Mark of Elegance

We used Mark of Elegance for our wedding hotel transportation and they were great! They came recommended by the hotel block that we used, Hilton Garden Inn Melville. We had one shuttle bus transport people to and from the hotel and wedding venue (Mansion at Oyster Bay), making 2 trips to get to the venue and two trips back to the hotel at the end of the night. Our contract also came with unlimited trips back to the hotel during the wedding. I did have one guest who had to leave early back to the hotel because she wasn't feeling well say that the shuttle driver originally told her he was not supposed to leave until the end of the night, however it must have been a miscommunication because he eventually did bring her back to the hotel so it worked out in the end. Overall, the driver was very punctual and Marc from Mark of Elegance was accommodating and very reasonably priced compared to other services we looked at it the area. We would definitively recommend them!

Dreamed of having a trolley since prom and Mark of Elegance delivered! They kept us on time from location to location! From booking to the day of the team was amazing and very friendly.

Mark of Elegance was wonderful to work with. We had transportation requirements change a number of times and Mark made sure that we were taken care of. Any changes that needed to be made were done with easy and every staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful. I think what I loved most was that when we needed to make some changes to the transportation vehicles we originally reserved, Mark himself got on the phone with me to help me work out a plan that would meet our needs perfectly. I will be a customer for life.

We used this company for the Rolls Royce rental for our wedding. The people were great and made sure to stay on top of everything leading up to our wedding. The driver was amazing and kind. They poured champagne and made sure we were comfortable. The Rolls Royce was perfect and everything I imagined it to be. I couldn't recommend this company more!!

Fantastic! Arrived on time. Picked up the groom and groomsmen first, brought them to the church, picked up bride and bridesmaid and brought them to church then brought us all to the venue. A smooth, fun and beautiful ride. We didn't want to get off the trolley because it was just so fun.

I had my wedding in April of this year and Mark of Elegance happened to be a preferred vendor from my venue (Stonebridge Country Club). The process was so easy from start to finish; I inquired via e-mail and after a few back and forth questions and a quick phone call, I was booked. The week of the wedding, we finalized and coordinated the shuttle times and on the day of, our drivers were prompt and on time. When I arrived at the ceremony and we had some stragglers going into the venue, our driver even told me to stay in the bus so that nobody would see me! Everyone was so thoughtful and kind; I literally had nothing to worry about. I would book this service again and again if I could! They made my day so seamless and helped the guests get to and from the venue to the hotel so everyone could enjoy the night!

Mark was great to speak to and arrange a contract for our wedding pick up and drop off. He walked us through everything and made sure we were not having any gaps where guests would have issues coming or leaving the venue. The bus driver was very courteous and flexible dropping people off to their hotel. Great service, highly recommend.

Mark of Elegance made it extremely easy to book our hotel shuttle for our wedding day. They were part of the Pavilion at Sunken Meadow package. We were able to use the credit from our included limousine towards upgrading to a shuttle. Since neither my husband and I were taking the shuttle the day of, we were able to arrange to make our final payment in person at their office. On the wedding day, our shuttle arrived on time and there were no issues whatsoever. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional. We highly recommend Mark of Elegance for your wedding transportation!

The Mark of Elegance team was so great to work with! They were very accommodating and worked with us to iron out transportation logistics, making the process so easy. They were a preferred vendor of our venue, The Riviera so they were in contact with them throughout the event. We booked the 18 passenger limo for the wedding party transportation and a shuttle for our hotel guests. The team was prompt and got everyone to the venue safely.

We used Mark of Elegance for shuttle buses for our bridal party and our guests. They provided a great service and our driver was punctual and friendly! We had 0 issues and it was fairly priced.

Mark of Elegance was a good choice for our wedding transportation, especially given their colocation with our hotel section for room block. It was easy to set up what we wanted and to make the final payment week of. When signing the contract, I had some issues getting a signed copied back which was just for peace of mind that we were on the same page for services provided. Everything went really smoothly day of the wedding and the shuttle was on time, clean and spacious to take people to the wedding. At the end of the night, we (bride and groom) were the last to return to the hotel just 20 minutes after the end time and ended up waiting for the shuttle to return for quite some time. It did come but we realized in that moment that we didn't have a driver contact to reach out to. Luckily, they had a late night call line that someone answered and put us in touch with the driver to get the remaining group back. Was still overall a good experience and am glad to have booked with them.

Mark of Elegance was one of the best choices we could have made for the wedding. We worked with Marc who was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The driver was professional, on time, and very friendly and he came in after the wedding to introduce himself and make sure we didn't need anything.

We booked Mark of Elegance for our transportation for our wedding from the main hotel to the wedding venue. Our only issue was the number of people who needed to be transported was smaller than expected. We paid for unlimited trips, but due to the decrease in guests, Mark of Elegance wanted to do less trips. This made things difficult as some of our guests had kids and wanted to leave somewhat earlier than the first bus back. Additionally, they wanted to only do one trip to the venue and one trip back, despite that our contract said unlimited trips. After negotiating, they agreed to do the number of trips as needed. At the end of the day though, Mark of Elegance was reliable and our guests were able to make it to the wedding on time and back to the hotel safely.

I used Mark of Elegance for my wedding and everything was great! We had the party bus during the day for the bridal party and then used 2 coach buses for between hotel and venue. Price was fair, booking was easy, everything worked out very well! Would recommend to all Long Island brides!

Right from the start I knew Mark of Elegance would be perfect for my wedding day. My initial phone call was with Ricky. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. He talked with me for about 20 minutes and gave me different options for my wedding Transportation. I booked right on the spot because he was able to give me the best price after called about 4 other companies. Leading up to the big day, I was contacted to confirm all stops and times. All of my emails and phone calls were answered promptly. The day of my wedding everything was perfect! The drivers were kind and professional. Absolutely would book with Mark of elegance again!

Marc of Elegance was great to work with. They responded to my emails in a timely manner, answered all my questions, and provided me with direct quotes of service which made the process seamless as I was able to choose the option that worked for my group as well as my budget. All of my guests made friends with the shuttle driver and said the process for them was also extremely easy. We had 3 scheduled trips back to the hotel just in case guests wanted to leave early. This was all included in the 1 price that I was quoted. The bus was extremely clean and nice. Additionally, the payment process was easy as well. I used Venmo to pay the deposit and cash on the day of. I would book again for a future event!

Mark of elegance is beyond amazing! We loved our party bus it was a great way to start off our wedding night heading to our venue the vibes were amazing! The party bus fit everyone comfortably and so happy that we chose to do the 25 person bus, we had 14 people all together on the bus and it was roomy. The bus was supplied with drinks and water. They are not just professional but punctual! Clay was our driver and we loved him! So happy we went with mark of elegance for our transportation!!! The best!

Administration was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I was very surprised with the quality of service because this company is so highly rated. Our driver backed into a pole, which shattered the glass on one side of the bus. Then he got lost going to the venue, he circled the venue three times, until my maid of honor pulled out her phone and directed him. A different driver got lost with my groom and his groomsmen, making them late as well. We got to the venue an hour late, for which I had to pay my photographer and videographer an additional hour for services. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Hiring a shuttle bus to get my guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and then back after the wedding and the after party was one of the vendors I was most nervous about. I had heard horror stories from people. I am thrilled to say that Mark of Elegance exceeded my expectations in every way. They were on time with a beautiful shuttle-bus that was clean and had an experienced driver. The service I got from the office staff was also amazing. With only three months to go before the wedding there was a time change as to the start of the ceremony. They made it easy and took care of everything so that there were no issues. I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to for this company, and I highly recommend them.

Mark of Elegance made our wedding transportation easy and seamless. The limousine picked up the groom on time, clean, and with no issues. The coach bus picked up before and after the reception on time, clean, and with no issues and made multiple trips for guests. The trolley was a huge hit and great for our special day. Mark of elegance was one of the only vendors where we did not have a perfect experience. Though Mark of Elegance was the cheapest option for multiple trip shuttles they were quite difficult to get a hold of. In addition, they tried to tell me that I had changed the contract a week before the wedding in order to get me to pay more. All in all it wound up working out and their driver was incredibly nice and professional showing up for each trip in a timely fashion. however if you plan to use Mark of Elegance make sure you do most of your communicating in writing as you will likely need to refer back to it multiple times.

Our wedding was 10/8/23. John our limo driver was amazing Enrique was our shuttle driver. They were amazing! Enrique shuttled our guests to and from the venue promptly and on time. John picked up my husband and his guys first then us girls and he was on time for both of us. And was sweet and kind. Thank you Mark of elegance for taking care of us.

We used Mark of Elegance for their wedding trolley and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made in the wedding process!!! Their trolley was the nicest I have ever seen and the driver, Brian, was so lovely and helped with everything!!! He even came into the church to help with directions for the bridal party and even helped with my dress to make sure it looked perfect going down the aisle. We absolutely loved this trolley and got amazing pictures from it! I would 100% recommend this trolley!

This company provided exactly the service they promised! Guests arrived on time and were escorted back to their hotels promptly at the end of the wedding. The driver even came in to check to see if we needed him to wait a little for people! Great experience:)

Overall a great experience. I did hear that the coach bus that was bringing people to and from the venue to the hotel didn't have air conditioning. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working well in the limo that brought the groom and groomsmen to the church. The party bus was great, and the drivers were really nice too! We did go over an hour for the party bus, but that was no big deal.

They made for great photos, a fun time, and smooth transportation to and from our wedding venue. All of the drivers were so nice, and Marc truly cares about every single experience with his fleet, which shows in the service provided. We highly recommend Mark of Elegance for your wedding!

Mark of Elegance was an easy choice after very little research. They were quick and easy with communication. In great contact about all details the week leading up to the wedding so that everything was on time. We had a significant travel distance from the Queens church to LI venue every bus was in place when we asked for it and everything was perfectly on time. Our buses were clean and very comfortable, and our drivers were so helpful from being on time to helping with our bags even the bride's dress train or veil. They helped make our wedding day perfect and smooth as we could ever imagine.

We had many moving parts of our wedding and Mark of Elegance was amazing! We ended up needing a Bentley, a stretch escalade, a party bus and two coach buses. Mark of Elegance followed up multiple times prior to the wedding to confirm the schedule. Per our contract, final payment was due the day of the wedding. But they made time for me to pay earlier to relieve a little bit of stress! Additionally, the drivers were all excellent, kind and professional!

We loved Mark of Elegance from the moment we booked them. Prompt, responsive, caring and professional are the four adjectives I would use to describe our experience. They sent us a quote right away once we inquired and also continued to keep in touch as our numbers changed as the big day got closer. When we realized that we actually didn't need as big of a shuttle as we originally planned, the Mark of Elegance team was kind enough to accommodate us and provided us with the right kind of vehicle that was best for our guests. We were told by our out-of-town guests that it was extremely comforting to know that the shuttle was there for them to take them back and forth from the venue and their hotel(s) and that the stretch Escalade that was eventually the car of the night was super awesome and a great experience. My husband and I couldn’t be happier that we included the vendor bundle as part of our contract with Stonebridge Country Club. As part of our contract, we had the opportunity to work with Mark of Elegance. From the initial introduction I had with Mark as well as the additional Staff within the office, I was treated with utmost professionalism and genuine kindness. I had originally only booked the Trolly through Mark of Elegance but decided last minute at one of the showcases that I wanted to add in the Rolls Royce. Unfortunately, at that time, there were none left. Mark saw how upset and disappointed I was and he went completely out of his way to give me the names of several other transportation companies on Long Island who might have availability. He also offered me several other cars and limos just in case I couldn’t find what I was looking for! On my actual wedding day our wonderful Trolly driver arrived early and ready to help us celebrate the day! He had such positive energy and came prepared with umbrellas since it was raining and plenty of champagne!! My crew was rather rowdy and after the church we asked him to stop at a local gas station so we could grab additional beverages for the ride back to Stonebridge and he was more than accommodating! Back at the venue he even stayed for an additional hour to allow us to take pictures. I couldn’t recommend this company enough and I look forward to using them for any future events!

We would highly recommend Mark of Elegance for your next event. The whole staff was patient and professional. We had many switches in our plans and pick up times and the staff worked with us until we got it right. On the day of the wedding, all the drivers were sweet as can be. Helping me with my dress, easing my nerves and being on time. I can not say one bad thing!

They actually upgraded our bus for no extra charge, so all guests were able to travel from our booked hotels and the venue seamlessly. They let us pay by Venmo which made things super simple. Everything was perfect the day of our daughter’s wedding including the coach bus transportation to and from the venue for the bride , groom, bridal party and family members! Norm was the best driver! On time for pick up and was waiting for us when the wedding was over. He was nice enough to come back after dropping us off at the venue because we forgot the chocolate covered apple favors on the bus! Mark of excellence is a great company!
