nt perfect. We had a small wedding of only 20 guests and he kept the day running smoothly, making sure we were where we needed to be at all times with great direction. We also had a list of at least 6hrs worth of music requests (for 4hrs of dancing) and he somehow made our eclectic list work! First let me say, he gave us peace of mind. So many vendors you work with need time lines, answers, info and Mark helped us to create the schedule and flow of the day. He then made a schedule and communicated with other vendors. I mean he knew answers before I had the questions. Once we met with him I felt a huge burden lifted from my shoulders. He has done so many weddings, he know whats next way before you do. That being said, with his online music election and questions it allows him the tools to tailor your wedding so it truly represents you. Our music ran from Beatles, to punk, to the Saints Go Marching In...and he got in all in seamlessly.
We had opted to have a "song request" in our RSVP. I wasn't sure if this would be a burden to Mark but it actually worked great. He gives you access to an online profile where you answer questions and select your music. Within that there is a notes section. I simply added the note for each person and their request. What was great was then he mentioned the person's name and that just made everyone feel like part of the festivities plus made them get up and dance when there song was on.
He also managed the day for us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Behind the scenes he organized the time and cheerily asked us if it was fine. I loved it! We just felt like we could decide in the moment, for example what time we really wanted to leave, dance, etc.
He is the #1 choice!

His online tool for selecting songs, and choosing the things that we wanted to do was so easy to use and super effective in getting information to him. The week or so leading up to the wedding, we didn't have any issues because we knew he had the information, exactly how we wanted it.

He uses an easy to use online program where you can select songs that you absolutely DO NOT want played at your wedding, to a MUST play. It also has an amazing "day of planner" and organizer that was beyond helpful in my planning process.
He is easy to reach when you have any questions, and literally makes your big day perfect! He kept everything flowing with no dead spots, as well as getting everyone where they should be when they needed to be somewhere. My guests raved about how wonderful he did and how it was a great party!

When it came to planning the wedding, it was understatement to say my family and I were a little lost and behind. I got engaged in February (2012) and already had my date set for July 7, 2012. Mark made the process more of joy then a stress. He answered all of our questions, made suggestions on what might work better and assured us it would all work out.
On the day of, I truly don't think it could have run smoother. The vendors worked together and I rarely had to tell anyone to do anything. They checked in with me to let me know what was next. The dance floor was filled all night and my guests constantly told me and my husband what a wonderful time they were having.
