Hi, my name's Mark and I love to shoot film. Let me shoot your wedding on 35mm! I started shooting film about 10 years ago when I bought an old Minolta at a garage sale for $12 (back when film gear was still cheap!) I started shooting digital a few years later and was always editing my photos to try to mimic film. Finally I realized you can't beat the real thing so I switched back! I use a combination of digital and film while I'm shooting to create the 35mm film feeling throughout your album without sacrificing the security that digital photography offers. I'm inspired by old snapshots, authentic moments and documentary-style photos, mixed with editorial, stylized posed work. I want to bring a mix of candid and intentional moments to the final gallery to give the whole thing a free spirited, timeless, snapshot-appeal that still feels deliberate. Flexibility and communication are the most important thing to me. If you book with me you'll work with me the entire time. I'll help plan out a photo schedule with you for your wedding day, create sample images with you to steer your final gallery in the direction you want, be by your side throughout the big day and be in close communication with you through out the editing a retouching process. My goal is to make the photo part of your wedding fun and exciting. I want to create a gallery we love and have a good time doing it.

Mark was such a delight to work with, we could not recommend him enough! We had a semi-complex ceremony for our wedding and he captured it like an absolute champ. My husband and I are both kind of uncomfortable with photos and, sadly, are not enlightened enough to stop using humor as a coping mechanism - Mark rolled with our admittedly B grade jokes and put together some shots that really captured our relationship. It felt way less awkward than expected, more like hanging out with a friend! He not only photographed everything beautifully, he was extremely helpful with issues that came up throughout the day and was fun to have at our wedding. We have heard repeatedly "your photographer was really cool". Book Mark for your wedding, he's the best in the game and an all around solid dude!!

If you are looking at booking Mark for you wedding or any event just do it! He was an absolute rockstar at our wedding he was great at guiding us during photos and taking phenomenal photos during our event while somehow not ever being in the way. He is incredibly kind and intelligent. Our guests raved about how great he was. His calming presence was much appreciated during the wedding we never felt rushed and he was willing to go above and beyond to get beautiful shots for us. Like I said don’t wait book him now!

We hired Mark for our wedding and could not have had a better experience! He was extremely professional but very fun to work with. I'm not super comfortable in front of the camera but he made it so easy and relaxed while getting photos of everything we wanted. I could not recommend him enough!

Mark is amazing! Highly recommended. The perfect photographer for our wedding. He's skilled, competent, creative, thorough, and he cares! He will take time to compose shots but works quickly and efficiently, while always at the ready to capture a spontaneous moment. AND his prices are very reasonable. Book Mark and rest easy knowing that at least the photography at your event will go right!

Mark is awesome. He is reasonably priced, professional, and responsive. He is also just incredibly laid back and easy to get along with. Our wedding was a little more laid back, and he was very go with the flow which I appreciated. He drove out to our mountain venue to scope everything out. He had a great vision for the day of. The pictures came out gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with them. After the wedding, I had multiple guests approach me about him and how much they liked his style. This was even before they saw the professional photos! His personality really made everyone feel at ease. I can't recommend him enough.
