Where to begin with my review? We got the news that renovations were finally starting one month before my wedding was supposed to happen! This made me a little anxious since we were not getting the ballroom we had booked but would now be outside in a tent for the reception. Gianni and Kara reassured me every step of the way and executed my vision, seating arrangements, and overall everything I had ever wanted for my wedding day. I had no anxiety going into wedding week or even the day(s) leading up. Through all the construction going on and having to navigate how to get to the courtyard the shortest and safest way for elderly and handicapped people, Kara and Gianni made sure this was addressed and that it would not be a problem. There were some things that needed to be fixed for going forward for their wedding season. Bathrooms were a small issue since there were only 2 available for my 130 guests. Several family members were staying at the Cape Codder and had rooms with sliding doors that led right out to the courtyard for the party. They opened up their sliders so people could go use the restroom if needed. The other was trying to find which door to enter for the reception for guests. Having better signage big enough for guests to see which door to enter as you can not see the tent from the outside of the building. I did have a conversation after the wedding with Gianni and Kara about making sure bathrooms were addressed adding more signage for people to see and having a representative at the entrance of the entire place as well as at the door to greet guests to reassure them were in the right place and going in the right direction. This can be easily fixed! Like I mentioned above I am 110% happy with how everything was handled and turned out for my wedding! Gianni and Kara were there every step of the way to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. This experience could have not been any easier and stress-free!!!
From start to finish, the professionalism and dedication to creating the most beautiful wedding for my son and daughter in-law was exceptional! Rob made it a truly stress-free event. The catering staff at the wedding attended to every detail. Everything went smoothly and every guest said they had so much fun! Thank you, Gianni and most especially Rob, for making their day wonderful!
We planned our wedding two years in advance with this venue and a month before the wedding the resort faced a lot of changes in management and with staff as well as their computer systems for booking rooms. Through all of these changes, they were still able to run my wedding flawlessly. Gianni really worked with us to make sure that we would have our dream day and was very reassuring throughout the process. When we had issues with our guest's rooms because of the change in the computer system from when guests booked their rooms to when they checked in the receptionist service was phenomenal in meeting our accommodations. The food for the reception and cocktail hour was amazing and even a month later we still had guests raving about how well the food was, what a great time they had, as well as how beautiful the resort was.

The Cape Codder Resort and Spa was a wonderful wedding venue and Stephanie Sharlet, our coordinator at the resort, made our day as perfect as it could have been. We had a beach ceremony, Stephanie took care of the permitting and a bus to take guests to and from the beach was included in our package. The cocktail hour and reception were held at the resort and everything went very smoothly, there was plenty of signage to let people know where to go, the food was excellent and the room we had for our reception was a great fit for the number of guests and the setup worked out very well for what we wanted. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the resort, a New England Clambake and everyone raved about the food. I really liked that our wedding was the only event going on at the resort that day so they could just focus on our group. I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Stephanie, she helped us with all of the details during the planning and was there at every step of the way on our big day to make sure everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend the Cape Codder for your event!
We could not say enough good things about the Cape Codder. We worked with Stephanie and she was the best of the best. So understanding and accomedating. We had to do a last minute location change for the ceremony for the reception and all the staff was so understanding. When booking with the Cape Codder you definitly get your money worth. Our guests were raving about the food that we were able to pick from!
Just had our wedding there this past weekend. We are born and raised on the cape and that unfortunately means that most places you end up paying for a destination wedding even though we are from here. The cape Codder was super affordable and absolutely beautiful. The event managers are with you every step of the way. We worked with Stephanie and she was amazing. From start to finish I could not be any happier. If they can handle our rowdy families that can do anything!!! I absolutely recommend them!
The Cape Codder was an amazing venue to have our wedding at! Everything there went so smooth. The rehearsal dinner was perfect. The venue banquet room looked amazing (far succeeded our vision!).
Stephanie, she was great! Our wedding cake to cut didn’t show up and she figured out a plan and made sure we had something to cut for pictures (the wedding cake not showing was NOT the venue’s problem, human error is all). Stephanie is personable and realistic when we were discussing our wedding day with her.
We cannot wait to go back to the Cape Codder to spend our anniversaries there for a mini staycation!
The Cape Codder spa and resort was a hidden gem to have the cape cod wedding of your dreams on a budget! Their wedding coordinator Stephanie couldn’t of been more helpful and nice! Food decor and staff were fantastic!

Tina was very helpful from start to finish. She was prompt with emails and we got along very well. On our wedding day she made sure everything went smoothly and even got a snack to calm down our flower girl when she didn’t want to get ready. The wedding was even more beautiful than I imagined. She was very accommodating and they decorated beautifully. I would absolutely recommend getting married at the Cape Codder. Thank you so much for making our dreams come true!

Everything was a dream at the Cape Codder!! My husband and I could not be more thrilled with the service that we had received . Tina was amazing and was always on point. She even went as far as hunting down a steamer for one of my bridesmaids' dress. They were very conscious of any dietary needs even recently discovered allergens as I had recently discovered a crustacean allergy and we had put the chicken Julia on our buffet menu, which our guests adored.

Our wedding was awesome! We had a few small issues but we worked through or around them. Jane, the wedding coordinator is amazing! She made sure everything went the way we wanted. Food was fantastic! Overall everything was amazing and we would do it all over again if we could! Day went by too fast.
My wife and I got married at the Cape Codder in September. We really liked the packages that they offered: they were affordable, included permits for the beach, a shuttle bus to the ceremony and back to the reception, a wedding cake from konditor meister, and they had a variety of food options to choose from (our guests came up to us later in the night to tell us how good the food was! My favorite was the teriyaki glazed salmon and the cheese raviolis). Also, Jane Henry the wedding coordinator was AWESOME! She helped organize a lot of little things for us (e.g. Setting up our centerpieces and telling our bridal party where to stand at the rehearsal) and she had good recommendations about wedding planning in general (e.g. what vendors to use, where to cut costs, etc.). The only reason I'm not giving the Cape Codder 5 stars is because our guests had trouble using the wedding discount code when making reservations and because I felt like they spent so much money updating their water park that they had overlooked the dire need to update/modernize the decor in their ballrooms and reception halls too. (Specifically, we were not huge fans of the murals on the walls, the red rugs, or the green chairs... But hey, everything else was great so if you don't care about those things then definitely check this place out for your venue!) Lastly, if you and your fiancé do decide to have your wedding here, I highly suggest staying in the Presidential Suite- it is a huge two floor suite where the whole bridal party was able to get ready (hair/make-up/getting dressed) before the ceremony and where a bunch of family and friends came to party after the reception. It was totally worth the extra money we spent to stay in that room for 2 nights.

We’re glad you took advantage of the Presidential Suite upgrade, and agree that it’s the perfect place for bridal party preparations and photos! We’re sorry to hear the décor of the JFK Ballroom was not to your liking. The Ballroom was remodeled not too long ago and we all have different tastes. Our Ballroom does get many compliments and and it is has become one of Cape Cod’s most sought after event spaces, with its “night sky” ceiling panels which use fiber optic lighting to simulate 14 different constellations and shooting stars. We also offer a variety of other function rooms to suit all tastes and needs. Most importantly, thank you for recognizing Jane Henry, truly an asset to our catering team. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back on your wedding anniversary! Congratulations and best wishes from the Cape Codder Resort & Spa.
The groom and I were incredibly pleased with the outcome of our Fall wedding at the Cape Codder. The cocktail hour on the enclosed deck was the perfect start to the reception (even in November). The staff was extremely flexible about letting us in early the day before the finalize our centerpieces and make sure everything was laid out to our liking. From there, the waiters, waitresses, and bartenders were incredibly polite, attentive, and willing to do anything to make the groom and I (as well as our guests) comfortable and happy. Jane (the wedding coordinator) was kind, invested, and even made a personal connection by stopping by the Presidential suite before the off-site ceremony and made sure every detail of the reception ran smoothly (and to our liking). It was incredibly helpful having the Spa onsite, so that we could walk down that morning and get our hair and make-up done. I would not change a thing about our wedding at the Cape Codder!
I would highly recommend The Cape Codder as a venue. We got married last month at Keyes Memorial Beach and everything was beautiful. Jane coordinated the perfect day and we couldn't have asked for more. The JFK Ballroom held our 160 guests perfectly, plenty of bartenders, great food, and plenty to do at the hotel for guests before/after the wedding. Very satisfied with our experience, wish we could do it again!

I wanted a Cape Cod wedding on a strict budget and the Cape Codder was able to accommodate that. We had a beautiful wedding on the beach and reception at the hotel. Everything was great, and our guests commented on how wonderful everything was. So glad we chose the Cape Codder.
The Cape Codder is a beautiful for place for a wedding. I had my wedding ceremony and reception in the Emerald Room and it was literally perfect. First, the fact that I got to enter the room by walking down the staircase was great! What a way to make an entrance! And Laurel is fantastic! She is the wedding coordinator onsite. She handles everything! She made my life a breeze with the whole process. The food was fantastic (literally not a single guest had anything negative to say)! The turkey melted in your mouth, the beef was perfect! Loved it! I dont have a single bad thing to say! Thank you so much for giving me an amazing wedding experience!!
Like many brides I was a Bride on a budget and was looking for only the best when it came down to what I wanted for my wedding day.Laurel the Wedding coordinator there made sure it was nothing short of what I expected and low and behold my wedding day was a dream come true, she worked with my budget and made sure it was all about what the bride and groom wanted.. I have no complaints about anything!! she took it all in her hands and made it so easy and stress free.. I Highly Recommend the Cape Codder Resort & Spa
The Cape Codder did a great job of putting together my wedding reception. We had our rception in the Emerald Room and everything came out perfect. (I recommend renting some chiavari chairs though as the chairs that came with the room were very tacky looking). The food was even good, which in my experience is unusual for a wedding! I also recommend staying in the Presidential Suite, which has it's own sauna and jacuzzi in the room. The communication was a little slow with the wedding coordinator, that was my only complaint.
Laurel, the coordinator took on the day. All I had to do was drop off my decor items and she took on the rest. Her goal: to make sure the day is PERFECT for the bride and groom....it was. Everything went off without a hitch. The food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and my guests had a lot of fun!
I loved, loved, loved the Cape Codder for my wedding venue. It is beautiful and extremely affordable. The wedding planner there, Laurel, is also great and a great asset to the resort.
Overall they were pretty good but really controlling. Nice atmosphere but a little to regulated. An example would be they would not allow my vendors to stay in the room even after I asked them to allow them to stay. The wedding coordinator there said unless there family they can not stay in the room and I will tell them when it is time for pictures. Other than that small issue it was good. We were married during the enchanted village and it was beautiful the lighting was amazing and the resort even sent carolers in and santa. Overall it was a pretty good experience with them.
