responsive and worked with me to finalize all my details and had great suggestions. From the food tasting to the layout design, they knew exactly what they were doing. The venue is very versatile and had a more ballroom feel which I loved. The food was excellent! All the details and design came together with the help of the staff. I'm super satisfied.
Such an amazing place to have a wedding! We had our wedding on Nov, 9th, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. Alyssa at Mansion is AMAZING. She is so sweet and responsive to any questions we had or information we needed. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and perfectly. The inside is so warm with the historic look and the big chandelier. There's also plenty to do around the venue for guests that are flying in with nearby bars in Uptown.
What a perfect place to hold our special event. Friends from the neighborhood could walk to the event. Friends and family from out of town found it easy to park in the attached ramp. Our experience here was of beautifully executed food, expert service, and the most stunning venue with opulence, beautiful furniture and decor, and everyone loved the chandeliers.
We had our Rehearsal Dinner at the Mansion at Uptown and it was absolutely STUNNING! We absolutely would have looked into booking this venue for our wedding, but unfortunately our wedding guest list exceeded the capacity for this venue. (We had our wedding at one of Entourage Event Group's other venues, Minneapolis Event Centers - Grand 1858, see separate review).
This venue gives you all the fancy, glamorous, and extravagant vibes. Seriously, the second you walk in, your jaw will drop. Our guests were LOVING the venue and the food we offered (a live station pasta bar) was delish! Our event was on a beautiful summer evening and the outdoor patio was the perfect place to socialize after dinner finished up! There's a great outdoor bar, plenty of comfy seating and amazing mood lighting that set the perfect scene for a great evening with our family and friends who came into town for our wedding.
The staff at Entourage Event Group and the Mansion at Uptown is incredible - their attention to detail and care that they exhibit to their clients is unlike anything I've experienced before. Beyond the venue being beautiful, the people we worked with made this choice of venue one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process.
We had an absolutely beautiful wedding at the Mansion. We were planning from out of town and Ashley was super accommodating. She toured the venue with us multiple times on FaceTime and when we gave short notice when we would be running through town she was able to work with our schedule. I thought I would stress about all the details about the day, but Ashley and her staff honestly made everything so simple. The venue is obviously so beautiful but the details on the day were even better then I imagined, they really considered all the details. Everything from special diet requests to having drinks prepped for the wedding party on arrival. I loved that so much of the event was already inplace, not having to find another caterer was a huge relief and all of the guests commented on the amazing dinner. I literally worried about nothing on the day but having an amazing time because I had total trust that Ashley and Uptown would take care of everything!
I fell in love with the space from the moment I toured; gorgeous chandeliers everywhere, beautiful decor yet not too feminine so my husband was a huge fan! We had our ceremony inside and our cocktail hour outside in the private patio with tons of outdoor furniture and huge bar. Then we all went back inside for a flawless dinner! I didn't even need a day-of-coordinator, this venue saved my budget! I worked with Ashley that was just a gem to have through the entire process. This venue has their own decor company so we didn't need to go with a handful of different rentals to have everything we wanted. We are so thankful to have had our Wedding at the Mansion I can not say enough amazing things about this venue and their team!
My best friend got married here last month and it was SUCH a fun venue!! It has an outdoor lounge area, indoor fireplaces, a huge chandelier over the dinner and dance floor area- It really made the wedding feel elegant, romantic and intimate. Even the staff was amazing. I met their coordinator, Daniel, the day of the wedding and he was SUPER friendly, fun and was on top of every detail throughout the night. Felt like I knew him forever! You can tell that Daniel and all of the staff really care about making the night as special as possible for every guest.
When I was looking at wedding venues, I loved the idea of a historic building with grand features, but I was having a difficult time finding a venue that also didn't feel too dark or confined. When I toured The Mansion, I fell in love! It was exactly what I was looking for. The mixture of updated features, grandiose chandelier, and historic touches made it the perfect venue to carry out my wedding vision. We had our cocktail hour on the large wrap-around terrace, as it was a beautiful day in June. Ashley, our wedding coordinator, was there with us throughout the planning process, as well as day-of. I had a huge bridal party and a lot of decor, so I was a little concerned about the overall flow of the day. Ashley kept track of all of my vendors, cued the wedding party processional, and overall kept us on track every step of the way! My guests were raving about the food, and definitely overall had a wonderful and memorable experience. Thanks so much!
We photographed a wedding at The Mansion this fall and their staff is AMAZING to work with. As a fellow vendor, we work with a lot of people and they work so well with a team mentality. They have the same goal as us, to make the couple happy. The Mansion at Uptown is BEAUTIFUL too! It has a very vintage look to it that is unique to a many other venues. I would highly recommend them to any couple. :)
Gorgeous Venue that has the perfect mix of classic and modern! Our wedding theme was Simple Elegance and the Mansion pulled it off perfectly. We fell in love with this venue as it allowed us to have a progressive reception, starting with cocktails outside on the patio, dinner in the grand upstairs room, and dancing with desserts in the Vault. Ashley and her team are amazing to work with! They were with us every step of the way, helped us find other vendors, and at the last minute when I needed a sign for the wedding they helped me pull it all together in the last week before the wedding! The food and service were spectacular, Ashley and Daniel even made sure my father-in-law’s food was extra hot and my mother-in-law had her Apple Martini full all night. All our guests raved about how unique the Mansion is and how it has a feeling unlike any other venue they had been to in MN, Chicago, or California. We can’t thank the Mansion Team enough!
We searched the cities for our perfect venue and found it at the Mansion. This venue is gorgeous and offers so much more than most other venues we looked at. We were able to customize the outdoor and indoor lighting and they even surprised us with a monogram that was projected on two walls within the venue. We had both our ceremony and reception at the Mansion and every detail was meticulously thought out and executed perfectly. Our wedding coordinator, Daniel Holtz, had everything planned out to the minute and kept us informed throughout the process, he was an absolute dream to work with and our wedding party and guests ADORED him (as did we)! Daniel was able to make sense of all of our ideas and bring them together for a truly fantastic day. WE cannot recommend Daniel more as even with our decorations coming in as a surprise he found time to assemble them and keep everything on schedule.
The food was amazing! We did a few different options for food but no question, the stir fry was the favorite, especially the cream cheese wontons!! The mansion is the perfect wedding venue to make special day perfect.
I had an afterparty at the Mansion as my reception and my husband, guest and I had a great time. We were able to have a VIP booth near the DJ and bar. The atmosphere was great and music was fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better night to end the day. The only thing is that because it wasn't a private reception, the hostesses were super busy, but we made it work!
We booked this venue while it was still under construction and it turned out better than our wildest dreams! What a beautiful, unique space for a wedding. My husband and I loved that we were able to have our wedding in three different spaces: upstairs patio for cocktail hour, main floor for dinner and downstairs/lower patio for dancing and drinks! All unique and beautiful and created a great flow to the evening. Ashley was a fabulous coordinator and I can't say enough about her organization and accessibility. Guests raved about the food- it was some of the best "wedding" food many have had. And while there were a few very small snafus (when isn't there?!) Ashley and her staff more than made up for it- and I (the bride) had no idea until after our big day. This venue creates an amazing atmosphere to get great wedding photos in all areas. The location in Uptown gives guests options for before and after the reception to find something to do. I would highly recommend this venue to brides!
We had a great wedding day at The Mansion. One of the benefits of using the Mansion is that it comes with their own coordinator and Ashley was incredibly organized and professional throughout the entire process. We were skeptical of dancing in the lower level while the public had access to the main floor in the late evening. Don't let it be a deterrent of choosing this venue. The lower level provided a very unique and intimate space to dance and you couldn't hear anything going on upstairs. We would recommend!
Got married here on September 9th, 2017 and everything was amazing! Ashley did such a great job coordinating and making sure our day went flawlessly. Also, all of the staff at Mansion were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding!
My husband and I just got married here two weeks ago, and the venue was fabulous! Our coordinator, Ashley, worked with us and our vendors to make sure it was flawless. My guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! If you are looking for a classy space with Uptown flare, this is the perfect spot :)
My husband and I were able to pull off our dream wedding at this gorgeous venue. The Mansion coordinators were amazing and professional to work with and pulled everything off flawlessly. They made all of the details come together and saved me so much stress. Our guests were stunned with this location, cannot recommend this venue enough!!
We had about 220 guests. We heard from numerous people that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The venue was magnificent and elegant and required virtually no additional decoration. It easily handled the size of our event. The lower floor was perfect for dancing and kicking up our heels a bit. The staff was extremely easy to work with, went the extra mile, and responded to our questions almost immediately. They catered to our every need, even the small, last minute details. The food, beverages and service were " a real class act" as one of our guests said. I would highly recommend this venue for any celebration. My wife and I just couldn't be more pleased. Oh, and it came in UNDER their projected budget.
