der for the ceremony. I had ideas for where to put the décor but let them have creative freedom on the table décor and they all turned out great! Some of the small details weren't quite right but my mom was able to help fix some of the details since we had talked about it during the planning process. They were great during the final month and took over the communication with the vendors. The only hiccup was the seating chart that I needed to send. I forgot to send it during the wedding week and got a text the morning of reminding me to send it but at that point, I had no computer with me to be able to send it and ended up having to send screenshots and hoping it would work. I wish a reminder was sent earlier so I could actually provide a pdf for them to help setup but it all worked out. Overall, Marmaros is great! I loved working with them and they were so helpful during the final month in getting everything organized so I could focus on my DIY projects.

On our wedding day we knew we had absolutely nothing to stress because Megan and her team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. Their input and opinions were so helpful and their attention to detail helped us to truly have the best day ever! They are so organized and friendly and we could not have pulled our day off without them. Not only was it during those 3 meetings, but also whenever I needed her and contacted her... Megan was very responsive and helpful. Devin and I got engaged pre-covid and Megan and Mallory were even more of a help with navigating wedding planning and making changes in a pandemic. Once the day of the wedding got here, there was nothing to worry about as Megan and Mallory handled all the vendors and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Brides usually only go through this process once in their life, and it’s amazing to have someone who is super experienced making sure I didn’t forget anything and that we were on track planning-wise. Marmaros is sure to make you feel comfortable and at-ease, which is exactly what a bride needs for the big day!

gan from Marmaros! I was concerned because we got married in Charleston and Marmaros is based in Atlanta...not an issue whatsoever. Megan made me feel confident she could handle even the trickiest of situations no matter where she was working. Megan FaceTimed me every couple of months to discuss anything and everything. I probably should have paid her more because she also turned into my therapist at times! My family and I did everything for my wedding from flowers, to table centerpieces, to the wedding cake. Megan made sure everything was exactly where it needed to be when it needed to be there. My venue came with nothing...and no staff to breakdown at the end of the night. I was really worried my parents would do everything...Megan stayed and made sure everything was taken care of and worked right along with my parents till after midnight. She is incredibly organized, patient and easy to work with! She kept everything that day on schedule and moving forward just as it was supposed to. I can't even imagine if I had tried to do it all on my own! Marmaros has a package for every kind of bride from the DIY bride like me to full service wedding planning. I will recommend Marmaros to everyone I know!

Mallory was so incredibly helpful and attentive the day of my wedding and definitely helped me feel more at ease. I am an easily stressed person, so it was invaluable to me to have someone at my side that made sure everything was going as smoothly as possible!

We met up several times throughout the process (they worked with our schedules too) and they were happy to be available through calls, texts, and emails as well!! They thought of things that I didn’t even know to think of when it came to wedding planning!! They visited our venue beforehand, helped plan the flow of the wedding, created a rain plan, and made reserved seating signs. They even provided table numbers and easels for our wedding welcome sign and “No Cellphones during the Ceremony” sign, just to name a few things they had/did! And in case of emergency, they showed me their emergency preparedness kits!! On the day of, they took care of decorating, seat arrangement/placement, coordinating people (at the rehearsal and wedding day), the Facebook Live Stream (for the relatives and friends who couldn’t make it), making dinner plates for us, collecting the cards/gifts, packing up our get-away car, the tear-down process, and who knows what else!! They took care of EVERYTHING so that my now husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything and were able to dance and enjoy everything!! Our wedding went so smoothly because of them and if something went wrong, well, I didn’t know about it, because it was a flawless experience for us!! Thank you so so much, Mallory and Olivia for EVERYTHING. We couldn’t have had a fairytale wedding without your kindness, attention to detail, organization, patience, wedding planning knowledge and teamwork!! Fast forward to a few months later… my work schedule ramped up and kept me on the road as the wedding creeped closer. Megan was diligent though and kept me on track. This is where her education and professional experience shines. Her templates were super helpful, detailed, and easy to fill out. She truly thinks of everything when it comes to the wedding timeline. This paid off on our wedding day. Megan’s planning and coordination on the front end ensured that all of our vendors were on time and where they were supposed to be. This made our day so much less stressful. She kept the wedding on schedule and honestly fun! Her and her assistant even jumped out on the dance floor at one point to teach our guests a dance that no one knew. I also want to comment on how Megan and her assistant saved the day more than once! Megan brought a ‘wedding day essentials’ kit filled with important items.. scissors, lighters, bobby pins.. you name it! I’m pretty sure we tapped into that bag several times that day. Next, it was extremely windy the day of the wedding, which made decorating a challenge. Megan and her assistant worked so hard to have everything decorated and secure against the wind. Everything looked beautiful and exactly how I envisioned. Last, it was the day of and we couldn’t locate sparklers in the 4 surrounding states for our sparkler send off. I started to panic, but Megan worked her magic, pulled some strings and had the SPARKLERS DELIVERED in time for the send-off. AMAZING. Megan truly went above and beyond. I could seriously keep raving, but this review is getting long! Working with Megan and her assistant was such a pleasure. She was professional, poised, organized and so sweet. Our guests enjoyed her and our family loved her. She treated us as not only clients, but friends.. family even. I cannot thank you enough Megan for all that you did for us and for making our day so beautiful. Thank you for being so patient and kind to us. I am a perfectionist, so it is definitely good that someone else was taking care of those details because I would have gone crazy otherwise! They are reasonably priced and will work you on scheduling issues to find a time when everyone will meet. They were also extremely flexible, and, in short, I am incredibly grateful for all the help they gave us!

what I needed to have done and when while following my lead in my vision of the wedding. What I really wanted Marmaros to do was be my day of coordinators. My goal was for myself, my groom, and our parents to not lift a finger on the big day so we could enjoy each other's company and really take in every beautiful moment. We got just that! From our first meeting several months out from the wedding I knew Megan and Mallory had everything under control, they were a well oiled machine. I even had a few moments of panic where I wasn't sure we would be ready in time and they talked me off the ledge and reminded me how prepared we were. The day of was perfect, they set up all the centerpieces and made sure it matched the seating chart, they set up all the extra tables and chairs, they made sure all the ceremony elements were ready to go, they coordinated myself, my groom and all the bridal party so we were where we needed to be for the photographer and videographer who were also directed by Marmaros of where to be and when. They most importantly stayed in constant communication with myself and my groom so we were calm and knew what was going on and didn't go in the wrong area so we didn't see each other before the ceremony. And the most touching of all, right before they opened the doors so I could walk down the aisle with my dad, they reminded me to breath and enjoy every moment and waited until I gathered myself and was ready to go. They did such a great job at the reception too, releasing tables, encouraging people to go dance and making sure everyone was ready for the send off. Overall my groom and I both agree it was the most perfect wedding and Marmaros Productions was a huge help in making sure everything went off without a hitch.

The day of my wedding, they got to the venue before me and worked tirelessly creating my dream wedding while I was able to relax and make memories with family and friends. Throughout the entire night, I would find them always walking around, completing another task, taking care of something so that my mom and I could enjoy every second of our wedding.
